Dear all see if you could help me !!! Thanks in ADVANCE to all readers 1 Advertisement Reference: Daily LOKAMT dated 13.7.2012 2 Location : upto 3 km from Akkalkot bus stop on Akkalkot - Wagadari Road SH-162 Though I was adjudged at first rank among the all applicants namely (Given below in order of Rank as made available by IOCL) S. No. Name of applicant Rank 1 Sanjivkumar B. Kirnalli 1 2 Ashpak Mustafa Balori 2 3 Renuk Sidramappa Mangarule 3 4 Tejswini Bhimasa Pujari 4 Subsequently the above was revised for reasons not known to me and to my utter surprise the applicant ranked at 4th position was adjudged at Rank 1 and I was placed at Rank 2. In view of above I had no option but to seek information under RTI. On Review of the details provided to me under RTI, I communicated my observations, discrepancies, apprehension etc. etc. to the concerned refer my letter date 16.8.2014 addressed to GM, Maharashtra State Office, IOCL Mumbai. I received the reply stating certain things are not in purview of them. While I am not aware in whose purview the matter is covered on various points raised against applicant ranked at 1st in subsequent revision neither I am advised to seek relief from one who is concerned. Major points of my objection were as follows: 1 Page Numbering serially: Alteration, renumbering, duplication in page numbering (not serially numbered as per instructions to applicants) 2 Check List: Not providing the check list of documents, subsequently provided on demand. 3 Land proposed for RO: a. Land proposed for RO is not as per requirement of IOCL advertisement b. Land Documents: Incomplete documents of land. Land comes under KUL KAYADA and is permitted to be used for Agriculture purpose only, as per order of the authority permitting for purchase of land (Tahasildar). Affidavit made by land purchaser to abide this condition, all such information is not provided as per data details received from OICL under RTI. 4 PAN Card: Mutilation 5 Experience of applicant: No experience as per details provided in application, Present occupation- Education, as mentioned but strangely experience certificate from IOCL RO at Solapur enclosed. (If correct it is pertinent to provided duration, wages or salary for the duration, PT paid etc.) 6 Prof of income: PAN and Income not correlated, IT returns not found in data provided.

      Dear sir, i had indane gas connection in phillaur from kartarsar agency. i am transfered in jamshedpur and for i wanted the tv out slip from them which they gave but was not legible so i told them to give a new one but they said agency guys will understand. and when i showed them here in jamshedpur they said you have to get a new one or contact them and clear it, so its been more than 20 days that i have asked them but they never replied or gave any answer at that very time. they are really bothering me but i don't know how to resolve this. so please help me sir. my previous copy number was PB 18536 in name of ajay kumar singh, noormahal road, phillaur. you can contact me on this number [protected].         Its been almost 40 days after submission of all the required documents at GAS agency and Andhra Bank for the online linkage of aadhar and the bank account for getting registered for subsidised linkage. At bank the linkage was successful. We have already received SMS confirmation from bank and we have twice submitted the documents at gas agency(Padma Gas Agency) but still linkage is not happening. We have been in touch with Call center on-[protected] but in vain. No one tries to solve the issue nor capable to address or resolve the issue. Even the complaints are not addressed and its very shocking. Andhra Bank Account No:[protected] Aadhaar No:[protected] Consumer no: 10336(Shyam Sundar P) Hope we get some positive response with these complaint Sandhya [protected]

          Good afternoon sir I booked a refill and I got a confirmation message on 8/1/15 that cash memo([protected]) against booking no(642253) had been generated. It's 16/1/15 but still the cylinder has not been delivered. This is not first time that the cylinder got delayed. It happens very often. I am facing a lot of difficulties due to this delay. The agency is TEJ Enterprises, Gopalpura, Jaipur Kindly take appropriate measures for the same.

              KV SURESH KUMAR C.No: D0007053 PRASANTHI GAS AGENCY; PUTTAPARTHI, ANANTAPUR DISTRICT; A.P. Booking Date :[protected], 1.45.p.m.; Booking / Ref.No: 240395. Till date there is no Delivery, many phone calls made to the agency, most of the time - do not pick up phones, rarely when phone picked up, they respond next session or tomorrow but the time never seems to come. This is why today i am here annoyed to say that still there is no Delivery of Gas !!!

