This is to bring to your kind notice. Today I've approached Shree Raghavendra Gas Agency, Avadi for new Gas connection and they informed me that I need to pay 7600 for single cylinder and 9300 for dual cylinders. They told me that its an package which includes the hot plate also. I have told them I dont need the hot plate since i got one (BIS approved) ... but they are telling that its compulsory to buy hot plate from distributor else...

My Cust. ID is U6356 and I receive my LPG refill from Unique Gas Service, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700122. The refill cylinder delivered to me when connected to the burner lasted for only 7 days, whereas normally it lasts for 40 days. The cylinder though was quite heavy, but no gas was coming out.
