I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the seeding of aadhar number in the www.rasf.uiadai.gov.in (aadhar no.[protected] in the DBTL scheme of Indane my consumer no is 18292, (distributor name is RadhaRaman Gas Service of West Bengal), on 20th of December 2014, I have submitted the aadhar number through the portal RASF, but till today no confirmation received, even my aadhar number was also not updated against my consumer ID, for this reason I am not being able to enjoy the DBTL Scheme, as well as regarding the same have made a complaint in the call center but, one of the executive said it will be updated within 25 days, but a month has turned and till today no updates no coordination received, even from the number which I used to call in the call center, now shows rejected whenever I call.
So, will request you to do the needful against the same, your earlier action is highly solicited.
