Sir/Ma'am,
I am the holder of consumer No. [protected] under the distributor, Beri Indane, BBT road, P.O. Batanagar, Maheshtala, KOLKATA - 700140. I have shifted here at Kolkata from Bihar in 2019 & settled at Eden City. I went to the distributor on[protected] and intimated the fact of correction in the consumer's name. My name is U. S. Dey, but they have entered in the computer as U. S. Das. When I pointed out, they intimated me that if transfer voucher is issued with this incorrect spelling in my name, I will be in trouble. Accordingly I requested them repeatedly to carry out correction but they intimated me that correction or modification will be done by the representative of the Indian Oil Agency and they don't have any idea when this correction will be made. I am facing lot of trouble during every order in terms of clarifications on consumer name. I kindly request you to please direct the Distributor or any representative, as the case may be, to carry out the correction in the spelling of my name immediately.

On 30/12/21, i stopped by at HIGHWAY FRIENDS FUELING POINT (shahjahanpur uttar pradesh) IOC.
and asked for Deisel in my Maruti Suzuki Baleno car, later paid and drove approx 5 minutes - my car started bumping and stopped! When i took my car to the service point, they informed me about the false action done by the petrol pump,
They filled petrol in my Diesel car and now it had created a big issue,
I want an action to be taken and rest the solution for same incident.

This is to bring to your kind notice that, i along with my friends were travelling to Shirdi from Mangalore, Karnataka. It happened on the way when we were travelling from SATARA to SHANI SINGNAPUR somewhere in Adarki Khurd, Satara - 415537, Near Water Station, we wanted to fill the DIESEL to our RENAULT DUSTER which already had 6 to 8 Litres of DIESEL in it. But we didn't wanted to take risk so we thought of Filling the DIESEL at the IOC Shree Nishanai Devi Petrol Pump in Adarki Khurd, Satara - 415537, Near Water Station.

For our surprise they filled more than 52 litres and still there was space to fill DIESEL in a 50 Ltr tank where there was already 6 to 8 litres minimum DIESEL. When we raised the issue, the owner came out arguing that there is some mistake with the Tank and he was Genuine. He even called a IOC person to confirm that he was correct. As it was a unknown place and we knew its difficult to argue with them, we left the place.

If this is how IOC treats its customer, then questions should be raised.
I am still not sure whether my plea will be answered, but as a common man, we cannot do much more then this.

Since I transferred my lpg connection from other provider to indane never got my lpg delivered on time, pathetic service, booked my cylinder 9 days ago and still not delivered,

Above Licence number IOCL dealer not maintained Toilets, AIR machine not working and Drinking Water also not providing.

And employees behaviour also not good

Please suggest them and arrange above Water, Air and Drinking water.

This is not a complaint against IOC. More to understand the details.
We have not requested for any gas connection inspection. A person who named himself as 'Narayana' from Indane Gas company with phone # [protected] barged inside our home saying that he is checking the safety of the gas connection. Did a 2 mnts check with a match stick whether any leakage, checking the flame and then handed over a form and was forcing to pay Rs 236. Please investigate this at the earliest and let us know your reply through email, attaching the form he provided.

Sanvariya filling station on Yamuna Expressway km 107 mark has overcharged fuel at rate of 160 per litre for X. P. 100 petrol on[protected] at 13:04:39 pm. Bill no. 415251-orgnl trans id [protected]. 20 ltr petrol is charged for by Rs. 3200 @160 per ltr. Gross overcharge of at least 1300.

Today ( 25- Dec-21) I received the refill cylinder from' Gnana Indane Gramin Vitrak ' (Doddaballapura).
when I checked with the Existing agency ( SV Indane ). They told me that ' IOC ' changed the connection.
The complaint was raised with Indane gas, ( #[protected], date[protected]

The action of indane gas in transferring the gas agency without the consent/intimation from the present 'SV gas agency' to 'Gnana gas agency' at Doddaballapura which is far away from my residence(about 15 km) is highly unethical unacceptable.
while the consumer has to follow several procedures to transfer their gas agency how the Indane gas has transferred my agency without following the procedure laid down by them.

I kindly request you to take up this matter with the concerned authority and to transfer my gas connection to 'SV Indane', which is close to me ( around 1.5 Km)
since this agency is very near to my residence and easily accessible if any problem arises

Dear Sir,
Some persons visiting door to door to check the availability of Indane gas connection.
We have given the consumer numbers. Then he insisting for Inspection and charging
Rs-177/- from the customers. When we asked for the reason he said that “ checking the
Multiple connection and safety of the gas connection”. We educated persons know well
about what to do for safety. He claimed that this is a Biannual Domestic customer
Inspection. They just check whether the flame is ok and check the Rubber Tube condition. Now most o[censored]s using Suraksha LPG Hose. For this simple inspection they charge Rs. 177/- and no separate receipt. The original inspection form itself is the receipt
for the amount paid by the customer. This Common Form printed as Recommended by Indane.
Is this Inspection is compulsory or option left to the customers? What is the real inspection charge.

