My L.P.Gas Consumer No. 05877 My Distributor is NILSIKHA. I have booked my L.P.Gas over mobile phone to Indian Oil Corporation on 20/03/2015 vide booking no.825954. Now I came to know from Indian Oil Corporation that my cash memo also generated on 21/03/2015 vide cash memo no [protected]. But still today 09/04/2015 I haven't yet received my L.P.Gas.     Sir, I have booked my gas on24.3.2015.under the Register No. 640556. When I asked last week, it was informed by the Distributor it will take a week or 10 days. This morning when I enquired I got the info. to say that no bill has been prepared and it will be delivered next week. By postponing like this, I will end up getting only 9 or 10 cylinders in a year. I have a single cylinder and at times I borrow from my neighbour. Is that true that the company is not supplying sufficient cylinders according to the demand?. Please look into this and kindly help me hereafter the cylinders are supplied in time. I want to inform you at this juncture that last month also the cylinder came after my complaining to you.       Dear Sir, I Gopaldas ID No.[protected] Consumer No. : 4083 service provider Tapeshwari Gas Agency of Indane Gas Service. I wish to transfer my above mentioned connection to my real brother Mr. Damodar Das Maheshwari R/O same address of mine 29/14Maheshwari mohal, Kanpur 208001. My brother is using this connection since it issued on my name. I have contacted Tapeshwari Gas Agency for transferring the connection But they are demanding Rs .1100/- as Differential money of security for a single cylinder while I have issued DBC connection for the same ID . I am submitting Photocopy of DBC issued paper of Tapeshwari Gas Agency .They don't acknowledge my DBC connection. Agency is harassing me me un this issue.I have told them why I have to pay for differential security amount when we both are Real brother sons of same father.They don't agree to solve my problem & now I am completely hopeless from their end .I have Monitor there in Agency that Agency's Manager & Staff is not interested in solving the problem ofconsumers with misguiding Statements making invalid money from consumer who is already hazarded on the name of linking of aadhaar card & Bank Account .         We got our gas connection some 8-9 months back and our new gas regulator is not working properly, their is a defect as when we connected it to the gas cylinder, gas started leaking. Please get the regulator changed as the situation is very dangerous

          Sir, Every time i got cylinder 60 days after booked date. one time after 65 days from booked date i am calling to agency. i got reply from agency "your booking cancelled, please book again". then i am booked other one. Then i am got that cylinder after 60-65 days. 60 days i am not used gas. this complaint is not my personal. This agency's under all customers Agency: Panakkal, Kunnamkulam.

            Consumer no. 12329 I have booked my refill on 11 March 2015 with refrence no. 369943. after this on 17th march 2015 I have recieved a messege, from Indane, The cylender has been delivered on 17th march 2015 with cash memo no.[protected]. But that refill cylender not delivered till today the 9th APRIL 2015 pls. do the needful.

              Dear Indian team, On date 24/03/2015, I had transfer my gas connection (consumer no-47990) Indian(agnihotri gas service secz37 noida) to HP (sahil gas service badalpur greater noida) I have so many times visited to HP agency but not found any record to HP portal as per HP team Then we turn to Indian agency (sec-37 noida ) But he said that our work is done I have already submit my gas, regulator, both cylinders on 24/03/2015 to Indian So please provide solution to get my connection ASAP I am facing big problem due to this.                     I booked a cylinder on 17th March and even after 25 days, the cylinder is not delivered. How can a family manage a month without cylinder. Even when i tried calling the agency, they pick the call and keep the receiver aside. Very Worst response from agency.

                      refill gets auto booked by itself & also gets delivered to whom only they know

                        My consumer no. Is 8602. I booked the cylinder on 1st April 2015 and received the sms for same. Now yesterday I received another sms saying that the cylinder has been delivered but I have yet not received it. I don't understand what is going on as now everything is automated. I hope there is no racket going on... I request you to investigate the same

                          Indane Gas or the distributor don't know who books the refill from my account. Lets assume that I have booked refill then atleast deliver to my address. But it never gets deliver. As my phone number is registered with Indane Gas so I get the SMS for that your order has been booked and Order has been delivered.

