i am a consumer of Godavari GAS SERVICE, Danar Road, Darbhanga Bihar 846001, ph no.[protected] my consumer no.cx3648844, on 1.02.15 cylender was delivered to me with Rs.818.00 without cash memo but Rs.267.00 was banked to me.Meanwhile Rs.100.00 was price slashed from 1.02.15 only .Distributorrs not ready to return my money.please look into the matter without any further delay.

    Hi, My Consumer Number is 860621 and I have a serious complaint to make. I have booked a refill of cylinder in website on 31st Jan 2015 our request reference number is R[protected]. On 12th February I got a SMS on my mobile number that my distributor has been changed to M/S Mahaluxmi Indane Gas and since then I tried calling them and no body picks the phone. It has been now 26 days and so far I have no information of my refill. Then I got a SMS on 15th February that consumer number CX18229798 is registered with reference number 210259. Then on 18th February I got a SMS that cash memo [protected] generated and shall be delivered shortly. Then on 19th February I got a SMS that cash memo [protected] generated and shall be delivered shortly. Then today I got a SMS that cash memo [protected] generated and shall be delivered shortly. I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, I GET SO MANY SMS BUT I DON’T KNOW WHEN I WILL GET THE REFILL. THIS IS PATHATEIC SRVICE OF INDANE. PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I WILL GET MY REFILL OF CYLINDER..         Dear Sir,
        My C. No. 75824 with yadhu gas seva Sahibabad, Ghagiabad U P. I booked for refill on 8th Feb 2015 by booking No. 777860 but so far I have not receive the refill.


        After waiting for long time I made a complain by C. No. 1909293 on the toll free NO. [protected]. I was told by C. Care that within 48 hrs your problem will be solved. Many time my cash receipt has been generated and cancelled last cash memo No. [protected].


        Today 18 days passed, but till today I have not received my refill. And I also tried to contact gas agency on telephone several time in different days but could not as no one attending phone.


        There for I request you kindly look in to the matter and get my problem solve.

        Dear Sir,


        My C. NO. is 75824 with YADHU GAS SEVA, SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD. I booked refill on 08 Feb 2015 but I have not got refill till today.


        I made a complain to customer care on toll free No. [protected] vide C. No. 1909293 before 8 or 10 days, they said within 48 hrs your problem will be solved.


        After trying many time several days, day before yesterday I could contact the agency one phone they said today you will get it, but so far it has not been delivered.


        I request you to look in to the matter and get it solve. I shall be highly obliged by you.

          Dear Sir, My gas connection no is M 1819 and my gas booked on 10/02/2015 and i receipt generated on 21/02/2015 still i have not received from yesterday Hocker {Mr Munnesh Ph no [protected]}telling that {abhi 1 ghante main aa raha hun}i have Many visit for your agency Taj Gas service Agra but no respond and last time same hocker given us 3 kg water in place of gas.its not fair for indian oil corporation because IOC is a trusted brand please take the action.             non receipt of gas

            I have booked the gas on 2.2.15 but the concerned Distributor refused the give supply on the ground that my Bank a/c is not tagged though the last date is 31.3.15. further I have submitted the bank details on 20.2.15. Yesterday I was informed by the distributor that further 10-13 days will required to receive the supply....

              I have booked my gas. Cash memo has been generated but not yet delivered .There are three contacts no given (+[protected], 25746112, 25746113,[protected] . I have been trying to reach on these nos for last 2 days.It has always been engaged. Yesterday i was continuously dialling the nos for more than 1 hour but no luck and today again the same thing, 3 nos were engaged. One phone number was ringing, but no one picked up the call. This is ridiculous. This is not acceptable. Now i need to wait for a weekend to visit their office, just to find out the status. I am not sure why their services are not monitored. There should be a feedback mechanism where consumer should provide feedback and based on the feedback their license should be renewed. These issues is with almost all the agency. They are just earning money giving no proper service . They have no rights to give trouble to consumers. I would request to take necessary action against this agency Here is the complete address.                 Non activation of LPG Connection

                I had booked online for gas cylinder in the last week of December, 2014. But I was not able to book the same. I received the voice message as to contact my gas agency. As per the instruction I approached the gas agency, they informed me that if there is a delay in booking the cylinder, the connection will be deactivated within two months. They also informed that the gas agency themselves will apply for the reactivation...

