SIR, MY NAME IS RAJAT DAS, I BOOKED NEW CONNECTION THROUGH ONLINE 23rd NOVEMBER. MY REFERENCE NUMBER IS- N[protected], THEN I GO TO DISTRIBUTER SATYEN GAS SAERVICE, LOCATE ISLAMPUR, WEST BENGAL. HE TOLD ME THE NEW CONNECTION AFTER 15 DAYS. AND I GO TO AFTER 15 DAYS HE TOLS ME AFTER 1 MONTH. THEN I TELL YOU HOW MANY DAYS I GET MY NEW CONNECTION. THEN HE TELL ME I DO NOT KNOW.     i booked gas on telephone on 9.2.2015 and booking No. is [protected]. I got a msg on my cell phone regarding issue of cash memo No.[protected] Dt. 10.2.2015. I was informed that gas will be supplied within week time. i rang the agency after 8 days and again it was told that gas will be supplied very soon. Today is 24.2.2015 but not recd the cylinder. Earlier also I received sms thrice for change of cash memo number i.e. my cash memo was issued thrice. Can I expect a reply from Indane in this regard. My consumer No is 12311.

      I have booked LPG cylinder on 06.02.2015 online but after passage of 18 days it is yet to be delivered. I tried several times over telephone No.[protected]/ 6464355 but got no one picked up the phone. Every time such type of delay occurs but no remedy.           Dear Sir, I am the customer of Indane Gas and my distributor is "(SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, sadh nagar, street number-18 k, palam colony new delhi-45) My consumer No. 06614, I have booked for refill on 27 january 2015, but till date I have not received any information on the status. When I called our Agency ([protected], [protected], [protected]) it is keep on ringing, nobody attends the call. I am frustrated. Please look into this and help us. Please sir do the needful its very urgent.

              Dear Sir, Subject :- Complaint regarding "Vijay Ratna Gas Services" I beg to say that I am the customer of indiane gas and my customer care number is 26072. Sir I face my problem from vijay ratna gas services. This agency is totally fake they don't complete their commitment always say lie to the customer recently your indiane gas website online booking link is not activated due to any reason i don't why so i book my gas refill through my cell phone and the person who receive my call they said your refill would be deliver tomorrow but after one week my booking refill is not deliver yet and when i call again to vijay ratna the person who receive my call said sorry sir your booking is not mention in our pc so please book your refill again so sir tell me how is this it means customer is mad they only request to vijay ratna staff and they don't listen any thing and second thing all refills would be deliver late not on time. so what is this sir this gas agency create big problem to every customer. So my humble request to you please take hard action against this agency because this agency don't take any thing serious. So please solve this matter as soon as possible.                 Hi There, I have submitted the address change application form in Dec-2014, its almost 2 months, I think 2 months are over now. But still my address change is not done. My consumer ID is CX4817426. I tried calling all 3 number for 2 to 3 days continuously but no buddy picked. I Emailed them, got reply to change, but not done even after reminders & Worst part is we don't know to whom we should contact to escalate it. I hope it will be closed soon. Thanks, Ananth

                    Sir, I am Sugumaran and my consumer number is CX15705695. I've booked my gas on 31.1.2015 and got confirmation on 2.2.2015 via SMS Ref : 518429. I followed up with them for delivery after 10 / 15 / 20 days, not getting any prompt reply. They are saying it can be delivered only when they come to my area. Ridiculous, it means if 100 families are there in my area, do I need to wait all consumes the gas? Name of the Gas Agency - Premier Indane Gas, K.Pudur, Madurai Note : Every time they say gas is in demand but delivering to other locations.

