Delivery boys asking extra charges for cylinder delivery.

Dear sir They are demanding Rs. 49 extra. If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary. I refused to pay the extra money. So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder and come my office take the cylinder. Help me solve this. Is this extra transport charge and salary in your policy? If yes please explain me. Sir, My Consumer ID is CX[protected]AGENCY-GEMINI ENTERPRISES, NAJAFGARH, DELHI). The gas cylinder has been delivered since a month ago, but the amount of subsidy has not received in my bank account. I have already linked my AADHAR (i.e.[protected] from gas agency and bank account number. Submitted for further action at your end at the earliest please. (SARWESH KUMAR SONI)

    Hi, My name is Sankara Rao Talari. I have applied the Indane gas connection in chennai. The following are the agency details Indane gas Agency Name: Trilok Gas Agency. Applied Date: 26th March 2015. Location: Adyar. State: Tamil Nadu. I have paid 5800 for the new connection, While paying the money they said they can able to arrange with in one week but till now there is no response from the agency. I was trying to reach them but not pickup the calls. They were cheating the people and collecting the amount(Includes Regulator, pipe, Stove, gas cylinders) but they are not providing the regulator which is very mandatory thing to get the new connection. Please guide me to proceed further.

      Hi All, I am facing issue with my GAS subsidy, I have updated my AADHAR number with two bank (AXIS and HDFC). Firstly I linked the AADHAR with AXIS bank and Indane gas agency pull the record from their and transferring the subsidy in my AXIS bank account but I want this subsidy in HDFC bank and they are not updating.. Please check below information which I have communicated to Indane person. I have linked my Aadhaar Number[protected] to Axis(Acc N. [protected]) and HDFC Bank(Acc N. [protected]) but my amount is beigned transferred in Axis bank and I would like to request you to please update the record and transfer the subsidy amount in my HDFC bank. Please help to update the record and transfer subsidy in HDFC Bank(Acc N. [protected]). IFSC Code : HDFC0000651 HDFC Bank Acc N. : [protected]

        Sir, I S.Zakir Hussain Travelling witH my family from Gulberga to Harapanahalli on 02.05.2015 Via Bijapur round about 1:30 PM i entered the bunk and waited for 30 min in Q and one of the worker started living & filling the local vehical . When i asked to the owner he started scolding me that ur making rowdisum here go and stand in the Q ur not suppose to ask me any quesions & his worker come and hit me to my head & the catch me and supported his worker & worker told to bring bamboo to hit me & my car .When all this was going on, the other customers came and saved me & then he filled my car with diesel & came to Golgumbaz, i called police control room & complaint againest them.Sir pls take action againest them.My Mobile Number- [protected] & Mail id - zakir.[protected]@gmail.com

          Dear Sir, In am the consumer of India Gas Service and my consumer no. is 16810. I have booked my refill cylinder on 25.04.2015 but still we have not received any refill. When I am calling the Agency (Kathgodam Gas Agency) then tey are saying that "we will deliver the cylinder on tomorrow" but till today we have not received the same & we are facing so many problem in cooking the food. Kindly help us in this matter & please instruct to Agency that no delay in future for same.

            Dear Sir/Madam My Consumer no. is 12845 and indane gas distributor name is Anuska gas at Nerul in navi mumbai. I booked a cylinder on 13th April 2015 with ref no of 231344 but till date i.e 4 May 2015 it has not been delivered.l used to call anushka gas for non delivery of gas cylinder and their simple excuses and usual answered that they don't have boys to deliver today it will be delivered tomorrow or within two /three days etc etc but they never deliver in time.so my request is that the concerned authority should look into the matter seriously that the said distributor is not capable to deliver consumer's satisfaction and their services may be terminated with immediate effect or issue a warning letter with review their services periodically, otherwise their services towards people of the nation will be remained chaltahai. attitude. kn milli

              Sir, Delivery man asking more delivery charges instead of 5 or 10. They asking Rs.20/- to Rs.25/- its too much strugle to pay. Already in the bill Indane cust has billed such as amt with gas subsidy. Again we are giving by happily Rs.10/- but they roughly telling & talking with ladies to give the amount.

                Consumer no. cx10157823 I have raised a complaint on toll free number one week back still no response.complaint no is 2093283. I have booked a cylinder on 10th April 2015 and till date it is not delivered i.e 4 May 2015 .I keep calling Gajanan enterprise Bangalore but they never deliver though they tell it will get delivered today every time.

                  dear sir my consumrr no. is CX5994174.i applied for cylinder delivery by your messaging services on 10-4-15.a cash memo generated on 29-4-15. on the same day I got msg that your cyli has delivered but I didn't get any cylinder till now.the banj subsidy has also transfered to my bank account today but still I didn get cylinder. this seems my cylinder has deli to other dear one of agency owner. I m facing big problem without cylinder. so u r requested to look into the matter.

                        My consumer No. is 2071. I booked my cylinder on 21.03.2015. But Dewanti gas service has not delivered my cylinder. Again I booked my cylinder on 19.04.2015. Dewanti gas service generate cash memo No. [protected]. But again Distributor Dewanti gas service has not delivered cylinder till date & cancelled my booking order. My cylinder is empty. Cooking of food is stop. So please take necessary action against distributor Dewanti gas service, west boring canal road, Patna.

                        Cylinder delivery status is very bad.

                          my gas no. is 32453 of SACCHI GAS AGENCY, KANPUR against LPG ID NO. is[protected], I have delivered one subsidy cylinder in the month of March'2015, in the year[protected] and at present one cylinder delivered on 18-04-15 for the year[protected], but both the delivered cylinders subsidy has not been credited in my account S.B.I. Sisamau Bazar Kanpur till date. Kindly look in to the system, otherwise the case will be filed in consumer forum kanpur

                                Sir. my customer no. is 10280, and keerti indane services is (distributer code.4986273) our supplier. i booked for my cooking gas and got booking ref.no.293275.on dated 27/02/2015. next day onwards i called the agency for delivery.most of the time not geting them by phone if luckly gets simply says saturday will do the delivery. i dont know in which year which month which saturday they will deliver. in this year i got one cylinder only in january.today also i noticed thier delivery vehicle delivers to my nighbours. i asked the driver for my cylinder he said he dont know ask to the agency.i called them symply the guy who picked the phone lied that they are not doing delivery to any body today .its truely an insulting because then too the delivery van was within my visiblity.i dont know what i have to do, afterall i am a woman.                                       Dear sir I Murlidhar Singh consumer no-CX21349066 has transfer my Gas connection from Malkapuram Vizag to Sri Sainath Indane, Plot No-30, shop no-4, VUDA Nagar Visakhapatnam on[protected] on same day booked for refill got conformation massage on my mobile no- [protected] that consumer no[protected] is register with ref no-593799.After 11 days I got massage on same mobile that your ref booking ref no-[protected] stand cancelled please contact to your distributor or book again.I have visited to my distributor to know the reason and he tolled me that address is wrong and he made correction on his system with promise that i will get my cylinder within two days time.At the same time on[protected] i got massage on my mobile no-[protected] that your consumer no cx21349066 is register with ref no-599451.after one day i got massage on same mobile that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 599451. I had waited till[protected] and visited to distributor office was half stutter i ask the reason for again late.he reply that today is Holiday.I will not give any reply today.now on[protected] at around 0800 hrs again i got a massage on my mobile no-[protected] that your ref no-599451 stand cancelled kindly book again or contact your distributor to know reason. Sir my humble request to you that please look in to this matter.Why It is happening's.I am not having enough time to visit again and again to distributor.even I will be away from my home how can my wife visit lick this.Sir it is not posible for her.
