Bokking is cancelled automatically several times

Hi, My Consumer number is CX3107342. I got last cylinder delivered on 22nd January, 2015. I booked several times starting from 28th Feb, 2015 and got auto-cancellation sms. Last Friday (6th March, 2015) i visited the distributor, Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency, Bangalore and told that the booking is locked and told to try after two working days. I booked again yesterday and got SMS as usual and later Cancellation SMS also after...

Serving in Min. of defence and presently posted to Kolkata from varanasi cantt. My gas connection was also transferred by army gas agency to tollygunj kolkata. Approaching Indane gas dealer Chayanika gas agency tollygunj since last one month. Till not issued for one or other reason every time and said that print on voucher are overlapping

    Sir, With due respect it is to intimate that i have submitted my Adhar LPG Linking Form to my gas agency namely R V Enterprises (Patel Nagar, Patna) on dated 10.01.2015, which receiving no. is 4162. But they have not updated the same with my LPG Consumer No. 13715. When i requested to update this they told me to re-submit this form and consequently i have re-submitted the same on dated 10.03.2015, which receiving no. is 6376. Kindly look into the matter and initiate for linking my Adhar No. with my LPG consumer no. Thanks & Regards Sunil Kumar LPG Con. No. 13715

      My Name Is Baban Babar. I'm a Consumer Of the Indane Gas Agency In Kamothe. And I'm a Press Reporter. My Indane Cust. Id No.Is-:730. I Live In Panvel. In February My LPG Subsidy Is 12. Then Again Kamothe Indane Distributer Get Rs.730 Unauthorized Charge From Me.The Rs.730 Charge Give For Those Whose LPG Subsidy Is End Means 12 Months = 12 LPG Subsidy. My LPG Subsidy Is End In March But Before Ending Subsidy How Can He Charge Me Rs.730. Non Subsidy Cylinder Charges Is Rs. 730 And Subsidy Cylinder Charge Is Rs.460, So How Can He Charge Extra Of Rs.270. Tell Me Sir. I Want Legal Action Against Kamothe Indane Gas Agency.

        Myself Anuja Rusiya, Single working women, my consumer no. is 401382, i booked cylinder on 14 Feb thorough IVRS, after 10 dys we received message that your booking stand cancel please book again or contact your distributor, After that we booked three times & every time booking cancelled in between that we contacted our distributor SRI SAI PRASANNA INDANE SERVICES Distributor Code: 023591, ph.[protected], there are message in his system that your booking blocked, but from what reason he don't know, he sent two times email but till now my problem not solved please take action urgently.

Sir my booking registration no 614817 dated 02/03/2015 & my bill generated on 05/03/2015 regarding booking no so & so . I received a message on registered mobile no [protected] dated 07/03/2015 cylinder has been delivered but i have not delivered cylinder to till race this mail . During from billing message dated 05/03/2015 to 10/03/2015 three time visit with cylinder M/S SARASWATI GAS SERVICE his reply to me your cylinder not come in our agency . Sir all data provide in this mail true & this data i received via your auto SMS service . Sir your cylinder sale in open market on black bases Sir so please quickly take action on legal way against saraswati gas service & remove the customer problem .                       Sir, I am DILEEP KUMAR, Con. No. D-6276. Agency - M/s. SUDHA INDANE SERVICES, ATTINGAL, KERALA - I have booked for filled cylinder on [protected]Booking Ref. No.366857) . Cash memo was generated against my booking. (Cash Memo No. [protected] Dated-7/01/2015). But after one month, on 04/02/15 Gas Delivery Van arrived and delivery guy demanded more amount than bill, So I requested him to show me the bill, but he replied "I[censored] DEMAND BILL, THERE IS NO GAS" and striked out the entry already made in the issuing book (copy of book attached). Then he used some abusive language to even ladies. And they did not give Gas. On March 2nd, 2015 I got a message "BOOKING CANCELLED". So I kindly request you to take necessary action against the misbehavior from M/s. Sudha Agency and take steps to deliver my Gas without delay. Thanking You, DILEEP KUMAR Mob.[protected] [protected].

