I booked my cylinder on 30.04.2015 and reference no. generated in this connection was 276976. Cash memo for this reference i.e.276976 was generated on 02.05.2015 with cash memo no. [protected]. and as per your message of delivery, it was delivered on 02.05.2015 . My 17 digits LPG ID is[protected]. I have not yet received my cylinder till date i.e.06.05.2015.     Sir / Madam, I have received two gas cylinders from KISHORE KRISHNA INDANE, 105 Nilachal Complex, KOLKATA- 103 and my subsidy amount is not yet received from UBI, Narendrapur Branch (Br.CODE:0148) through A/c.No.[protected] which has already been in effect from 17.1.2015 & lastly an amount of Rs.220.68p. was received on 09.2.2015 & Rs.234.68p. was received on 22.04.2015 but Cash Memo No. [protected] & [protected] Dt. 23/02/2015 & 24/03/2015 after delivery of refill from Indane through my consumer no. KPO8753 on 6/5/15 till date I have not received delivery of these two gas cylinders subsidy amount through my Bank A/c as stated above. Please look into the matter with a serious view.       sir, I Sub Maj Lingaraj Badu bearing Bharat gas consumer no.[protected] of Bharat gas have been transferred from Allahabad to Secunderabad. I visited Anupama gas agency, Secunderabad but they refused to accept the gas connection because the connection is transferred from Bharat gas agency.         Myself Arun Kumar Gupta from Kanpur (U. P.) I had booked my gas cylinder on 22/04/15. But the distributor "Sachan Gas Agency" Neither supplied that cylinder to me nor booking another cylinder" by saying that I didn't submitted my Adhar Card with old form & now I have to fill another FORM. I shown the receiving & said that I had submitted my whole documents properly that's why You had given me this receiving. But still he is not responding properly from last 5 days.           Consumer no:4944 Sarayu sarasan DBC booking no:4005677 at Panakkal Agencies Kunnamkulam Trissur dist Kerala. I was booking for double cylinder 3years ago but so may times direct contact and monthly wise have to go to agency office not satisfaction replay from agency
          they are not responding and hurt me lot sir proporietor and staff bad behaviour approach me and public so humbly request to action against agency and solve my double cylinder complaint as soon possible

                Complaint about the petrol bulk name subiah petrol aagency, koduvilarpatty .They are putting petrol without neutral any they are repeating the same I compalained to the bulk manager but no response so take the proper action other wise I will go to the press reporter with photos Labours are irresponsible and treating the customers in bad manner already I have compaline sales manger mr.gowrov varma but he speaks favour for bulk owner So kindly take ceviour action.

                  Hello Sir/Madam My name is Pranit and I am an INDANE Gas Consumer. I booked an Indane Refill Cylinder on 19th March 2015 and still have not received it. I booked it via the automated IVR and the reference was: 283885 . But it got auto cancelled in the month of April. So we went and complained about it to our Distributor. They told there are shortage so it was cancelled and asked us to book again. So we did and got the reference number: 296306 on 14th April 2015 But we still have not received the Cylinder. We went to the Distributor multiple times and they send us away stating it will be delivered next week. So we listened to them for a couple of weeks but still haven't received our refill cylinder. It has been more that 1 and half months now and we haven't received our refill. The employees in the Distribution centre are not at all Diligent and do not provide proper information as to when the delivery will happen. We are reaching a point of frustration now. I believe it is because of the negligence of the Employees in that particular distribution Centre that is causing the delay. I was previously put up in Mathikere, Near BEL Circle Bangalore and our Distributor was Mohan Gas Agency in BEL Circle. Their service was excellent and people in that area are still receiving the refill Cylinders on time. So i request you to take necessary action to speed up the process so that the cylinder gets delivered on time. Also would appreciate if the employees on Ananth Gas Agency are instructed to perform the duty that they are paid for instead of sending people away with excuses and lies.                         I have visited Chirantani Gas Agency P-3, Bangur Avenue, Block C, kolkata-55 and submitted my application SL no 69 DT 27.02.2015 and had to visit several times and all the documents were submitted. Now the dealer is not proving the gas and demanding 6300 for the gas and not providing the break up. We told that we just need the gas and does not want any accessories but he told that we would not provide the gas with out accessories . The person is harassing us and does not listen to us .                               Delivery boys asking extra charges for cylinder delivery.

                                Hi, My name is Sankara Rao Talari. I have applied the Indane gas connection in chennai. The following are the agency details Indane gas Agency Name: Trilok Gas Agency. Applied Date: 26th March 2015. Location: Adyar. State: Tamil Nadu. I have paid 5800 for the new connection, While paying the money they said they can able to arrange with in one week but till now there is no response from the agency. I was trying to reach them but not pickup the calls. They were cheating the people and collecting the amount(Includes Regulator, pipe, Stove, gas cylinders) but they are not providing the regulator which is very mandatory thing to get the new connection. Please guide me to proceed further.

                                  Hi All, I am facing issue with my GAS subsidy, I have updated my AADHAR number with two bank (AXIS and HDFC). Firstly I linked the AADHAR with AXIS bank and Indane gas agency pull the record from their and transferring the subsidy in my AXIS bank account but I want this subsidy in HDFC bank and they are not updating.. Please check below information which I have communicated to Indane person. I have linked my Aadhaar Number[protected] to Axis(Acc N. [protected]) and HDFC Bank(Acc N. [protected]) but my amount is beigned transferred in Axis bank and I would like to request you to please update the record and transfer the subsidy amount in my HDFC bank. Please help to update the record and transfer subsidy in HDFC Bank(Acc N. [protected]). IFSC Code : HDFC0000651 HDFC Bank Acc N. : [protected]

                                    Sir, I S.Zakir Hussain Travelling witH my family from Gulberga to Harapanahalli on 02.05.2015 Via Bijapur round about 1:30 PM i entered the bunk and waited for 30 min in Q and one of the worker started living & filling the local vehical . When i asked to the owner he started scolding me that ur making rowdisum here go and stand in the Q ur not suppose to ask me any quesions & his worker come and hit me to my head & the catch me and supported his worker & worker told to bring bamboo to hit me & my car .When all this was going on, the other customers came and saved me & then he filled my car with diesel & came to Golgumbaz, i called police control room & complaint againest them.Sir pls take action againest them.My Mobile Number- [protected] & Mail id - zakir.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      Dear Sir, In am the consumer of India Gas Service and my consumer no. is 16810. I have booked my refill cylinder on 25.04.2015 but still we have not received any refill. When I am calling the Agency (Kathgodam Gas Agency) then tey are saying that "we will deliver the cylinder on tomorrow" but till today we have not received the same & we are facing so many problem in cooking the food. Kindly help us in this matter & please instruct to Agency that no delay in future for same.
