    My Consumer No.is CX1784564, from Jyoti Distributor, Surat. I have booked cylinder before one month ago, and get message of Cash Memo No.also, but not get any cylinder. Further we inquired to dealer they reply your cylinder is despatched from here, but I didn't get it. Meanwhile we got message that your booking is cancelled and for further inquiry go to your dealer. Dealer reply that it is server problem and we could not do anything for this, you better way to go book cylinder again and wait for some days. Now what should we do?

      Dear Sir My gas agency is seetharama Indane gas service Jigani, Bangalore urban .recently there has been inconsistancy in theri services and it is getting worse. On[protected] i had booked my gas cylinder vide consumer no [protected](CX[protected]and the same has not been delivered yet inspite of several reminders.They dont even bother to pick up the phone. Because of this i am facing a lot of problems please guide me what action can be taken against the agency.

        I had booked the cylinder before 25 days. Within these days, I inquired many times for the cylinder but no proper answer I get. They booked cylinder again and again. But not getting the cylinder till date. I submit documents like aadhar and bank passbook 3 times. But the problem remains as it is. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
        I expect proper solution from the well reputed company.

          I, Sukanta Das, am writing on behave of my sister Asha Das, Consumer ID :[protected] Consumer No. 27132. We want to transfer the connection in the name of my mother, Sandhya Das. So I went to my Dealer Sonarpur Gas Service but their services are workless and hopeless. The employees behaved very very bad. They refused to receive my documents and returned me back day after day. I have also complained against this matter on 19.3.15 and 25.3.15 in your toll free number and my complain no. is 1999545. But I could not get any positive response from them.

          I hope you will take an action immediately as soon as possible.
          मेरा नाम सुमन गोयल है।मेरी उम्र 60 है।निवासी wz- 241 b ff inderpuri new delhi. मेरा गैस कनेक्शन है जिसका नंबर 9677 है जोकि मेरे सुवर्गीय पति नाम पर है। उनकी मिर्त्यु हो गई है। अब मैं यह कनेक्शन मेरे नाम पर हो।लेकिन जोगिन्दर गैस एजेंसी, नारायणा नई दिल्ली। मुझे पिछले दो महीने से चक्कर लगवा रहे है। कभी कहते है पेपेर पुरे नहीं है कभी कहते है एफिडेविट लेकर आओ जबकि मैं अपना आधार कार्ड, पहचान पत्र और मेरे पति का मिर्त्यु प्रमाण पत्र जमा करवा दिया है।फिर भी मुझे गैस उपलब्ध नहीं हो पा रहा है मुझे बहुत परेशानी हो रही है।

            My name is M.Saraswathi. I am an Indane consumer for over 40 years. Currently I am getting supply from M/s.Uday gas[protected]. I booked for a refill on February 12th 2015. I still have not recieved a cylinder. This kind of delay has happened the last couple of bookings also. I have contacted them in person and on phone regarding this. They keep replying us saying that the cylinder will be delivered shortly. I am very unhappy with this distributor. I have never had such a bitter experience with Indane ever before. I DON'T want to deal with this distributor anymore. Kindly move my service to some other Indane distributor. If that is not possible I am willing to surrender my books to you and choose another provider. Thanks

                  Hello My consumer number is 53316, with the distributor Sona Enterprises (code no. 9107302), Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. I had booked a cylinder on 10th March 2015 (ref # 610559). On 11th March I received an Sms that cash memo # [protected] has been generated and shall be delivered shortly. On 12th March 2015 I received an sms that the cylinder has been delivered. WHEREAS in reality there was NO delivery at home. Thereafter I walked in to the distributor, where i was requested to leave the consumer number to a representative and the cylinder will be delivered. I also dialled in to the Indane complaint number where an customer care agent told me that the delivery will happen by Thursday 19th March as sometimes the cash memo are generated in advance. TODAY is 19th March and I have not received the cylinder at home. no delivery of lpg gas is happening for the third time at my place (earlier indane booking ref # 564578, 585186) May I request the Indane officials and customer care cell to look into this immediately.

Cash Memo No.[protected] was generated on same day been at 8.51pm but no Cylinder was delivered and registration cancelled on 04.03.2015. Thereafter I visited distributor office many times. I have got only assurance for delivery of gas cylinder but till 19.03.2015 it has not been delivered. There is no need to explain the problems faced by family due non-delivery of cylinder.                       Hi, I am a Indane Gas Cylinder cunsumer (6316) from Mithila Gas Agency Noida Sector 19. Our distributor not delivery the Cylinder on time as listed below - We got the message the Cylnder has be delivered but it is acutally not. - [Cash Memo: [protected]; Booking No: 385136]Yesterday, Distributor returned back from Gate saying the Guards asking him for Entry as he want a free pass. When I called him back he returned by that time (1 min) and asked me to collect the cylinder from his home from now onwards. Today I got the message that my Cylinder has be return to the Gas Agency. We have faced such problems earlier but now it is getting worst Request you to take the necessary action against the distributor.                             My consumer number is 4442, and I have booked for a gas refill on[protected], with booking id 2207911. My last delivery date of gas refill was[protected]. Its been two months since I requested for a refill. Now I am running out f gas and I badly need the refill. The agency is just playing games and have not yet delivered me the refill. They are giving false promises and excuses. Last day due to my continuous calls, they told the gas lorry will arrive at my place, but even after waiting for the whole day it did not arrive. Later on I called them and asked for the reason, they just told me that gas cylinders got emptied so they could not deliver. They are just making a fool out of me. I baldy need a response, and hoping that higher authorities will solve my problems.

                                Hello, I am an Consumer of an Indane LPG and i have connection from Distributor Name:- Sandeep Gas Agency Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh. This dealer giving us lots of issues with the delivery of the LPG Cylinder everytime we book an refill becouse the staff and the delivery boys are involved with Black Marketting of domestic LPG. This dealers never gives Cylinder delivery on time and there Emergency Contact numbers are never answered and there Landline are always Engage becouse they keeps the Reciever in such a way that it will give engage tone. The consumer no 3574, the name of late father, your Indane Distributor is Ms/ Moonlight Gas Service, Manashatala, Bhadreshwar Hooghly, 712124, code no: 99132078. I booked a Gas on 07.02.2015 & booking registration No.870866 but still I did not get my gas till date which is of much Inconvenience. And on 26.02.2015, I have submitted all required documents for transferring my name from my Late father's name but still I did not get my gas and your response from your Distributor and on that day itself I was charged Rs390 and product by Cash Memo no, Cash Memo no: 19821. There is no Head in this Distributor Service, I could not meet her ever. No one is taking Responsibility for this. If this is the circumstances then it will be going tough for me. I earnestly request you to see to this and take necessary measures on such Distributors and help me in transferring my name.
