Dear Sir, My Name is Umesh Singla from Hisar, I have one connection in Indian Gas with my mom name but my agency distributor used another one connection with my name and papers without my knowledge and concern. Agency used and black marketing this connection for more money. when i know this fraud and ask about this from Agency's owner . he abused me and failed to give me original papers for that fraud connection and also told me (jo chee ker lo. i will not give u papers and donot argue with me) . Delivery Boy come to my home and say sir your LPG cylinder whn i saw that slip. i shocked and i ask also that i dnt have connection with Indian Gas. and after that delivery boy run. away.. i noted that consumer number and ask to agency'owner but he also refused me to tell and show any details Consumer No. - 17545 (fraud Connection) Name - Umesh Singla S/o Sh. N.K. Singla Address - 108, M.C. colony, Hisar (Haryana) Contact No.[protected] Distributer(Agency) - Gurang Indian Gas Agency, Urban Estate-II, Hisar Sir, i have my real and clear connection with HP Gas . i do not have any Indian Gas Connection with my name but this Agency's owner or may be some other person used my name and ID for this fake connection. i request you to please look into this matter and check this problem and solve this fraud connection ASAP

    Consumer number 62581 (Distributor KK Enterprises, Bangalore). I booked a refill on 11th Feb. It has been more than a month and the refill is not yet delivered. I have tried to call on all the avaiable contact numbers of the dealer. Even on working days, there is no response on the phone. I called on the indane toll free number [protected] to lodge a complaint three times - every time, application was down and so far they have not given me a complaint number. How can consumers be put through such horrible experiences ? The website http://indane.co.in/new_offices.php lists an 8 digit mobile number for escalation - this again is an invalid number. Basically, nobody takes ownership for LPG consumers problems. Need resolution immediately,

Moreover whenever I requested my Indane Dealer, named United Novelties & Gas Supply Co (Distributor Code No:[protected]; Address: Bagbazar Station Road, Chandannagore -712136, Hooghly, West Bengal, he has directly or indirectly asked for money. I will be highly obliged if you kindly inform me the procedure to change the name at the earliest otherwise as per distributor’s information the Indane connection will be disconnected by 31st March 2015.           We had booked Indane LPG("Devaganga Associates distributor chandra layout") in February 2015 first week. It didn't deliver for more than 2 weeks. Later in the month we got message from them saying its been cancelled without any reason. We tried calling the distributor many times, they never picked call. We booked again last week and I went to the distributor center and when asked she didn't even talk properly and when i said we are trying for more than a month she said it will be delivered in 2 days without any reason for past delay. It didn't come after 2 days also. We are calling everyday and they say it will be delivered by today evening. As of today i.e 14th March its not yet delivered. Its very annoying to wait for them everyday without going out and they don't turn out for more than 1 and half months.

            I am regular customer of indane gas for decades.JK gas habsiguda is very near to tarnaka my permanent own house.My consumer no.3755.Yesterday when booked they said my dealer to yasterday they said my dealer service changed to yahoda gas service padmarao nagar which is 8km away from my house & habsiguda 1km away.I am physically disabled aged about 75years. I don't have any body to attend.JK gas habsiguda has every details of mine with aadhar card and bank details.I request you kindly revert back to original JK gas dealer habsiguda.I request to take immediate action send SMS to my number [protected].

                  Hi, My Name is Sumanth and my Customer ID is 70086. I live in Bangalore. My gas agency is Devaganga Associates located in Chandra Lay out, Bangalore- 560040. I have booked a Cylinder on 21th Feb with booking No 443128, still they haven't deliver the cylinder since it is 21 days of the booking. This is not a first time, I am facing this problem every month even they do not pick the phone If I call. Also I have tried to complaint through Toll free no, but there also nobody pick the call for 15 min. Then it got disconnected it was repeated for 5-6 times. Could you please advise the distributor to give the good service to the customers.

                    My consumer number is 13673, i booked cylinder on 17.02.2015 its booking number is 380245 and its cash memo number is[protected]. On 27th February 2015 i got message that it's been delivered but yet i didn't received the cylinder. On 7th of march 2015 i again got a message "booked cylinder against cash memo [protected]" but i have not booked. Kindly take necessary against this and also take steps to deliver cylinder as soon as possible.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I, Smt.Parul Rani Bhattacherjee, resident of Arabinda Road, P.O.& Vill.Dakshin Chatra, P.S.Baduria, Dist.North 24 Pgs, W.B. I’m consumer of your gas company. My LPG connection transferred from Shyamnagar Indane Service, Shyamnagar, North 24 Pgs. (TV No.[protected] DTD.25.01.2015). I went my Gas Office at AURO GAS SERVICE, Vill.Sadhukhan Para, P.O.Gobardanga, Dist.North 24 Pgs. (it is origin of my Gas Connection). They said do not able to re-connect it at this moment because their huge pressure! It will be able on coming April. They misbehave with me when I request to write it on my application and they whip me tear-up the application. You know LPG is really very very essential commodity in our kitchen. I’m about 80 (eighty) years old woman and have big family with children. I’ve no LPG about 2 (two) months and deposited my 2 (two) Cylinders and regulator as per your rule. Now I have faced indefinite time of huge fuel expenses. So, I request you, please necessary action to the above distributor to re-gain my LPG connection as soon as possible.                               Hi, My Name is Dr. Harshavardhan and my Customer ID is 28653. I live in Bangalore. My gas agency is VEERESH GAS AGENCY located in Nagasetty Halli, Bangalore- 560094. I have booked a Cylinder on 9th Feb with booking No 296575. Cash memo [protected] was generated on 11th Feb. I have not recieved the Cylinder till today. I tried contacting the VEERESH Gas Agency which is Indane Supplier for my area. I tried calling all the Phone Numbers given in the Receipt. After trying nearly 50 times I got through to them on[protected]. The reply given was they first book the cylinder and generate cash memo and supply only after getting the Cylinder from the company. They promised to deliver it by[protected]. They did not. I tried calling them today. The phone rings, but nobody picks it up. This has been the recurring theme (Nobody picks the phone). This is the second time it is happening. We have to go there physically to get the cylinder ourselves. We have to stand in a queue for hours together before we are heard and even then the problem is not addressed immediately. There is callousness in their attitude in addressing the customers complaints. Kindly see to that this attitude does not continue. If possible can I change the supplier, so that I can get prompt supply of cylinder. Kindly look in to the matter and address it. Thanking you, Dr Harshavardhan

                                  Inadvertently I made an embarrassing blunder and click on wrong button of opt out subsidy which debar me from the subsidy, which will put me in financial crunch actually I can not afford that. I request u kindly help me to revert that. I have not found any thing regarding this I.E if once activated how could that be reverted, and to whom we have to apply to rectify/deactivate it and for how many days that will remain activate.
