    Dear Team, My consumer number is CX11544717 in the name of Rajnish Ranjan (address: 302, shridi sai appartment, club road, ranchi) and I have logged a request (558689) for refilling on 20th May, still waiting for it. I have escalated the issue with area manager (Meera) and office manager (Mr. sinha) but there is no ETR. I have received a call from a person (Ravi [protected]) and he has asked that why you are complaining for it, also used abusive language and threaten for life. I don't know why such person are existing in customer service and making the customers unhappy also ruining the image of Indraprastha gas agency. I request you to please take corrective action and replace my connection with new agency. I always faced the delay response (please check my previous delivery dates). Regards Rajnish [protected]

Dear Sir This is for your information that I did not received subsidy amount of LPG Gas (Indane) since past few APRIL-15 after the cylinder delivered. And till now not credit subsidy amount in my Bank account. I have fulfilled all the formalities even two times but there's no response.

        Dear Sir, My consumer number is 15639 and dependent on Hi Flame Indane Agency, phase-IX, Mohali, S.A.S.Nagar, Punjab.The sealed cylinders supplied to me, have been found leaking as a general trend. This not only causes inconvenience to user when the cylnder is found leaking at the nick of the moment, but poses serious safety hazard.             Dear sir, I am an gas consumer in Bikaner SUHB Ltd .Sir i have submitted my Non addhar application form for gas subsidy in Dec. 2014 with my bank account details with supported documents at Bikaner S U H B ltd.and after that i got two gas cylinders on booking but i havent recieved any subsidy in my bank account till date(Advance subsidy and two installments of booking ).Sir i went to my gas distributors office ad asked them to update my bank account no but they are unable to update or modify my bank account no. sir i am feeling very disappointed with my problem of not receiving gas subsidy.sir i request to you please look into this matter and resolve my problem.If my bank details is not updated then please update that so i can recieve my gas subsidy.               Sir, I surrendered my Indane gas connection No T04812 linked to Konnagar Gas Service in Feb'12 and shifted to Bangalore.I again returned to Konnagarand got fresh connection andI was allotted fresh Consumer No 26282 in May 2013.to my surprise I noticed that today when I wanted to registered my log in account afresh with my name MukherjeePR, my email address is not accepted saying that it is already registered with them for my old consumer no.It is therefore requested that my email address be accepted for my log in account for the present consumer no 26282 as my earlier consumer no T08412 as already surrendered and as such is obsolete.

                Dear Sir, Medam,

                I, Sarangthem Ajit singh ( Manipur, Thoubal district), applied for Indane Gas connection on[protected] and reference no is :N[protected]. however, status for application is written as "Dedup Failed (Suspect) Date :[protected]". Not sure why it is being in suspect mode and not sure what i have to do now.

                i have never been in any Govt. gas Connection. I just used to buy from locale shops from time to time.

                it is wondering why such poor economical background people are neglected and suspected by Govt. Organisation. i am neither govt. employee of the state nor central Govt.

                Kindly help to provide support and let the Govt. organisation know that the action to be taken for underprivileged citizen for the betterment of the society.

                    Respected sir I had filled petrol in my bike from ioc petrol pump bicholim My bike cuase me a ptoblem in traveling Than it was found it was due mixing in petrol so I went next day at same petrol pump with one liter botel and ask for one liter petrol The petrol was looking like mango juice when asked the manager of the petrol pump about the matter He was rude with me and told me that no need to come here again so I went from there Than I went to another pump at thivim goa of BP they first of denied beliving that it was petrol looking to its colour But than I asked them to smell it they also told me that it was mix petrol

I am calling branch every day after booking - but they are they are not responding . I have only one cylinder, So let me know How I can Manage with leakage cylinder so Kindly take action for replacement as it is very risky.

                              I have booked for refill cylinder online on the 15/5 2015 . Usually the supply in our area are every Tuesday. Today I checked and found that the order has been cancelled. I rebooked another one today I called my distributor and now he is saying I have to produce my aadhaar card and my ration card. I was the one of the first consumer of Varma Gas Agency since[protected]cant remember the exact year. My address is not changed since then and the supply is at the same place. I didn't ask for any subsidy then why is my distributor refusing to refill my cyclinder. There was a gap for couple of months which I didn't place an order and my status online went inactive but now after signing in all the forms which my distributor gave me, my status is active and I place an order which was cancelled by my distributor for no reason.I kindly request to do the needful as early as possible.                                 My customer no. is 83134 & I have booked for refill 2 times in a week from K K Indane agency, Halasuru, Bangalore. It got cancelled for no reason. I have the booking reference 254173 & 244339 which was cancelled for no reason & I have tried calling the delivery guy who always delivers at my place. The delivery guy seems to play foul with me whereas the cash memo is generated & the booking gets cancelled in 2 days with no one turning up at my place.

                                  As per schedule as a consumer.( CX1O352433 ) THRISSUR. i am liable to get 12 cylinder per year, , but the agency issues from 40 to 70 days for 1 cyclinder to issue hence i am able to get only 6 or 7 cylinder a year i am a person who is entirely depending on lpg gas only for cooking purpose..i am badly in need of cooking gas which is a must to me so I earnestly request you to take action against suraj gas ageny(thrissur) who is making lame excuse for for the delay of issuing cylinder..moreever they are not picking up the phone..to hear the pleading... of the customer...my last booking date was 19 march 2015 and their reg no; 255172.. after that till now i didnt get any cylinder... so pls take the necessary action at the earliest.. with out any delay.. pls give us the feed back Ph: [protected]

                                    Hi I had to take diesel from faridabad shivkiran auto delhi mathura road faridabad. I asked him to fill the diesel for ₹1000, I checked the 0 the meter stopped at 756 and then jumped to 1000 and the liter were not showing. I enquired why it suddenly jumped to 1000 service boy started giving excuse like must have hanged and so on. I asked him to do the corrections and then he again filled the oil for ₹244. I asked for 2 separate receipts for ₹756 and ₹244 which he provided to me. I request you to take the nessesery actions against this dealer. Thanks Swati Chawla

                                      My Con No 27747 ARVIND GAS, Trivandrum. My booking on 7/4/2015 .I got SMS that the same is billed on 21st May.So far I have not recd supply.Complaints to the dealer has no effect.As the cylinder is not supplied, I am not able to book another cylinder which has become empty.I should be allowed to book second refill as it is delayed by 50 days.

                                        Dear sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that my Indane gas consumer number is LG8664 and I had provided my aadhar card and other documents for linking for subsidy on 15 may 2015. I was told it will take two days to link. When I called on 23rd may 2015 at 9:45 am to know the status, employee of the agency said we will start computer after one hour and disconnected the phone after 15- 20 minutes I called again he asked me to come on monday ie 25th may 2015. On Monday when I reached the agency carrying the empty cylinder on my shoulders and walking almost one km from my home, they started shouting at me that why I came at 11am instead of coming at 9:30am. I told them that you had called me on Monday so I came as per your instructions and from this moment onward both the employees of the said Major Sudhir Walia Gas Agency started misbehaving with me so I too raised my voice, then one of employee took my consumer number to check whether it was linked to bank subsidy or not and then he said it take six months to link and your number is not linked, you provided documents on 15th may. I said you were the only who told me you can call after two days so this is why I came after ten days. After this they bluntly told me that we will not give you cylinder and do what ever you want to do. I called customer care Shimla from where I got Mr. B L Meena's (Field Officer) contact number I called him 4-5 times but his phone was swiched off. Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against these employees so that no other customer is misbehaved or I'll treated by this agency people.
