I have booked for refilling LPG Cylinder to M/s Jogindar Enterprises B-3, C-Block, Community Centre, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi-10028 for Consumer number 23044 through IVRS vide reference number 491895 on 05/02/2015 and rebooked the same vide reference number 503977 on 26/02/2015. No LPG Cylinder was supplied to me since 05/02/2015. It difficult to cokk food without LPG. It was raised on 26/02/2015 through yor Forum yet no action has been taken as so far. Neither have received any reply from your Forum nor from Indane nor from IOC nor from M/o Petroleum and Natural Gas nor Gas Agency nor from any other Institution It is requested take appropriate action so that they may not hinder it again. I had registered for INDANE refill on 30/01/2015 and received booking No. 226799 but even after 32 days there is no supply of the cylinder. I tried to contact the Distributor on telephone Nos [protected]/ [protected] NO BODY PICKS THE PHONE. I tried then to contact the toll free No[protected] & 155233 it was disgusting experience. Then tried state In charge at BENGALURU it was a futile effort because no body picked up the phone. Then I tried Area Manager at BELGAUM the experience was NO different. My consumer no. is 10862 when i call this indane agency ( banaras gas) landline going always busy . after going there they give response cylinder will cme tommorrow bt this time we cant hope from now so plzz help us i need urgenty this cyinder kindly sort out this problem its my humble request to you .

Dear sir/Madam subsidy not credit given m/o of JAN 2015 My ges connection with Ges agency joti gag service Ropar(RUPNAGAR)025881 .LPG ID [protected] We deposited cash memo[protected] booking no [protected] dt 21.01.2015 rs, 770/-but subsidy still not credit given. although feb subsidy credited but jan subsidy not given.

Sir, I had face 3-4 times a problem of less quantity fuel filled in exchange of the value paid, at IOC petrol pump Rajiv Nagar, Mumbai-Agra highway Nasik city.The service is also not upto the mark where the boys are of argue some nature. I am an 65 years old lady request submitted to my LPG distributor named ' Sarbamangala Indane' on[protected].which has locked due to non presence at station last six months.But till date it is not reactivated it is creating lot of problem to me. I want to know is there no time limit for this job?

Hello, I got cylinder on dt[protected] with cash 736.50 rs payment . my subsidy amt was 301.18 rs which was cr.in my account . my name is harish singh jayada. i have indane gas connection having3 [protected] lpg id and consumer no.CX17884063. this connection holds my mother (bomla devi). this connection is transffered from my father to mother as my father is deasesed i have transferred this connection in the month of february 2015, but the agency's staff inputed my mother's name incorrectly (bimal devi) now i known this mistake i went to agency and ask about this name correction but they answered this problem can be soved if you provide again file documents for name correction. and they asked for some charges that are not applicable. when i transffered this connection first then also they charged 400 INR, 200 INR for new gas copy and 200INR for file submitted. please resolve this problem.agency name is morinda gas service. Delivery Boy is very clever he every time tear plastic seal (with out watch properly by my parents) in lieu of checking rubber gasket inside cylinder, He never carry Weighing Machine With him. It is not possible to present at the delivery time on behalf of office, The Clever Boy take that chance. so, last time my family verbally told him the previous incident of almost empty cylinders supply. Sir I have seen in my account that two cyllinders issued on 22 feb 15 and 23 feb 15 from my account but i have not issued any cyllinder or even i have not put up any request in this regard. distributor black marketed two cyllinder in name of mine. kindly take action

Since it is more than 30 days i need to change my refill URGENTLY. So request you to please take the action immediately to delivery my refill immediately.

I haven't got Gas cylinder from the month of December 2014. Distributor gives unacceptable reasons (printer are not working, link failed, cylinder not in stock, computer is not working, no electricity etc). The most pathetic is his rudely behavior whenever I asked about cylinder. My village is 15 km away from the Distributor's shop, coming there 5-6 times from my village is hampering my other works. I even warn him that I will take this issue to higher authority but then also his behavior is same. I would like to request you to please take action needed ASAP. Dear Concerned, My consumer no is D9179, I had booked a refill through online last 15days back, so far I didn't the cyclinder, i have a small kid & patient at home. we had serval times calling the phone of the agent they never attend the call & even i directly spoken to delivery person since three days he saying that today he going to deliver by evening. By i think from three days today has not come to him. Its very painfull to write like this. Please take some action & arrange to deliver my cyclider as earliest by today at any cost.

Sir, I booked a cylinder through mobile no [protected] as my consumer number is 18271 and the same is registered with reference number 413768. The same is not delivered at my house. It is requested that the time frame for delivery of cylinder may please be obtained and provide the reason for delay.

Sir, I have made online registration for refilling of gas in Guru gas agencies, MKB Nagar, Chennai, TAmil Nadu on 3o.01.2015. I have submitted Aadhar card etc. details both to agency and to Bank on 27.01.2015 itself.But so far I have not received refill gas cylinder in spite of cash memo generated by second week of Feb, 2015. On enguiry with agency they are not answering properly and rude behaviour also. Now, when I try for making complaint through online from my mobile, I am getting information that I have made registration only on 16.02.2015. I do not know what happened to my registration on 30.01.2015 even after cash memo generation. The gas agency people are telling that the computer has the provision of making registration by itself. But I am doubting that agency people are having provision to make changes in the site. Past one month my home is suffering without gas and mental agony due to irresponsible reply from the Guru gas agency. I need justice in this regard. V.Tamilarasi
