A leaking cylinder was supplied on 03/03/2015 from Cooking Gas & Appliances, BD Sector 1, Salt lake Kolkata, to Dr. Shibendra Kumar Saha of CG 5 Salt lake sector 2, Kolkata -91, against consumer number 10050. Supplier did not agree to check the cylinder even on request. The matter was reported to emmergency numberr as printed on cash memo on 15/03/2015, the leak was further confirmed by the dealer next day . Unfortunately they have not changed the cylinder till date..The leaking cylinder is posing danger to my house hold. Please do the needful immidiately. I, Bimal krishna Tewari, resident of Shivam Abasan, Flat No.E, first floor, South Station Road, Malakarpara, Kolkata-109 a consumer of Indiane Gas having consumer No.47680. I had booked my gas on line in the first week of March, 2015 under ref. No.597879 and received the confirmation message on my mobile. My gas distributor is Sharmila gas agency, Tetultala, BT Road, Agarpara, Kolkata-109. But to-day, i.e. on 25.03.2015 morning I have received a message that my booking stands cancelled without showing any cause. According to the advice, I booked it again on line and they replied that booking is already exists. I contacted my distributor and they advised me to ask the helpline on [protected] but they are also unable to provide the facts for cancellation message. It is my request to look over the matter and kindly regularise my above booking.

MY CONSUMER ID 24396 . I BOOKED MY GAS ON 4.3.2015 VIDE REFNO 286533 TILL DATE I HAVE NOT SUPPLIED THE GAS CYLINDER DURING THE YEAR[protected] I HAVE SUPPLIED ONLY SIX CYLINDER INSTEAD OF 12 ONLY ONE CYLNDER IS BEING GIVEN BY THE GAS AGENCY AFTER TWO MONTH WITH THE REASON WELL KNOWN TO THE AGENCY. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO BUY CYLINDER IN BLACK . I HAVE CONTACED DISTRICT IOC MANAGER ON MOBILE NO [protected] AND [protected] BUT NO RESPONCE HAS BEEN GIVEN .

Sir, I am a consumer of Indane gas and I live in Shiv Vihar Karala colony. I have complaint about to my neighbour who has black marketing of gas because of many gas connections. Their address is C-35, Shiv Vihar, Karala, Colony, Name Ravi Kumar. New Delhi -110081. They have many gas connections and he sale with black to gas delivering fellow.I request to you some legal action to this matter. Thanks, I hope you understand it and take some action.

Dear Sir, Iam having the gas connection in Indian Gas, with SIDHI VINAYAK gas Agencies, HARDWAR. The consumer number is 4879, we have booked the gas 21 days back (05th march) through phone. Till now i have not received the filled cylinder. When we are calling to them they are not attending the calls...

Sir / Madam, This is to bring to your notice about the blatant violation by mastakalandar restaurant ramamurthy nagar, bangalore. They are using the Domestic Subsidised LPG cylinder for commercial purpose, we found 4 cylinders locked near their stair case, connected with a pipe to the hotel kitchen. We have attached the pic of the same. Kindly ensure action is taken to prevent such misuse. JAI HIND!!

On 23/03/2015 I asked the operator to fill the tank with Rs. 200/- Operator started filling without asking to see ZERO reading, with continuous previous reading of Rs 40.37. I objected for this action the operator continue upto a reading of 240.15. After my objection and to give the explaination from the operator, one of the other operators caught my collar. For my safety I pushed the person away. Then the operatos beaten me. Immediately I had a contact with FIELD OFFICER Mr. Tarun Saxena on his mobile No. [protected] and asked for help. The Field Officer adviced me to lodge a complaint in the complaint book. I did the same wide complaint Sr. No. 44 dated 23/03/2015 with all details and happenings with me. On 24/03/2015 I got a message on my eMail ID ([protected]@gmail.com) that all the:- "This is a automated RO and all transaction done at any machine automatically get entered in computer and dealer has no control over that. I saw the transaction before your vehicle, it is Rs100/-. When one transaction gets complete, Machine will start from zero only. Hence as per automation you have been fuelled for Rs240.15 for 3.97lts of Petrol and you have been charged for same only". I have the cash memo of Rs 200/- of the same date then the unexpected statement of the Field Officer is totally false and is seems to save the Owner of the Indian Oil Filling Station. I am hurt and with the behaviour and investigation with negative statement of Field Officer. A positive and favourable action is expected from your side. Sir, My customer number is 12320 under supplier Priyanka Gas Agency Mulki South Karnataka 574154 Mangalore Dist. Every time at the time of delivering the cylinder, the delivery boy demands Rs. 60/- per cylinder and he refuses to deliver until gives Rs.60/-. This is not request but as a order to pay more. Today dated 24.3.2015 cash memo no. [protected] and booking no.263331 the delivery boy named Satish called me from cell no.[protected] and forced me to pay additional Rs. 60/- otherwise he told me he will not deliver the cylinder. As I am a Government servent working in a central government department as a System Administrator, and engaged busy schedule of my duty disturbed a lot from this threat call. As I and my wife both are working inorder to avoid the inconvenient for delivery of cylinder I always keep the book with cash and empty cylinder in my neighbour house after receiving the message of cash memo. Kindly intimate me the actual amount I need to pay at the time of delivery of gas cylinder to my house with effect from next delivery ( whether the amount mentioned in the bill amount or the amount demanded by the delivery boy). This may please be clarified to me at the earliest, with intimation to the Priyanka Gas Agency, Mulki and the concerned delivery boy.

I have submitted aadhaar details with gas agency and with bank in the month of Jan 15 till date it is not linked. I am facing problem to get LPG cylinder, kindly do the needful. Case is being intimated to field officer shillong area (Mr. S Chakma) by mail and telephonically.

I am total using the twelve cylinder for one year but last tweleve cylinder dt.11.03.2015, vide order /Bill No.[protected], susidey not credited in my bank account after that I am visited the Banaras gas service yesterday i.e. dt 23/03/15, in evening and tell the problem . subsidey not credited in my bank account banaras gas service employee told me your last subsidey not credited beacause you are using the 13 gas cylinder for one year but sir I am using the 12 cylinder in one year sir I am humbly requested to you. You are interfere this issue and credited the subsidy amount in my bank account. all details mentioned above. and I am waiting for your valueable reply

I have received a message on 13.03.2015 that Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no.446555, shall be delivered shortly.But so for I have not receive Gas Cylinder.Today again I received message that, refill booking ref no.446555 stands cancelled .kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation. i do not know the reason why it is canseled? . Please delivery the GAS CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY. When I contacted the distributor from today morning nearly 100 times . But always phone is busy or not answering. I face much problems due to gas cylender. I submited all my relevend documents and I goted the subsidy amt of Rs 290.68 as on 19.01.2015.

Hi, I booked DBC on 23/03/2015 and I was promised to get the second cylinder immediately from the distributor (Setharama). Upon receiving the delivery persons phone number I called him up but he did not receive the call. After calling several attempts he received the call but he denied to supply the cylinder also he forced to take cylinder with extra money (in BLACK) and disconnected the call and never received my call thereafter.
