Dear Sir Booked Gas on 16 Jan 015 at 10:22 got reference no- 629617 by S.M.S & i have not received the cylinder even after 17 days passed and it is repeating since last two three times. Hence it is a request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful help to take necessary action against the monopoly of the Gas Agency. The distributor name is SACHHI GAS CENTRE (111/424 ASHOK NAGAR KANPUR).My consumer no is 32551.I have booked cylinder on 20th jan 2015 but i have not yet received.There is always delay in delivery in lpg cylinder.       I received a message on 15th January from customer service that Booking for consumer number CX8705914 is registered with ref. no. 639156. after few seconds I received another message that cash memo [protected] is generated against the booking. In evening I received a message that cylinder is delivered. My point here is that I or any of my family member didn't book the cylinder and nobody at home was available to get the delivery not even in next 3 days. Please look in to this issue.         My consumer Id is[protected] and my gas connection no is 19938 and my distributor name is M/S Shankar Gas Service Madhyamgram, kolkata-700129. I have booked my gas on 26.01.2015 and received gas on 28.01.2015 but I have not yet received any subsidy in my Bank account though my account is already registered and I received meessage in my mobile no.           Sir,
          I has visited m/s agarawal filling station, haridwar by pass road, rishikesh to get petrol in my car at 11:15 hrsd on 01 feb 2015. I had asked them please provide test paper for petrol testing. The operator not provided say even we wait for 10 minutes. Neither they say no nor they sat any thing. Then we rush to another petrol pump at dehradun road, rishikesh, distt dehradun- uttrakhand.We had get the fuel in car and tested the petrol with satisfactary results.

          It is rerquested that a enquiry to ascertain for availability of petrol test kit at all time at all iocl filling station and the dealer to ask why he failed towards customer demands.

          This type of behaviour shows that either he is not providing the rigt fuel to the customers.

          Therefore the needful action be initiated against the dealer and intimated to the same.

            Respected sir/Mam, There are following complain regarding my distributor Shop No-9/209, Dda Flats, Madangir, Delhi - 110062 +[protected], 26058586, 29960737. My consumer no 14059. 1) I had booked my cylinder still it did not deliver to my address. 1) I have all ready updated my adhar no to bank by submiting the documents to my distributor, and confirmation from the bank has come . 2) None of the land ph no. of distributor +[protected], 26058586, 29960737. is entertained by staff as continuously trying to know the status since one hour and getting it ringing status only. 3)when talked to the main delivery boy pradeep kr goyal on his mobile no, he told that he has resigned from the company advised by him to talk in the office. 4) none of the cell no provided by the distributor. Toll free number is [protected] is also going in waiting continuously. I have tried so many times but not able to connect. 5) Delivery boy did not bring weight equipment.               Dear sir this is Nilesh chauhan from surat I am having a Consumer No. 21307 with the Astha indane GAS Agency, Amroli surat. I booked for Gas cylinder on[protected] with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.first the booking canceled due to not registered bank detail for subsidy credit althogh i has been all ready submitted in my bank, the agency people are making fool to people and I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.on 22-01-15, And the gas agency boy came at my address due to not availability he get back the same, I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond and the position is that due to this rigid behivior i am totaly out of gas cilynder my both cylinder is empty and i have ot purches form black market . positively.i think the people in Astah gas agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.                     I DK Jain from Dehradun made a gas booking through phone on 07.01.2015 vide booking number 222762. After many days the gas not being delievered I enquired Kishen gas agency at shimla road dehradun. I was shocked to know that no booking was showing in their system. My consumer number is KG 14522. In need o[censored]rgent solution. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve it.

But after 11minutes means 2.05pm another messege come to my Mobile Number [protected] that cylinder is delivered against this cash memo.In internet delivery status shows my cylinder is deliverd on dt 29.01.2015. But I have no recevied the said cylinder.About this when I am asking about distributer he is not answerd satisfactory & Misbehaving Me on dt 31.01.2015 and telling me your consumer name is transferred to another Distributer Badasahi Gamin Das Agency Mayurbhanj.But for change distributership Sai Indane not take my consent for change.Till now on internet my Distributer Name is Shows Sai Indane Baripada. There fore I am Requesting the company to solve my problem & Distributers harssment then i am ever Greateful to You.

                              Dear sir, my consumer no is 12951 with chandra devi saini named in my original documents those with me but when i want to connect with dbtl i saw that the govind gas agency has put my name wrong that is their fault. and when i told him then they refuses to correct and asked for my orignal document to submit. and when asked them if i give u my original documnets then what proof i would have then they respond me so roughly that they canto do anyhing if it misplaces. and in totally they are annoying to correct their fault. kindly enforce them to correct their fault.

                                I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the seeding of aadhar number in the www.rasf.uiadai.gov.in (aadhar no.[protected] in the DBTL scheme of Indane my consumer no is 18292, (distributor name is RadhaRaman Gas Service of West Bengal), on 20th of December 2014, I have submitted the aadhar number through the portal RASF, but till today no confirmation received, even my aadhar number was also not updated against my consumer ID, for this reason I am not being able to enjoy the DBTL Scheme, as well as regarding the same have made a complaint in the call center but, one of the executive said it will be updated within 25 days, but a month has turned and till today no updates no coordination received, even from the number which I used to call in the call center, now shows rejected whenever I call. So, will request you to do the needful against the same, your earlier action is highly solicited.

                                    R/Sir, Madam I there for request you that I have some problem in my LPG connection. I have submitted all document that needed but My Aadhar card number wrongly entered by the agency. After that i check it on the Internet. It showed wrong aadhar number then I went to agency two times and submitted aadhar number and they entered both times but not updated. But other aadhar no is linked to syndicate bank whereas my bank a/c is in Prathama bank branch dhanaura. Please solve my problem. A cylinder was delivered on 3rd January whereas it is registered to be delivered on 19th January. Worst part of that is, that no subsidy has been credited for that till now.(31st Jan) Worst Process of their so call Adhar Linked Subsidy System I don't know If they have any process or timeline which they follow. No availability on their Toll Free Number, Don't know If we have a way to reach them. If yes, how??

                                        Hi, This Is to complaint about Image Filling Station - Mayur Vihar Phase 1 New Delhi. I went there on 30 Jan 2015 to get tank filled with Petrol The person standing ther to fill the tank made sure that car is parked in a way that you can not view the meter in time that I came out of my car he was already in mode to fill the car when I asked I want to check he said its your job to check not there job to wait for consumer when I asked about the Manager in the Petrol pump I was told he is not there. Then I asked about the complaint book they said its again not there. After I became adamant and I said I am not moving the my Car. I was told that I can go in one of the cabin to log a complaint. Suddenly when I went inside there was one guy sitting there and I was introduced to him as a manager. This guy told to me log a complaint in the complaint book and do what I want to do As I was just pissing him with my complaint. he was not even ready to share the name of the employee who was at filling point( I asked the name of employee as the employee card wore by this guy does not have name printed on it only Kumar was visible in the card). 1. Please help me understand is there any way this Owner could be informed that customer has all the right to check the petrol meter before the start of filling ( I mean to check Zero) 2. Can These people in petrol deny you complaint book. 3.