                            Dear sir / madam, With respect to above subject, I am requesting for bad service from Indian LPG service through Rashmi Distributors - Bangalore 1.PROBLEM : 1. They blocked my LPG Cylinder booking facility through Phone, in person, also and through head office also n no support for this 2. For the above case I am trying to book LPG cylinder since 2 weeks but no response REASON : 1. They are telling that we are having 2 connection for SAME HOUSE but we are having ONLY ONE CONNECTION WITH THE NAME OF MY FATHER - SHIVEGOWDA CONSUMER NUBMER - 85074 2. Why they blocked it giving this above reason means, A. One day the LPG Cylinder Delivery person came for delivery the cylinder on dated 13/1/2015 he demanded for extra money Rs.50 than actual cylinder cost was Rs.737 but we did not pay for his demanded amount So he refused to delivery our booked cylinder. Then finally he delivered and Rudely behaved and told that i will unlock your cylinder because u are not giving extra money for me. B. I have one more witnessed person who faced this type of incident from LPG Cylinder Delivery Person for demanding extra money for Cylinder Delivery and His name - Puttaswamy LPG Customer of Rashmi Distributor, Bangalore C. Puttaswamy have faced one more incident in this Rashmi Distributor - Banglore that he paid Rs. 1050 for transfer of change of name from his mother to his name it means making LPG for his name from his mother name and actually there was a cost for this process is Rs.50 only but they have taken Rs.1000 extra for this incident - I have one Video that the Rashmi Distributor manager informed same as above - his name - Balkrishna[protected] D. There is actual cost for single cylinder is Rs.2500 but they are taking from the public is Rs. 5500 but they will provide LPG Stove and One Tray for holding Cylinder but there was cost for both is Rs.1000 Only in the market but they will cheat - Rs.2000 per customer. E . The Rashmi Distributor having around 10000 and more than customers and if they cheat one customer for issuing single cylinder, they will cheat - Rs.2000 and name change - Rs.1000 and address change, they will cheat - Rs.1000. This is big corruption. F. They dont care about Police Compliants and Head office of the Indian Oil corporation which is located in Bangalore - Indian Oil Corporation Limited, IV Floor, Unity Building, J.C.W. Road, Bangalore - 560002 [protected]/ 9448286 G. The Police People and Head office of the Indian Oil Corporation People involved in this case 2. PROBLEM A. I lodged complaint on Rashmi Distributors through Indian Oil Corporation Toll Free Number - [protected] Compliant Number is 1720596 Dated on 30/12/2014 till now, no action is taken by Indian Oil Corporation on this Rashmi Distributor B. After Lodging Compliant I made follow it up to know the status of my compliant around 3 time in 2 week but they blocked my number - [protected] & today also if i call to this toll free no[protected] it says that your call cannot process & If i call from another number it automatically get connects to toll free no[protected] Today i tried from [protected] n it is connected but they are not supported for my problem RASHMI DISTRIBUTOR ADDRESS NAME: RASHMI INDANE DISRIBUTORS ADDRESS: #23/4, NAYANDAHALLI, NEAR RAJARAJESHWARI NAGAR ARCH, MYSORE ROAD, BANGALORE - 560039 PH:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] PROPRITER NAME : LEELAKRISHNAMURTHY CONCLUSION : Kindly look into this case, u can identify around CRORE RS of CORRUPTION made by RASHMI DISTRIBUTOR - BANGALORE I[censored] MAKE GOOD INVESTIGATION in confidentially above said address THE INDIAN OIL CORPORATION OFFICERS ALSO INVOLVE IN THIS CORRUPTION BANGALOE - CHANDRALAYOUT POLICE STATION INSPECTOR ALSO INOLVE IN THIS CORRUPTION Kindly make ride ON THESE CORRUPTION PEOPLE IMEDIATELY Please do not ignore this mail n i will be seeking ur service with faithfully I[censored] want any more information on this case Kindly contact on these numbers 1.[protected] 2.                                   A leaking LPG cylinder was supplied by Ms Cooking Gas & Appliances of BD market Salt lake Kolkata 64 on 03/03/15 to consumer No. 10050 which was detected and immediately complained without using the cylinder at all but that has not yet been replaced which is posing danger to the house hold. On 31/03, I could get a complaint number 2029236 from the toll free phone no. [protected]. but with no replacement as yet. Please treat it as extremely urgent and save our soul. Dr S K Saha

                                    sir, i was waiting for my turn this morning 11.30 am while the pump man filled petrol in one litter empty water bottle to other customer. A urgent call came to my mobile i have attended it, using the gap the pump man properly not maintained the zero and filled the petrol to my bike for Rs 200 bill also not given. I arised the question againts his action but he was not answering me properly but he ill treated me and using unparlimentry words to scold me in front of the public.Manager and owner nobody seen there to register my complaint, expesealy this particular bunk servants always behave like this to all, kindly take necessary action immediately.
