Hi Sir, Since last 4 months I have been booking gas refill over the phone and then after 20 days or so I get the SMS that the gas has been delivered however it has been not and after that when I contact the Cargo distributor the person in charge says to contact the delivery boy. I contact the delivery boy and he says he did it by mistake and i received this kind of reply four times in four months. Moreover even after following up the delivery boy named(Chotka) takes it very casually and switches of the phone most of the times. Its my request to you, kindly look into this matter on a serious note and resolve this issue which is continuing for 4 months now.         after having made a booking and submitting all aadhar documents. i received a confirmation that bill has been generated on 16 jan but even after 15 days after that I am yet to receive my refill where as the delivery boy was delivering bookings made a day before. I believe they are selling in black.

          Sir, My Consumer No. 465659 and registered with Asoka Gas Agency, Kannammoola, Thiruvananthapuram. In June/July 2014, I have given all required docoments including a copy of my Aadhaar to the said Distributor and to my bank (State Bank of Travancore, Pettah Branch). Last week I got a SMS asking me to link Aadhaar with the Distributor and anyway again I gave a copy of Aadhaar, but to-day on my enquiry, I was told that still it is not linked and some problem is there in my case. My Aadhaar No. is[protected].You may please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.             आदरणीय सर सर मैंने अपना गैस दिनांक ९-०१-२०१५ को बुक किया था जिसका मुझे message भी मिला उसके एक दिन बाद १०-१-२०१५ मुझे दूसरा मिला जिसमे रशीद नंबर लिखा था जो ३००००६६५३२ है उसके बाद से आज तक मुझे गैस डिलीवर नहीं हुई मेने बहुत बार कंप्लेंट भी की अपने डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर से पर कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ मेने आगरा भी कंप्लेंट की दी बार ज्सिका मोबाइल नंबर ये है ०९४१२२६८४८६ पर इनकी तरफ से भी कोई रिप्लाई नहीं मिला मेरे यहाँ गैस नहीं है आज बहुत मजबूर होकर आपको में ये मेल कर रहा हूँ कृपया आप मेरी परेसानी को हल करने की कृपयाकरे आप की अति कृपा होगी मदन लाल अग्रवाल १६२४ गली गुसैयाँ| मंदी रामदास, मथुरा २८१००१ एलपीजी नंबर 3 [protected]

              Distributor not given a new connection through online new connection registration application. My Indian gas Distributor is MAA SARYU INDANE GAS SERVICE NEAR TEHSIL, CHIKANIYA, GOLA, DISTRICT- GORAKHPUR, UP. They are saying that, they can not accept online registration application for new LPG connection.And offline registration has closed for long time.                 My indane distributor is - " banjara gas service " bearing code no - 125471 ( yousufguda, hyderabad ). Here we are being forced to purchase a local made stove & gas pipe with every connection, even though we do not require as we are willing to use a higher model & a different make stove, or for a different reason. Even after clearing all the checks for false/double connection, they are blackmailing us for not approving our request for new subscription, if we dont agree to their orders.
                Its really getting worsen day after day after day.
                I request the higher authority to please look into this matter & offer relief to their loyal consumers asap.

                  My Name is Sivaprasad.K having a LPG connection at Surya Gas Agencies (Code: 118419). My consumer number is[protected]LPG ID:[protected]. I have received a gas cylinder from the distributor on[protected] vide bill no. [protected] for Rs. 883.50 and another bill no. [protected] on[protected] for Rs. 726/- But the issue is I have not yet received the subsidy of these two bills to my bank account till date. I had already linked my adhar no to my bank account and also I have checked with the distributor that my adhar no. is linked with Indane LPG portal. On[protected] I had personally went to the distributor and had complained about the same and it is noted down their complaint note book. But till there is no action taken from the distributor or Indane. Hence I humbly request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful to credit the subsidy of both these bills to my bank account without further dealy.                   I have linked my Bank Account of LAKSHMI VILAS BANK, VILLUPURAM A/C.NO;[protected] for subsidy of my gas account and submitted the details with the distributor M/S.VIJAY GAS AGENCIES, VILLUPURAM, TAMILNADU My LPG ID is[protected] and my customer No is:48724, where as the subsidy sent by DD-IODBTL TO MY BANK HAS been rejected and, through SMS TO CONTACT THE DISTRIBUTOR AND DONE it two months back and I also visited the Distributor to-day also whereas the dealer has not given proper reply to me and told me to contact toll free number which is always busy.Kindly take appropriate action and release my subsidy again to my account immediately. The distributors reply is that we corrected the information regarding my gas and account details whereas that has not been updated by your office which shows blocked status till to-day.Thanks KUMAR
                  I am a regular customer of indane LPG cylinders. I am not receiving the LPG subsidy in my bank account under DBTL scheme. The last received subsidy in my obc bank account no. [protected] was on 12-2-15. My customer no. Is 39553 and the name of gas agency is Kamal Gas Agency Una H.p, SAP Code-9110276. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap.

                    Distributor - Sastri Gas Services, Trivandrum. Cylinder is never delivered at the house. I was taking the delivery from their go-down, but now they have imposed restrictions on that also. Now I have exhausted both the cylinders. They are telling that to shift the dealer.

