ffISir, This is to inform you that i am an Indane LPG customer of Sri Rama Agencies, Ramamurthynagar, Bangalore-560016 for the past 20 years.My consumer number is CX1038752. I had booked for my Indane LPG cylinder refill on 14th January 2015 and for ten more times.The refill cylinder booking was cancelled each time and the reason was "Transaction request pending for the consumer" I had submitted my Aadhar and Bank details to my LPG distributor five times.Also i have received an confirmation SMS from the bank about the Aadhar Bank seeding. So i request to check and arrange for my refill cylinder at the earliest due to which we are facing severe hardship while cooking in our household.     Plzzz take some action reagarding dis...we whole of chennai are fed up with the gunagiri of gas delivery boys...they are charging whole of chennai 60 rs extra for the gas cylinder...it hs been a nuisance for all o[censored]s...if we dont pay then extra 60 rs they atr yelling at us and giving us threatning that they will not bring thethe cylinder next time.. Compulsory taking from us...plz take some action...take care o[censored]r indian public...y government is allowing all dis

      Hi, I have Indane Domestic gas connection with Devaganga Associates. I have booked the cylinder on 26-Jan-2015 Consumer Number 70086, still the cylinder has not delivered since it is more than 15 days. I was trying to call all the office numbers & [protected] but nobody has not pick the phone.             My gas consumer no CX8737733 in name Lalit Mohan Saxena was linked to Urja gas service, Kondli Delhi which transferred to new distributor Verma Gas Agency.I am unable to book my gas on mobile as landline no ([protected],[protected] of Verma Gas is not accepted by your Iocl on line booking software.

              My consumer no. Is 33421 i have ordered my gas in 1 of february and not got it even today when i called them they told us that the gas has been already delivered in 9 of february .I think that the delivery man has stollen our gas as once he have requested us to give a cylinder to him but we refused & he might thought that we have ordered this gas for him.Our distributer name is sreema (Indane) distributors .
              Please sir/madam look over my problem oher wise i will be helpless.

Yesterday i received my lpg cylinder when delivery men give a cylinder than i told his cylinder was leaked but he say i don't change now i come tomorrow and change the cylinder but today he don't came so i call in office than office man say change cylinder tomorrow.sir please take a action immediately.

                  I booked Indane gas(consumer no.13095) refill on 24.01.2015(booking no.206358) with Golden gas service Palamvihar vyapar kendra Girgaon-122015 despite my regular visits/reminders, gas refil is supplied so far.Today I come to know through Newspaper that supply is stopped to the distributer due to various complaints.Indane authorities must take action for smooth supply gas refills.

                          I am Subramanya residing at LB-3 Mescom Quatrase KHB Colony Yekkur Bajal Post Mangalore My Consumer number is 4107277 i am booking the LPG on 30.1.2015 but LPG cylinder is not delivered until today I call the Agency today but no one not pick the phone
                          My consumer no. is 38619 and LPG id no.is3x7500x0000x2284x6891.My LPG distributor is KFCSC(H).I am 80 years old and got disgusted in approaching your distributor time and again and do not know how to go about in getting my supply.When I approached your distributor last time they wanted details of bank etc which I gave immediately.But still they have not effected the supply.By this exercise the time for refill dates get delayed .
                          Could you please advise your distributor to effect the supply immediately.
                          My consumer number is 43187 and our dealer's code number is 117742 ( Jo Agencies, VII-410, Main road, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur Dt, Pin-680121)
                          I booked gas cylinder on 22nd January 2015 and i have received a message on 20/03/2015 that the cylinder can be delivered shortly but not yet received. On 23/03/2015 I called to their office and the staff said the cylinder will be delivered on the next day. From the day onwards they are repeating the same answer and the cylinder is not yet received.
                          Today when I call the distributor they cut my call . Now it is 2 months and 16 days I am waiting for my cylinder. So please take action.

                            I, Jayanta Das, Consumer Number 17006 hereby want to complain that I got a sms from Indane that my cylinder has been delivered as per cash memo number [protected] on 10th February 2015. However, no cylinder has been delivered to my residence till 11.2.2015. When I approached the distributor M/s Prayojonee, at Alipore, they told there was no supply against the said cash memo and the cash memo is only an adjustment between subsidized & non-subsidized cylinder. They advised me that I have to book afresh and wait for the next cylinder delivery. I am waiting for over two months after the last booking and thus it is not possible to wait for any fresh period. You are hereby requested to look into the issue and arrange to sort out the problem. Regards,

                                    Sir, We are from Anakaputhur. We are paying Rs.40 extra for cylinder delivery charge to the delivery man. He is demanding us to pay else he wont delivery and says if you need cylinder you have to pay us. Not only in our area its a common practice across chennai. We need a action to be taken against this.

                                      We transferred Gas connection from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Applied at "cauvary Gas Agencies" near K.R puram.

                                      Cylinder was delivered after 9 days and a boy of around 15 years came to deliver it. When we asked for fixing the components as we don't know how to fix it safely, he said his father will come and fix.

                                      I called his number and said next day he'll come and do it, but after that he never attended our call.

                                      They haven't provided a receipt for new regulator they provided. They collected Rs.1652 while submitting the transfer documents and haven't provided receipt for that. Only gave a new regulator.

                                      Later they given a bill after 1 week and it was the bill for only Rs.500. No idea where is the bill for remaining Rs.1152
