I had duly registered with both dbtl of of indian oil and also linked my savings bank account with the adhar no[protected]
Copy of indane gas consumer card has been attached
1. Booking no - 665392 dt. 09. 12. 14, booking no - 679317 dt. 13. 01. 2015, booking no - 693641 dt. 20. 02. 2015 and lastly, 704503dt. 23. 03. 2015 first three i had paid rupees six hundred&forty - two for each cylinder which amounts to rupees one thousand nine hundredtwenty - six only and the last one ihave paid rs. 654. 50 thus total paid rs. 2580. 00 since i had not exceded the quamtum of subsidised no. Of cylinders i am entitled to get difference of market price and subsedised rate i. E, rs. (2580. 00 - - 419. 00x4) i. E, rupees nine hundred & four only. Kindly intimate when i shall get the balance rs. 904. 00. From copy of my consumer card you will find that i had not exceeded the subsedised quota.

    Sir, I have collected LPG cylinder from indane gas agency Name GANAV INDANE GAS SERVICE-REWARI 123401 ( HARYANA) This cylinder have leakage problem when i asked for replacement he refuse to replace and excuse that all of our cylinder have leakage problem please take necessary action to curb this type of careless as this my be very serious issue regarding safety of consumers.       Dear Sir/Madam, I am a consumer of Indane gas service, My consumer number is 2240. My distributor is Moonlight gas services, Manasatala, Bhadreswar, Hooghly(West Bengal). I have booked for a gas on 18/03/2015 with reference number 892360 but standing at 10/04/2015 i have still not received that gas. Last month also i have received the gas after a month. some time it delays 1.5 months to 2 months also. This is kind of trick to subpress atleast one or two gases which we are getting in subsedised rate and sell it in black . This kind of fraudulance is intolerable. Please help in this regard and kindly help me to resolve this. Thanks and Regards Nilratan Das

But at the time i want transfer to docuument in my name(Son) . as per disscution with call center they told me only Rs 55 charge but my distibuter Ms SAFE N SIFT Dewas MP 455001 contact person Mr. Manoj Ji told me Rs 1000/-. he told me new connection defrent amount are submit.             Dear Sir SUB: LEAKAGE OF LPG CYLINDER WHILE DELIVERY REF: CONSUMER NO.43520 I have booked my Domestic LPG on 24.03.2015 and received SMS booking reference No.347076. Today received the Gas against Cash Memo No.[protected] after completion of 16 days WITH LEAKAGE CONDITION. The Gas delivered around 2.30 PM today and my mother aged 82 noticed the gas smell and confirmed the leakage from the brand new cylinder and informed to the delivery person through mobile and they came after 2 hours and simply fixed the brand new cylinder into the Gas Stove by removing the existing using cylinder WITHOUT RECTIFYING THE NEW CYLINDER MOUTH as well as without getting concurrence/clearance from my mother whose is available in the House. Kindly advise M/s.Balaji Gas Agencies, Pollachi to rectify the fault/stop the leakage of brand new cylinder tomorrow itself without delay and without collecting any money from my house. Now I came to know from Indian Oil Corporation that my cash memo also generated on 21/03/2015 vide cash memo no [protected]. But still today 09/04/2015 I haven't yet received my L.P.Gas.                   Sir, I have booked my gas on24.3.2015.under the Register No. 640556. When I asked last week, it was informed by the Distributor it will take a week or 10 days. This morning when I enquired I got the info. to say that no bill has been prepared and it will be delivered next week. By postponing like this, I will end up getting only 9 or 10 cylinders in a year. I have a single cylinder and at times I borrow from my neighbour. Is that true that the company is not supplying sufficient cylinders according to the demand?. Please look into this and kindly help me hereafter the cylinders are supplied in time. I want to inform you at this juncture that last month also the cylinder came after my complaining to you.                     Dear Sir, I Gopaldas ID No.[protected] Consumer No. : 4083 service provider Tapeshwari Gas Agency of Indane Gas Service. I wish to transfer my above mentioned connection to my real brother Mr. Damodar Das Maheshwari R/O same address of mine 29/14Maheshwari mohal, Kanpur 208001. My brother is using this connection since it issued on my name. I have contacted Tapeshwari Gas Agency for transferring the connection But they are demanding Rs .1100/- as Differential money of security for a single cylinder while I have issued DBC connection for the same ID . I am submitting Photocopy of DBC issued paper of Tapeshwari Gas Agency .They don't acknowledge my DBC connection. Agency is harassing me me un this issue.I have told them why I have to pay for differential security amount when we both are Real brother sons of same father.They don't agree to solve my problem & now I am completely hopeless from their end .I have Monitor there in Agency that Agency's Manager & Staff is not interested in solving the problem ofconsumers with misguiding Statements making invalid money from consumer who is already hazarded on the name of linking of aadhaar card & Bank Account .                       We got our gas connection some 8-9 months back and our new gas regulator is not working properly, their is a defect as when we connected it to the gas cylinder, gas started leaking. Please get the regulator changed as the situation is very dangerous

                        Sir, Every time i got cylinder 60 days after booked date. one time after 65 days from booked date i am calling to agency. i got reply from agency "your booking cancelled, please book again". then i am booked other one. Then i am got that cylinder after 60-65 days. 60 days i am not used gas. this complaint is not my personal. This agency's under all customers Agency: Panakkal, Kunnamkulam.

                            Dear Indian team, On date 24/03/2015, I had transfer my gas connection (consumer no-47990) Indian(agnihotri gas service secz37 noida) to HP (sahil gas service badalpur greater noida) I have so many times visited to HP agency but not found any record to HP portal as per HP team Then we turn to Indian agency (sec-37 noida ) But he said that our work is done I have already submit my gas, regulator, both cylinders on 24/03/2015 to Indian So please provide solution to get my connection ASAP I am facing big problem due to this.                                   I booked a cylinder on 17th March and even after 25 days, the cylinder is not delivered. How can a family manage a month without cylinder. Even when i tried calling the agency, they pick the call and keep the receiver aside. Very Worst response from agency.