Chandra Distributors are intentionally not Delivering the gas (refilling cylinder).

We are Booked (Ref No[protected] on 4th December 2021, even I complain to the helpline no
[protected] three times but no use.

I have gone 4 times to Chandra agency I recorded videos also for prof.

they said to come tomorrow another day they said we will send tomorrow
The next day also I went that time they said the delivery boy went outside will check and update yesterday also I went she said that will deliver tomorrow, but still not yet received.

Intentionally Not Delivering because we have to give them Rs. 50 extra
but last time I Gave only Rs. 30/- he said that we do not deliver to you next time if you pay us Rs. 50/- we will deliver otherwise you will not get the gas (refilling cylinder).

there are any charges for delivery Rs 50/- extra

Invoice bill including delivery charges right but every time they are taking Rs 50/- From my side.

even I said him to I will complain he repaid that go ahead.

There any action from consumer complaints (your side)

Please take the action as soon as possible both Cylinder is empty.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked air tickets to and fro Amritsar to Sharjah with INDIGO airline through MakeMyTrip (
Booking ID: NN2HRHRRQ0GLWT756492) PNR no ESC94R dated 33Dec2021and unfortunately I have to cancel my bookings because i am fully vaccinated with Covaxin vaccine and there is no such option available to select covaxin in ICA smart services, Hence with consent of some travel agents, has to cancel my bookings.
In cancellation policy, from 4 ours to 3 days 11125 is the cancellation fee so has to be deducted against my refund.But MakeMyTrip is refunding only 18280.87₹ which is almost the 50% of the booking amount.
I have received a mail from Indigo airlines also that they are refunding 26047₹ so the same has to be transferred into my account.Kindly look into the matter in a serious way and refund my actual amount as per the refund policy which is Rs. 26046.

I’ve got in to this Indian oil petrol bunk in Ameerpet (village) near Thimmapur
There was a plastic chair kept very next filling pump which was absolutely not visible from the drivers side

Unfortunately the chari damaged for which I was ready to pay the nominal and genuine compensation there the misbehaving has begun and the workers started speaking rough and threatening that they will let me go only if I leave the change after filling fuel

They haven’t given the change and continued to note down the vehicle number took my number and started asking unnecessary questions if the vehicle was stolen and all

I want a strict disciplinary action be taken and my 500be refunded which was looted by the staff of iocl

My name is Anil Kumar. Consumer I'd is 20846. Complaint about is D.S. Gas Service.

We got a cylinder just 15 days before and now cylinder is empty. However at the time of delivery we weighted cylinder and it was okay but now just after 15 days it is empty and out of these 15 days we were out of town for a week.

Also we are now trying to check the cylinder, it is still heavy and we are getting some water presence in the cylinder.

It's completely a scam and we want a strict action on it.

I have booked a cylinder through this agency on 8th of december and 9th of december i received a message stating that the cylinder is delivered. i am following up with the agency and they are not giving a proper response i went personally to collect the cylinder but still they denied to hand over the cylinder.

I MANGAT RAI BANSAL, R/o #39, Green Avenue near Mittal City Mall, BATHINDA & my works address is KISHORE ELECTRICALS, #3, Dev Samaj Chowk, Dhobi Bazar, BATHINDA use Amrik Singh Road for commuting regularly.
I always go to your Fuel station M/S GURU KIRPA PETROLIUM, Amrik Singh Road, BATHINDA for filling of Fuel in all my vehicles and I visited again today evening around 8:20pm to my way to home and my scooter was full for Rs 478/- and I gave 8/- change of Rs. 5/-2/-1/- but it was not accepted by your staff at pump and also used foul language by saying this currency is not acceptable so he had charged Rs. 480- against my bill of 478.
I have visited the Manager JYOTI inside the office for the same and he
confirmed that currency note below Rs. 10/- is not accepted at our Petrol

I have been a prestige member of indane gas agency for years .Being a proactive customer, though I have shifted from ground to first floor of my house on same land of which I am the owner, I thought of getting my address updated to first floor as indane provide door step delivery so I walked up to six mile, Guwahati indane gas agency for the same. To my shock I was asked to pay extra Rs. 20 additional on top of the charges I pay to indane gas agency which already includes delivery charges. Also, people at the agency don't even know how to the behave and talk to a women.If this is how a customer is being treated, I would like close my connection with indane immediately and approach for better agency.

Therfore I want to raise a complaint against INDANE GAS AGENCY, SIX MILE GUWAHATI ASSAM

Toilet was extremely dirty. No one can ever use that toilet. Worst ever. It was so bad and still locked. didn't understand why would such dirty toilet needs to be locked. We asked for petrol pump's ID number, they said they don't know it. It was not mentioned anywhere.
We could not even dare to click the pictures, it was so dirty.
