      I, Mr. Thomas Mathew holding an Indane Gas connection with the Consumer ID no. 25348 have been facing problems with my distributor. On 30th May 2015 I made a booking and the reference no. given to me was 478324. On 12th May 2015, there was a gas delivery to my neighbour downstair. I called the deliver guy (Barka, his name) and informed him that on 13th May (next day) my wife and I would not be at home so to deliver the gas to my security guard with whom I was to hand over the gas book, cash and the chain and lock to secure the cylinder after delivery. The delivery guy on his way down also confirmed the same with the security guard in my presence. But there was no gas delivery on 13th May. On 14th May 2015, I got a SMS stating my booking has been cancelled. I called the gas distributor and he asked my to call the godown to check and on calling them I was told that the deliver guy (Barka) had gone to the house but no one was there. When I informed them that Barka was told to deliver the gas to my security guard and all arrangements were made the day before then I was told to make a fresh booking and my gas will come. On 15th May 2015, I made a fresh booking and my booking number is 492177. My cylinder comes to my doorstep. I take my cylinder and ask for the receipt for the money I was about to pay. The person tells me he CANNOT GIVE ME THE RECEIPT AND WOULD PROVIDE IT THE NEXT DAY. I insisted that without a receipt I would not make any payment. The gas distributor then threatens me and says "we'll see next time of your booking" I am a senior citizen and this is not the first time we have been harassed like this by this gas distributor. Details of Gas Distributor: Shankar Gas Service Indane Distributor No. 2 Srinagar Gate Kolkata 700129 Hope to find some resolution to my plight with this distributor.

        Dear sir, I am living in tamilnadu vellore district. We're received your indane gas the agent name was MALAR INDANE GAS, VANIYAMBADI. At the delivery time the delivery asking to get a extra charge against fixed charge. The actual charge is Rs.624, but the delivery boy charged extra charge Rs. 25 for transport charge and Rs.15 for labour charge so totally he asked extra charge Rs.40. Already we are filed a complaint in malar indane gas through written. But till the date there is no action taken against our complaint.So, kindly I requested you to please make a immediate action for my request as soon as possible.Thanking you

            Sir, I am a customer of Maa kali Gas Agency, Bishalgarh-799102, Sepahijala, Tripura The supplier of LPG cylinders. I did not get the cylinder subsidy even after submitting the form to both LPG Distributor and TSCB, Bishalgarh branch and acknowledgement number given by the LPG Distributor as[protected]INDSOFT) after purchasing of cylinder on Two month ago ; Consumer Number 7513; LPG ID[protected], I did not get the subsidy which has been confirmed after the update of my Bank Pass Book (SB A/C No.-[protected]). Bank told AADHAR link. But do not get any subsidy. My Phone no Is -[protected] .

                Sir/Madam, I am a bonafide customer of AMAR enterprise at kolkata 26(kokata:west bengal).On 15.05.15 evening at time of changing the gas cylinder, while putting it on a hissing sound being observed by me and my wife and apprehending it to be a gas leak we put it off and inform customer service at [protected] around 6.30pm and we are being given 3 phone numbers to connect ourself. But our initial relief comes to end as both the cell numbers are noted to be switched off and the landline number does not exit.We again call the ciustomer care, this time, the different executive has been rude but gave us another series of phone numbers but all are either switched off or does not exits Now what to say? is this the emergency service of a reputed gas company!

                  Sir, I am a customer of Monmohini Gas Agency, Durgapur-713206, the supplier of LPG cylinders. I did not get the cylinder subsidy even after submitting the form to both LPG Distributor and SBI Bidhannagar branch and linked up of LPG ID on 07.01.2015 by the Bank, and acknowledgement number given by the LPG Distributor as[protected]INDSOFT) after purchasing of cylinder on 03.04.2015 against Booking registered ref. number-500211 dated 28.03.2015; Consumer Number 35371; LPG ID[protected], I did not get the subsidy which has been confirmed after the update of my Bank Pass Book (SB A/C No.-[protected]). The Monmohini Gas Agency even denied to take my application and told that they cannot do anything regarding this. So, please help me to get the subsidy. I am Vaskar Piplai, residing at flat no.55/9, East Sinthee Road, Fakir Ghosh Lane, DumDum, Calcutta-700030, having consumer no.25025 against LPG ID [protected].I submitted form no.4(for non aadhar based LPG subsidy transfer) duly filled to my Indane Gas Distributor named M/s.Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Kolkata-700074 on 02.04.15 with due acknowledgement from them. The same has not been processed by the Distributor and I am yet to receive the subsidy amount in my Bank account. Apart from that I received message in my mobile phone(registered with you) that on 13.03.15 at 10.08hrs.gas booking no.801102 has been generated, although it was not booked by me, on 18.03.15 at 17.27hrs. cash memo no. [protected] has been generated and on 20.03.15 at 18.28hrs, gas cylinder has been delivered. It is apprehended that my gas account has been tampered by some un-authorised person for getting the benefit of subsidised rate of gas. It can reasonably be concluded that without having the connivance with the distributor such type of occurrence cannot take place. Kindly investigate the case critically and take necessary preventive measure after identifying the person involving such type of forgery under intimation to me and also intimate the detail of the cylinder booked/delivered to me from 01.01.2015 till date.

                                  Consumer number 01056 Sunil Sharma I shall like to bring to your notice that inspite of having submitted my adhar and bank detaoils to my dealer the same has not been linked to my account.Infact I was surprised to note that it was linked to someone elses bank account and the subsidy was beiong wrongly tarnsferred. I upon learning this immediately boiught this to my dealers notice who almost a month ago who promised to rectify the same and reverse subsidy.Its beeen over a month the status of linking of my adhar and bank account reamains the same. After 15 days singh krishna gas agency had not supplied refill cylinder .I tried to contact on his contact number[protected] .He turned a deaf ear and never recieved my phone call.

                                      I Naresh Miglani have a connection no. sb-10672 indane gas with shalini gas service, noorwala, panipat-132103. I hane not booked any gas. but this is automatic gas booking no. [protected] and after some time cash memo is [protected] and after sometime gas salender delivered against LPG Id[protected]. But i have not received any salender. what is this. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                        My Name is Sandhya P.B and consumer No. is 20148. I have booked gas on 31.03.2015 in the gas agency Manu flames/Aluva in Ernakulam District., TIN No.[protected]. On 04.05.2015 I have received a message in my mobile that Cash memo [protected] generated for booking No.504666 shall be delivered shortly. But so fat it is not delivered. When we contacted yesterday {14.05.2015} they told that will be delivered only on next week. This gas agency is always doing like this. Why is this delay for delivery of10 days even after billing. My house is only One kilometer away from this gas agency. We are staying in the town and we dont have any other means of cooking other than gas stove and fully dependant on INDANE. hoping that necessary action will be taken in this regard., .
