My self working under special bureau, cabinet secretariet, govt of india transferred from patiala to kolkata in public interst and presently residing in sonarpur.
My nearest gas agency on sonarpur gas service, when i approach my t.V to this agency alongwith voter card, adhar card, pass book xerox, they are say if you have no ration card then notary affidavit is necessary,
1) adhar card, voter card, pass book xerox is not necessary, or ration card is nceessary . They are continious harrase me and by written they are given to me without ration card notray is neceesary.
I think as a central govt employee having a adhar card, voter card is necessary for i.D proof
Secondly after my connection from indane from the yer 1998, i was transfer all over india minimum 7 times and 1st time i had face such type of misbehave as well as illeterate talk to customer. They are treated to customer as a begger .

I strictly complaint against this agency (Sonarpur gas service) for drop license

    I want a New LPG Gas Connection so Submit Online Form & My Registration no: N150521112629385259616 is this. After I go to Gurukrupa Gas Service, Karelibaug, Vadodara Dealer Office & He Say to me please submit 8800 Rs. For tow cylinder, otherwise you can’t want Gas Stove, we less 1400 and please you write your puggestion letter for any accident case Gurukrupa Gas Agency & IOC Company & Insurance Company's not any kind of responsibilities. when i call first time customer care he told me new connection for two cylinder charges is 4100, & tell me please you go to Dealer office & talk with me, When I go to dealer office & call customer care no. & he says we will not talk with any dealer. I call second time to customer care, he notes my complaint but I can’t get my Complaint number. After second days i call customer care but he can’t any reply me. I attached with this Payment sleep of 8800 rs. To Gurukrupa Gas Service Dealer Karelibaug Vadodara Please solve my Problem soon as possible. and tell me what is the amount of new connection & which type of charges taken by company. Vasundhara Ghaziabad ( U.P ) Pin Code 201012, consumer no. 70906 i have booked refill gas on 20.05.2015, my Booking no. 865897, Delivery man Kamal Yadu Indan Gas sewa Come to my home on 25.05.2015 and said to my wife give me your Khali selender and give you booking slender and go back but he did not give me my booking not give me the full refil slender. I call to Yadu indian Gas sewa but his manager mr Lal Mohan Yadav Mobile No. [protected] not pick my phone. and other person mr Chauhan Mobile No. [protected] said me this is not my responsibility. he said me i have no help you. so sir i have request you please me provide my slender and solve this matter.         My self senior citizen 75yrs age is being mentally tortured by your authorities of agency State Govt Emp Corp Co-op Store Ltd., Court compound, Burdwan ph no [protected].I booked for refill gas on 30/4/15 ref no.234131.This is June 2015 and yet I havent received the cylinder..The agency authorities are mentally torturing me, sometimes saying that I have to go there personally to pick up or sometimes no gas available .I had even complained on your toll free no.Com no 2162358 dt 30/5/15 but no use.How long will I be harrassed ? the delivery man comes and demands hefty amount .Pls resolve this urgently. kumud ranjan ray cons no.sg12780 ph no.[protected]

              hello! m a honest user of this company last 15 to 17 years. but i verbly telling dat its services is just worst and each and every person is just delay every work my distributer is dankuni n i went to there for change my name from the book. but after 5 maonts i get my new book and during that preiod i took every cylinder with extra paid (250 buck) so now i get my new book n i want tie up with my nearest bak so can i have my extra money back which i spent during the delay of the distributor??????????? coz i had no information from our distributor so i want to knw wat i do at the time

                  Indian oil petroleum bunks have been fooling about doing some trick in pump the keep there hand in the pump and petrol gets less hey dont lock the pump in any bunks and even if we say to remove the hand they say its some kind of problem it will reverse the petrol and all i request government to go and do inspection on all petroleum bunks that i metioned Bangalore:-manjunath nagar, shankarmatt cirlce, dr rajkumar road

