    sir the below mentioned residents are staying in joint family in single house, undivided and they applied nearly for 5 connections of indian gas per head 2 cylinders with 10 cylinders per house.as these persons are misusing these cylinders by selling to others at higher cost with out using them for there house hold purposes.they have obtained the connections by changing just the house numbers in which the present teenants stay.i request you to kindly take action and cessate the illegal connections, they are residents of ONGOLE, PRAKASHAM DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH.       Cylinder being misdelivered and subsidy not transferred to account

      Our consumer no. is 1354580. Our distributor 'Agarwal Indane Service' has delivered our cylinder to someone else even though we had booked it, and this has happened thrice already. Also eversince January 2015, the govt subsidy has been transferred to our account only once....

      Dear Sir / Ma'am, I Jatinder Singh resident o[censored]day Vihar Nilothi Extn, I have given refilling request twice but it had cancelled again & again. I have put refilling request against Ref No. 690800 on dated 4th May & after three days i have received sms that it has been cancelled then again i have given request Ref No. 693656 on 7th May & now i have received msg on 18th May that again it has been cancelled. Please provide the reason because it happens everytime when i have give the request.In this way, we will not get Gas cylinder then how can we cook the food & survive. Now today i.e 19th May i have again given refilling request against Ref No. 700990. I hope you will process this request ASAP as we don't have gas cylinder.             I have booked booked a gas refill on 20.04.15.under Automated System with Ref.No.494878. I have received an SMS on 28.04.15 that Cash Memo No.[protected] has been generated & refill shall be delivered shortly.Although a period of one month has elapsed I am yet to get delivery of gas refill. Every Time the problem of delayed delivery happens with Harsiddhi Gas - Ahmedabad. I do not get gas refill unless I follow up with them telephonically for 3/4 times. TD Gohel

                  I, Mr. Thomas Mathew holding an Indane Gas connection with the Consumer ID no. 25348 have been facing problems with my distributor. On 30th May 2015 I made a booking and the reference no. given to me was 478324. On 12th May 2015, there was a gas delivery to my neighbour downstair. I called the deliver guy (Barka, his name) and informed him that on 13th May (next day) my wife and I would not be at home so to deliver the gas to my security guard with whom I was to hand over the gas book, cash and the chain and lock to secure the cylinder after delivery. The delivery guy on his way down also confirmed the same with the security guard in my presence. But there was no gas delivery on 13th May. On 14th May 2015, I got a SMS stating my booking has been cancelled. I called the gas distributor and he asked my to call the godown to check and on calling them I was told that the deliver guy (Barka) had gone to the house but no one was there. When I informed them that Barka was told to deliver the gas to my security guard and all arrangements were made the day before then I was told to make a fresh booking and my gas will come. On 15th May 2015, I made a fresh booking and my booking number is 492177. My cylinder comes to my doorstep. I take my cylinder and ask for the receipt for the money I was about to pay. The person tells me he CANNOT GIVE ME THE RECEIPT AND WOULD PROVIDE IT THE NEXT DAY. I insisted that without a receipt I would not make any payment. The gas distributor then threatens me and says "we'll see next time of your booking" I am a senior citizen and this is not the first time we have been harassed like this by this gas distributor. Details of Gas Distributor: Shankar Gas Service Indane Distributor No. 2 Srinagar Gate Kolkata 700129 Hope to find some resolution to my plight with this distributor.

                    Dear sir, I am living in tamilnadu vellore district. We're received your indane gas the agent name was MALAR INDANE GAS, VANIYAMBADI. At the delivery time the delivery asking to get a extra charge against fixed charge. The actual charge is Rs.624, but the delivery boy charged extra charge Rs. 25 for transport charge and Rs.15 for labour charge so totally he asked extra charge Rs.40. Already we are filed a complaint in malar indane gas through written. But till the date there is no action taken against our complaint.So, kindly I requested you to please make a immediate action for my request as soon as possible.Thanking you

I did not get the cylinder subsidy even after submitting the form to both LPG Distributor and TSCB, Bishalgarh branch and acknowledgement number given by the LPG Distributor as[protected]INDSOFT) after purchasing of cylinder on Two month ago ; Consumer Number 7513; LPG ID[protected], I did not get the subsidy which has been confirmed after the update of my Bank Pass Book (SB A/C No.-[protected]).                             Sir/Madam, I am a bonafide customer of AMAR enterprise at kolkata 26(kokata:west bengal).On 15.05.15 evening at time of changing the gas cylinder, while putting it on a hissing sound being observed by me and my wife and apprehending it to be a gas leak we put it off and inform customer service at [protected] around 6.30pm and we are being given 3 phone numbers to connect ourself. But our initial relief comes to end as both the cell numbers are noted to be switched off and the landline number does not exit.We again call the ciustomer care, this time, the different executive has been rude but gave us another series of phone numbers but all are either switched off or does not exits Now what to say? is this the emergency service of a reputed gas company!

                              Sir, I am a customer of Monmohini Gas Agency, Durgapur-713206, the supplier of LPG cylinders. I did not get the cylinder subsidy even after submitting the form to both LPG Distributor and SBI Bidhannagar branch and linked up of LPG ID on 07.01.2015 by the Bank, and acknowledgement number given by the LPG Distributor as[protected]INDSOFT) after purchasing of cylinder on 03.04.2015 against Booking registered ref. number-500211 dated 28.03.2015; Consumer Number 35371; LPG ID[protected], I did not get the subsidy which has been confirmed after the update of my Bank Pass Book (SB A/C No.-[protected]). The Monmohini Gas Agency even denied to take my application and told that they cannot do anything regarding this. So, please help me to get the subsidy.
