I am resident of Rajdhani Enclave, Chajju Majra, Kharar. In our neighborhood, Stray dogs are increasing day by day...which are causing problem to children and walking people. The dogs are attacking people and creating a huge mess so kindly please take all the dogs away from here as they are vary harmful and we are facing so many difficulties.
Please visit and catch these dogs as soon as possible. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

I had requested to fill petrol in my car of rupees 500 on 16.01.2022 08:04 am at Dumad Village, Vadodara Savli Highway, GJ SH 158, Vadodara, Gujarat 391740. My car number GJ06PG0365.

But It was found that the employees at pump did not gave me petrol of 500 rupees and totally make fraud with me.

Booked a cylinder on 29.11.21. After I put it to use on 15.01.22 night . I observed major leakage.Immediately I called on 1906 emergency helpline no. But I couldn't connect to this no after multiple attempts. The very next day I called my distributor. But being a Sunday, no one picked up my call. Again I tried on 1906 but to no use. thereafter on 17.01.22, I again called my distributor to immediately come and check the cylinder. One person came n checked and confirmed leakage issue in the cylinder. Even after this the distributor refused to replace the leaking cylinder and left it in the same condition. This is grave callousness towards consumer's safety. Why would anyone make false claims of leaking cylinder n he can I control it from getting empty. This is the first time I have faced such a thing. Complaining did not help me at all. And has left us and our neighbours' life in danger. When I finally could connect on 1906 from a different phone. They talked about the mechanic charges and asking me if the leakage is from cylinder or other technical things. how am I supposed to know all f this. We are suffering and scared since 48 hrs but no one is even attempting to help.

Order for cons. no. 60487 with Ref no.[protected] was paid through net banking but did not receive any acknowledgement from Indane. the payment gateway is CC Avenue and the Invoice no. is [protected].

I'm vijay prajapati I was filled petrol today in keshav petrol pump, new vip road vadodara. there person was not set zero in pump machine and start direct 13 rupees I am saying there person he lying me and three times cut off nozzle during petrol filling time.
I'm requesting you what was wrong about that serving people he was cheated consumer please take legal action that petrol pump and there staff.

I am a recipient of the LPG cylinders from Indane, via Madhavi Gas Agency in Telangana. My consumer # is CX22841999/[protected]. I had booked a gas cylinder on 24th October 2021. The cylinder was delivered on 25th October 2021. As I was at work, the cylinder was received by my son on that day. When I went to install the cylinder on 12th January 2022, I found that even though the cylinder was SEALED, it was EMPTY.

I have send money through gpay and it is not working so I send through Patym and after 10 min I check Both transaction are done from my bank account and the petrol worker told me that If transaction is double I will fill your petrol next time i[censored] come after 1 month . After 1 week I come here and he told me that other person fill your petrol pump . And he told that he is I'll and he is out for some day . And I trust him blindly that the person is so good . And after 1 week I know the truth of the person .

Very Disappointed from his behaviour and company . I fill every time from that petrol pump because I like the behaviour of workers and the petrol pump is very far from my home but I fill from their only .

Never told anyone to fill from that petrol pump . I think he is a good person but reality is different and never fill any from their or any INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP anymore .

Madhavi Gas Agency- I have booked cylinder online and for the payment scanned paytm as per their suggestion. After that they given cylinder as well.
After 5 hours some one called me with personal no that asked amount not received and send gpay account details to check. Thay torched almost 2 hours.
Unfortunately I send my gpay details.
Be careful with Madhavi gas agency.

Today i visited your petrol pump Ram Singh sons around 11:15 am to get fuel in my vehicle. The person on duty ( may be belongs to Uttar pardesh) at two wheeler section had refused to give me fuel and told me to go to any other lane. but when i asked for reason of refusing to give me fuel he said go back in last and then i will give you fuel. In arguments The person on duty started abusing me and told me that i will chop you (Tenu Vadh du ga.) This type of worker should terminate immediately who are defaming the Co.

Here in Indian oil petrol bunk near registation office chevella, Telangana not providing toilets..

I wanted to buy diesel of Rs. 1820/- the pump attendant started filling the diesel without feeding in the machine when I asked why he is doing so then he stopped feeding at 120/- and started another sales by feeding of Rs. 1700/- when I asked why he did so He replied "we do not fill the fuel by feeding in the machine, we fill manually and this is our regular activity" when i asked his name he refused to tell. and started misbehaving with me even his manager ( I don't know the name too) also favoring him and tried to prove him correct. This incident happened on 08/01/22 at 9:25 AM, Receipt No. A0831/ A0832. FCC ID- [protected]/29 at Sai KRIPA FS situated at Manglaur Haridwar UK. I want strict action to be taken against this pump. As we need gas cylinder for our daily needs the cost for it is also increasing rapidly. The burden which we are facing is enormous. These delivery agency is charging us extra. I am residing at Neyveli, Cuddalore district, Tamilnadu. Here the actual cylinder price is 936 but the delivery agency charging 1000 for consecutively three times. I don't know why this is happening. On asking them they are giving the reason that for delivering direct to home we need to pay extra amount. Is it so?

Dear Sir I am an Indane LPG customer. I have lost my consumer number and blue book. As I was out of country, I could not use my gas for some time but i still have 2 cylinders with me. We have also moved to a different address within Chennai. I have provided the old address details below for reference. I hereby request you please help me and my family to get a new connection in the nearest distributor OR help to find the consumer number for the old one ASAP.

My daughter uses Active 5G and fills the petrol tank with Rs 350-400. Today (4th Jan'22) evening (at 19:26) she filled petrol at Sure Pretrolium pump (Indian Oil) on Karve Road, Pune. The petrol meter showed Rs 398 and she gave the debit card to pay. Rather than taking money at that time, the boy took another customer asking my daughter to take her two-wheeler a bit ahead. That's fine. In spite of my daughters request to swipe the card, he made my daughter wait for more than 10 mins and when he turned to her for payment that time he asked for Rs. 498. My daughter refused to pay Rs 498, then he asked to pay Rs 450, then after Rs. 420; since my daughter had seen the number she told him clearly that since the amount to pay is Rs 398 she will not pay extra. Then the boy asked to pay Rs. 400.

This is ridiculous behaviour and no one is ready to listen to this. Such behaviour should be penalised, including for owners. Since owners promote or accept such behaviour these things increase and especially females are targeted.

Sharing the payment slip for your reference. Hope you will be able to do something on this, so that no other female / or for that matter male would have to go through such situations even after paying to these rogues.

is [protected]. I had booked my gas cylinder for 26 September 2021. The cylinder got delivered on 27 September 2021. I was unwell and the gas was received by my maid. When I went to install the cylinder on 4th Jan 2022, I found that the cylinder was sealed by empty. When I went and complained to the distributor, they ignored my request and asked me to apply for a new cylinder.

Please help with my request.

Sir, I am a Senior Citizen of 70 years old, living with my wife. Normally I consume one gas cylinder for 75 days for the last 3 years [i.e. 5 cylinders a year ]
To my utter surprise, I opened one Gas Cylinder on 28t h of Nov, 2021 and the the same was emptied on 30th Dec, 2021 [ 32 days only ].
More over transfer of the subsidy amount to my savings bank linked to my Adhaar Card was discontinued since Sept, 2021.
Your are there fore requested to kindly look in to the matter sympathetically to thrash out this matter once for all.