                    This complain is against RIDDHI INDANE(108693), Address: C-76, Shop No-7, M M Plaza, Clock Tower, Hari Nagar, Delhi - 110064) booking No 363266 has been cancelled without even coming to deliver.pls tell me where i go to solve my problem distributor never deliver my calender on time.                       Dear Sir/Madam, I have been availing your service as a regular LPG Gas consumer since 31st July 1990 but now i am facing too much harassment after Online Booking System came into force. Every time when I booked Online at this given number - [protected] with my Consumer No. and local distributor telephone No. ( N-01177/IOC[protected] but each time I got this message from you, "Sorry, You Are Not Able To Book a Refill, Please Contact Your Indane Distributor." Accordingly as per your given message I visited my Local Indane Distributor several times but my complaint could not be sorted out till date. As a result of this I have been made mentally suffered a lot unnecessarily without a fault of mine and it has effected the normal life of my family very badly since the problem developed. In this regard I would like to know that what went wrong in this online booking system. Therefore, I would earnestly request you that the problem as mentioned above may please be solved as soon as possible. Hopefully looking forward to your instant action.                           Hi, I am really frustrated with customer service of Panaga gas agency, sarjapur road. I have done the refill booking on May 22, 2015 and reference no. is 741076. The cash memo message came on 25th May but no delivery boy came till 30th as my wife was at home most of the time. We got a message on Saturday i.e. 30th May 2015 about cancellation. After that I have called agency number and they have given me the delivery boy number and after that I am going in circles for last 3 days… Now they are asking me to do fresh booking… This is ridiculous. First of all they don’t come on time, don’t call us before delivery and expect us to wait for them 24 hours. If they go undelivered, just cancel the booking. This is the not the first time happened with Panaga gas service.. It have happened in past also. Their delivery boy also demand money as delivery charges? I request you to please take appropriate action against this agency and also ensure delivery of my refill. Regards Shailesh [protected]

                            My consumer no is CX10268699 and my gas distributor is OHM SHAKTHE GAS SERVICE, No:54/2, BALAJI STREET, SAIDAPET, CHENNAI-600015 and I live in G-1, VASANTHA NIVAS, 35, 53rd STREET, ASHOKNAGAR, CHENNAI-600083 and my name is RAVI SHANKAR.A few months before, we booked a refill cylinder and found that it lasted for only 10 to 12 days.We are only three persons at home.We brought to the notice of our distributor but no action was taken.Again, a few weeks ago, we booked another cylinder and this lasted only a week.We suffered a great deal because my ailing mother cannot eat outside stuff and there is no one to get food from outside also.We have no other means of cooking and I request you to take immediate action on the distributor so that this doesnt happen again.

                              Dear Sir My customer id is 29124 (Kasana Indian Gas agency, Greater Noida), I have booking my LPG cylinder in the month of Feb 2015. After giving 15-20 calls to the distributor as well given complained from your website, till today I did not received my cylinder. This time if I am not going to receive my LPG cylinder, I am planning to launch a RTI against the distributor as well IOCL for negligence in solving the problems of the customers. with regards Mohit Sahni

                                Complaint against: Indian Oil Petrol Bunk Hosur Rd NGR Layout, 320, Service Rd, Bommanahalli Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 Coordinates on gmaps: 12.908755, 77.627525 They are cheating public by putting less petrol. I did put petrol there 8 days back of Rs. 400. Usually in other petrol pumps I get the mileage of around 320kms for Rs. 400. In this petrol pump I got only 210kms. Approximately he cheated me of 2 litres of petrol. There are many complaints against this petrol pump and no action has been taken till now. I even heard about this from one of my friend saying they put less petrol. I request you to take this seriously. This is the hard earned money of public and they are miss using the money. Hell lot of corruption.

I have submitted all the relevant documents to the agency & bank for the gas subsidy but unable to get register from Indane . I have received bank confirmation also for the linking of my Aadhaar card but inspite of so many reminders / visits to the gas agency that has not been done yet, i am attaching bank confirmation also for the linking of Aadhaar card no. for your information . Please look in to this urgently & linked my Aadhaar card no. with my gas no. to get subsidy in to my bank account as per rules & regulations . On your site my Aadhaar no. is linked but not showing linked by the bank .                                     my name is V A Raju, consumer no-cx11710654 I am a professor in one of the Management Schools that is in Institute of Public Enterprise. Today 2nd June 2015 at about 10 AM, the boy who delivered is so rude and expects more money than what is there in bill because our location is far away. Earlier also we faced the problem of getting door delivery and asked to come to nearby place to collect cylinder. Just 10 months back, We have shifted to this place and have been facing problems in the delivery of gas. Peoples behaviour is so bad that they never speak politely, rather misbehave. (We never had this kind of problems when we used to get gas supply from Kalpana Gas Agency, Kukatpally.) Kindly look into this problem. We shall be grateful if you can give us some solution as getting gas is miserable task every time.

                                      I have two LPG gas 1). sv no-908600 dt. 12/05/05 cnsumer no-TF/15704 (Domestic ) 2). sv no-928618 dt. 10/08/2007 consumer no-TF/16203 (Commercial ) My Aadhar no already submitted for LPG. But access amour not transfer my bank account, because commercial LPG shown in your record register domestic LPG. Please solve this problem smoothly. Thanks.
