I, T.M Asokan, Consumer no-J17068, Jo Agencies, Indane distributor, Irinjalakkuda may inform that i have booked LPG on 20/1/2015 vide register no-266122. Now a telephone message received on 20/3/2015 that cash memo on booking number 266122 has been generated and LPG shall be delivered shortly.But the delivery has not been done so far.At the same time counter delivery is going on very well. Being a handicapped person it is very difficult to me to make spare arrangements. So I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to settle my grievance early.

    Respected sir, I, the undersigned, have the honor to bring to your notice that our local LPG distributor (Khumbong Indane Gramin Vitrak) is not accepting my application for transferring name of our household LPG connection. The connection is originally in the name of my younger sister (Rama Shandhya). Her consumer number is CX13832278 and S.V No. is[protected]. She has got married and now she does not need the connection so she gave her consent to transfer it in our mother's name. However when I approached the distributor they rejected my application saying that the time period given by IOCL for transferring name is already over and they cannot help me. I have no other option so I am lodging this complaint. Therefore this is my humble request to please look into this matter at your earliest convenience. Thanking you. Yours sincerely Arjun Limbu

      We have ordered cylinder on 07th March it's been not deliver to us and it's been automatically regenerated 17th March it's also not delivered to us and as we call to distribdistributer they are not picking the call and we visited thrice to the distribution office they are saying will send cylinder to your to home on our every visit ...

        our consumer no 02448 and dealer name Circular agency we are very old customer but the delivery man thread us with a bad behaviour that you can make a complain against me, no body do anything, if this is happening we from our location everybody shifted to other.please take a action or either we have to do another process

          Sir, My consumer no is.CX7811497, lpg id is[protected], I have received cylinder on 06.03.15 and also paid Rs.640/. Still i am not received money from govt side i am registered my bank details successfully. I am many time asks delaer side no response.Pls take necessary action for my money regarding.Ouragency is Veera Anjaneya Gas Agency is very very worst behaviour for customer service, i am many times asks no body resoponse wait one month reply.

            My consumer no.is 633320. I was out of station more than 3 months. On returning I made refill booking on 26/12/2014, but the supply was not made. I reported to my distributor at Naihati, west Bengal "Satyam Indane Gas Service" where I came tio know that my service had been deactivated for the time being. The gave me a set of form to fill up and submit. I filled up the form and submit the form to the distributor alongwith a application on 07/03/2015. No action was taken till date. I am a senior citizen of 75 years old. It is impossible for me to go personnally to the office of distributor for chasing. They do not attend telephone call.

              Sir, I have booked refill for my Con.No: 67491 with Rose Gas Agency, Medavakkam on- line on 17/3/2015 vide registration Ref. No: 301018 . I have recd. a SMS from IA- INDANE that my gas connection is moved from M/S.ROSE GAS to M/s.SREE JAYAM INDANE, TEYNAMPET, Ch 18 due to administrative reasons without giving any address or phone number of the new gas agency .Kindly let me know how I can get the New Cons.No so as to enable me to make a fresh booking.Hope Indian Oil will see to that the existing bookings made under the previous Cons.No. Is honoured without putting the consumers in a suspense as my present cylinder got over yesterday and I have only one connection.TREAT THE MATTER AS URGENT.                 Respected sir, I Sujan Bhowmik a consumer of indian oil, my consumer no. is 28399. I live in Madhyamgram North 24 Parganas Kolkata, West Bengal and distributor name is Sankar Gas Service. I deposited my AADHAR to my distributor and to my bank. My bank linked my account with my aadhar as on 20/12/14. The bank name is Central Bank. But after booking my gas I found that my subsidy was entered in another persons a/c named Anita Biswas, the bank is AXIS Bank and the a/c no. is [protected]. My aadhar no. is[protected]. So I am requesting you to kindly link my aadhar with my bank a/c as I can get back my subsidy amounts early as possible I will be highly oblige. Thanking You.

                  sir my consumer no is12230 and i registered my booking on 16 feb 15, booking no is 984882. cash memo no [protected] generated on 03 mar 15 but cylinder has not yet been delivered at my given address. But i received message that cylinder has been delivered which is wrong and my distributor is also not making proper record which cause subsidy is not continously coming in my account number. Sir i have agains register my booking on 18 Mar 15. sir please do something as number of costumer are getting problem because of our distributor ie Vaishali Enterprises.

