Dear sir this is syed DR ANUJ KUMAR from DIBAI (BULANDSHAHR)

I am having a Consumer No. D-21225 with the DIBAI GAS Agency DIBAI, phone no
[protected] RAILWAY ROAD DIBAI.

I booked for Gas cylinder on 28.01.2015 with an assurance that the cylinder will
be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been
delivered till date.
I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around
the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
They also harass
me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond
positively.i think the people
in DIBAI GAS agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.INSTEDOF GOVERNMENT HAS PASSED ORDER TO REFFILE 12 subsidised LPG CYLENDER IN A COMMERCIAL YEAR
BUT ACCORDING THE STRUCTION AS PER DISTIBUTER 40 DAYS DELIVERY SHEDULE CONSUMER CANT BE FULL FILL IS A REQUIREMENT UP TO 31 MARCH.

My consumer no is LT-31296 in kolkata. Cylinder booked on 1st Jan'15 which is still not delivered. This delay is being faced for last 6 months. Whereas there are no issue with other suppliers like HP and BP. TThey are supplying within a week time. Surprisingly nobody in INDANE dealer office is ready to say the reason and INDANE Customer care no is always non-reachable or busy. Can I expect some kind of response on this?

I Booked Gas on 17 Jan 015 at 11:22 PM got reference no- 557660 by Telephone & I have not received the cylinder even after 17 days passed and it is repeating since last two three times. All telephone No of Gas Agency was not working.Hence it is a request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful help to take necessary action against the monopoly of the Gas Agency. Sir, I have a Indane LPG connection(consumer no: 23637) in KAMARAJ INDANE GAS AGENCIES, COLACHEL, KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT (Distributor code: 178241). The delivery guy is asking more amount rather than the billed amount and it keeps a routine issue. Today he arrived to deliver a cylinder and asked Rs. 800 but the billed amount is Rs. 774.50 but I refused to give the extra amount but he was rude and shouting for Rs. 25 then I paid Rs. 800...

I had linked my aadhar no.[protected] to my lpg & bank for cust.No.08517, lpg id no.[protected]. Booked my lpg dt. On 18.12.14, booking ref. No. 856975, cash memo no.[protected], date 21.01.2015, order no.[protected], date-21.01.2015, time-12.22 & cylinder was delivered to me already.But regret to inform you that one time advance & subsidy not yet credited to my bank a/c. sir, My name is vishnu kumar shukla. I am the consumer of your lpg gas service. The distributor name is SACHHI GAS CENTRE (111/424 ASHOK NAGAR KANPUR).My consumer no is 32551.I have booked cylinder on 20th jan 2015 but i have not yet received.There is always delay in delivery in lpg cylinder. I received a message on 15th January from customer service that Booking for consumer number CX8705914 is registered with ref. no. 639156. after few seconds I received another message that cash memo [protected] is generated against the booking. In evening I received a message that cylinder is delivered. My point here is that I or any of my family member didn't book the cylinder and nobody at home was available to get the delivery not even in next 3 days. Please look in to this issue. I have booked my gas on 26.01.2015 and received gas on 28.01.2015 but I have not yet received any subsidy in my Bank account though my account is already registered and I received meessage in my mobile no. I has visited m/s agarawal filling station, haridwar by pass road, rishikesh to get petrol in my car at 11:15 hrsd on 01 feb 2015. I had asked them please provide test paper for petrol testing. The operator not provided say even we wait for 10 minutes. Neither they say no nor they sat any thing. Then we rush to another petrol pump at dehradun road, rishikesh, distt dehradun- uttrakhand.We had get the fuel in car and tested the petrol with satisfactary results.

It is rerquested that a enquiry to ascertain for availability of petrol test kit at all time at all iocl filling station and the dealer to ask why he failed towards customer demands.

This type of behaviour shows that either he is not providing the rigt fuel to the customers.

Therefore the needful action be initiated against the dealer and intimated to the same.

