To change phone number for booking

I am a customer of Indan Gas and my Agency is Sai Seva Enterprises, at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.My Consumer no. is SV 16685 in the name of Mrs. Sundermani I would like to change the phone number for booking fo the Indan Gas from [protected] to [protected]. I would like to request you to kindly enter my new number for booking of Indan Gas [protected] in future....

We have indane gas connection bearing consumer number CX14195169 and the agent is VEERA ANJENEYA INDANE Gas Agency NANGANALLUR, CHENNAI. Every time when we book the gas we will receive a message stating that cash memo generated but after this message we are for a long time until we go to agency and quarrel with them. This happens to 99% of the customers, I don't know whether they complained or not. I'm fed up and I want to approach consumer court. Before this I want to see whether This complaint works or not. If we quarrel also they are telling us to get the GAS will be delivered today. This time my cash memo number is [protected] dated 23-02-15. Today is 4-03-15 I have booked refill on 12th Feb 2015, and we have not yet received the cylinder. Hoping for a justice from your end

    I have booked on 22.01.2015 booking no. 226437 I did not get refill delivery and my agency is sumitra indane service . they are not giving delivery & they said that this is the matter of subsidy & this delay from there . so plese take action about this .

      fraud in supplying booked cylindrs

      We have indane gas connection bearing consumer number CX2333750 and the agent is Anusha Gas Agency Kadirenahalli, Bangalore. Every time when we book the gas we will recive a message stating that cash memo generated but after this message we are not receiving cylinder for a long time until we go to agency and quarrel with them. This happens to 90% of the customers I dont know whether they complained or not. Iam fed up and I want to approach...

      As the distributor Annapurna of Asansol whose behaviour against the customer is very ridiculus.They did not receive the call.Every day I have callled 20 to 30 times but they did not respond well.My booking was on 10/02/2015 for consumer no. CX2881074 having ref no. 207189.Then I received the message your cash memo [protected] generated on 20/02/2015 for booking no 201789 shall be delivered shortly. then I have contacted many times to the gas distributor but they did not respond.Again today I received a message that your booking ref no201789 stands cancelled when I go to the distributor for the reason of cancellation, they did not say anything. After that when I come back to home i received a message for booking ref no [protected] but I did not booked the gas.after that I received the message the gas will be delivered shortly. I can not understand what is the system of your delivery.Every time I received the gas after 40 to 60 days.your Annapurna distributor of Asansol is not satisfactory. So cancelled the registration or remove the persons from the job because they did not receive the call.

        I booked cyliender by ref. no-214782 on-15.02.2015 and next day cash memo no.-[protected] are generated by M/S Shree vignesh indane, dhanbad (jharkhand) for consumer no-00462 but till today(04.03.2015) the cyliender are not delivered after so many times requesting them.So kindly help me.

          Hi, My 17 digit LPG ID is[protected]. I have booked request for filled cylinder on 12/02/2015. I got the reference no. 248505. I received the message that cash memo is [protected] is generated on 24/02/2015. Then I received the message on my mobile that my filled cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. [protected] on 26/02/2015. But actually my filled cylinder is delivered on 03/03/2015. When I asked about this delay in cylinder delivery, he used abusive language. Also he did not give me bill for that filled cylinder. When I asked for correct weighing of that filled cylinder, he again started abusing me. When I went to Gag agency and asked about this issue, he did not give me satisfactory answer. He told me to go to police station and said that this is not his lookout. This is case for every month.             My cylinder is leakage so I complain to distributor some to later a man coming n change the regulator n pipe (tube) but my old parts is perfect ...n he take 480 Rupees without any bill so please give a action n return the money otherwise I will booked a complain to consumer

              I have booked refill on 4th Feb 2015 and my consumer number is 29881 but till date it has not been provided to me. I have visited several times and called many times. but no action has been taken up. My consumer number is 29881 and my name is Subhas Kumar Sinha. Gas agent name is Chirantani Gas Agency and address is 3 Bangur Avenue, Block-C, Kolkata 700055. This is a regualr practise that the gas agent sell the domestic gas to commercial user and delay the normal user gas refill. Indian Oil has not take up any action even after registration of complian.

                  I had booked my refill as on 8th February 2015 and not received any cylinder till now. I called the distributor as the number provided on the memo but they not even pick the phone.This problem persists in the previous deliveries also.We had so many times visited the distribution center but they do nothing about it.how we can survive if we are getting LPG refills after 25-30 days.It is the worst delivery system I had ever seen.                     Sir, consumer no-A-2528, consumer ID[protected], MANVIR SINGH OF AGRA GAS CO AGRA (UP) my Aadhaar no[protected] where as Aadhar No.[protected] of Mr.Poornamasi has been wrongly incorporated in my consumer ID. Due to which I am not able to get refund of my subsidy against the refilled cylinders. Kindly rectify the same at the earliest so that I can avail the subsidy facility

                        Customer Service at "Captain Gas Service" -dealer of Indane is of worst standards. Customers are harassed by not providing right information. It takes 2-3 months to transfer a gas connection. Customer service counter is so crowded it make virtually impossible for people to get their turn. Office working hour is only for 1 hour in a day i.e., 4:30-5:30PM and poeple are forced to take leave from office. Customers are called multiple times due to inefficient processes and mismanagement. Those who are uneducated suffers the most and as have no idea of the working, assumes their dominance over them and dont raise a voice because of fear of further harrassment.

                          Hi, I have not registered for any LPG connection through Indane. However, my number must have been wrongly registered with some account for LPG connection. I keep getting text messages related to the same on my number: [protected]. I would immediately like my number to be removed from Indane's datastore and ensured ASAP that I do not further receive any communication regarding LPG subsidy, etc until and unless I have myself registered for the same. -- Subhajoy Laskar

                              No one listen you untill you get media support. Cheaters and fraud always afraid of negative presence in media.

                                I ordered refilling on 13th Feb 2015 and I have not received cylinder till now. Whenever I call the distributor(K K Indane Halasuru, Bangalore:[protected] they don't pick the call. I called the delivery person also and he is telling cash memo has not been generated yet.I complained about this on [protected] on 23-Feb-2015 but there is no resolution yet. I have already got advance subsidy in my bank account.                                   Dear Sir,
                                  As we are not getting my LPG refills on from Jan2015. We have booked my refill on 21/02/2015 under booking reference no. 667043 but still not got any further update or cylinder till date...
                                  I called to our distributor M/S Gemini Enterprises and confirmed by them we can get cylinder after 20-25 days...
                                  Can check ur end why and how we can survive if we get LPG refills after 20-25 days.


                                  We also booked my last refills on 18th Jan and distributer send refill to ur on 14/2/2015 after lots of calls and phone to them... Between this period we have to purchase 5 kgs LPG from black..


                                  I have already complaint in Jan 2015 for that 1st refill but not got any reply ur side and non improve delivery time of refills
                                  If you will not able to take up this problem .Pls advise higher authority contact so that we can able to get my refills on time or pls take action against distributer and ask to deliver refills on time

                                    I buy gas from veeresh gas agency, sanjaynagar, bengaluru, i have booked gas vide booking no [protected] and received cash memo no [protected] on 17th february 2015.

                                    The cyllinder not yet delivered and the agency people telling that will be delivered same day for the past 4 days.

                                    When i went to rebook, automated system says it has been already delivered, but we have not yet recd.
