I have shifted from Ahmedabad to Varansi.i had received my indane gas transfer document in the end of January 2021 but have lost the same.

How can I get my document (duplicate) back??...

Sir am From Erumely, here IOC staff is not filling fuel with right quantity, before finishing the nozzle is removed, if we request the staff to be patient till it gets finish they are shouting in unpolite words and extremely rude behavior to all customers, the price is going up day by day if we not getting enough fuel for what we pay is the company is not taking necessary action, am kindly requesting you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

I have booked a LPG cylinder but agency insted of delivering cylinder to me delivering to to someone else at much higher rate. Also delivery guy is misbehaving.

Hello. I booked Indane gas on 14/10/2021 through paytm app and had paid same time rs 903.5 under paytm wallet payment mode successfully. Please note the problem carefully. After that i cancelled the booking and message comes from indane your booking cancelled refund initiated successfully. Note the point. The amount not refunded to my Paytm wallet account till the time. So i may approach consumer court for my refund if you have not give resolution.

I would like to bring in your knowledge that Bhardwaj filling station bypass road sirhind dist fatehgarh Sahib Punjab not working as per company policy.they have written that free air most of the time staff is not there or air compressor not working.
Toilet are not cleaned.
Construction work going on there are no sign board on filling station nor warning tape a fatal accidents can happened.
Staff is unqualified and rude. Please take the action against the dealer or cancelled his license.

Double payment made on supply of gas cylinder under consumer Number consumer no.[protected]. I was asked to pay cash Rs 887.50 by M/s. Sheela Agencies, while delivering indane gas cylinder since my on line payment has not reflected in their register. However, Indian Oil Corporation -INDANE gas department had confirmed receipt of on line payment under their reference No.IOCL SR Status Update. SR No[protected] vide their email received from [protected]@epicmail.com on 27.09.2021 at 12.05 p.m.
But till date neither the Gas agencies or the INDANE Gas company has made refund of excess payment.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

The petrol pump at Daburji, on GT road near Golden Gate Amritsar everytime denies for cashless payment. They excuse that machine is not ready, they are charging it or server is down.
I have no near by pump and they are not only harrassing the public but working against PM Narendra Modi's dream of cashless translations.

I've been complaining for years that the delivery personnel is charging above the stated price on the bill. Yet, nothing has changed. It seems like they aren't being paid their wages by the company and are relying on us for it. I have spoken to the agency as well and they have stated the same. This is unacceptable as the charge isn't documented and there is no record of it. Furthermore, the delivery personnel has refused to deliver the gas cylinder at our doorstep unless we pay the demanding tip. Video recorded. Covid-19 protocol wasn't followed by the delivery personnel.

I have a faulty old Indane LPG regulator that is leaking gas. I understand as per Indane terms and conditions an old faulty regulator is replaced free of cost by the distributor supplying the cylinder. I read reports alleging that the local gas distributors are demanding charges ranging from Rs. 200 to 300 and around for a replacement regulator, which as per Indane terms and commitment is free of cost. Kindly clarify if it is legitimate for...

I booked my Gas refill order online at www.indane.co.in with the Reference number[protected] on[protected] with Order number 9539.

Now it shows online on the website, that the gas refill has been delivered on[protected]

The customer support at Indane never pick up telephonic calls when I try to speak to them to enquire about this.

I am not able to book for another gas cylinder due to the limitation brought in.

Please help.

I had been booking gas cylinder vide cons no. 02 9750 was registered with ref no[protected] on 28 -09-21 . But still date I didn't receive the cylinder which I am facing so many problems in daily routine. So, this is for your kind information & request to take necessary action at an early date.

TOday (6-Oct-2021), my son (17 yrs. old) and I were ill-treated and my son was even more or less abused by the staff at this petrol bunk. I even sent a couple of emails to the Chairman and a couple of senior managers and am yet to hear from them regarding this as this is the nth time that I am raising complaints against this COCO owned outlet and there seems to be no action against the staff.
The worst part was the Service Provider Mr. Manohar even called me and started talking rudely with me and even went on to say that I BEING A CUSTOMER CANNOT ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND WHATEVER THE STAFF DO OR WHATEVER HE SAYS I HAVE TO LISTEN TO AND KEEP QUIET.

Can he talk either with the Chairman or any senior manager at IOCL in a similar fashion, I guess not...

This I feel is because none of the seniors whom I had sent the email to neither acknowledged nor sent a reply, giving me a feeling that THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT SEEMS TO ENCOURAGE BOTH THE STAFF AND THE LIKES OF Mr. Manohar to talk so rudely with the customers.

I booked my indane lpg on 30.09.21, and also paid in advance on same day for my Consumer No R 15634 is registered with order No.[protected].
I didn't receive my cylinder till today.
I made online complaint in www.iocl.com through complaint number[protected], they replied that cylinder has been delivered, but it was false reply .I never received any cylinder against the said order.
I still have empty cylinder at my home and I am still having code which had to be given to supplier.kindly consider my complaint seriously and resolve it.

I had filled my car tank with petrol for rs. 1001/- on 27/09/2021 from chithira petroleum, punthalathazham kollam, kerala. On request to add points, i was told to give my mobile number to add points later. Till now points havenot been added. I visited the pump station again, i was told that it woulbe added without further delay, but till now it hasnot been added.

Sir, the Filling Station referred to above in Bhubaneswar happens to be the most unorganised, misbehaved and unruly filling station in entire Bhubaneswar. None of the staff including the owner behave like humans. They feel they are doing a favor to us. The way they talk, the way they threaten, the way they act and behave and their body language makes us feel ashamed that such Goons are allocated licence for filling stations. They don't deserve to run such establishments in cities where people are innocent and well behaved. I will just share one experience that it took one hour for me to fill my car with petrol, which should not have taken more than 10 minutes. The reason is this filling station does not have a defined entry and exit routes. Each day they frame their own rules and make the filling station a mess and once things get out of control they just become violent and use musle power to control the customer at their wiil and pleasure. This is a regular phenomena at filling station. Whoever raises his or her voice is forced to shut up and asked to do what they want you to do or leave the filling station. It is an embarassing situation to those who are treated with such disrespect and disregard by the owner of the filling station when the are visiting with their families to the filling station for filling petrol and diesel. Such kind of behaviour and attitude is beyond excuse. You can't do anything because you know they can make your life miserable if you raise your voice. Customers at this filling station are literally forced to compromise out of fear of getting a verbal fight with the staff and owner of this station.
I would also like to bring it to your kind notice that instances like the one I shared had happened many a times with me and a number of customers. Everyone is silent only out of fear and any arguments may lead to any mishap.
The owners body language is something which needs to be seriously looked into. Such attitude should never be overlooked.
We the people of this locality were delighted to see a new filling station coming up in our locality, but this one is not worth having in our locality..
I would request you to get into the details of my complaint and please investigate the matter seriously and take stringent action against the owner of this filling station and if required it may please be sealed and blacklisted for ever. I would simply say they are tarnishing the image of India Oil corporation.
Lastly I would like to say that if some drastic and bold steps are not taken against this filling station, it may so happen one day someone either the owner, staff or may be a trapped customer would land up behind bars sooner or later.
