But Till now i have not received refill Cylinder, So, Please Send my Refill Cylinder & Check Status.
Gas Agency : GEMINI ENTERPRISES, NAJAFGARH - NEW DELHI -110043, CUSTOMER NO.25434, Booking with Reference No.630537 dated 7th January 2015, but till today (25.01.2015), refill/cylinder not received.

    Sir, With ref to IOC Ref No. BNK[protected] dated 06 Jan 2015, I am down loaded Form No.4 from IOC website and tried two times to handed over to the Dealer i.e.Coral Agencies, Puthiyacavu Mavelikara. But they are denied to accept form No.4 from my side and said that, My Gas connection also linked with aadhar and Bank account.On that I could not handed over to them with Bank details. However, I have to submit that My Aadhar no,[protected] already linked with Bank details i.e account No, [protected] with SBT Kochalummodu (SBTR0000449) and regularly credited subsidy since.16/7/2013. except subsidy of Gas Bill No.[protected] dated[protected]. It is therefore requested that, the subsidy pertaining to my above LPG ID No.[protected], Consumer No.5334 may be rearranged to my above Aadharbased Bank account i.e. [protected] with SBT Kochalummodu, so that I could continue your valuable service without any hassile and puzzle.       We booked refill on Dt. 10-Jan-2015 vide order no. 437517 / Cash Memo No. [protected], but the cylinder has not yet been delivered till date (25-Jan-2015) whereas we have received an SMS from Indane on our registered mobile no. confirming delivery of cylinder. Such a pethetic service is provided to consumers at Hardev Gas Jalandhar Cantt Punjab. Moreover, No one picks up the calls at Hardev Gas Jalandhar Cantt. Tried to submit feedback on Indane portal but of no use as you are able to update your details on portal but cannot submit because no submit key has been provided to make us fool. Never ever come across such a poor service ! Is this customer service or avoiding customers ? Need immediate action from concerned authorities.

        Dear Sir, I have registered myself on Indane portal but when want to login as a consumer ten massage reflect that UNVARIFIED ACCOUNT. As suggestion ginen by the Indane customer care when try to register again then massage shows that you have already registered. I do not know that how to verify account detail so i can able to login.         My LPG-ID[protected] and my Adhar Card No[protected] both are linked to my Bank Account No [protected] of Indian Overseas Bank, C Scheme, Jaipur. I Booked the reffil on 13.01.2015 and got the message on 15.01.2015 that the advance LPG Subsidy of Rs 568.00 has been failed in my account. The cylinder is also supplied vide bill No. [protected] dated 16.01.2015 of M/S Asal Durg Enterprises, Jaipur.My Consumer No is 15100. I Could not understand the reason of failing subsidy.               Dear Sir, I have submitted all the documents related to Bank Account Linking and Aadhar Linking on 24/12/14 but till date I have not received subsidy payment in my account. Please note that at Indane portal my DBTL Status is showing "You are good to receive subsidy in your Bank Account" but I have been receiving e-mail from [protected]@indane.co.in that As per the details available with us, Form - 4 has not been submitted therefore account details is pending for acceptance and Validation. Further the refill which was booked on 19/12/14 has been automatically change to 10/01/14. Please look in to the matter and do the needful.

                I Lalit Kumar cust no. cx9574631 & 17 digit no.[protected] booked for refill cylinder on 09 Jan 15 and received on 12 Jan 15 vide bill no [protected]. But I didn't receive subsidy till to date. I confirm from bank and distributor. they told me your aadhar no is already linked with us. I paid Rs 705.00 as per bill. and delivery man always ask Rs 30 to 50 extra as delivery charge. So I want know the bill is include or excluding delivery charge. This amount I have to pay or not. The delivery of cylinder up to which place. up to street, up to door of flat or up to kitchen. So in view of above, It is request that the up to me with all the term & condition for subsidy/delivery of cylinder. Thanking you Lalit Kumar [protected]

Money is taken at the proper time but the service is not probided and even the rules and regulation are not followed by the agency. Kindly, resolve the matter as soon as possible.                                 Referring to booking for consumer no CX8773545 via reference no 405300 - Booking date Jan 15th 2015. Neither the invoice has been generated nor cylinder has been delivered yet. On enquiring at the Channel it has been told that delivery will happen in another 4-5 days. On request for prompt delivery has also not been entertained and have been asked to escalate where ever I want. Such a non co-operation is truly not acceptable. Request help in guiding the vendor for prompt delivery. It is a sincere request from my end to ensure prompt delivery to balance my house hold.

                                  My consumer number CX15151070 AND lPG ID[protected], MY AGENCY : PERIYA PALAYATHAMMAN GAS AGENCY THIRUPORUR. My consumer number has linked with federal bank as per indane rules. I verified my consumer number in MY LPG website, it shows your LPG linked with bank and receive subsidiary from bank. based on that i booked cylinder on 07/01/2015 and cylinder received on 21/01/2015 without subsidiary. I enquired both bank and gas agency and verified my Gas number and Account number. both are correct. but i am not received deposit as well subsidiary.                                     Dear Solutions, There was a Indane gas connection in Chandigarh. Cunsumer no.18977 in Arunita Gas Agerncy in Secter-47 Chandigarh. But i had transfer that connection to Baddi Area (HP). Now at Vikas Gas agency Baddi, I am uable to link my Aadhar number with that connection. Because my Aadhar number not removed by Arunita Gas Agerncy. You are requested to kindly remove my Aadhar Number form Cunsumer no. 18977 so that i can able to link my Aadhar number to Transferred gas connection, Thanks & Regards, Avneesh Kumar Mob.[protected]

                                      Dear Sir, i am so upset due to late cylinder delivery. I have booked my cylinder before 27 days but still not deliver the cylinder. whenever i call to distributor he always said today your cylinder will be at your home. but at last cylinder not delivered. i called him at about 30 times but he did not pick my phone. my consumer No. is 30160 and my distributor agency name is Kwic gas agency Shop No-51, Jwala heri market, Paschim Vihar, Near allahabad bank, Delhi - 110063, one more thing sir my cylinder is become automaticly booked without my knowledge. it booked automaticly after every 25 days. When the massage has come to my phone then i got that my cylinder has booked but cylinder did not come to my home. sir i am requesting to you please take hard steps on my complaint.
