I am a 72 years old Senior Citizen and a permanent resident of Panchkula in Haryana State.I have INDANE LPG connection at my residence with Consumer No.11939 registered with SECULAR GAS AGENCY, Sector 11, Panchkula.For the last over one year I have been residing with my son who is posted in Tamil Nadu. Recently I tried to find my 17 digit Consumer No. to link it as per online channels to my adhaar card already linked to my S.B.a/c with SBI, Panchkula. The portal of INDANE indicated that my Consumer No.11939 has not been found in distributor's record. Customer Care Cell of INDANE is requested to look into this serious lapse on part of M/S Secular Gas, the dealer at Panchkula and direct him to rectify this lapse on their part. The dealer must supply the 17-digit Consumer No. to me at my e-mail address : [protected]@yahoo.com without any delay to enable me to join PAHAL scheme in time.

    Dear Sir It is to intimate your goodself that security deposited by M/S H.K Roadlines R/o 327/ 1-A Trikuta Nagar Jammu, Rs. 50000/- against oil Tanker No. JK02R-0732 may kindly be released under Bank A/C No. [protected] PNB, Trikuta Nagar Jammu. It is further intimated that I came to know that my security of above mentioned amount stands wrongly been released in favour of the firm namely M/S H.k Roadlines 101 Adarsh Vihar, Sainik COlony Jammu under SBI A/C No. [protected] which need to be recovered by your office. It is further intimated that i have already wrote letters to the Sr. Manager IOC Deptt. Locshed Jamu Dated 16/08/2013 and followed by dated 30/10/2013 and also to the Senior Depop. Manager IOC Ltd. Railway Road Jammu dated 12/09/2013. But i am sorry to intimate that no positive response is received from any quarter till date As such it is humbly requested that my security amount may be released in favour of my firm and wrongly amount may be recovered from the firm having SBI A/C No. [protected].       Changing of gas agency without the consumer consent/intimation from the present agency

      I am Yasodha Gnanaseelan residing at 36/4, 4th.street, Thillai Ganga Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600061.My indane gas consumer no. is JE18181and the gas agency is Rose Gas Agency is located at no.73, Medavakkam Main Road, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088. I have booked a gas cylinder on 10.03.2015 with the ref.no.297040.The Indane gas instead of delivering the gas cylinder have sent an SMS yesterday(17.03.2015) "stating that your gas connection...

      Sir, I had booked for Indane lpg refill cylinder on 26.02.15 through online lpg portal and order reference number is 902463. Even after 22 days the booking order status shows pending and the cylinder will be delivered in 0 working days. My lpg consumer number is CX1038752 and lpg distributor is Sri Rama Agencies, Ramamurthynagar, Bangalore-16. So kindly check and arrange to send the refill cylinder at the earliest.       I approached the bank, lpg distributor and linked my aadhar number. Following this after 15 days we received the refill cylinder.
      Please arrange for the lpg reflll cylinder as the booking status is showing as pending and in process
      Please expedite as our existing cylinder is near exhaustion
      I had Booking My gas on 10.03.2015 consumer no. CX8742785 registered with ref no. 587764, on 17th march 2015 i received a msg cash memo [protected] was generated and delivered shortly after that 19.03.2015 cylinder has been delivered against refill booking with cash memo [protected], but still cylinder was not delivered and after repeatly trying to agency they cannot pickup the phone, they changed my GAS agency VERMA to OORJA without any intimation/information despite of that all time consumer [protected] was said server was down in every time.

        Hi, I have booked the cylinder (Indane) on 29th Jan 2015 (ref no 248870) and even after 50 days its not delivered. On contacting the agency they told booking was canceled automatically and asked for new booking. Now even after new booking, i am waiting for cylinder. This is happening very frequently.

            Respected Sir, My name is kabindra Kumar and consumer no is cx16170178 for LPG Indane gas in M/S YOGI INDANE SEVA BARI BADALPURA JORA TALAB KHAGAUL, PATNA BIHAR CODE-177205. In it for gas delivery time is more than 25 days and always supply 2-3 ks less in cylinder by vender.

              My gas agency is Tushar gas agency, Hazaribag, jharkhand. Consumer no. 16693.I booked a refill in month of feb 15.All formalities related to bank was completed from my side. From Last two month, i was tired and irritated to run around the gas agency but there was not satisfactory response from distributor, they are only extending day by day. At last I am mailing You with hope that you take some immidiate action.Please provide my gas as soon as possible and take action against them as they won't repeat this again...

                sir, maine govt. primry school jaswantsingh pura barmer ka gas bank link jodne hetu date 10.03.2015 ko thar gas service barmer me avedan kiya tha magar gas agency dwara abhi tak canection nahi joda hai . jisase school me bacho ko khana banene ki problem ho rahi hai

                  I am Pooja Gupta facing many problems from by dealer in pilkhuwa always at the time of delivery of cylinder your employe always demand extra charge . If we deny for extra charges they cancelled our gas booking and do not provided us gas cylinder . I am facing two much problems regarding my dealer of indian agency pilkhuwa.

                                      Respected Sir, I would like to introduce my self as Chandrasekharan Nair and I would like to place before you my grevience regarding the hardship that I have been put to in obtaining refilled cylinder, which is registered in my fathers name, Shri Balakrishnan Nair, Gas Consumer number 485, previously under Sree Kumar agencies, Indane distributors, Haripad, Alappuzha district, Kerala and currently transferred to more than an year back to Kuttikkatt flames, indane services, Aikya junction, Kayamkulam PO, Alappuzha district. From the time the gas connection was transferred to M/s Kuttikkatt flames, we are were receiving the gas cylinders regularly until a serious health problem resulted in my father being hospitalized for 4 to 5 months. During this interval we were unable to refill the cylinder since we had spent most of the time at hospital. After my father was discharged and the need for refilling a new cylinder arose, we submitted refill request using Spell Checkregistered mobile( [protected] ), when we were informed by voice message that we need to contact the agency. Accordingly, when we contacted the as Agency in person, we were informed that due to delay in obtaining the refill cylinder, the gas connection had lapsed and hence it needed to be renewed using Aadhar. Hence, we had submitted the Aadhar and other necessary documents by personally visiting the gas agency. We were then aprised by the gas agency officials that we would receive the cylinder within 2 to 4 days. However since then we did not receive the refill cylinder even after a waiting for a weeks, time. Hence we contacted them over phone several times for the last three months and unfortunately each time we call they gave as some excuse such as lorry strike and so on. We had booked the gas on registered mobile but we dont receive official message from gas agency. I would like to bring to your notice that since my parents are old aged they completely dependent on me to get the gas connection issue resolved. But since I am not staying with them as I am working at Coimbatore for my livelihood I am put to severe hardship trying to resolve the issue over phone.
