    Respected sir, My LPG ID is [protected], I have registered for refilling of gas cylinder on 22/02/2015. MY booking No 860349. I have not received the cylinder till date and today I went to My gas agency S E Muthu Agencies, Velacherry, chennai and i was told that delay was due to not linking of My adhar/ Bank details. Further itis informed that i have submitted my Adhaar/ Bank details to the agency of 06/03/2015. Further the staff of agency has inform, ed that INDANE has instructed not to deliver the cylinder with out linking of Adhaar./Bank details. the above message was not communicated to me and it is not correct on part of INDANE to stop the supply with out prior intimation. Hence I once again request you supply the gas cylinder with out further delay since the existing cylinder will become empty with in one (or) two days. regards, SMOHAN [protected]

      Respected sir, MY LPG ID[protected]/ consumer No 48038 I have registered for refill booking for gas cylinder on 22/02/2015 through IVRS .My booking No is 860349 . it is informed that till date the gas cylinder is not delivered. Today 12/03/2015 I went to S E Muthu gas agencies and I was told that delay is due to not linking of my adharr No/ bank account details. Further it is brought to your knowledge that I have submitted my Adhaar/ bank account details on 06/03/2015. in your agency. I request you to deliver the gas cylinder immediately since the existing cylinder will become empty within one (or) two days). Further I was informed by your staff that Indane has given instruction to agncies not to supply the cylinder for those who have not linked the Adharr/bank details.         Order NO:[protected] date :[protected] time 18:14 Customer No: 34399 LPGID:[protected] bill amount is Rs.605.50 whereas distributor boy demanding Rs.650/- even though we have pleaded him it is too much over the Bill amount he says everybody giving the same amount namely Rs.650/- It is utter nonsense how can they demand extra 45 rupees from the customer. Hope higher authority warn the agency Sree Padmavathy gas agency and condemn this practices

          The LPG Cylinder was booked on 27/12/2014 vide Booking Reference no.813974 with RADHA RAMAN GAS SERVICE, PRBA PUTIARY, TOLLYGUNGE, KOLKATA but till now the LPG Cylinder was not delivered by Gas Distributor M/S Radha Raman Gas Service. I have visited several time but no proper reply was given by Distributor . They are saying it will take more time to deliver.

            I was booked my cylinder number 22878 Surekha S. Jambotkar on 20.02.2015 with the ref no. 359776. After 4 days I received one message with the cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 359776 shall be delivered short But still I not received ed my cylinder. I don't have filled cylinder in home. in this condition what we should do? this is my second complaint against Kr.R. Enterprises belgaum. karanataka for the thirdclass service of indane supplier. it is creating a bad impression on new customer. if you will not take the any action on K.R>.Enterprise then I will focus on this issue by media & news paper. your company is not strictly handling this K.R.Enterprise. & important thing is that, The K.R.               I booked Indane refill on 2nd March and today(12th March), I recieved a message on my registered mobile number that the cylinder is already delivered. Even the IVR message for booking status enquiry says, my cylinder is delivered on 11th March. Last time (in December 2014) when I booked refill, similar thing happened and I had to book cylinder again (in January) which I got at the end of January. Looks like the distributor is doing some mischief here. Tried to contact the distributor, none of the listed numbers are responding (ringing, but no answer).                     I had gone to my nearest distributer and ask there about bpl subsidy scheem but they told methat they do not aware about this matter from our company. But we all know MINISTER OF O&G DECLAIRED THAT ALL BLOCKS OF ODISHA MOUT BE COVER IN THIS SCHEEM.(a LPG @1400) plz solve mp problem and conform me via mobile no.[protected]

                      Dear Team, We have booked for Gas and it was not delivered, when we asked they said we didnt collected. We went in person to Gas agency and informed them to re send, but still we havent recieved. This happens frequently with my Gas agency, as delivery man selling our gas to others in block. Kindly get us our Gas cyclinder and please take actions on these type of activities against delivery man and their agency.

But, neither I have requested to stop subsidy nor receiving LPG Cylinders at non-subsidized rates. So, I request you to reimburse my subsidy at an early date which I have not been received through my Bank Account till today. My customer Id No. is 03027.                                 मेरा नाम अनीता प्रसाद है। मेरा घर वाराणसी में है। मैंने 24-02-15 को अपना गैस जो की indane company है तथा एजेंसी नाम श्री हनुमान गैस सेवा है। बुकिंग के करीब एक हफ्ते बाद 2-03-15 को जाकर गैस सिलेंडर लिया। उसने वहा मौजूद करीब 70 लोगों से एक सादे कागज पर consumer no और consumer name और मोबाइल no। लिखवा कर 700 रूपये ले लिए और सिलेंडर दे दिया। 9-03-15 को मेरे मोबाइल पर msg आया की आपका बुकिंग cancel हो चूका है। इस कारन मुझे सब्सिडी की राशि नही मिली। और एजेंसी वाला अपनी बात से मुकर रहा है। और गोलमोल जवाब दे रहा है। कृपया मेरी मदद करें और मुझे न्याय दिलाएं। मेरी consumer no-29211 है। मेरा सेल no-[protected] है। Dhnyavad

                                    only in Jan 15 month we received subsidy amt as per detail in below in my bank account as detail provided

                                    ACH C- IOC REF NO[protected][protected] [protected] 12/01/15 Rs 290.68

                                    In Feb and March nothing has been received, therefore kindly let us know the above amt recd for how many months or susbidy recd monthly or quarterly .

                                    Just give calculation for our knowledge . thanks in advance.

                                    also complaint to our distributor that he never pick up his landline no. i.e 23513192/23635460 and as when he
                                    want pcik only his mobile no. [protected] so instruct him that attend customer on phone also.

                                        My consumer no is 04591 in Gafoor Indane gas at vasudevanallur.I have booked LPG refilling on[protected], booking reference no 243398.The Cash memo has raised that bill no [protected] on 14th of Feb against booking no 243398.Almost One month has completed but the cylinder has not yet delivered for us.But Indane site is showing that delivered to all of them when they booked before 20th of February.If your data is correct, why the cylinder is not yet delivered to me ?
