We had booked Indane LPG("Devaganga Associates distributor chandra layout") in February 2015 first week. It didn't deliver for more than 2 weeks. Later in the month we got message from them saying its been cancelled without any reason. We tried calling the distributor many times, they never picked call. We booked again last week and I went to the distributor center and when asked she didn't even talk properly and when i said we are trying for more than a month she said it will be delivered in 2 days without any reason for past delay. It didn't come after 2 days also. We are calling everyday and they say it will be delivered by today evening. As of today i.e 14th March its not yet delivered. Its very annoying to wait for them everyday without going out and they don't turn out for more than 1 and half months.

    I am regular customer of indane gas for decades.JK gas habsiguda is very near to tarnaka my permanent own house.My consumer no.3755.Yesterday when booked they said my dealer to yasterday they said my dealer service changed to yahoda gas service padmarao nagar which is 8km away from my house & habsiguda 1km away.I am physically disabled aged about 75years. I don't have any body to attend.JK gas habsiguda has every details of mine with aadhar card and bank details.I request you kindly revert back to original JK gas dealer habsiguda.I request to take immediate action send SMS to my number [protected].

      I, asha nagpal having consumer no. 14666 at M/s guru nanak gas service moga (pb) pin no. 142001.this indane agency not attending the customer calls, delayed the delivery of cylinders or cancelled the delivery by its own.i have complained them several timetimes but they didn't bother.please take necessary action against the agency.

          Hi, My Name is Sumanth and my Customer ID is 70086. I live in Bangalore. My gas agency is Devaganga Associates located in Chandra Lay out, Bangalore- 560040. I have booked a Cylinder on 21th Feb with booking No 443128, still they haven't deliver the cylinder since it is 21 days of the booking. This is not a first time, I am facing this problem every month even they do not pick the phone If I call. Also I have tried to complaint through Toll free no, but there also nobody pick the call for 15 min. Then it got disconnected it was repeated for 5-6 times. Could you please advise the distributor to give the good service to the customers.

            My consumer number is 13673, i booked cylinder on 17.02.2015 its booking number is 380245 and its cash memo number is[protected]. On 27th February 2015 i got message that it's been delivered but yet i didn't received the cylinder. On 7th of march 2015 i again got a message "booked cylinder against cash memo [protected]" but i have not booked. Kindly take necessary against this and also take steps to deliver cylinder as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I, Smt.Parul Rani Bhattacherjee, resident of Arabinda Road, P.O.& Vill.Dakshin Chatra, P.S.Baduria, Dist.North 24 Pgs, W.B. I’m consumer of your gas company. My LPG connection transferred from Shyamnagar Indane Service, Shyamnagar, North 24 Pgs. (TV No.[protected] DTD.25.01.2015). I went my Gas Office at AURO GAS SERVICE, Vill.Sadhukhan Para, P.O.Gobardanga, Dist.North 24 Pgs. (it is origin of my Gas Connection). They said do not able to re-connect it at this moment because their huge pressure! It will be able on coming April. They misbehave with me when I request to write it on my application and they whip me tear-up the application. You know LPG is really very very essential commodity in our kitchen. I’m about 80 (eighty) years old woman and have big family with children. I’ve no LPG about 2 (two) months and deposited my 2 (two) Cylinders and regulator as per your rule. Now I have faced indefinite time of huge fuel expenses. So, I request you, please necessary action to the above distributor to re-gain my LPG connection as soon as possible.                   I have booked my gas on last 10th February, 2015. On 11th March, 2015, I received Cash memo from Indane. When I asked Today ( 13-Mar-2015) regarding my Gas in Santhosh Gas Agencies, they behaved very badly. My cash memo number[protected] and booking number 275985....

                  Sir, We have a gas connection in my mother nick name, we wish to gas connection in original name. what is the actual process to submit details an online. LPG gas distributor Krishgnagar Churni Gas Service do not want to receive any paper about the matter. pls. do the needful.

                      Hi, My Name is Dr. Harshavardhan and my Customer ID is 28653. I live in Bangalore. My gas agency is VEERESH GAS AGENCY located in Nagasetty Halli, Bangalore- 560094. I have booked a Cylinder on 9th Feb with booking No 296575. Cash memo [protected] was generated on 11th Feb. I have not recieved the Cylinder till today. I tried contacting the VEERESH Gas Agency which is Indane Supplier for my area. I tried calling all the Phone Numbers given in the Receipt. After trying nearly 50 times I got through to them on[protected]. The reply given was they first book the cylinder and generate cash memo and supply only after getting the Cylinder from the company. They promised to deliver it by[protected]. They did not. I tried calling them today. The phone rings, but nobody picks it up. This has been the recurring theme (Nobody picks the phone). This is the second time it is happening. We have to go there physically to get the cylinder ourselves. We have to stand in a queue for hours together before we are heard and even then the problem is not addressed immediately. There is callousness in their attitude in addressing the customers complaints. Kindly see to that this attitude does not continue. If possible can I change the supplier, so that I can get prompt supply of cylinder. Kindly look in to the matter and address it. Thanking you, Dr Harshavardhan

                        This is to bring to your notice that I have booked a cylinder online on 22/02/2015 and the cylinder is not delivered to me till date and my consumer No is - 58046 and my booking number is 6l91760. Cash memo No- [protected] generated on 05/03/2015. Whenever I called up Vasanth Enterprises distributor of my area to check the status of delivery as online status of the delivery is already 'done', I didn't get proper response. Need your help to resolve the problem.

                          Inadvertently I made an embarrassing blunder and click on wrong button of opt out subsidy which debar me from the subsidy, which will put me in financial crunch actually I can not afford that. I request u kindly help me to revert that. I have not found any thing regarding this I.E if once activated how could that be reverted, and to whom we have to apply to rectify/deactivate it and for how many days that will remain activate.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked cylinder but 15 days delay delivery and not response properly. Delivery bill date mentioned[protected]. But I have received my cylinder[protected]. Why how much day delay my delivery. I ask distributor side, but not response my call. And one more delivery person extra 70/- rupess for delivery. But not delivery for my home steps. delivery for my Street main road. I am pick cylinder for 2km for home. LOT OF PROBLEMS I HAVE ATTACHED MY LAST BILL FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

                                  Dear Sir, The LPG distributor in Balodabazar (Chhattisgarh) does not agree for booking of cylinder online by the consumer.Also he answered it as he don't know the system.He told the persons that server is down and forced them to go to other person who demands Rs. 50 extra for charges against home delivery but neither the distributor or the person give final receipt. (i.e. printed receipt which one should get at the same time he pays.). He kept bookings (people have to queue for the same) open only for half time on all working days which can't be understand.

I have given all the document which ever asked my distributor for correction of my name . I have also submitted photo copy of my aadhar card, voter id, bank detail and fill the KYC form for correction of my name on[protected] . I have registered for refieling on[protected]. But till date they have not provide me the refeil cylinder and new paper with corrected name. We are facing lots of problem because we have not filled cylinder so that we can even cook.                                       dear sir, today I filled up petrol from INDIAN oil petrol pump in my bike of Rs 100/-. that time petrol was nill in my bike fuel tank when salesman filled the petrol he filled up very fast very fast after filling the petrol i do zero trip because of check the average of my bike. after 30km petrol was finish it means petrol was not filled up properly. Please take a neccessory action againts this petrol pump this is not first time every time i am facing this kind of problem. & petrol quality is also very bad