                    Connection Number: S-13401 Ref No: 522372 Gas Agency Name: Sangam Gas Agency Booking Date: 9th March, 2015 Delivery Date: 12th March, 2015 I have not received any delivery of Gas till date. i.e; 25th March, 2015. It being more than 2 weeks, still no responses from IVRS and SMS.
                    Indane - No delivery of Indane gas cycliner by Sangam Gas Agency, Mudera, Allahabad, U.P. Anyone taking actions on this ??

My LPG ID is[protected] and my Card No. is 7012 of Surya Indane Gas Services, Davanagere I have givenmy Adhar Card No i.e..[protected] and also SB Account No of Vijaya Bank, Ranebennur which I mentioned as above. When I was asked the distributors it was on processing position and it will linked within a short time. Hence, I request you kindly to look into the matter and kindly instruct the distributor of Surya Indane Gas Services, Davanagere for linking the bank account number and allow to get the benefit of LPG Subsidy and oblige.                           The worst gas agency i have ever seen in my life. Madhvi Indane Gas Agency, hyderabad does not have any proper work flow. Since from last three months, i am facing the same issue again and again. i use to book the gas through IVRS, however never use to get any cash memo generated for this. Not even a single contact no provided in the booklet works. No body picks up the call. Toll free no. does not provide any support. The staffs are not trained properly. They dont even know how to talk. I need to rush to the office in person to request the gas.'The office itself is such a pathetic place that it is very tough for a women to reach to the counter. My consumer no. is CX 278484

                            Hi, I got a SMS from Indane, that due to administrative reasons my account (49517) with present gas agency (Rose gas agency) is transferred to another agency at Teynampet (Sree Jayam Agencies). I am residing at Adambakkam and very close to Rose gas agency and the changed one is almost 12 kms away from my present residence. I don't know the real reason why such change has been implemented. I think it is Indane's responsibility of delivering gas cylinders on time and supporting customers for all relating issues. And there is no proper response from your office when contacted through the toll free number.

                              Dear sirs, Even after delivery of gas cylinder, I have not received subsidy.Feedback center & my customer console shows that Bank Account not linked to LPG.I contact the customer care center of company, they told me that U r linked to DBTL scheme but due to wrong spellinng of name or data not updated by the agency, subsidy could not be credited thereafter I visited to gas agency on dtd.4-3-2015, they refused to update data & Correct spelling of my Name as B.S.KALURA as on AADHAAR.Inspite They advice me to go through new connection.What should I do ?                                 A leaking cylinder was supplied on 03/03/2015 from Cooking Gas & Appliances, BD Sector 1, Salt lake Kolkata, to Dr. Shibendra Kumar Saha of CG 5 Salt lake sector 2, Kolkata -91, against consumer number 10050. Supplier did not agree to check the cylinder even on request. The matter was reported to emmergency numberr as printed on cash memo on 15/03/2015, the leak was further confirmed by the dealer next day . Unfortunately they have not changed the cylinder till date..The leaking cylinder is posing danger to my house hold. Please do the needful immidiately.                                   I, Bimal krishna Tewari, resident of Shivam Abasan, Flat No.E, first floor, South Station Road, Malakarpara, Kolkata-109 a consumer of Indiane Gas having consumer No.47680. I had booked my gas on line in the first week of March, 2015 under ref. No.597879 and received the confirmation message on my mobile. My gas distributor is Sharmila gas agency, Tetultala, BT Road, Agarpara, Kolkata-109. But to-day, i.e. on 25.03.2015 morning I have received a message that my booking stands cancelled without showing any cause. According to the advice, I booked it again on line and they replied that booking is already exists. I contacted my distributor and they advised me to ask the helpline on [protected] but they are also unable to provide the facts for cancellation message. It is my request to look over the matter and kindly regularise my above booking.

I BOOKED MY GAS ON 4.3.2015 VIDE REFNO 286533 TILL DATE I HAVE NOT SUPPLIED THE GAS CYLINDER DURING THE YEAR[protected] I HAVE SUPPLIED ONLY SIX CYLINDER INSTEAD OF 12 ONLY ONE CYLNDER IS BEING GIVEN BY THE GAS AGENCY AFTER TWO MONTH WITH THE REASON WELL KNOWN TO THE AGENCY. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO BUY CYLINDER IN BLACK . I HAVE CONTACED DISTRICT IOC MANAGER ON MOBILE NO [protected] AND [protected] BUT NO RESPONCE HAS BEEN GIVEN .