                          sir /madam this is to bring to your notice that my mother is 69 years of age and the connection was in my fathers name who passed away 6 year ago. the connection no. is SIG1874 dtd 15.07.86 which was with M/S SWATI INDANE GAS SERVICES 240 B.T.ROAD KOL -36 PH: 25781745/1736.when we asked for transfer the gas in my mothers name they charges RS 350 for ( MR. MONOJIT MTRA swati gas services employe)now they have not transferred the GAS . He is not giving the connection no. although all the documents have been submitted. They want original documents. But we have one original document(1ST booking paper NO: 235997 DTD 15.07.86) & 2 is Xerox ( 2nd cylinder booking paper RS 900/=) .Now they demand us rs 2000/- because of paper. Can u tell is it possible to keep original paper before 30 years back. My mother lives alone 69 years age .i would be grateful if you could help me .                             I have LPG connection in my father 's name (Matadin Sharma) and want to transfer it to my name. I have no LPG connection but when I approched to Distributor Kanchan Gas Service Nagda for transfering in to my name, he replied that there is no rule for name transfer.                               Sir, I have booked for the cylinder about 25 days ago and I was advised that I have to link with the bank and again booked about 15 days ago. My booking was accepted and Ihave received an SMS to say that the Cash memo No.[protected] has been generated on 4.3.2015 for the booking no.[protected] and will be delivered soon. Today when I called the distributor he informs me to say that the booking was wrong and it will be postponed the time he has not been able to tell. We were made to wait indefinitely which is not right. I have a single cylinder and you know the difficulty of a single cylinder holder. Please do the needful. Thanks. Jeyabalan A.

                                    i the consumer of indian gas at raichur karnataka with sumunth flamogen agency customer no 11821 hv bkd cylinder in the month of 23rd jan 15 with booking no278529 on the enquiry at agency was for delay the reply the booking has bn postponed to 19th feb 15 without any information further on 4 times call to coustomer care with complaint no 1924127 the reply was very poor & irrevelnt stating there was strike & u vill receive the cylinder 2day r 2mrow without bill raising in this postion sir i want 2 know when i vil recieve the cylinder as its almost 45days over do look into the matter & do the needfull

                                      Respected Sir, With due respect to inform to you that I am an IOC consumer from Sonebhadra district UP, my consumer details as below:- LPG ID:[protected], CONSUMER NO:-17263 DITRIBUTOR WITH CODE:-RENUKOOT GAS SERVICE, 155652. My some problem which I faced from my distributor’s end, consign your kind notice. Some problem arise from my distributor only for me not only today but also from last December 2014.Last I received my LPG with subsidy on 08.02.2015, after that on 02.03.2015 I booked for refilling but on 03.03.15 one message delivered my mob. no. that “dear Indane customer, your refill booking ref no.261460 stands cancelled. Kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation”. I contact my distributor (Mr. Dinesh Singh) & he was advised me to again booking, as per his advised I rebooked for refill dated on 04.03.15 which booking ref no.262098.To day at 05.15 pm one message received as same as previous. As early as possible I contact with LPG customer no.[protected] & they informed me that “the main reason of booking cancellation is de-activated your connection & contract your distributor to re active “. As early as possible I contract to Mr. Dinesh ji & told him the total fact but he told me now I am at leave, please contact me on 11-03-15 at 11 am. Another problem which arise by me through Transparency portal by my mistake as below:- The eligibility for the current FINANCIAL year is 12 and subsidy availed till date is . I am voluntarily giving up LPG subsidy to join the Nation building initiative. I am fully aware that henceforth I will receive LPG supplies at non-subsidised rates only. I have no objection to my name being put in the ‘Scroll of Honour’ for opting out of Subsidy. I do not wish to have my name put in the ‘Scroll of Honour’ for opting out of Subsidy. You have already opted out of Subsidy. Status: Transaction Failed : Consumer - [protected] is not Active..Please Check. Now my earnest request to you please solve my problem as earliest.
