Consumer No. 74698 - Booking done on Feb 27 2015 - Booking No. 396598 1. According to the recorded message on the IVR booking system, as of April 21, 2015, the distributor BP Agencies in Trivandrum has delivered for bookings up to March 3, 2015. 2. When I went to the agency to find out why I have not got my cylinder, the distributor informed me that I cannot get refill because I have not provided Aadhar number. 3. I informed that I have not provided Aadhar number as I do not want the subsidy. 4. The distributor responded that Indian Oil is not providing cylinders to those who have not given Aadhar number.

    Dear Sir/Madam, Most respectfully I, Goutam Das a customer of Indane Gas in Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur, Customer Id - CX19661201, Bank A/C no - [protected] hereby wants to bring under your notification that Ramkrishna Gas Agency in Kharagpur is not at all punctual in there work. From the day I applied for the connection till date. I have booked two cylinder till now, but the said amount is not credited to my account. Today I enquired about it but they are saying that it will even more time. Its my kind request to you to look into this matter, because I cant afford to loss that amount either. Moreover when others are enjoying such facilities why not me. Please do the needful as early as possible. I'll be truly thankful to you.     Dear Sir,

    As per the mail dated 21/04/15, I haven't received any solution from your end, nor my account is credited yet. As it is said that after deduction of cylinder amount, rest will be credited to my given bank account. But none is being credited whereas our neighbour having HP connection is enjoying this facility without any problem.

    Its my sincere request to you to see to this matter urgently.

      Sir, I had applied for a new connection on 03/02/2015 and the distributor chosen was Haldwani Gas Agency SARAS MARKET, NAINITAL ROADHALDWANI, DIST. NAINITAL UTTARAKHAND. They are yet to issue me with a gas connection and also there services are very poor. Whenever asked for information about my connection, they refuse to give any answer and they speak rudely as if they are the consumers. It would be extremely linf if you could let me know how much more time do i Have to wait for my connection? My req ref no is N[protected].

          Sir, Sub: complaint regarding non issuance of domestic gas cylinder. Ref: consumer no. 14177 of 'Indane' at Omkara Indane Service rep. by Beena Kumari, Thempottil Buildings, Pazikuzhy, Oachira P.O, Kollam District Of Kerala State, Pin-690526 1. The above referred consumer number is given to me for the supply of domestic gas cylinder and having two units of cylinders. 2. As a matter of fact, the office of above referred agent is functioning in two shop rooms owned by me and is adjacent to my residence; facing the national highway, Kanyakumari-Salem. Though the agent is said Beena Kumari, her husband is running the business. 3. The monthly arrears fixed for the said rooms is @ of Rs.3218/-. I have filed OS No.439/13 in the file of Hon'ble Munsiff's Court, Karunagapply seeking the eviction of said agent from my shop rooms mainly on the ground of long arrears of two and a half years of rents. However the said suit is settled and a decree has been passed. The main recitals in the decree are self eviction of the shop rooms by the said tenants on or before 30-03-'15 and the said arrears of rent has been adjusted from the caution deposit paid at the time of leasing of the shop rooms. Now, the said tenant has not vacated therefore. I have approached the said court for executing the compromise decree. In fact, the tenant has to pay monthly rent/compensation for authorized occupation commencing from the date of expiry of agreed date of eviction viz 30-03-'15. 4. I am a practicing advocate at various courts in the state. My wife also is an advocate with me. We are having two children, among them the elder is a daughter doing MBBS course and younger is a son passed plus two courses and awaiting for the toughest entrance examination for the admissions of professional courses. In the said circumstances, the non issuances of domestic gas cylinder have resulted in heavy in tolerable troubles in life due to the sufferings in cooking. Apart from all I am a chronic diabetic patient with hypertension. The sufferings in cooking make suffering in medically advised food as my tenant who has tenanted near to my residence the above agent is precisely aware of my situation. However, to revenges the above agent has refused/delayed domestic gas to me. The last delivery of cylinder is on 9-2-'15. However on 17-2-'15, I have affected the advance booking of cylinder with the agent. On 18-03-'15, an SMS was received intimating that the cylinder will be delivered shortly and its bill has been generated. Indeed, till now the cylinder has not been issued with. I have requested several times to the said agent for the delivery .But, the delivery of cylinder is delayed as stated above. 5. I am a consumer with rights to be treated equally among others. The said agent is not at liberty to discriminate me. Though I have informed the authorities of 'Indane', no actions so far have been taken. The said in action is their maladministration. 6. As a matter of fact, the long delay of delivery is entitling me foe asking compensation from the said agent and the authorities. But, I put my said right awaiting a reasonable and favourable action from the authorities with a role some measure over the agents broken duty. I booked the cylinder on dt.08/04/15 (2.51pm), the more than 9 days i did not received cylinder and i received SMS for Delivery status on 18.04.15 (3.33pm) Cash Memo No.[protected] / Booking No.286815. But not i received cylinder from the agencies.               Very sorry to inform you that the customer service from INDANE - Hebbal Office is well lowest and pathetic. We are experiencing a very bad state regularlyyyyyyyyyyyy. First of all, even after calling 100 times a day there will be no response (Ph Nos:[protected] /[protected]. No one receives call every time. Even if by chance if someone receive, there will be no proper response. Though we book cylinder as per the rules we wont receive gas or proper feedback. Our Main purpose of mailing is that we are not receiving proper delivery of Gas as stated. And each time even after procedural booking we wont receive gas for 3-4 weeks. Our consumer no : 40253 Name : Syed Habib Kindly consider this as very important further a serious request to upgrade the customer service skills. This letter is mailed hoping that our issue will be solved and regular proper in-time gas supply process will be done hereafter. Kindly revert back at the earliest with proper actions. Regards

