    Dear Sir, My Consumer number is: 51369, i booked refill on 27th Feb 2015, And waited 25 days and raised a complain against Sri Saila Gas Agency, Miyapur, Hyderabad, Di:Ranga Reddy, Telangana. SRN:2009944). I called customer care on 30th March 2015. Still Customer care people are saying that wait for couple of days. Can you check take proper action against my complaint. Thanks Srinivas

      Reference to the Consumer # 6867773, booking reference 315723 on[protected] even after 40 days gas refill not received from Sree Narayana Indane Agency pattambi, of Palakkad Dt. kerala. Last time delivery happened after around 50 days.

I have received subsidy for first two bookings but for third booking they are not giving any subsidy. We are highly depressed and frustrated with your services. Please do something in this matter soon.           I have booked gas cylinder on 15th March, 2015 through on line telephone no [protected] and reference ID no. is 273299 dated 15/03/2015. After long time, I have not received the gas cylinder, I inquired the same to agency on telephone No.[protected]. Every time the concernced person informed me that after 2 or 3 days the cylinder will be deliver to you on registerd address. But till date the cylinder have not been delived to me.             My LPG consumer No. A46750 (LPG ID:[protected] under BWCS Ltd., ALAKA, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. My Adhar - LPG linking form has been submitted to BWCS Ltd., ALAKA, Bhubaneswar on 27th December, 2014. The photoproof of acknowledgement copy is uploaded with this complaint for your kind information. When I asked about the status of its linking with my bank (State Bank of India, Campus of OUAT branch, Bhubaneswar), the BWCS (ALAKA) people are silent over it. Kindly let me know the status of my adhar - LPG linking with my bank.

                  My self Atul Sharma(+91-[protected]), I have booked gas on dtd 16 march'15, after 5 days received Indane gas sms, my cylinder has deliver at home but actual still we didn't get cylinder. I am trying to talk with customer care from last 10 days but it is always busy & not reachable. I think Indane gas customer care is fake. Then I called to my gas agency but all phone are not in work & all no are also fake. Then I called to deliver person Mr. Sumit (+91-[protected]), He said to me that talk to agency& he can't do that. I am facing same problem in last two month, I didn't get cylinder from last two month but nobody is understanding my problem. I think deliver person Mr. Sumit (+91-[protected]) is giving my cylinder to other person. Please tell me, what's your system to resolve & control this type problem. Please delivery my cylinder asap.                     Hi, I am Lt.Col. R. N. Yadav(Retd.). Ref. My customer Number-4715603 with Gas agency-Shaheed Surender Singh, Near MDS High School, Gudani Road, Kosli, Kosli, Rewari-123302. I have personally submitted relevant documents to my Gas Agency on 16th Feb'2015. No message received till 10 Days. Spoken on telephone to gas agency, they told to submitted copy of Adhaar Card. Again I visited on 21st March'2015 and handed over all the required documents second time. On 26th March at 1610Hrs again I spoken to them on telephone but I got the same reply from them to submitted the copy Adhaar card and they disconnect. At the same time I redial the agency and I requested to note my Adhaar Card number on telephone giving all the previous sequence of events. On 30th March'2015 my daughter in Law visited the gas agency for booking of Cylinder, they refused to book and again asked for Adhaar Card. I am very sorry to say that the service provided by the agency specially to senior citizen is very poor. You are requested to direct the agency to do the needful and take necessary action against the staff and find the reason for the delay in the process under intimation to me.                       Dear Sir I Have Linked My Adhaar[protected] With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI . And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account.Please tell me the solutions about this issue.my Mobile no. [protected], also i am unable to get any subsidy in my account from past two months. kindly sort out this problem..

They say that there's no air supply or machine repair . I want to know that how a person can drive a vehicle without air . So kindly rectify the problem shortly or else we are forced to make a road block in front of the bunk. Do kindly reply . Thank you.

                          Dear Sir, My self Anand R, I submitted DBTL at Sri Ambiram Indane gas agency(Sholinganallur, Chennai-603103) on the date 5 jan 2015 but till date have not link to my SBI Ac no.[protected] and my LPG ID-3 [protected] with consumer no.9309. Also we face the problem to book cylinder for one month when asked the agency told need to link with this scheme, till then cylinder wont be provided. So please do needful.                             The indane gas distributors are create a pressure for every new customer who cannot take gas stove.But they not agree for take a stove then he price increase double cylinders rs-7300/-. so please take the action immedietly the gas distributors code is 282315 name Amjad ali mallick this is anew distributors so please help our. if you don't take any action then goes to consumer forum.

                                      This is to complain about the long delay and poor customer dealing by INDANE GAS dealer- Jyothi gas agency, (31st mile, mundakkayam, kottayam dist, kerala. Most of their customers have a complaint. I booked a cylinder 1month ago, but till today didn't got. As my old cylinder is empty, took the empty cylinder directly to the dealer for taking new one already booked. But they are not giving. At least they must give when we directly approach for a new cylinder already booked, as an emergency. Please look into it and do necessary changes. Thank you..
