Delay in receiving Cylinders

Regarding facing problem while taking my new connection of indane gas.

Not Linking Bank Account from Indane for the last 2 and half months

Hi, I'm a customer of Indane Gas and my consumer no is CX19274955 and LPG Id is[protected]. I have given my bank details on 02nd March'2015 and submitted Form 4 to the Distributor and after that also I have submitted Form 3 to State Bank of India on 24th April'2015.
