Requested that I, MD. JAMI LPG ID 3 [protected], Consumer No. GN1252 does not found the subsidy in bank even I submitted the bank details and aadhar no. to the bank and the distributor. I take the cylinders three times from the distributor at cost Rs 825, 718 and 723. I requested that my connection is linked to bank and what is the reason behind this is send to my registered mobile no. [protected]. Thanks.

    Complaint against irresponsibility of our distributor. 1- I have booked my refill against consumer no.S-3864 on 3rd March 2015 with register no.233890. 2-My Aadhar is already linked with distributor and bank. 3-On March 14th I received a massage that Cash Memo [protected] generated for booking no.233890 shall be delivered shortly. 4- On 14th of March also this massage was sent to me that Your cyl is delivered against cash memo no.[protected]. I am waiting for my filled Cyl till date i.e.18th of March evening but Sir, I don't know where my cyl has been delivered. So please instruct my distributor Adarsh Gas Agency in this matter as soon as possible just to insure my refil supply. Thanks, V.S.Rawat Consumer no.-S3864

      I am Siva my gas consumer number is CX10327882, my gas agency name is Sree Krshnaa urali Indane service Salem. While approach for additional cylinder they said that with out buying other materials worth of 3000 thousand rupees will not give additional cylinder. Please take action against its illegal practice.

Jyothi Gas agency, Aghapura. the delivery boy insisting us to pay Rs.30 extra for the delivery. is it the mandatory to give Rs.30 extra (actual bill is Rs.681.00 i have paid Rs.710) ON 17.03.2015 kindly reply whether it is mandatory or else take necessary action on the distributor.               My consumer No. Is 41332. Agency Name is M/s.Devaganga Associates.Bangalore city. I have Booked Gas Cylinder on 25.02.2015 and Booking Ref.No.446555.I have got message on 13.03.2015 that Cash memo no.[protected] and shall be delivered shortly.So for I did not receive Gas cylinder.Why? I do not know any reason from company.Today I have received a message that, your refill booking ref no. 446555 stands cancelled .Kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation.After that I called my Distributor from morning 60 times .When the phone is ringing no one will not atted also most of the times the phone is busy.Please arrange the Gas cylinder immediately.

                I am a 72 years old Senior Citizen and a permanent resident of Panchkula in Haryana State.I have INDANE LPG connection at my residence with Consumer No.11939 registered with SECULAR GAS AGENCY, Sector 11, Panchkula.For the last over one year I have been residing with my son who is posted in Tamil Nadu. Recently I tried to find my 17 digit Consumer No. to link it as per online channels to my adhaar card already linked to my S.B.a/c with SBI, Panchkula. The portal of INDANE indicated that my Consumer No.11939 has not been found in distributor's record. Customer Care Cell of INDANE is requested to look into this serious lapse on part of M/S Secular Gas, the dealer at Panchkula and direct him to rectify this lapse on their part. The dealer must supply the 17-digit Consumer No. to me at my e-mail address : [protected]@yahoo.com without any delay to enable me to join PAHAL scheme in time.

It is further intimated that I came to know that my security of above mentioned amount stands wrongly been released in favour of the firm namely M/S H.k Roadlines 101 Adarsh Vihar, Sainik COlony Jammu under SBI A/C No. [protected] which need to be recovered by your office. It is further intimated that i have already wrote letters to the Sr. Manager IOC Deptt. Locshed Jamu Dated 16/08/2013 and followed by dated 30/10/2013 and also to the Senior Depop. Manager IOC Ltd.                     Sir, I had booked for Indane lpg refill cylinder on 26.02.15 through online lpg portal and order reference number is 902463. Even after 22 days the booking order status shows pending and the cylinder will be delivered in 0 working days. My lpg consumer number is CX1038752 and lpg distributor is Sri Rama Agencies, Ramamurthynagar, Bangalore-16. So kindly check and arrange to send the refill cylinder at the earliest.                     I approached the bank, lpg distributor and linked my aadhar number. Following this after 15 days we received the refill cylinder.
                    Please arrange for the lpg reflll cylinder as the booking status is showing as pending and in process
                    Please expedite as our existing cylinder is near exhaustion
                    I had Booking My gas on 10.03.2015 consumer no. CX8742785 registered with ref no. 587764, on 17th march 2015 i received a msg cash memo [protected] was generated and delivered shortly after that 19.03.2015 cylinder has been delivered against refill booking with cash memo [protected], but still cylinder was not delivered and after repeatly trying to agency they cannot pickup the phone, they changed my GAS agency VERMA to OORJA without any intimation/information despite of that all time consumer [protected] was said server was down in every time.

                      Hi, I have booked the cylinder (Indane) on 29th Jan 2015 (ref no 248870) and even after 50 days its not delivered. On contacting the agency they told booking was canceled automatically and asked for new booking. Now even after new booking, i am waiting for cylinder. This is happening very frequently.

Consumer no. 16693.I booked a refill in month of feb 15.All formalities related to bank was completed from my side. From Last two month, i was tired and irritated to run around the gas agency but there was not satisfactory response from distributor, they are only extending day by day. At last I am mailing You with hope that you take some immidiate action.Please provide my gas as soon as possible and take action against them as they won't repeat this again...

If we deny for extra charges they cancelled our gas booking and do not provided us gas cylinder . I am facing two much problems regarding my dealer of indian agency pilkhuwa.