                Dear Sir, Myself Abhaya kumar panigrahi having consumer id 34732 & i have booked for refilling on line having my reference number R[protected] . But the distributor (Urvasi Enterprises ) told me that there is not any booking as per their status. So what is the facility of online booking. Now what i have to do ? I am waiting since 15 days for cylinder & till now there is not any response. Now my both cylinder are empty. Please suggest & arrange. Other wise take necessary action to distributor to avoid this kind of disturbance with customer.
                This is with reference to the non-delivery of my Gas. My self Mr.Kaushik Sarkar & my Consumer ID no. is 19731 & my Distributors Name is Ms.Tanwar Gas Service(Contact no[protected].

                I have booked my gas on 10th February, 2015 and my Booking Reference No. is 410891.

                Its already been 10 days and I have not received my gas till date in spite of repeated reminder to the agency, even as per them another 6-7 days require for delivery...it's just ridicules

                Request you to look into the matter and expedite the delivery process.

                  Today i.e. on 14/01/2015 i myself went for closing/blocking the consumer no. 4628209 dated 23/02/2008 which was transferred from ABHIYASH INDANE BHILAI. Both my parents died in 2012 [Sept] and 2014 [Sept] and i wanted to close this account. The office people told me to submit the cylinder and regulator along with the written application and gas Consumer Card which I did most humbly and after keeping those in their custody they refused to give any receipt on paper not even a word or signature. They said come and talk to the owner...when ?? day after tomorrow or some other day... The Indane office is quite far from my residence and many atimes I travel to other states... KINDLY HELP FROM SUCH HARRASSMENT WHICH MIGHT OCCUR IN FUTURE ALSO. DR.S.ANAND GIRI PH- [protected] MIG-9/1 KMDA NAGAR PHASE-2 BARRACKPORE

                        Dear Sirs/Madam, I am very much dejected to inform you that I had applied on-line on[protected], and got Reference No.N[protected] and also got KYC No.[protected] as well as Waitlist No.[protected].I also separately written e-mail on[protected] to Saaheb Distributor and replied by said distributor on[protected] that"YOU HAD BEEN CALLED BY DISTRIBUTOR AT NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.YOU MAY CALL [protected]."But when I called the said number on[protected], they said me that right now the new connection is totally stopped by Indane, and resume will be after[protected], after resuming they will informed me my said mobile, they assured me.Now today I visited their office and showed all relevant documents, they given me New Waiting List No.423 and told me that it will get new connection more than 2 months. I had also called your toll-free number and registered my grievance and got the complained No.1723918. So, I want to know that is it correct procedure by Indane to get new connection?                           I am an Indane LPG customer, bearing consumer number 34693 and getting LPG from the distributor M/s Lekshmi Gas Agency, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala state. From the said gas agency LPG is now getting only 55 to 60 days after gas booking. Last time I have booked LPG on[protected] as booking number 492079 and on[protected] a message was received that LPG allotted to me as per cash memo number [protected], and the cylinder was delivered on[protected] with another cash memo number [protected], a gap of 1103 numbers behind the original cash memo. The gas agency has no satisfactory reply for the change of cash memo numbers. The same malpractice occurred in the previous LPG delivery during the September issue also. The reason for the cash memo number changes may strictly be verified and your goodselves may kind enough to stop the malpractices happening in the gas agency. During this financial year I have received only four subsidised LPG cylinders till date. Since my family members increased, one cylinder now runs only to 36-38 days. 55-60 days of delivery time make my family considerable difficulties.                               I am an Indane LPG customer, bearing consumer number 34693 and getting LPG from the distributor M/s Lekshmi Gas Agency, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala state. I have registered my Adhaar Number[protected] both in the said gas agency and the branch of State Bank of Travancore, Neyyattinkara more than a year back, but my name is not seen included in the DTBL scheme till date. From enquiry, the gas agency said that they have already registered my Adhaar number a year back and their work is over, the remaining job of linking of Adhaar numbers has to be done by the personnel of Central Petroleum Ministry, and the agency have nothing to do more. Messages are receiving regularly in my mobile phone to join in the DBTL scheme by submitting Adhaar number both in the gas agency and bank. In this context what should I have to do anything more may please be intimated. From the public medias now it is understood that no LPG is issued for those who do not included in the DBTL scheme from 2015 February onwards. If it happens so in my case, very sorry to say that it is a punishment for the fault for which I have no direct responsibility. Hence I request that arrangements may kindly be made to include my name in the DBTL scheme as early as possible. P. Surendran.                                   I asked the reprsentative to refuel my car's tank for Rs. 500, while I was sitting and waiting for it to end..another person comes and asks weather he can clean my windscreen. I agreed to it and he engaged me with it and got my attention towards him..meanwhile, the person who was doing the fuel changed the meter reading to 500 directly. I then observed that the reading was missing. I countered him and he said that it fine and done. On regular counter a few minutes passed and the original reading came which showed fuel amount Rs. 387.31. I opposed it and he said that it happend due to power cut. I told him that I can see the other machines working. He told me that he would complete the amount and I should not fret about it. So, whenever I get my car re-fueld...their is a power cut when the amount is around 380. I request everyone to please check the amount thouroughly and keep an eye on the machine while getting you car fueled. This happend at Dwarka Sec-4, Dwarka sec-10 indian oil fuel stations and once at a HP fuel station near green park metro station. Unfortunately, I don't have any photo proof. Please be aware!

