    Indane Gas company having distributor at Savalaj city, its name is IBM gas agency. It observed many times that This agency is recovering extra chagres from customers even though Gas cylinder is collected from distributors godown i.e from savalaj. Also Gas cylinders are not get deliverd at our Home after proper booking. thats why its needed to collect gas cylinder from distributors godown.

      Though i have transfered the connection from bangalore (Sri Gurukrupa Indane Distributors) to Hosur (Sri Vaishno Devi Indane Gas Service), the online portal still shows my old distributor, please do the need full to correct it to my new distributor.

As it is the delivery of refilled cylinder is delaying like anything for last 6 months. But I'm socked to know about the booking of my last one. I have refill booked on 5th November under booking number 876096. After long waiting when I'm checking on your toll free number at [protected] for delivery status, it's saying " YOUR DELIVERY IS SCHEDULE ON 26TH DEC 2014" and till date we haven't received any cylinder. Today we are running empty with both of our cylinders and I really don't know how would my family cook food for our daily survival. My distributor details is furnished below. P.L.             Since the date i have took connection from this agency i have been perturbed by the way they deal with me(their consumer) (1.)First & foremost none of the numbers that are either listed or printed in their booklets or notice boards seems to be functioning. (2.)The agency owner, namely Mr. hasin ahmed has hired 3-4 people from outside who work like "dalaals" in this agency openly promoting black marketting of cylinders, and that too at the location which is the heart of the city! (3.)The so called "call centers" the toll free ones, you call them, every time they simply register the complaint and nothing seems to happen in the form of action. (4.)I have filed numerous complaints via email to "ministry of oil & petroleum products" and to "consumer portal" which is official govt. portal for consumer complaint, as expected nothing, this is what we pay taxes to our govt.! (5.)I have personally encountered the scoundrels who work at sumita gas agency laughing at consumers who file court cases against them. (6.)The owner of the agency is least concerned about the functioning of this agency, said to be associated with nexus of politicians and bureaucrats due to which there seems to be no accountability! yes it is true! (7.)When these scoundrels dont pick up my phones for gas booking i decided to go for online booking, there also at present they have some how manage to game the system and now i cannot do online booking, frauds and scoundrels! (8.)The area sales officer which resolves these complaints use to pick up the phone, and now he doesn't! Surprise, surprise!               Respected Sir... earlier we were having connection with ekta gas agency(ahmedabad, gujarat) which was closed and connection got transferred to Shilpi Gas agency(satadhar ahmedabad).. our consumer id is 11222. in d name of Hansaben Pandya. yesterdat my mom visited this place to update her aadhar card and bank details as its a mandate of government. but the way she was treated by your team was such a pathetic.. she was littrerly crying when came back to home.. is this a way to talk with your customers? even they were not listing at all.. when i requested to give acknowledgement of complaint they havent accepted it and told me to go to consumer corum... if they r unable to handle customer rush they should increase man power instead of doing mis behaviours with customer... i urge u to look once and take necessary action on erroribg person

Presently posted in Maharastra My Consumer No. 21675 at PANWAR INTERPRISES REWA (M.P.)I was applied/Requesting for Transfer of Gas connection to my Wife due to my service problem, as I have been transferred/Deployed for low & order duties, C.I.Ops, Counter insurgency/ LWE Area’s many times in different states of India. Due to which I am not in direct contact with the said Gas Agency and because of that my family is facing problems related to gas. As I am locality of Rewa, My family is also living at my own house Ward No. 8, Anand Nagar, BodaBagh, Rewa (M.P.) I have visited many times to said Gas Agency with all the records and documents but a worker having surname Mishra behaved rudely, with false language and said that your gas connection will not be transferred. And he havn’t accepted my application and also not given anything in written. Lastly Sir, Please I request you to transfer the gas connection in the name of my wife as soon as possible and take necessary action regarding this so that I may serve the nation with my whole commitment. thanks & Regards A K. We had taken my connection from samradhi gasagency raebareli.Inspite of saying again & again, still now my regulator could not changed. If any accident will happened, then who will be responsible for this major accident? Please resove this problem as soon.

                                Sir, I am aged about 69yrs, I went to Alangulam Indane distributer to register my Aadhaar card. I had Xerox copy of Aadhaar card, Indane Cylinder booking passbook and last cylinder delivery receipt. From the ground floor i was directed to first the floor, the steps for which is narrow and steep, very difficult to climb for aged people. In the upstairs there are 3 girls sitting and chatting they do not respond properly. When i gave the application they wanted copy of bank passbook i told them it is not indicated in the form. They told that whatever they ask should be given to them. Otherwise i should and go out. Then when i come down and report in the office, a staff told that i should abide by what they say otherwise they will not register my Aadhaar card. It is the way of treatment to a senior citizen? As per online status of Vipul Gas Agency They had delivered all 15 days booking. But where is my cylinder. I am trying to contact on Indane toll free No. [protected] but it is also working like Vipul Gas (busy all time). I have got frustrated. Now I have only one option to write to the Ministry.

                                      Dear Sir, I, Smt. Sipra Chakraborty am enjoying the LPG connection from your distributor named SOTHEND GAS DISTRIBUTOR, GARIA, KOLKATA. WEST BENGAL with Consumer No. 11376 in the name of Smt. Binapani Chakraborty (My Mother in Law) since a long time. In the Last year, my mother in law died and I want to change the name of the said connection from Binapani Chakraborty to myself as my husband has also passed away in the last year. Accordingly I have submitted all the documents related to the above to the said distributor and they are demanding Rs. 2620/- for the above procedure. Sir, please let me know in what logic I have to pay the said amount for name change purpose. If there is any rule to pay the amount, then I am ready to pay the same, otherwise please let me know what should I do for the same.
