I have submitted aadhaar details with gas agency and with bank in the month of Jan 15 till date it is not linked. I am facing problem to get LPG cylinder, kindly do the needful. Case is being intimated to field officer shillong area (Mr. S Chakma) by mail and telephonically.

I am gas connection holder in the name Ms. Monika Jain vide gas connection No. 6763, Installed in H.No.2555, second floor, ali Satghara Dharampura Delhi-110006, and Distributer name Banaras gas service at A-10, D.D.A Market Mata Sundri Road New Delhi-42, I have used the gas cylinder 12 for one year using gas cylinder details as under :- 1. bill No./order NO.[protected]. 2.[protected].3.[protected]. 4.[protected]. 5.[protected]. 6.[protected].7.[protected]. 8.[protected].9.[protected].10.[protected].11.[protected].12.[protected]. I am total using the twelve cylinder for one year but last tweleve cylinder dt.11.03.2015, vide order /Bill No.[protected], susidey not credited in my bank account after that I am visited the Banaras gas service yesterday i.e. dt 23/03/15, in evening and tell the problem . subsidey not credited in my bank account banaras gas service employee told me your last subsidey not credited beacause you are using the 13 gas cylinder for one year but sir I am using the 12 cylinder in one year sir I am humbly requested to you. You are interfere this issue and credited the subsidy amount in my bank account. all details mentioned above. and I am waiting for your valueable reply

        Sir, I am Basaweswar, consumer no.cx7122710, i was booked new cylinder on 9/3/2015 ref no.801506, till today i was not received full cylinder, two days back i got message that cash memo generated no [protected] on 31/3/2015, but till today we are not received the full cylinder. I am trying to contact the dealer Sri Saila gas agencey, Miyapur Hyderabad, they were not responding the were not even lifiting the telephone. Kindly take necessary action

          I have booked the Gas Cylinder on 25.02.2015 and Booking Ref.No. is 446555. I have received a message on 13.03.2015 that Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no.446555, shall be delivered shortly.But so for I have not receive Gas Cylinder.Today again I received message that, refill booking ref no.446555 stands cancelled .kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation. i do not know the reason why it is canseled? . Please delivery the GAS CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY. When I contacted the distributor from today morning nearly 100 times . But always phone is busy or not answering. But I feel very very unhappy about this. My consumer No. is 41332.and Distributor name is DEVAGANGA ASSOCIATES.CHANDRA LAY OUT BANGALORE. Again I have booked a gas cylinder on 19.03.2015 and booking ref no.463059.Then also not supplied the Gas cylinder .For this cash memo [protected] generated for my booking no.463059..Today I have got a message your refill booking ref. I face much problems due to gas cylender. I submited all my relevend documents and I goted the subsidy amt of Rs 290.68 as on 19.01.2015.

                Hi, I booked DBC on 23/03/2015 and I was promised to get the second cylinder immediately from the distributor (Setharama). Upon receiving the delivery persons phone number I called him up but he did not receive the call. After calling several attempts he received the call but he denied to supply the cylinder also he forced to take cylinder with extra money (in BLACK) and disconnected the call and never received my call thereafter.                       My name is amitabha chaudhuri bearing consumer No.633320. I was out of station from July, 2014 for more than three months. On returning I booked my refill through my registered mobile no.[protected] on 26/12/2014 with booking no.746188. But no sms from indane regarding supply received. I reported to my distributer. I came to know that my booking has been deactivated. They gave me one form like KYC to fill up and submit. On 07/03/2015 I submitted the form alongwith an application. A nominal fee of Rs.70/- I paid for activation. But till date no action was not taken. I am a senior citizen of 75 years old and the distributor office is 3 km from my hous crossing railway truck. There is land line telephone in office but no one ever attended. Please activate gas supply.

                        On 1 Feb I had booked for the gas ref. no. 639413 and on 12 march they message us that the booking had been cancelled. Then again we had booked on 12 march booking no. [protected] and on 21 march that it have been sent but we have'nt got the gas.

                                I have recd LPG refill & it did not connect when connected to regulator. Since it was sunday, I took the cylinder of my neighbour whose is also an IOC Connection. Today from the morning I am ringing my distribution (4 times) M/s Veera Anjaneya Indane Gas Agency Nanganallur, the problem is not rectified. My consumer No is CX13330926 and LPG ID is[protected]. Can u please do the needful to rectify the problem at the earliest?

                                  Sir, my family had booked our LPG cylinder on 3rd March 2015 but after a lapse of 20 days, we have not received the refill cylinder till date. Our repeated requests to the Agency/distributor have yielded no positive results. It has been going on for the past one year or so. Always we are getting a stereo-type reply i, .e. Delivery cannot be made with in the 3days.., My self waiting an other additional 3 days after that i am giving call to distributor again they will ask to wait 3days until today, I am getting the same kind of answers from distributor, when can i get, i don't know. This is what happened for me (today is the 3rd time i had the same kind of answer from distributor).next week..I don't know where the distributor is delivering the cylinder . Please give the alert to this distributor even they charging more money for new connections( double cylinder new connection they collected from me around Rs.10000). i say don't want trolley and rice cooker but force fully issued and they taken money, those items literally no use at all which are they provided with the new connection.                                     I have booked cylinder online on 28/02/2015 which was delivered on 10/03/2015.However the subsidy amount is not yet credited in my bank a/c.The above entry is not yet closed by the issuing authority, so we are unable to do fresh booking, kindly resolve both matter and obliged. my LPG ID NO 3 [protected]

                                      After Compliments, Sir, my family had booked our LPG cylinder on 6th January.2015 but after a lapse of 75 days, we have not received the refill cylinder till date. Our repeated requests to the Agency/distributor have yielded no positive results. This is not a lone case. It has been going on for the past one year or so. Always we are getting a stereo-type reply i, .e. delivery cannot be made this week..wait until... next week. .. next week..I don't know where the distributor is delivering the cylinder and it's been almost two and half months and we have been forced to cook through other traditional means - The distributor's attitude in this regard is highly deplorable and unpardonable too. For your information, if we talk about the number of refill cylinders received per year, during the past two years, works out to be just six, although the government have notified that consumers are entitled for 12 Nos. of subsidised cylinders per annum. Please look into this issue very seriously. If the distributor cannot cater the needs of the consumers in a satisfactory manner he should get rid of this business and you should appoint a new distributor without any hesitation, Preference should be given to the interest of the consumers and not the distributor. Therefore I would request you to kindly take necessary remedial measures for early delivery of the refill cylinder.                                         THE RETAIL PETROL STATION AT KINGRAG, MUSSOORIE (DEHRADUN) DENIES SERVICE OF FREE AIR ALL THE TIME.
