I was booked my cylinder number 22878 Surekha S. Jambotkar on 20.02.2015 with the ref no. 359776. After 4 days I received one message with the cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 359776 shall be delivered short But still I not received ed my cylinder. I don't have filled cylinder in home. in this condition what we should do? this is my second complaint against Kr.R. Enterprises belgaum. karanataka for the thirdclass service of indane supplier. it is creating a bad impression on new customer. if you will not take the any action on K.R>.Enterprise then I will focus on this issue by media & news paper. your company is not strictly handling this K.R.Enterprise. & important thing is that, The K.R.     I booked Indane refill on 2nd March and today(12th March), I recieved a message on my registered mobile number that the cylinder is already delivered. Even the IVR message for booking status enquiry says, my cylinder is delivered on 11th March. Last time (in December 2014) when I booked refill, similar thing happened and I had to book cylinder again (in January) which I got at the end of January. Looks like the distributor is doing some mischief here. Tried to contact the distributor, none of the listed numbers are responding (ringing, but no answer).           I had gone to my nearest distributer and ask there about bpl subsidy scheem but they told methat they do not aware about this matter from our company. But we all know MINISTER OF O&G DECLAIRED THAT ALL BLOCKS OF ODISHA MOUT BE COVER IN THIS SCHEEM.(a LPG @1400) plz solve mp problem and conform me via mobile no.[protected]

            Dear Team, We have booked for Gas and it was not delivered, when we asked they said we didnt collected. We went in person to Gas agency and informed them to re send, but still we havent recieved. This happens frequently with my Gas agency, as delivery man selling our gas to others in block. Customer No.: 14470 Name: Muthanayakar Agency : Sri Sakthi Indane Agency, Vadamadurai, Dindugul DT, Tamil Nadu. Kindly get us our Gas cyclinder and please take actions on these type of activities against delivery man and their agency.

But, neither I have requested to stop subsidy nor receiving LPG Cylinders at non-subsidized rates.                       मेरा नाम अनीता प्रसाद है। मेरा घर वाराणसी में है। मैंने 24-02-15 को अपना गैस जो की indane company है तथा एजेंसी नाम श्री हनुमान गैस सेवा है। बुकिंग के करीब एक हफ्ते बाद 2-03-15 को जाकर गैस सिलेंडर लिया। उसने वहा मौजूद करीब 70 लोगों से एक सादे कागज पर consumer no और consumer name और मोबाइल no। लिखवा कर 700 रूपये ले लिए और सिलेंडर दे दिया। 9-03-15 को मेरे मोबाइल पर msg आया की आपका बुकिंग cancel हो चूका है। इस कारन मुझे सब्सिडी की राशि नही मिली। और एजेंसी वाला अपनी बात से मुकर रहा है। और गोलमोल जवाब दे रहा है। कृपया मेरी मदद करें और मुझे न्याय दिलाएं। मेरी consumer no-29211 है। मेरा सेल no-[protected] है। Dhnyavad

                                  We went to Tanushree Gas Agency in Mayur Vihar Phase I, New Delhi, 110091 to apply for a new connection in Dec'14 where we were told that new connections are on hold till the time Adhar Cards are getting submitted and we were asked to come in Jan . We went again in Jan mid and submitted all relevant documents and received the acknowledgement receipt from them and were told to wait for 30 - 45 days for the verification to happen .

                                  Post that we have been following up with them for the status on verification and new connection to which we are asked to wait for another 2 months that is till Apr'15 for the form submitted in Jan'15, else person sitting there is returning our form back if we cant wait .

                                  Please let us know if we can get help in any way or giving bribe is the only option left . Documents were submitted in the name of Mamta Devi, who is my maid and really cant afford to get the cylinder at high prices. Looking forward for your support.

                                      I have submitted all the details along with Addhar Card, Ration Card, PAN Card/Voter Card for changing the name as my both Mother & Father died and I need to get the Gas in my name. I have also submitted death Certificates of them on 13.02.2015 to the Sneha Gas service (Distributor Code-140462) yet till to day I didn't get the Confirmation of the name change. In this situation I'm not able to book my Gas and my both of the Cylinder are empty. As me Govt Service Holder and working in out Station even with this Attached with Municipal Election'2015, Several time I went to the Distributors on Saturday but I didn't get any positive response. Even I submitted complaints on[protected] with Complaint ID-1975096. Please solve my matter ASAP.

                                        This is With Reference to My Gas Connection No: CX4221548 lying with BHAGIRATHI GAS SERVICE, GODOWN - BANDERBILL, RAGHUNATHPUR, MUKUNDA MAJHI ROAD, DANKUNI, HOOGHLY Phone: [protected]. I had booked gas cylinder on dated 26 Jan, 2015 07:01:27 By SMS and the Ref No. is 448217.

                                        Till 11 March 2015 Gas Cylinder is not delivered by the Gas Agency and when we want to contact agency all phone ringing or busy and no body attending customer calls. Even I visited the agency on 9th March 2015 but as per concern person cylinder will deliver in 40 to 45 days after booking.

                                        This is happening every month. Why it is taking so much time to deliver the same ?????????????????

                                        I request you to look into this matter on urgent basis.

Mr A K Tiwari told me that we have cancelled your order due to wrong address, however we are living on that address since last 2 years and no one has visted to my home, please get this checked.
                                        I, consumer number CX12387087, customer under POOJA Gas Agencies, Eranakulam, has booked my lpg cylinder on 31/01/2015 with booking number 562949. After that I got a call from the delivery people (mob. [protected]) on 12/03/2015 : 1:38 pm. Because of some network coverage problem I rang up back to the number and got the answer that he already left my premises and will deliver the cylinder next week. Same day I got the message for generating cash memo at 8:14 pm.
                                        Till now I did not receive the cylinder.

Till date the cylinder has not been delivered . I had ask my distributor Paradise Enterprises regarding the same so they had told me all booking made on that date and after that date has been cancelled so you have to make new booking . As I am calling today in automated refill booking system for new booking i am getting the answer that you had already booked a reffil on 20/03/2015 . Kindly tell me what to do as i am suffering from the problem . Kindly take action .

                                        and we again got a massage on 11/04/2015 cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo [protected]. but till date 17/04/2015 we are not receive any cylinder. we also send you screen short of massages .
                                        and we was went in agency prathana enterprises at air force raod faridabad . they guys says we gave cylinder to delivery boy

                                        Hi,

                                        I have done my refill booking on month April- 8, 2015~ via its toll free number

                                        Got the booking no as 466958 & Cash memo as [protected]

                                        Itz been 13 days, i dont know the status of the same. when i try the toll free to check the status/complaint -it say no service available while calling at local distributor he keep his phone always busy while contacting the delivery boy he promise to deliver today i.e. 21st April-2015 now he switch off his mobile.And this is happening regularly not picking of phone and not delivery at home is regular practice of this distributor JHALAK INDANE, Kathpool, Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand- 834002.
                                        I regret to inform you that despite regular going to distibutor is not possible nor it is possible to pick the cylider at unloading site, and he made habit.
                                        How to track the same ?? How this situation will change? I am thankful to you if you check and solve my problem.

                                        I had booked refill 1 month ago which was cancelled by the distributor for no reason. I had again booked it on 16 may, 2015 and for that i have also received the cash memo number through message 1 week ago. But the cylinder is not delivered yet. It is causing lot of problems to my family as we are 5 members and have to manage with 1 cylinder which is booked after 21 days and after booking also it takes more than a month for getting delivered.
                                        Please look in to it. The distributor is not responding and is always ready to fight with the people.
