I have booked my gas. Cash memo has been generated but not yet delivered .There are three contacts no given (+[protected], 25746112, 25746113,[protected] . I have been trying to reach on these nos for last 2 days.It has always been engaged. Yesterday i was continuously dialling the nos for more than 1 hour but no luck and today again the same thing, 3 nos were engaged. One phone number was ringing, but no one picked up the call. This is ridiculous. This is not acceptable. Now i need to wait for a weekend to visit their office, just to find out the status. I am not sure why their services are not monitored. There should be a feedback mechanism where consumer should provide feedback and based on the feedback their license should be renewed. These issues is with almost all the agency. They are just earning money giving no proper service . They have no rights to give trouble to consumers. I would request to take necessary action against this agency

My C. NO. is 75824 with YADHU GAS SEVA, SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD. I booked refill on 08 Feb 2015 but I have not got refill till today.
I made a complain to customer care on toll free No. [protected] vide C. No. 1909293 before 8 or 10 days, they said within 48 hrs your problem will be solved.
After trying many time several days, day before yesterday I could contact the agency one phone they said today you will get it, but so far it has not been delivered.
I request you to look in to the matter and get it solve. I shall be highly obliged by you.
