R/Sir, My consumer no is 19733 Agency Gamini Interprises, Najafgarh Delhi-110043 Ph No.[protected], cylinder booking on 10th Jan 2015 Ref. No. 632609 which is still not delivered. Hence it is request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful help to take necessary action against to monopoly of the gas agency. Thanks

    I am an indane gas consumer with kiran gas service, 53, prithiviraj market (Khan market) ne delhi 110003. My consumer number is 41981.The subsidy on my gas cylinder deliverd to me on[protected] has not yet been credited in my bank account with punjab national bank, khan market branch, new delhi - 110003

        Sir,
        I have booked my refill vide refill order no. 272320 dated-20.12.2014 with expected date of delivery 30.12.2014.

        I have not received the cylinder yet. I have complained vide no. 1818014 and on personal visit to patuli indane on 27.01.2015 i came to know that the cylinder in my name has been delivered to some mrs. Debolina ganguly.

        Inspite of my detail address and always present in my residence the distributor knowingly has been defaulting in supply of the same.

        I have to purchase from open market to maintain my need in this days of cricis. The financial burden is due to fault of your distributor. Please take necessary action.

          This is regards huge delay in cylinder delivery at Vipin Gardern, New Delhi-59 by Raj Flame,


          Consumer ID is 15174. Refill booking was at Dt.17th Jan'2015 Ref. No.554287.


          Issue: Huge delay in Cylinder delivery even after DELIVERED MASSAGE in my cell No.[protected].


          Follow-up with Staff: Raj Flame staff doesn't want to hear any complaints in this regards and its very tough


          to feed my family without kitchen LPG cylinder. Finnaly i have decided to by black cylinder from market.


          Causes: i have purchase cylinder at market rate where we have to pay Rs.870/-
          Sir, I am janardhan consumer no 42402, we come under ananth gas agencies, I booked gas on jan 5th, and delivery guy came on last week of jan, though we kept empty cylinder in my neighbour house the guy refused to give the cylinder, meanwhile my wife came from office and requested the guy for filled cylinder, but the guy said we sent back to godown ... So we waited and after approaching agencies they asked to book once again, , , , ! Till now we didnt receive cylinder, Plz consider and do te needful, tnk u - jonathan
          I have booked the cylinder via SMS on 14th March'15 and the booking no is 801822. Cylinder is not received yet. We are facing this problem for last 6 months.

            Sir,
            I am an Indane LPG consumer No. 6871 I have received LPG refill from the Distributor M/s Indane Gondwana, Mukut Nagar Raipur, on full rate i.e. Rs. 783.50 on 30.1.2015 but till date I have not received Subsidy in my bank account No. [protected] against the LPG refill. I have already submitted Form No. 1 & 2 to the Distributor as well as the State Bank of India main Branch Raipur under the DBTL scheme. I have personally informed to the distributor in this regard but no action has been taken till date by the districbutor M/s Indane Gondwana.
            You are requested to kindly necessary action in this regard

              I am Parveen Chatrath, it was on 14th of jan'15 i have done Booking for consumer no. 16487 and is registered with ref no.426079. On 30th jan i received text stating, Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no., shall be delivered shortly. till date m not in receipt of cylinder. Its really troubletroublesome my cylinder exhausted 5 days back. These people never deliver oir gas cylinder on time. Its routine for every month that i have to track it. Till date without calling them 20 times they do not deliver the cylinder. Is this the way Indane deals with its customers. Its sheer nonsense and harassing. Our distributtor is burari indane and delivery boy vivek is not picking our call even after giving us assurance that cylinder will b delivered in an hour that too since last 4 days.                 Dear sir this is syed DR ANUJ KUMAR from DIBAI (BULANDSHAHR)

                I am having a Consumer No. D-21225 with the DIBAI GAS Agency DIBAI, phone no
                [protected] RAILWAY ROAD DIBAI.

                I booked for Gas cylinder on 28.01.2015 with an assurance that the cylinder will
                be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been
                delivered till date.
                I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
                the area.

