    Please provide as much information as possible... i have alraedy submitted my aadhar card no. and from last 2 months i received subsidy on my account but this month i didn't received subsidy and i wait for last 15 days but there is no response from your side and i also visit for your gas agency but they gave me no. which is [protected] and if i dial thos no. rhere is no response from rhere expect selection of language. plzz help me on this matter

      Hello My consumer number is 53316, with the distributor Sona Enterprises (code no. 9107302), Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. I had booked a cylinder on 10th March 2015 (ref # 610559). On 11th March I received an Sms that cash memo # [protected] has been generated and shall be delivered shortly. On 12th March 2015 I received an sms that the cylinder has been delivered. WHEREAS in reality there was NO delivery at home. Thereafter I walked in to the distributor, where i was requested to leave the consumer number to a representative and the cylinder will be delivered. I also dialled in to the Indane complaint number where an customer care agent told me that the delivery will happen by Thursday 19th March as sometimes the cash memo are generated in advance. TODAY is 19th March and I have not received the cylinder at home. no delivery of lpg gas is happening for the third time at my place (earlier indane booking ref # 564578, 585186) May I request the Indane officials and customer care cell to look into this immediately.

        Respected Sir/Madam, Reference:-Customer No.17675 in Gurdaspur Gas Agency, Jail Road, Gurdaspur-143521(Pb) I, Suresh Kumar bearing ibid customer Number have booked my home delivery filled cylinder vide online Regd No.279708 on. 27.02.2015 at 5.21pm. Cash Memo No.[protected] was generated on same day been at 8.51pm but no Cylinder was delivered and registration cancelled on 04.03.2015. Thereafter I visited distributor office many times. I have got only assurance for delivery of gas cylinder but till 19.03.2015 it has not been delivered. There is no need to explain the problems faced by family due non-delivery of cylinder. Kindly look into matter for early delivery of cylinder please Thanks

          Hi, I am a Indane Gas Cylinder cunsumer (6316) from Mithila Gas Agency Noida Sector 19. Our distributor not delivery the Cylinder on time as listed below - We got the message the Cylnder has be delivered but it is acutally not. - [Cash Memo: [protected]; Booking No: 385136]Yesterday, Distributor returned back from Gate saying the Guards asking him for Entry as he want a free pass. When I called him back he returned by that time (1 min) and asked me to collect the cylinder from his home from now onwards. Today I got the message that my Cylinder has be return to the Gas Agency. We have faced such problems earlier but now it is getting worst Request you to take the necessary action against the distributor.                 My consumer number is 4442, and I have booked for a gas refill on[protected], with booking id 2207911. My last delivery date of gas refill was[protected]. Its been two months since I requested for a refill. Now I am running out f gas and I badly need the refill. The agency is just playing games and have not yet delivered me the refill. They are giving false promises and excuses. Last day due to my continuous calls, they told the gas lorry will arrive at my place, but even after waiting for the whole day it did not arrive. Later on I called them and asked for the reason, they just told me that gas cylinders got emptied so they could not deliver. They are just making a fool out of me. I baldy need a response, and hoping that higher authorities will solve my problems.

I went to agency 3-4 times but they ask to come next week.When i questioned why every time asking to come next week, they rudely replied, go and complain where ever possible as we do not have stock so we can not do anything.                     Hello, I am an Consumer of an Indane LPG and i have connection from Distributor Name:- Sandeep Gas Agency Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh. This dealer giving us lots of issues with the delivery of the LPG Cylinder everytime we book an refill becouse the staff and the delivery boys are involved with Black Marketting of domestic LPG. This dealers never gives Cylinder delivery on time and there Emergency Contact numbers are never answered and there Landline are always Engage becouse they keeps the Reciever in such a way that it will give engage tone. Really frustrated with the dealer and there black marketting. Kindly look into it as an Matter o[censored]rgency. Your Promp action will be greately appreciated. I booked a Gas on 07.02.2015 & booking registration No.870866 but still I did not get my gas till date which is of much Inconvenience. And on 26.02.2015, I have submitted all required documents for transferring my name from my Late father's name but still I did not get my gas and your response from your Distributor and on that day itself I was charged Rs390 and product by Cash Memo no, Cash Memo no: 19821. There is no Head in this Distributor Service, I could not meet her ever. No one is taking Responsibility for this. If this is the circumstances then it will be going tough for me. I earnestly request you to see to this and take necessary measures on such Distributors and help me in transferring my name.

                              I am P.DEVASENA residing at Door No:E, ‘SURIA”, Apartment, Girija Street, E.P.R.Nagar, Ullagaram, Chennai 600091.My Indane gas consumer no. is 65759 and the gas agency is Rose Gas Agency is located at no.73, Medavakkam Main Road, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088. I have booked a gas cylinder on 18.03.2015 with the ref.no.301777.The Indane gas had sent an SMS on 17 th March 2015 "stating that your gas connection is moved from m/s Rose Gas Agency to m/s Parthiban Indane due to administrative reasons. Kindly contact your new distributor for more details". The action of indane gas in transferring the gas agency without the consent/intimation from the present Rose gas agency to Parthiban gas agency at Pallavaram which is far away from my residence (about 10 km) is highly unethical unacceptable. While the consumer has to follow several procedures to transfer their gas agency how the Indane gas has transferred my agency without following the procedure laid down by them. I kindly request you to take up this matter with the concerned authority to supply the gas cylinder already booked and also to transfer my gas connection to some other agency located either at Adambakkam or at Puzhuthivakkam or at Nanganallur since, these places are very near to my residence and easily accessible if any problem arises. .                                   Requested that I, MD. JAMI LPG ID 3 [protected], Consumer No. GN1252 does not found the subsidy in bank even I submitted the bank details and aadhar no. to the bank and the distributor. I take the cylinders three times from the distributor at cost Rs 825, 718 and 723. I requested that my connection is linked to bank and what is the reason behind this is send to my registered mobile no. [protected]. Thanks.

                                    Complaint against irresponsibility of our distributor. 1- I have booked my refill against consumer no.S-3864 on 3rd March 2015 with register no.233890. 2-My Aadhar is already linked with distributor and bank. 3-On March 14th I received a massage that Cash Memo [protected] generated for booking no.233890 shall be delivered shortly. 4- On 14th of March also this massage was sent to me that Your cyl is delivered against cash memo no.[protected]. I am waiting for my filled Cyl till date i.e.18th of March evening but Sir, I don't know where my cyl has been delivered. So please instruct my distributor Adarsh Gas Agency in this matter as soon as possible just to insure my refil supply. Thanks, V.S.Rawat Consumer no.-S3864

                                      I am Siva my gas consumer number is CX10327882, my gas agency name is Sree Krshnaa urali Indane service Salem. While approach for additional cylinder they said that with out buying other materials worth of 3000 thousand rupees will not give additional cylinder. Please take action against its illegal practice.

                                        i am having indane lpg connection having consumer No.531032 from the distributor M/s. Jyothi Gas agency, Aghapura. the delivery boy insisting us to pay Rs.30 extra for the delivery. is it the mandatory to give Rs.30 extra (actual bill is Rs.681.00 i have paid Rs.710) ON 17.03.2015 kindly reply whether it is mandatory or else take necessary action on the distributor.