                  I am a consumer of LPG which connection has taken from M/s Sandhan Gas Agency and my Consumer No-9327097 and I have booked to purchase a cylinder on 20/01/15 but as on date it is yet to be received.
                  Please look into this matter and arrange to deliver the same to my home address immidiately.
                  Moreover, i would like to inform you that I have submitted the required bank details to Sandhan Gas Agency on 30/12/14 but as on date I am not getting any massage from your end regarding the updation of details as mentioned above.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, My consumer no is 20689. I have returned my twin cylinder with the distributor( Ranjan GAS -Noida(u.p) sector 26) code[protected] about a month back and they told me to collect the refund next day after giving me a receiving. Its been a month and i am calling them every day but they say my connection has been locked and they are helpless. I have spoken to your consumer care dept( sadhna vasudeva) and she was least cooperative and dint give any reasonable answer for the delay, after calling her numerous time..i was given the sales officer( renuka shukla's) no..who never picks the phone..This is the customer service, we are getting at Indane after being your loyal customers for years. This is very unethical servive on behalf of your distributor and company...

                      Bookings cancelled in DBTL changeover will be automatically re-booked. This is not clear to the consumer.
                      How many cylinders are eligible for a connection in a year[protected]. If not eligible for subsidy then it should be booked under non-subsidy. If Every company is doing like this then what will be the status of the people. How the peoples will prepare the food for the family. There is also a small fault in the government side, government officials not monitoring this issues. Our government is not for our peoples only for royal peoples and politicians.

                          Hi,

                          We have gas connection of INDANE. I would like bring attention for higher authorities that our distributor (Kunal gas Agency, Rajkot) doesn't provide emergency contact number or any other kind of complaint registration number in their bill.

                          Local staff provided wrong information that company has closed emergency services. If customer wants emergency services, customer need to pay extra money.

                          I hope, authorities will take necessary action, as it is matter of someone's LIFE.

                          Please provide information to raise complaints for such lack of responsibilities

                              Hi There, My LPG ID is LPG ID 3 [protected]. I have booked my refill on 14th feb at distributor office and from online indane login [protected]. I also received cash memo [protected] generated massage on 21st feb15 but refill not delivered yet. so i have visited to distributor office he assured me that refill will delivered till 23feb. i again received cash memo [protected] generated massage on 24feb without delivered previous refill. I'm afraid that may be distributor missued my account. I also informed the same to distributor but is not ready to listen anything on this. Please help us on this issue so we can avail refills which is approved by govt only to consumers and stop such backmarketing.

THE DISTRIBUTER DOES NOT SUPPLYING THE GAS AT HOME.THE OFFICERS OF INDANE GAS ARE NOT FAIR IN THEIR DUTIES.THE TELEPHONE LINE AND IVR MOBILE IS ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER.KINDLY APPOINT AN OTHER HONEST DEALER IN BASTI CITY TO DIVIDE THE LOAD. KINDLY ALLOW TO BOOK MY GAS. ALL THE KYC PAPERS ARE ALREADY SUBMITTED TO THE GAS AGENCY.

                                  I booked gas on telephone on 10.2.2015, Consumer No - 25102 and booking No. is 503426. I got a msg on my cell phone regarding issue of cash memo No.[protected] Dt. 14.2.2015. I was informed that gas will be supplied within 2-3 days. I rang the agency after 2-3 days and again it was told that gas will be supplied very soon. Kindly submit Adhaar Card, gasbook copy & bank passbook photocopy. Which I deposited very next day. Today is 24.2.2015 but not recieved the cylinder. I again call at number[protected]. Some lady pick the phone & replied that cylinder will not be deliverd as it has return twice from your given address. When I asked the reason lady replied that you have shifted from your address & kindly submit your new documents. Which is shocking to me as I am still residing at the given address. Then I asked who has told you that i am shifted from the given address. Lady replied that our delivery boy Mohan told us. Then I called Mohan about it. But he refused that he had not updated such thing & assured me he will check and let us know current status immidiatly but till now we have not recieved any update when we will recieved our gas or not. Kindly look into the matter & take action who is playing foul with us & gas agency as well.

                                    This complaint is against Punia Gas service sector 32, ChandigarhI ve booked three times since 26/2/15, supplied adhaar 3times but they cancel the booking after few days. We wait for the cylinder and when we call on gas booking no. booking is cancelled. there are many customers Punia is doing this to. This is not the first time this is happening. But they have cancelled my two booking in a row. They are encouraging black buying in Rs.1000/- from their godown. pls ref to cash memo [protected] n booking no. 565004 dated 4/2/15 and cash memo [protected] dated 20/2/15 which have been unduly cancelled inspite of giving them the adhaar. Now i have booked again 10 min back dated 24/2/15... how do we trust such distributors. I went to the office after the first cancellation but they pay no heed. A madam there is very good to talk but then nobody cares once you are out.