                I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
                They also harass
                me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond
                positively.i think the people
                in DIBAI GAS agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.INSTEDOF GOVERNMENT HAS PASSED ORDER TO REFFILE 12 subsidised LPG CYLENDER IN A COMMERCIAL YEAR
                BUT ACCORDING THE STRUCTION AS PER DISTIBUTER 40 DAYS DELIVERY SHEDULE CONSUMER CANT BE FULL FILL IS A REQUIREMENT UP TO 31 MARCH.

                  My consumer no is LT-31296 in kolkata. Cylinder booked on 1st Jan'15 which is still not delivered. This delay is being faced for last 6 months. Whereas there are no issue with other suppliers like HP and BP. TThey are supplying within a week time. Surprisingly nobody in INDANE dealer office is ready to say the reason and INDANE Customer care no is always non-reachable or busy. Can I expect some kind of response on this?

                      Sir, I have a Indane LPG connection(consumer no: 23637) in KAMARAJ INDANE GAS AGENCIES, COLACHEL, KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT (Distributor code: 178241). The delivery guy is asking more amount rather than the billed amount and it keeps a routine issue. Today he arrived to deliver a cylinder and asked Rs. 800 but the billed amount is Rs. 774.50 but I refused to give the extra amount but he was rude and shouting for Rs. 25 then I paid Rs. 800...

                            I received a message on 15th January from customer service that Booking for consumer number CX8705914 is registered with ref. no. 639156. after few seconds I received another message that cash memo [protected] is generated against the booking. In evening I received a message that cylinder is delivered. My point here is that I or any of my family member didn't book the cylinder and nobody at home was available to get the delivery not even in next 3 days. Please look in to this issue.                               My consumer Id is[protected] and my gas connection no is 19938 and my distributor name is M/S Shankar Gas Service Madhyamgram, kolkata-700129. I have booked my gas on 26.01.2015 and received gas on 28.01.2015 but I have not yet received any subsidy in my Bank account though my account is already registered and I received meessage in my mobile no.                                 Sir,
                                I has visited m/s agarawal filling station, haridwar by pass road, rishikesh to get petrol in my car at 11:15 hrsd on 01 feb 2015. I had asked them please provide test paper for petrol testing. The operator not provided say even we wait for 10 minutes. Neither they say no nor they sat any thing. Then we rush to another petrol pump at dehradun road, rishikesh, distt dehradun- uttrakhand.We had get the fuel in car and tested the petrol with satisfactary results.

                                It is rerquested that a enquiry to ascertain for availability of petrol test kit at all time at all iocl filling station and the dealer to ask why he failed towards customer demands.

                                This type of behaviour shows that either he is not providing the rigt fuel to the customers.

                                Therefore the needful action be initiated against the dealer and intimated to the same.

                                  Respected sir/Mam, There are following complain regarding my distributor Shop No-9/209, Dda Flats, Madangir, Delhi - 110062 +[protected], 26058586, 29960737. My consumer no 14059. 1) I had booked my cylinder still it did not deliver to my address. 1) I have all ready updated my adhar no to bank by submiting the documents to my distributor, and confirmation from the bank has come . 2) None of the land ph no. of distributor +[protected], 26058586, 29960737. is entertained by staff as continuously trying to know the status since one hour and getting it ringing status only. 3)when talked to the main delivery boy pradeep kr goyal on his mobile no, he told that he has resigned from the company advised by him to talk in the office. 4) none of the cell no provided by the distributor. Toll free number is [protected] is also going in waiting continuously. I have tried so many times but not able to connect. 5) Delivery boy did not bring weight equipment.                                     Dear sir this is Nilesh chauhan from surat I am having a Consumer No. 21307 with the Astha indane GAS Agency, Amroli surat. I booked for Gas cylinder on[protected] with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.first the booking canceled due to not registered bank detail for subsidy credit althogh i has been all ready submitted in my bank, the agency people are making fool to people and I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.on 22-01-15, And the gas agency boy came at my address due to not availability he get back the same, I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond and the position is that due to this rigid behivior i am totaly out of gas cilynder my both cylinder is empty and i have ot purches form black market . positively.i think the people in Astah gas agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.
