    I have a gas connection in Delhi 17820. Since I am presently out of Delhi I have been trying to register with Indane for Pahal online. When I try to log on, I get the message "account deactivated". I have tried all the helpline numbers many many times. If one gets through to someone at all, it then gets cut off before telling the problem. The online feedback form will not take my name etc. I cannot communicate with the dealer since I suspect they have been issuing cylinders on my number for the last few months since once or twice a month I receive a message that a cylinder has been ordered/delivered even though I am myself out of Delhi and have made no such request. I do not have an Aadhar card. Please tell me how to get through to Indane and get my online account activated and so that I may enter my bank details and avail of PAHAL.

      I booked my cylinder on 3rd Feb vide ref number 699461, but didn't received any further intimation regarding the same. when i called today to check the status, came to know that the booking has been cancelled. How can you cancel it and that too without intimation?

      Have made the booking today again.

        Dear Indane Gas Servie., My consumer no. is 23871 (Navin Singh), i have booked a refill on 9/02/15 but still i have not got the refill, but strange thing i got a sms on 24/02/15 from ID-Indane refill has been delivered agnst cash memo no. [protected], and i have received subsity amount in my bank INR 187.18. This is strange and very painfull after 17 days no delivery, it happen last three refill.           I have booked a had cylinder on 31st January 2015 by registered mobile no. and the booking no.is 253565 and received message on 16th February 2015 that cash memo no.[protected] generated against booking no.253565 but till date the cylinder has not been delivered .

            With due to respect i request you to go through my complain. I have been a permanent consumer of indane gas in ghatampur gas agency. I booked gas riffilling on 6 jan 2015 . Its riffle no. 204804
            I have greatly troubled to make all my efforts to get gas cylinder but the agency holders befool me by preponing my delievery .
            Its therefore i request you to heed my complain and get me given gas as soon as possible.

I have booked a refill from my destributer in south west distt jai jawan gas service d 493, palam extn sector 7 dwarka new delhi on 09 feb 2015 and my booking no was 571891. On 23 feb i recd msg that cash memo no [protected] has been generated . On 25 msg containing that yourrefill has been delevered . But the same has not been delevered till date.. You are requested to take action on the above disributer under intimation to me om my email [protected]@gmail.com.

                  Sir,

                  I am the subscriber of Indane gas connection vide consumer No.16318, distributor M/s Vidya Sagar Gas Service, office at 12-B, Rama market, Pitampura, Delhi-110034, the delivery man named Babloo, is not deliverying the cylinder to me since a month and booked the gas connection by own.

                  On my several calls and request to him he still just lingering on the delivery of cylinders, I am a senior citizen and used only 4 cylinders in a year, and he is booking 8 cylinders on my above said consumer no. which I dont know how its possible that he booked cylinder and we got message that your cylinder had been booked even we dont need that cylinder.

                  It is requested to kindly stop him by doing all this, and change the delivery boy who deliver the cylinder on time.

                    Gas cylinder booked and received SMS message that cash memo [protected] is prepared against booking no. 703617 on 17th Feb 2015.But not received the cylinder till date. Consumer no. 2122 Gas agency : Sai Prasanna, Gas agency, Bannergatta road, Hulimavu, Bangalore 560076 Unable to contact the agency as the phone numbers are always engaged.

                      In your agency not delivered properly cylinder. We are asked to agency when will get cylinder they told your cylinder come your area monthly once that time only you collect it otherwise we are not given in your office. They are asking more money rupees 40/-. Why?. We are asked them they told delivery charge. We are called delivery man they are not picked phone, sometime picked that phone they are shouted you can call in our office don't call me why like this in your agency not respond to customer it not myself also so many customer suffering in this agency... No one answer up to 15 minuet then phone cut automatically I tried three times.I booked my refill on 16th feb'2015. my cash memo no is [protected]. & booking no is 476350. but still i didn't get refill so i wants to know when i can get it.its already 9 days go on booking.

                              i am a consumer of Godavari GAS SERVICE, Danar Road, Darbhanga Bihar 846001, ph no.[protected] my consumer no.cx3648844, on 1.02.15 cylender was delivered to me with Rs.818.00 without cash memo but Rs.267.00 was banked to me.Meanwhile Rs.100.00 was price slashed from 1.02.15 only .Distributorrs not ready to return my money.please look into the matter without any further delay.

                                Hi, My Consumer Number is 860621 and I have a serious complaint to make. I have booked a refill of cylinder in website on 31st Jan 2015 our request reference number is R[protected]. On 12th February I got a SMS on my mobile number that my distributor has been changed to M/S Mahaluxmi Indane Gas and since then I tried calling them and no body picks the phone. It has been now 26 days and so far I have no information of my refill. Then I got a SMS on 15th February that consumer number CX18229798 is registered with reference number 210259. Then on 18th February I got a SMS that cash memo [protected] generated and shall be delivered shortly. Then on 19th February I got a SMS that cash memo [protected] generated and shall be delivered shortly. Then today I got a SMS that cash memo [protected] generated and shall be delivered shortly. I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, I GET SO MANY SMS BUT I DON’T KNOW WHEN I WILL GET THE REFILL. THIS IS PATHATEIC SRVICE OF INDANE. PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I WILL GET MY REFILL OF CYLINDER..                                     My C. No. 75824 with yadhu gas seva Sahibabad, Ghagiabad U P. I booked for refill on 8th Feb 2015 by booking No. 777860 but so far I have not receive the refill.


                                    After waiting for long time I made a complain by C. No. 1909293 on the toll free NO. [protected]. I was told by C. Care that within 48 hrs your problem will be solved. Many time my cash receipt has been generated and cancelled last cash memo No. [protected].


                                    Today 18 days passed, but till today I have not received my refill. And I also tried to contact gas agency on telephone several time in different days but could not as no one attending phone.


                                    There for I request you kindly look in to the matter and get my problem solve.

                                    I made a complain to customer care on toll free No. [protected] vide C. No. 1909293 before 8 or 10 days, they said within 48 hrs your problem will be solved.


                                    After trying many time several days, day before yesterday I could contact the agency one phone they said today you will get it, but so far it has not been delivered.


                                    I request you to look in to the matter and get it solve. I shall be highly obliged by you.

                                        I have booked the gas on 2.2.15 but the concerned Distributor refused the give supply on the ground that my Bank a/c is not tagged though the last date is 31.3.15. further I have submitted the bank details on 20.2.15. Yesterday I was informed by the distributor that further 10-13 days will required to receive the supply.