I am complain in Gas agency office in today morningON 24 FEB but agency staff misbehave with me and say its in our system hum apne aap us cylinder ko delivered dikha dete hai kyonki hume cylinder 24 hrs main delivevred..ND LAST REFIL IS FULL OF WATER I HAVE COMPLAIND TO GAS AGENIC THEY SAY U R TELLING WRONG THING SIR PLS TAKE SOME ACTION

                        My name is Mr. Lalit Kumar. Consumer No. 20494. I have booked a gas cylinder on 30.01.2015. But till date, it has not been delivered to me although receipt of this has been generated on 10.02.2015. Please look into this matter and deliver the gas cylinder to me on urgent basis. No one has bothered to pick up the phone neither Gas agency nor Distributor (delivery man).

He has told me rs.2450/- will be charged for name changed. And also he has taken by me… Sir when I call to Indian GAS Customer care he told me rs.50/- only charged for name change.                               My consumer no.27595 in the name of Deepak Kumar. I booked for refilling on 2nd Feb 2015 booking no. 454539. Cash memo was generated on 11th feb 2015. cash memo no. [protected]. But still now it is not delivered. My Indane distributor is C.Lal & Son's Gas Agency, Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi. When i call to their no. they don't response properly. I went to their office on 19th Feb & I was informed it would be delivered on the same day but not delivered. When I am calling them they are giving assurance it would be delivered on that day but false commitment. I have only single cylinder & the previous cylinder is empty & we are not able to cook food & bringing food from outside & it is very difficult for us to manage. It is a very worst experience. We are thinking to switch over to other LPG provider. Please take action.

I am informing you that I have received my LPG cylinder last on[protected] and subsequently I have booked another cylinder on[protected] and against this booking generated the cash memo no-[protected] for booking no-[protected] on[protected] but I am yet to be received the same. Moreover I would like to inform you that such type of delay happening with me against my every booking/delivery and for that I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver my cylinder by 24th of Feb'15 positively as it''s too late.                                   I am the customer of indane gas, my consumer id is cx5096239. after booking never get in proper time. This time booked on 22.01.2015 not yet got. if i ask to delivery person he will be telling you have to buy in black. this is happening couple of yrs with me., office do not give any proper answer. it is a big blackmarket chain.Office did not link my dbtl form. also complained in caustomercare number but no use at all.thre months gap I book cylinder but not get properly please take necessary action this matter so that i can get cylinder immediately. ditributor--- perfect indane, barasat, hathkhola, kolkata 124.west bengal.

                                    My Indane consumer No is OP39372. I booked for refill on 05.02.2015 but have not been delivered on 20.02.15 date. I on 19.02.15 visited OP Agency. The person on the window advised that booking has been cancelled but reason of cancellation not advised. I then contacted the person in the name of Sahid and he advised such query has to be dealt by front window. Mr. Sahid very reluctantly advised that my account was not linked with the Bank then. When further requested when it was linked his reply was curt and rude that he is not prepared to reveal more than that, that he has to daily deal with 400 customers . He further advised angrily that I should meet the owner, who he advised is available at 2 P.M. The behavior of the person on earlier occasions has also been rude. The Petroleum Ministry in advertisements has been advising that either provide AAdhar Card and Bank detail to the dealer or link through Bank, nowhere it has been advised that not doing so will entitle cancellation of booking. Moreover about 6 months back, I had given copy of Aadhar and Bank Account details to the dealer. Pl advised whether cancellation of booking was as per policy of Indane and that too without advising the customer. It is being advertised that delivery person will accompany with weighing scale but no person of this Agency has ever brought weighing instrument. I have returned most of the time Refill, which were under-weight. The Petroleum Ministry says that delivery of refill will be delivered the next day but I have been delivered generally after more than a week. J B Goel D-258 Nirman Vihar Delhi-92

                                      Dear sir as they have asked for submit the bank detail of my bank at the first itself I have submitted, again they asked for the bank pass book Xerox copy k again I have submitted, then after few days a call from my distributor to submit the Xerox of my bank pass book i went and asked to my agency they said u have to give the Xerox even if we ask for 20 times then i asked them what have happened to my old Xerox then they said dont talk too much or i will cancel your connection my agency name is s.e.muthu gas agency in velachery and my consumer no 1221
