Sub: Non delivery and delay of LPG Indane Sir, I have booked LPG Indane on 06.04.2015 vide booking no 732543. But still as on 02.05.2015 not yet supplied the LPG Gas cylinder. And its happening again and again for months. My Indane distributor BARANAGAR GAS SERVICE 44/51 B.T. Road Kolkata-700050, phone no[protected]address as per IOC website: Godown 121, NEOGIPARA LANEBARANAGAR, KOLKATA 700060 Distt North 24 paraganas..emailid: gas.[protected]@rediffmail.com)( Name of Proprietor : Subhas Mondal) I am facing lot of trouble from last November 2014. Like booked on 12.11.2014 delivered on 20.01.2015…or..booked ON 27.1.2015 delivered ON 24.2.2015…OR..booked on 01.03.2015 delivered on 01.04.2015. Why such delivery delays please let me know. I have told them several times but the delivery delay occurring repeatedly time after time. My Details Customer No: 19280 T.N.     Sir. my customer no. is 10280, and keerti indane services is (distributer code.4986273) our supplier. i booked for my cooking gas and got booking ref.no.293275.on dated 27/02/2015. next day onwards i called the agency for delivery.most of the time not geting them by phone if luckly gets simply says saturday will do the delivery. i dont know in which year which month which saturday they will deliver. in this year i got one cylinder only in january.today also i noticed thier delivery vehicle delivers to my nighbours. i asked the driver for my cylinder he said he dont know ask to the agency.i called them symply the guy who picked the phone lied that they are not doing delivery to any body today .its truely an insulting because then too the delivery van was within my visiblity.i dont know what i have to do, afterall i am a woman.           Dear sir I Murlidhar Singh consumer no-CX21349066 has transfer my Gas connection from Malkapuram Vizag to Sri Sainath Indane, Plot No-30, shop no-4, VUDA Nagar Visakhapatnam on[protected] on same day booked for refill got conformation massage on my mobile no- [protected] that consumer no[protected] is register with ref no-593799.After 11 days I got massage on same mobile that your ref booking ref no-[protected] stand cancelled please contact to your distributor or book again.I have visited to my distributor to know the reason and he tolled me that address is wrong and he made correction on his system with promise that i will get my cylinder within two days time.At the same time on[protected] i got massage on my mobile no-[protected] that your consumer no cx21349066 is register with ref no-599451.after one day i got massage on same mobile that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no 599451. I had waited till[protected] and visited to distributor office was half stutter i ask the reason for again late.he reply that today is Holiday.I will not give any reply today.now on[protected] at around 0800 hrs again i got a massage on my mobile no-[protected] that your ref no-599451 stand cancelled kindly book again or contact your distributor to know reason. Sir my humble request to you that please look in to this matter.Why It is happening's.I am not having enough time to visit again and again to distributor.even I will be away from my home how can my wife visit lick this.Sir it is not posible for her. RANJANA Distributor Code: 125496 Distributor Name: SRI SAILA GAS SERVICE I placed the request for refill of the LPG on 7th April, its been more than 20 days, I did not receive any update. When I logged in to check online to my surprise the service status showed deactivated. I am very disappointed with the service provided my my Distributor. When I call them no one answers the call and hence no update. Please see to it and get it resolved asap.else will have to escalate to the higher management.                 Dear sir I had deposit Rs. 598 on 14/03/2015 at Ram Gas Service, Jhajjar Road Bahadurgarh, Haryana, and gone there after one week to collect the cylinder but they said gas is finished. I again went there next week now they said you are too late please meet our owner. I went there twice but no one meet me. Kindly do the needfull.                         Sir/Ma'am My consumer number is CX7928569 and I had booked cylinder on 14 April 2015 with ref. No. 388101. After some days on 22 April 2015 I got the message that the cylinder has been delivered against cash memo no. [protected] BUT we have not got the cylinder. Again I booked cylinder and this time its showing fresh booking with reference number 391159. That means the delivery boy has illegally delivered my cylinder to some one else. Please see the issue.                                 I had booked gas refill vide booking reference no.285300 dated 23 April 015. The cash memo(No.[protected] dated 23 April 015) SMS received on 23 April 015. But Till i have not received gas at home. I have call many times to agency(ROHIT GAS AGENCY SHAHJAHANPUR-242001) but they r not giving proper answer. Also last 3-4 times personally went to agency office but no result comes out. Plz takes suitable action on it.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam I am Deepak Walia My Cust No. CX21459326 and agency name is Bhooshan Indane Mundka New Delhi 110041, yesterday i had received my refill but it was delived on charge of Rs 621/- i declare that i have not submitted Bank account details to Gas agency. As per my information Govt of India has not incread price of Gas and even Govt of India has not issued any notification that if a customer does not submit bank account detail than refill will deliver on Rs 621/-. Now i have below Question :- 1. Why i had received refill on Rs 621/- on case Memo [protected]. 2. If Govt of India has issued any notification on this please provide send Scan copy. 3. if it had done by mistake than please clear how access payment will be refund to me.                                     Vendor of Vaishali Enterprizes, Danapur, Patna, Bihar forcely taking more money than voucher bill. He taken Rs. 750.00 in place of Rs. 733.39 today against voucher/bill no.[protected] from consumer no. 4050 . After objection he threatened the consumer to him and denied to deliver the cylinder. After taking Rs. 750.00, he delivered cylinder. The aforesaid vendor is taking more money forcely from almost all cosumer. No action is taken by agency and no complaint is registered by the agency against the consumer.
