Again asking for aadhar linking to teh bank account

Delay in transfer of domestic gas connection.

I am Malay Sinha i have transferred from Tripura to Hazaribagh, jharkhand for that reason my domestic gas connection transferred from Tripura to Hazaribagh, Jharkhand . I visited the Pump number 2 on 5th April ~ 5 pm at the above Indian Oil fuel station and requested Rs 500 worth fuel in my Bike but the attendant with an dishonest intent did not set the meter to ZERO and started from the point where he stopped for the previous customer (I guess Rs 200).
