Malsi station Mussoorie road, malsi didn't provided air filling faculties

I have a lpg connection vide consumer no.cx12781737 i have booked my cylinder many times but not delivered

Petrol kam dala hai aur pochne par santosh janak jawab nhi diya aur manager ne bhi koi jawab nhi diya

Dear Sir,

I processed online payment for my Order for lpg through the link given in the message.The internet banking transaction was successful and payment of amount got Rs.933.4 from my SBI bank account was deducted and credited to Indian Oil. With Ref no. IGAMLSISD1 on 21.Nov.2021.
But no receipt was generated neither i got any confirmation regarding payment completed for lpg refill against Cons No [protected] with Ref No.[protected].

Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate refund or provide receipt so that we didn't to pay to gas delivery executives .

Kindly do the needful at your end

I had Booked one gas cylinder as on 20/11/2021 .bt later cancelled due to unavailability of empty cylinder.so cancelled on 21/11/2021.but I didn't get refund of money I have already paid through phone pe application.so I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible

I have citi indian oil card since last 15 years.from last 2or 3 months i have noticed my card statement with service tex. there is no service tex viver.you have tie up with citi bank.and they have notmachins.so they swipe any other machins
i always ask for citibank swipe machins.but they refused.pls check that they have citi bank swipe mashcins .in ahmedabad at paldi-vasna prtrol pumps likes coco, atul, dipti etc.

I have applied for IOCL Recruitment 2021 for Trade & Technical Apprentice whose application no. [protected]. I am not receiving OTP from IOCL to get my admit card. My problem should be solved as soon as possible so that I can appear in the written examination.

I am jaithkumar as Land developer daily iam purchase morthan 10K diesel for my Hitachi and JCB works from ABHI SERVICE STATION Kenkere Road Huliyar. On 17/11/21 at about 15.22 hrs while refill diesel to my vehicle, diesel overflows i raise objections. Suddenly filling boy and his associate are misbehave with me and abused with my caste and language. I asked complaint book they are refuse. They are behaving like rowdies. They are not following any security measures while handling filling fuels. This may cause big accident and dangerous to human life. Now i request to INDIAN OIL CORPORATION to take proper action against them and given proper training for refill person for how to handle fuels while loading/unloading and refills.
The above incident i informed to Mr. Raja area sales Manager through WhatsApp.

में 17/11/2021 को M/S LATA KISHAN SEWA KENDRA GHAT PIPARIYA ROAD BARGI JABALPUR M.P. जो आपके इंडियन ऑयल कंपनी के अधिकृत विक्रेता है। इनके द्वारा मेरी कार में 1050 रुपये का पेट्रोल कम तोला गया। इसकी जानकारी हमे टैब लगी जब 1050 डालने पर मशीन 0 नही हुई और पेट्रोल डलना चालू हो गया और रीडिंग चलती रही उसके पहले ही नोजल बंद कर बाहर निकल लिया गया। जब मैने आपत्ति जताई कि रीडिंग चल रही है और आपने नोजल बाहर निकल लिया नोजल से पेट्रोल की एक बूंद भी नही आ रही थी बाद में मेरे द्वारा बहुत सारी चीज़ें नोटिस की गई मशीन में पेट्रोल का आज का रेट नही लिखा था। जब मैने ये सारी बाते बोली तो कर्मचारी बौखला गया और बत्तमीजी करने लगा मेरे साथ मेरी माँ और ड्राइवर भी था और वो 3 4 कर्मचारियों को लेकर आया और बहस करने लगा मेरे पास मेडिकल इमरजेंसी होने के कारण में विवाद में नही फसना चाहता था और मई द्वारा बिल मागा गया पहले तो बिल देने से मना कर दिया गया परंतु शिकायत की बात सुनकर उसने गाड़ी का आधा ही नम्बर उसने प्रिंट करके दिया जिसकी छायाप्रति में संलग्न कर रहा हूं। कृपा कर ऐसे पेट्रोल पंप वालो पर अतिशीघ्र कार्यवाही करने की और मेरे हुए नुकसान की भरपायी करने की कृपा करें।

Whenever i visit this station how much ever petrol i ask for they will first fill Rs50 and then fill the reamaing amount ( for eg if i ask for Rs 200 they first fill Rs50 and say " sorry i heard it as Rs 50 "and then fill the remaining amount. This happend to me 4 times when i went to fill petrol. I suspect there is a setting for Rs 50 so that we get less petrol for that amount.
Please look inte this as soon as possible.

Quantity issue they cheated us for a long time plz help us

Sir, air pump is not working in your petrol pumb for last 4 months, You are taking much of amount as petrol fee, then why are you not focusing on customer needs, Pump location, near Dundlod fatak, Jaipur pilani road, possible kindy do as it working...

I'm from arrah bihar and my complain is about distributor who cheated me and stole my gas passbook
When I asked him to return the card he told me that he has to do some work he return it in 2 to 3 minutes but he ran away

I have booked lpg gas on 13th November 2021 via Amazon then i changed my mind then booking cancelled but still not received any refund so please help me and refund my money 926 rupees

Every time i book a Indane cylinder in hyderabad - telanagana, agency people charge us extra delivery charges ( Rs 30) which has been not mentioned anywhere. there is no recepit for this extra amount been charged

This is open way of harassing your customer.

I as request for required new regulator for replacement of my lost regulator. But they charges me as below,
Regulator cost = Rs. 295.00
Document charge = Rs. 120.00
Totally they charged me Rs. 415.00 for regulator.
I don't know what is document charge in this issue. So, Pls do the needfully.

Respected Sir,
I hereby like to inform you that, today (10.11.2021), in the morning a guy came representing himself from the gas cylinder distribution center for gas servicing, but when I asked for proof for the same, he was unable to do so. Moreover, I was not well and I was alone at home hence I requested him to come later, he said to show the last delivery receipt for this compensation. I did so, later on when I was trying to book my gas cylinder, continuously it showed that my gas booking is suspended. When I called the customer care toll free number they checked and said that my gas booking is suspended by the gas distributor. Besides, I was not provided any sort of notification or any kind of information. My consumer Id is: [protected] LPG ID[protected] and the registered mobile number is- [protected]. I would also like to know that, is it necessary to take the gas servicing even when I am ill that too in this pandemic situation? Me and my family is facing a lot of problems due to this unnotified situation. The gas cylinder at home has gone empty, hence I am unable to do any kind of cooking presently. I have to go out and buy food daily with so much sickness. It is an earnest request to look after the issue and start my gas booking service immediately.

Water is mixed in petrol at Nagole, hyderabad Indian Petrol Bunk.

Respected sir, I was a domestic gas consumer in BPCL.Recently I transferred it to Indian oil but the agency employee take too much time to give me connection approx 20 days.When I asked what's the reason for this delay One of the employee of Das Agency nick Name "Manti", Karimganj, 788711
Misbehave with me And use abused language.
So sir please takes legal action for that behaviour.