                consumer no.14804 e v abraham enchakatil agency arjun gas aranmula kozenchery pathanamtiia dist kerala last deliveryy of cylinder 24/1/15 next booking oline 12/2/15 on message says the cylindrer deliverd on25/3/15 please let me know whether any cylinder issued in my name to some others where any cylinder delvered violating order of preference is any thing wrong in the online messaage saying that the cylinder has been delivered to me on25/3/15 i am a retired govt servent aged 90 if you behave like that as a senior cytizen i may have to go for some other forum for getting justice

                    Dear Sir, With reference to my aforesaid consumer no I beg to state that my connection was surprisingly transferred from Abhijit Enterprise, Khardaha to M S Sodepur Indane at Ghola, Sodepur without any prior intimation to me . I am residing at Uttarayan Apartment, Rahara Khardaha and my present age is 65 and I am staying alone in my residence. M S Sodepur Indane at Ghola Sodepur is far away from my residence .At the age of 65 it is not possible for me to reach there in case of any emergency . I went and requested them for transferring back my connection at my old distributor, but they have refused to do that.                         My Name is Ashokbhai A Kadiya . my consumerno is CX4891540. I booked my sylender on dated 06/04/2015 booking ref. No 900286. Cash memo generated on dated 15/04/2015 no. [protected] But not received sylender till thisdate. When i go to agency they said company bokeed sylender and generate cash memo but not give sylender so theydon't dievered sylender . when i called company tollfree number they take my complaint two times and said complaint was sucssesfully lounched but when ti asked them about complaint number they said number not generated and cut my call s please take action and deliver my sylender.

                          Sir/ Madam, I had submitted the transfer paper to RATHWA GAS AGENCY, Subhanpura, Vadodara from Shree Narshighkrupa agency, Vadodara dated 30.03.2015 but till date neither they registered my transfer in their system nor providing refill Gas Cylinder whereas i had visited their more than 5 times but no proper response from them. I also reported to sales officer (Shyam sunder) for the above laps since one year, but not complied.                                       Dear Mr.Saroj, ‎ ‎ This mail or complaint is related to the cheated service given at your Indian Oil Pump Outlet situated near Tulsi Cinema. On 18th Apr 2015, I went to get my vehicle filled for Rs 300, however the employee said to make it 5 litres which will cost 330. I said Ok. The shock was when he started the ‎petrol meter where he stopped earlier with the previous customer. In my vehicle, the meter started from Rs.242 to 330. Which means petrol was filled for only appx.80 Rs and was taken 330 smartly. I asked the petrol man named Brijesh Sahu...about the meter...and he said no Sir, it started from Zero.after argument he said, Ok we will fill more. Employees are so discourteous, after asking who is is the incharge at this time.A person named Usman, was being told that he is the incharge. He was the other individual who had no answers to this cheat.Later on after asking several times abo‎ut the owner of the petrol pump, he was not willing to share the same. After several attempts made, he gave the name of the owner named Mr.Shukla, I doubt if thats right or not. Lastly he told me that he is not the incharge either, which means there is no ownership for the customer issues.                                         Sir I have booked my refill long back on 2/3/15, but I have not received my refill till now, my distributer is Sastri Gas Services, Trivandrum, Kerala . My customer no is CX4205976, and my refill booking reference no is 363914. kindly take genuine action against distributer because I am not receiving any refill in time and whenever I am calling distributer for my refill delivery then he tells it will be delivered but it never happened so far, I called distributer last week then he told me that I will get refill by next week but I did not get it and I called again on (11/4/15) then he simply told me that stock is over, again I called there on 17/4/15 but my call was not been answered at all. Since I am staying with my dependent family member and they are not physically fit to follow up the problems and my most of the time goes in my office hence it is creating lot of difficulty to handle the problems with my LPG distributer. kindly look in to the matter.
