THE CYLINDER WHICH ONE RECEIVED FROM SHIVSHANKARAGENCIES HAVING LEAK FROM VALVE. IT HAS BEEN COMPAINTED AND SERVICE ENG. CAME AND INSPECTED THE CYLINDER. HE ALSO RECOMMENED TO CHANGE CYLINDER ON 24.11.2014. BUT TILL IT IS NOT CHANGED. WE ARE CONTINOUSLY FOLLOWING UP THE DISTRIBUTOR. BUT NO SOLUTION. CHILDERNS ARE GOING THERE WHERE THE CYLINDER HAS BEEN KEPT TO PLAY, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN KEPT OUTSIDE. PLEASE DO NEEDFUL ASAP. THANKING YOU, M.SHANTHI [protected]

On[protected] I had dropped the filled-in Form-4 along with requiste documents in the Drop Box of my Gas Agency, the name of my Gas Ajency is JITEN GAS AGENCY situated in CHANDRA NAGAR, KANPUR, my Consumer No. is JS 32259, the owner of the ajency promised me that he will send the receipt to my house within 7 days through his delivery man but till date i have not got the receipt . The Area Manager Office (Mr.Sony-PA to Area Mgr.) at Lucknow knows the matter infact he had spoken to the owner on[protected] itself to send the receipt to my house but it seems the owner is surprisingly not even listening to Area Manager's office.

I RAM DAYAL RAY, IOCL consumer no. cx13163977, LPG ID[protected], my bank branch code is SYN09314 and account number is [protected], AADHAR NO.[protected], this aadhar number is showing in LPG on the NET in check DBTL status but not showing in the AADHAR LINKING IN THE BANK, while aadhar number has entered in my bank account as well as coming massege on the mobile to submit aadhar number to bank again and again. please check my aadhar linking status in bank (as per NPCI). thanking you.

I am getting cylinder delivered from M.M Enterprises which has seal broken .. On the cylinder it is clearly mentioned to check the seal on delivery.. When asked to the delivery boy about the broken seal he is saying that the gas in the cylinder is being checked before it is delivered ...which is a complete baseless excuse... I want this to be taken care of ..

Dear sir My father(Satyadeo prasad, consumer no. T01582 ) was regular consumer of indane gas since 1999.Now he is no more due to brain tomor. I the son of satyadeo prasad, went to indane gas agency (anjali flame, bahadur pur housing ciony, patna 26 ) for the name transfer . Agency Peoples asking about 2500 rupees for this purpose. Hi, I have submitted my bank account details in the portal for the purpose of DBTL. However, I wrongly entered the IFSC code by one digit. Due to that, it is showing my bank account under different branch. I searched everywhere but, couldn't find an option to alter the same. Can someone guide me in this regard.

Kindly do needful at your end to get services quicker & relies on them.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Nishant Verma Consumer of Bharat Gas Consumer No.59862695 Distributor Code 123041(Haryana Gas Service) Rewari Haryana. I have surrender my connection on dated 21/11/2014 and received a termination Voucher No. 80033 10223. Original TV and all address proof with declaration letter I have submitted to Bhiwadi Indane Bhiwadi Rajsthan on dated 9/12/2014. They said it is not showing in online confirmation so i am not able to issue the same. I have again contacted the Haryana Gas 123041 they said i have done all the formality. Now again i have turn to Bhiwadi Indane they said until we will not confirm online we can not issue the same. Dear Sir Madam Wish to share that when I have approached my LPG distributor of INDANE for registration into DBTL scheme I came to know that my LPG connection has been de activated without any prior information. When I asked for the reason the staff told me that I need to submit KYC again along with a form. I was shocked to know the same as I was regularly getting the delivery of LPG domestic cylinders by their delivery boy against the booking coupons. Still I have submitted the form along the KYC on 03.12.14at their office. But I am disappointed to inform that till now my connection is not activated. Provided contact nos of distributor never responds. I have tried to log complaint on the site of INDANE but the site and toll free no. never found working.I have also sent an email to the Area Officer of Indane but there is no response on that also. Dear Sir, I am a customer of Indane and get my gas supply through M/S Amar Enterprise, Sardar Shankar Road, Kolkata. Our Consumer No.is 19227. For the last one month, we have been trying to complete the full formalities for DBTL but have received no cooperation from the gas distributor. sir, reg. new connection i have applied near by my area Chennai, they are asking me Rs. 6500/- including stove, for singe cylinder, i told i don't want stove i had the same, but they said without stove i am not eligible for new connection, reg the same i already complaint your customer care but no response, and the new connection portal is not working, its asking the distributor if i submit my application but the distributor button is not functioning, such a big web site why this type of error is coming, can you rectify the same and help the middle class people to get your gas easily - the above message for bharath gas for Indane gas " i have applied for new connection, they told me my application got rejected, i asked the reason they are not telling the correct reason. i dont have gas, married and having two kids, i want gas can you help me in this regards the mistake i did is i had given my mobile number which i used for my parents refill booking, but they could have to verify, without verification by seeing the mobile number simply got cancelled. this is not fare

My distributor is KK Indane in Bangalore, karnataka. I booked LPG cylinder thrice but it got cancelled for the first two times. Then we visited the distributor and they explained that they could not reach us as no one picked up the call. However, i never received neither a call nor a missed call from the delivery man. I even checked my number in their record and that was correct. I immediately gave a call to delivery man and he saved my number....

As per jitendra gas services (dealer of indane ) voter card & Adharcard mandatory for Gas subsidy.. I have submmit NON-Adhar with A/c no.details..He said, without voter card, do not take form.. As per gas subsidy scheme, only Ac details mandatory.. But gas Jitender gas agency not take my form...Which is wrong..

I, Sv. Shunmugam age 93 residing at 20, Vallikutti street, Virudhunagar has Indane LPG connection through JAYASAKTHI AGENCIES with connection number 2200. I had booked LPG cylinder and was delivered cylinder by vendor today. The vendor claimed more money than the billed value.While I refused he used filthy words and threatened not to deliver LPG cylinder hereafter and would beat me up.Please take necessary action.