                                    M/s. Prabhat Gas Agency, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi is my gas Agency. My customer No. is CX8936279. I booked my LPG Cylinder though Indane automatied services of booking on 02.01.2015, vide ref. no. 436530 recd. through SMS. After passing away of 13 days today i got a sms reg. cancellation of booking without any reasons/ notice. This is very ridiculous and painful for me. I am facing problems without the cylinders and using other means of fuels for cooking.
                                    My consumer No. is 3621. The Gas Agency service provider of Indane is - GEMINI ENTERPRISES, NAJAFGARH, NEW DELHI.

                                    During the last month, when the cylinder was not supplied, I visited the Gas Agency, they seen in the computer our online booking, inspite of that they noted and told me that the LPG Cylinder will be reached in 3-4 days.

                                    During the present booking online on 25th Feb.2015, the LPG cylinder is not supplied, when reminder over phone, they told to my family to deposit a copy of Bank pass book. Every month they are demanding the various kind of documents.

                                    My request & grievance is that when I filled & deposited the KYC form with all details & AADHAR Card Copy, then on which order they are demanding the documents every time and why they are not supplying the LPG Cylinder trouble free. I am a service class Govt. Officer, I don't have so much time on duty days to visit the Agency and stand in Que.
                                    There is no fax, no email available, so that we could transmit the documents requirements to them.

                                    It has also felt necessary looking to the Capital of India, Delhi City to modernise and well equipped service agency may be provided to curtle the difficulties being faced like us.

[protected], shall be delivered shortly.You can handover your AADHAR card Xerox along with Form-2 to Delivery boy 3.Dear Indane customer, your cyl is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]. Your 17 digit LPG ID is [protected]. Quote this no for DBTL. But i m not book any cylander and not received any cylander You plz find tha fraud system of gas agency i m also complaning ur toll free no but still nothing happen my complain no is 1756435 plz do any action immadiately

                                        Dear sir, we have a connection on your Indane gas company by the name of Seema Shukla, ram nagar, krishna nagar, Mathura, U.P. the main problem is when we booked a cylinder then, the cylinder will not reached at our home due to your bad servicing of workers. we try to call them but he will not attending our phone and otherwise, it will switched off...if, the phone will recieiving by chance, then they make excuses that we come within one hour or next day, etc...but they lie and they never come at any time. The next is, we booked a gas cylinder on dated 12/01/2015, and they send a message that you have booked your refill on 12/01/2015 with booking no.228609...they will not give our booked cylinder...and they attend our phone, and do not rply for any thing... so, please give me a better solution get well soon... Thanking you
