My Consumer No CX 6411479 and the agency name is Neo Gas Enterprises, Kalka, Dist. Panchkula (Haryana). I had booked for a refil cylinder on mobile, Booking No 251013 dt 22 Jan and Cash memo No [protected] dt 28 Jan 2015. I asked the staff but there was not satisfactory response from them. I have tried to complaint on Mob No [protected], but always given the message this line is busy. It is also informed that I have already deposited the Aadhar Card and bank details And I have received subsidy in the month of Nov & Dec 2013 and Jan 2014. For your info and favourable action please. My name is padmolochan panda. I have a gas connection in Munda Gas Service, Sambalpur, Orissa. My consumer no is[protected]. I have booked a cyilinder on dated 6.1.2015 with reference no 220655. Cash memo [protected] generated on dated 31/1/2015 for the same. But I have not yet get the gas. when I contacted Munda Gas Service, Sambalpur, Orissa, they behave roughly and told me that the message has no value and they will deliver the gas when they want. I have booked several time since oct'2014. But not yet get any gas from the service provider. I came to known from various sources that Munda Gas service, sambalpur, orissa has blacked the cylinder the open market at high rate and their behave towards customers are also very rough. I booked the gas cylinder on 12th Jan 2015 - booking no.37567 &registration no.493435 I have been hearing from the old distributor o[censored]ttam nagar, that the delay of gas cylinder from Indane godown not from there end. after 5 more days they promised that he got the cylinder & will install asap but after 23 days i still have no cylinder and their phone is off... I strongly belive that there is some illiegal activities going on, they sell cylinders in black... I am an Indane LPG consumer No.1080 I have received LPG refill from the distributer M/S A.M.U. Gas Agency Aligarh-202002 U.P on full rate ie Rs.742/= atleast 20 days before but till date I have not received Subsidy in my bank A/c of Allahabad bank against LPG refill. My Aadhar card has been already linked to my bank account as well as gas agency under the DBTL scheme. Sir, I am a consumer of iocl. My consumer no is 25820 My lpg distributer is blossoom enterprises indane gas Agency At - Azadpur Delhi.The distributer do not deliver the booked rifil in time on every booking and my booking get canceled. On complaining about this, they don't listen any thing. They tell me to book again, which take 10 to 15 Days excess to processing to get a refil. Sir take necessary action in this concern.

Sir,
I have booked my refill vide refill order no. 272320 dated-20.12.2014 with expected date of delivery 30.12.2014.

I have not received the cylinder yet. I have complained vide no. 1818014 and on personal visit to patuli indane on 27.01.2015 i came to know that the cylinder in my name has been delivered to some mrs. Debolina ganguly.

Inspite of my detail address and always present in my residence the distributor knowingly has been defaulting in supply of the same.

I have to purchase from open market to maintain my need in this days of cricis. The financial burden is due to fault of your distributor. Please take necessary action.

Follow-up with Staff: Raj Flame staff doesn't want to hear any complaints in this regards and its very tough


to feed my family without kitchen LPG cylinder. Finnaly i have decided to by black cylinder from market.


Causes: i have purchase cylinder at market rate where we have to pay Rs.870/-

I am an Indane LPG consumer No. 6871 I have received LPG refill from the Distributor M/s Indane Gondwana, Mukut Nagar Raipur, on full rate i.e. Rs. 783.50 on 30.1.2015 but till date I have not received Subsidy in my bank account No. [protected] against the LPG refill. I have already submitted Form No. 1 & 2 to the Distributor as well as the State Bank of India main Branch Raipur under the DBTL scheme. I have personally informed to the distributor in this regard but no action has been taken till date by the districbutor M/s Indane Gondwana.

I am Parveen Chatrath, it was on 14th of jan'15 i have done Booking for consumer no. 16487 and is registered with ref no.426079. On 30th jan i received text stating, Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no., shall be delivered shortly. till date m not in receipt of cylinder. Its really troubletroublesome my cylinder exhausted 5 days back. These people never deliver oir gas cylinder on time. Its routine for every month that i have to track it. Till date without calling them 20 times they do not deliver the cylinder. Is this the way Indane deals with its customers. Its sheer nonsense and harassing. Our distributtor is burari indane and delivery boy vivek is not picking our call even after giving us assurance that cylinder will b delivered in an hour that too since last 4 days.
