Dear Sir/ Madam, My consumer number is 24119, I have created my log in ID([protected]@itimes.com) in the year 2012.Now when ever I tried to log in its showing me invalid user name or password.The problem in getting back the password is that the email id which I have given at that time is no more in service([protected]@itimes.com).due to which I'm not able to get back my password.Neither your system is allowing me to create a new log in...

sir, I got my indane lpg connection, consumer No [protected] transfered from Tiger GAS AGENCY Jammu to UNIQUE INDANE Jammu on 17/02/2014, and iwas given consumer number CX6520552.My consumer number is not getting authenticated and i am not able to find my LPG consumer ID online on website.My distributer is not clearifying .

sir, i am g.dhiliban s/o v.govindaraju. i was register on the gas 18.12.14 but the distributors cant give the cylinder till now.every time i was registered gas after 20 days later the cylinder give by the distributors. sir pls action my complaint .my no is 03442

Dear Sir, I A.K.Chaturvedi Serviced in Central Reserve Police force. Presently posted in Maharastra My Consumer No. 21675 at PANWAR INTERPRISES REWA (M.P.)I was applied/Requesting for Transfer of Gas connection to my Wife due to my service problem, as I have been transferred/Deployed for low & order duties, C.I.Ops, Counter insurgency/ LWE Area’s many times in different states of India. Due to which I am not in direct contact with the said Gas Agency and because of that my family is facing problems related to gas. As I am locality of Rewa, My family is also living at my own house Ward No. 8, Anand Nagar, BodaBagh, Rewa (M.P.) I have visited many times to said Gas Agency with all the records and documents but a worker having surname Mishra behaved rudely, with false language and said that your gas connection will not be transferred. And he havn’t accepted my application and also not given anything in written. Lastly Sir, Please I request you to transfer the gas connection in the name of my wife as soon as possible and take necessary action regarding this so that I may serve the nation with my whole commitment. thanks & Regards A K. For last above 20 years me, mr.Dal bahadur singh, address-946 raja tikari kothi civil lines raebareli-uttar pradesh, pin code-22901 connection number- sg 1810, cylinder regulator did not change. We had taken my connection from samradhi gasagency raebareli.Inspite of saying again & again, still now my regulator could not changed. If any accident will happened, then who will be responsible for this major accident? Please resove this problem as soon.

Sir, I am aged about 69yrs, I went to Alangulam Indane distributer to register my Aadhaar card. I had Xerox copy of Aadhaar card, Indane Cylinder booking passbook and last cylinder delivery receipt. From the ground floor i was directed to first the floor, the steps for which is narrow and steep, very difficult to climb for aged people. In the upstairs there are 3 girls sitting and chatting they do not respond properly. When i gave the application they wanted copy of bank passbook i told them it is not indicated in the form. They told that whatever they ask should be given to them. Otherwise i should and go out. Then when i come down and report in the office, a staff told that i should abide by what they say otherwise they will not register my Aadhaar card. It is the way of treatment to a senior citizen? Complaint for Ram Krishna Indane Gas Service Sir, this is gas agency always trouble me in giving gas cylinder. Agency always give cylinders very late even sometimes after 20 days of booking . Sir, Please see it. I have booked a refill on[protected] and till yet cylinder is not deliver.

Dear Sir, I, Smt. Sipra Chakraborty am enjoying the LPG connection from your distributor named SOTHEND GAS DISTRIBUTOR, GARIA, KOLKATA. WEST BENGAL with Consumer No. 11376 in the name of Smt. Binapani Chakraborty (My Mother in Law) since a long time. In the Last year, my mother in law died and I want to change the name of the said connection from Binapani Chakraborty to myself as my husband has also passed away in the last year. Accordingly I have submitted all the documents related to the above to the said distributor and they are demanding Rs. 2620/- for the above procedure. Sir, please let me know in what logic I have to pay the said amount for name change purpose. If there is any rule to pay the amount, then I am ready to pay the same, otherwise please let me know what should I do for the same. Have availed Indane connection and was charged as per market rate in Feb-13(rs 895.5) and Feb14 (rs 1129). I had already linked my aadhar card with my HDFC bank account and IOCL as well. Firstly I visited distributor Munikrupa Agency-II (Ahmedabad) where in he directed to contact IOCL toll free number; after trying for days to reach customer care executive on [protected] I registered my concern with them after 10-15 days they replied that I need to check with my Bank and they cannot help me; at that time DBTL was stopped my government and discounted refill was 12 per year; I contacted my HDFC bank and they confirmed no money is transferred to my account; now since days I am trying to contact toll free number but not getting any response can you help. I am amit jain, Consumer No.9889 of Honey gas service babina cantt, jhansi (UP). The agency is not supplying the refilled cylinder and always keeping the phone in engaged tone. If we call to the Proprietress's mobile number, she is talking very rudely as he is supplying the gas freely to the consumers and he is not giving direction to the cylinder delivery man, He is behaving as if he is the chairman of IOC. Even he also won't pick up the phone, we cant even prefer time also. Delivery men charges extra money to deliver the cylinder. At that time nearly one month about to be passed but still cylinder not delivered.

want to take gas connection from indane (my connection was Bharat gas) which is closure from my destination after transfer from Haldia to Barasat, west bengal due to service purpose. Indane gas cylinder booking no-761351 dated 12.11.14automated salivary status on announcement indicate dalivary on 16.12.14.But till date it has not been delivered at my premises repeated fallow up at the distributor saaheb Distributor 360, Upen Banerjee Road kolkata, and their premises of delivery are turning out to be false.