Respected sir/Mam, There are following complain regarding my distributor Shop No-9/209, Dda Flats, Madangir, Delhi - 110062 +[protected], 26058586, 29960737. My consumer no 14059. 1) I had booked my cylinder still it did not deliver to my address. 1) I have all ready updated my adhar no to bank by submiting the documents to my distributor, and confirmation from the bank has come . 2) None of the land ph no. of distributor +[protected], 26058586, 29960737. is entertained by staff as continuously trying to know the status since one hour and getting it ringing status only. 3)when talked to the main delivery boy pradeep kr goyal on his mobile no, he told that he has resigned from the company advised by him to talk in the office. 4) none of the cell no provided by the distributor. Toll free number is [protected] is also going in waiting continuously. I have tried so many times but not able to connect. 5) Delivery boy did not bring weight equipment. Dear sir this is Nilesh chauhan from surat I am having a Consumer No. 21307 with the Astha indane GAS Agency, Amroli surat. I booked for Gas cylinder on[protected] with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.first the booking canceled due to not registered bank detail for subsidy credit althogh i has been all ready submitted in my bank, the agency people are making fool to people and I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.on 22-01-15, And the gas agency boy came at my address due to not availability he get back the same, I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond and the position is that due to this rigid behivior i am totaly out of gas cilynder my both cylinder is empty and i have ot purches form black market . positively.i think the people in Astah gas agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action. Madam / Sir, On 31/01/2015 at around 11.30 am I have submitted my application for DBTL but thedistributor has issued the acknowledgement slip no. 5467 dated 02/02/2015. May I know the reason why? Respected Sir, My consumer no. is 04370 from distributer BINAY INDANE SERVICE, GAYA (BIHAR).I booked a cylinder via sms on 25/12/14. I received a message cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 200802 shall be delivered shortly.Its been more than a month and cylinder is not yet delivered. On 27th jan, I received another message with a new booking no. - [protected] and I haven't received the cylinder yet.I need an urgent solution to this .Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

I DK Jain from Dehradun made a gas booking through phone on 07.01.2015 vide booking number 222762. After many days the gas not being delievered I enquired Kishen gas agency at shimla road dehradun. I was shocked to know that no booking was showing in their system. My consumer number is KG 14522. In need o[censored]rgent solution. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve it.

I am Nihar Ranjan Mohapatra the Customer of Sai Indane Distributer Baripada mayurbhanj, odisa. The Distributer Harassing The Costumer in so many ways. On Consumer No 1662 I have Booking A cylinder On Dt.15.01.2015. But On Dt 30.01.2015 Time 1.54pm I have recieved a massege Cash Memo [protected] Generated for Booking No 900055 shall be Delivered Shortly. But after 11minutes means 2.05pm another messege come to my Mobile Number [protected] that cylinder is delivered against this cash memo.In internet delivery status shows my cylinder is deliverd on dt 29.01.2015. But I have no recevied the said cylinder.About this when I am asking about distributer he is not answerd satisfactory & Misbehaving Me on dt 31.01.2015 and telling me your consumer name is transferred to another Distributer Badasahi Gamin Das Agency Mayurbhanj.But for change distributership Sai Indane not take my consent for change.Till now on internet my Distributer Name is Shows Sai Indane Baripada. There fore I am Requesting the company to solve my problem & Distributers harssment then i am ever Greateful to You.

my consumer number is 9833 from distributor Golden Gas Service in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. i booked online cylinder and received confirmation by mail. transaction number is R[protected]. when cylinder has not come i gone to distributor, i was shocked to see that status showing no booking... inconvenience caused to me.

Dear sir, my consumer no is 12951 with chandra devi saini named in my original documents those with me but when i want to connect with dbtl i saw that the govind gas agency has put my name wrong that is their fault. and when i told him then they refuses to correct and asked for my orignal document to submit. and when asked them if i give u my original documnets then what proof i would have then they respond me so roughly that they canto do anyhing if it misplaces. and in totally they are annoying to correct their fault. kindly enforce them to correct their fault.
