My name is Arun T J. My LPG ID[protected] and consumer Number is 9272. My Indane agency is Alinkeel Gas Mangad, Kannur. I booked my cylinder on 4/12/2014. But they have not yet issued my cylinders. My two cylinders are already empty. As both o[censored]s are employees it is very difficult to manage without cooking gas. Even though, I can not book the fresh Cylinders as they are not issued the booked cylinders. When I tried to contact the agency over phone, they don't take that. Today I went to the agency to know the details. At that time I saw a lot of people demanding for their cylinders and thee agency people are behaving indecently to them. There are people who booked Cylinders even in November 2014. When asked about my issue they are saying that my turn has not yet come. Even he can not say when will my turn come.The agency people are behaving very indecently to people. Sir, so I request you please look into the matter and take necessary steps to get my cylinders immediately and allow me to book the other cylinder which is already exhausted.

Sir, my LPG id[protected], and I join with DBTL and submit my Aadhaar to distributer and bank(south Indian bank in indirapuram gzb. Up a/c no. 5120) but my this account is closed any problems. So i want to join another bank a/c which details is following.

Dear Sir, My self Ajeet Srivastava I was submit DBTL at captain gas agency(Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad-201001 UP) on the date 12 march 2015 but till date we have link to my PNB Ac no.[protected] and my LPG ID-3 [protected] with consumer no.98797.we are face more problem to book cylinder previous one month i did not take any cylinder.
