Sir, my consumer no. is 18833. I have booked the gas on 23/11/2014 with a booking reference no. 426252 and cash memo [protected]. But it got cancelled automatically on 01/01/2015. So i have to book it again.Please look at the problem and try to short it out

We booked the cylinder 2 times and first time it got cancelled automatically after few days(Approx-11 days) and 2 cylinder is booked on 15 Jan 2015 and it has not been delivered yet . 1 Booking number-453306 2 time booking number-[protected] We are not getting even ok services. Please check Address of agency-Rani bagh indance agency.

Consumer No. is 56340 not booked any cylinder for ref No [protected] and same was delivered on the same day to some other person. This happens second time. The booking ref and cash memo no and delivery of cylinder is info to me by SMS. Please look into the matter.

dear sir, / madam i got the cylender booked on 14 and 15th jan, 2015, and also cash memo slip had been issued for delevery cylender on residence customer . But it is telling with sad, deleverer person did not delever the cylender and he sold to another person for their extra income. i kept on wait the delevery of cylender . when i called to complaint in my gas agency, then they don't pick up the phone and keep like engassed. so i am getting worry and anger because or their carelessness and do thier profitability . so, please attention on my complaint. i am requisting you again, please take strict action against such a delever man who sales it like black market for their personal profit. instead of delever the cylender on true customer . I had booked my gas on phone no [protected] on 05.01.2015 but the gas was not received yet. I again lodge a complaint on [protected] on 17.01.2015 & for this my complaint no was 1790172. I am suffuring this problem every month that we are getting our lpg cylinder not on time Every month they delay around 10 to 15 days Plz help me out for this situation Regards Sunil Kumar

we are from parbhani our agency name is Ambure Gas Agency parbhani[protected]. our gas agent is not providing gas delivery service on right time even though we are booking our refill on time. this problem is for every month. our consumer no is 01165 and it is registered with reference number 216973 on 25th December 2014.the cash memo for this registration is [protected] generated booking no as [protected] on 16 th January 2015. but still we have not received refill cylinder of corresponding booking. your agent is not providing satisfactory service for our case. so do as necessary that we get our cylinder on right time.

My LPG ID is 3 [protected] ...and my LPG consumer no. is 5787, Distributor is Prominent fuel centre dongargarh chhattisgarh. I have submitted my paper documents in State Bank Of India dongargarh chhattisgarh along with Aadhaar no.[protected] on 22th Dec 2014.still DBTL status showing that my Aadhaar No. is not linked with bank where is it is successfully linked with LPG Gas distributor..I have submitted all the paper docs carefully to my bank and LPG Distributor. Whereas Bank reply me that they have linked with my Aadhaar no to bank. But stil it is showing in DBTL status that my Aadhaar no is not linked with bank. Please do the needful as early as possible. The gas agaency namely' Binayak Gas agaency of Suri, Birbhum, west Bengal 731101 was permitted with one of a condition that he would deliver the refilled cylinder to rural areas, but since inception of this agency he does not follow it and a great chaos is being created among the consumers of this locality. Sir, So far we know that the said gas agency has been permitted from your end particularly to distribute the gas cyllinder to rural areas, but for a long time the agency is not doing so without any valid reason. I lodged a complaint to you earlier but of no avail. Sir my SBI bank account No:[protected] is linked with my Aadhaar Number :[protected].The same is Intimated to my gas agency and there also the records are updated.My consumer number is 5989.I was delivered with filled LPG cylinder vide voucher NO:[protected] on 16/01/2015 for an amount of Rs 746.00.The subsidy money is not credited in my bank account till date.Please look in to the matter.

I am having a LPG connection No. 17801, LPG id. [protected] with Distributors Renukoot Gas Service Station, Renukoot. I have submitted duly filled LPG Linking Form No. 2 with the distributors Renukoot Gas Service Station on[protected] their serial No. 1688. I had also submitted Bank Account- Adhar Linkage Form No. 1 with my bank namely IDBI Bank Ltd. Renukoot Branch. On query I found that my Adhar No. has been updated in Bank Account. But DBTL status with Indane is showing that Bank account has not been Linked. More than One month has passed and same is not linked resulting in myself not been able to book refill. hello sir/madam my name is chandrakala with consumer no.1218058, area-balaji nagar, yapral, secunderabad. i am continuously facing the problems because of late delivery of gas cylinder. My Last Booking was on november 2014 Consumer Number-1218058 Till Date we did not received our gas refill cylinder.