                      I had feed petrol at Patel motors, Near memco, Naroda Road at 5:15pm yesterday . I had ask him 200rs petrol but he feed 50rs petrol first and then continued from 50up to 150. After my asking he told me that I have feed first 50rs and then 150rs petrol feed. But totally he feed only 150rs petrol. And the other thing is that whenever I feed 200rs petrol the meter is shows full but yesterday it was little down to the full.
                      Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        Dear Sir, I have an Indane LPG connection with Perfect Indane Distributor, 11/3, Jessore Road, Basanta Villa, Hatkhola More, Barasat -24 Pargana (N) Pin-700124, having Consumer No.NE09635. I had initially booked for a Refill on 01.10.2014 through IVRS System against Consumer No.NE09635 (LPG ID: [protected]) and Ref. No. given was 658810 against which Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly (as per SMS received) generated on 01.10.2014. However, no refill was delivered and upon approaching the Distributor on 11.10.2014, I had booking for a refill again on 11.10.14 through IVRS and ref. NO.674189 against which Cash Memo No. [protected] was reportedly (as per SMS received) on 02.11.14. However, cylinder was not delivered despite assurance resulting in cancellation on dtd.25.11.14 of the Refill Booking Ref. No.674189. On contacting the Distributor, I was assured fresh Refill and the Distributor retained my Consumer-Book and the Slips for the needful. Subsequently, only on repeated follow-ups, fresh Booking was registered with Reference No.694779 on 25.11.2014 against the same on 12.12.2014 itself. However, in spite of repeated follow-ups over telephone neither the Refill has been delivered as till date. Strict action against the Distributor is solicited.
                        Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          Dear sir or madam my name is AMBARISH MANDAL .myLPG distributor name is MONIKA INDANE SERVICE .BIRBHUM .WEST BENGAL..My LPG ID is[protected] My ADHAR no. Is[protected] .My A/C is [protected] (IFS :SBIN0002087) ... I already submitted all the documents into the bank and the distributor. Then I received the amount of types 568.00.dated 02/01/2015. I have refilled the cylinder from my distributor on 03/012015.But 25 days passed I have not received the subsidy yet.                             I am consumer of indane having consumer no. 43289, consumer id is[protected]. my right aadhaar is[protected]. I have connected my right aadhar to indian overseae bank, Coochbehar brach Dist. Coochbehar West bengal having a/c no. SB-2394. But unfortunately wrong aadhar was connected against my consumer no (wrong aadhar no.[protected] . During this month I have collected one cylinder (cash memo no [protected] dated 09.01.2015) from local indane distributor, Dipannita gas service, Coochbehar Dist. Coochbehar West Bengal by market cost value. But I have not received any subsidised amt of money yet. So I request you to take necessay action to remove my wrong aadhar and put right aadhar against my consumer number as soon as possible.                                 I am a 72 year old widow living alone at Alwar and my son who is a serving Central Govt. employee visits me on Sundays. I have an Indane LPG connection with Govind Gas Agency, Station Road, Alwar (Rajasthan) having Consumer No. 13042. I had initially booked for a Refill on 25.12.2014 through Indane Automated Refill System against Consumer No.13042 (LPG ID:[protected] and Ref. No. given was 205700 against which Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly (as per SMS received) generated on 30.12.2015. However, no refill was delivered and upon approaching the Distributor on 01.12.2015, I was asked to submit Photocopies of Bank Account and Adhaar Card, which was done by me instantly. However, cylinder was not delivered despite assurance resulting in cancellation of the Refill Booking Ref. No.205700. On contacting the Distributor, I was assured fresh Refill and the Distributor retained my Consumer-Book and the Slips for the needful. Subsequently, only on repeated follow-ups, fresh Booking was registered with Reference No.[protected] on 22.01.2015 and Cash Memo No.[protected] was reportedly generated (as per SMS received) against the same on 22.01.2015 itself. However, in spite of repeated follow-ups over telephone neither the Refill has been delivered as yet nor has my Consumer-Book been returned till date. Strict action against the Distributor is solicited.

I had booked my Gas for reffiling on 24/01/2015 with Booking No. 551870. I am trying to call to Verma Gas agency from last 2 days, and they are not sending our booked gas for refil and also not receiving phone of our continue call. It's their habit. They always doing same things from last year. Please, take neccesary action and help us.

                                        Sir, I submit to inform that I am a consumer of M/s Bindusree Enterprises, Door No.3-7-22, Opp MRO Office, Anakapalle - 531001, Visakhapatnam district (Ph No.[protected],[protected] bearing Customer No. 19855. In this connection I have booked cylinder through online on 28.12.2014 (It was cancelled by the Gas agency due to no reason) and also i have booked another cylinder through online on 13.01.2015. I have gone to the Gas agency on 17.01.2015 the receptionist told that "after 10 days you will receive the cylinder". After 10 days i have not yet received the cylinder, again I have gone the Gas agency on 28.01.2015 at 2.40 PM, the receptionist told that "another after 10 days you will receive the cylinder". I have seen the consumers not receiving cylinders even though bills were printed out and cylinders not delivering due to lack of stock / cylinders. The Gas agency have acquiring huge number of connections from villagers around the Anakapalle but they have not providing the cylinders(Full) at in-time. Hence early action may taken in this regard.
