    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have my gas registered with Nedus Distributors 'Indane' from last 10-12 yrs.When I took the gas the name there was 'Chinu' but was changed to Shehnaz Babi. I have submitted all the requirement documents to change my name from Chine to Shehnaz Babi like the affidavit, Pan card, Aadhaar card 3yrs ago as i got shifted to my new address. Now when we are going through this Aadhaar linking procedure they are asking us to first change my name which is against my bank account and then they will to the needful. I have been going through this for the last 2 months still there is not help provided as such but harassed.How is it possible that when I have submitted all my documents for the name change they are asking me to resubmit just because the name has not been change. I have done my part now whose responsibility is this to do? Kindly see into this matter.I want to transfer it from Indane to HP.Please let me know the correct procedure.

    Dear Sir,

    my elder sister's husband died so she want to change the gas connection name from husband name to son name.
    so she submit all documents to the distributor but distributor continue harassing and given date day to day.

    Her gas booking is not possible at the time. She submit adhar card xerox and for no 1 & 2 Avidavit but distributor said for form fillup 3No & 4No why.

    Now distributor telling indian oil not send the document for name change so it will be delay.

    So what to do and when it will be solve?

        Wrong bank Account is showing in Indane Database

        Dear Sir, I am a domestic LPG consumer of Indane in Kolkata. I have submitted my AADHAAR no documents to Bank as well as to Indane distributor on Jan, 2014. But wrongly Bank has linked my AADHAAR no to any other person account. Later on the have corrected the problem after my complain and refunded the Advance amount as well as the subsidy amount to my account. Then the AADHAAR based DBTL scheme has been stopped by the Govt.         dear sir we are the customer of your indane gas through risha gas agencies nagpur. there is a delay in delivery of cylinder after booking say 10 to 15 days . there is a limitation of booking the cylinder i.e once the cylinder is received after receiving cylinder there is a norm of booking cylinder after 20 days& once cylinder is booked the delivery is tacken minimum 20 days since last 1 year & this situation is arrived after reminder

          Dear Sir/ Madam I have transfer my lpg connection from Ara, Bihar to Buxar, Bihar. As I was the consumer of HPCL but there was no Agency of HP in Buxar, that's why I port my lpg connection from HPCL to IOCL. Now in Buxar there is Sonamati Indane. where I submitted my all concerned documents and paper as the requirement of the agency. Now the manager is saying that for the connection I have to pay. 2400/- as security deposit, 190/- for pipe, 28/- taxes and 200/- for connection charges. when I have asked for the receipt for the amount paid my me. HE IS NOT READY TO GIVE RECEIPT OF 200/- FOR CONNECTION CHARGES. Nitin Prakash

          With reference to the subject stated above I have the honor to state that I am a customer of indane gas from sonamati Gas agency. Today when I went to collect my booked gas, I was charged Rs 850/- with a receipt of Rs 825/-. Nd I got the gas delivered At godown not at my home.
          Therefore I request you to kindly look into the said matter and do the needful at the earliest.

            THE CYLINDER WHICH ONE RECEIVED FROM SHIVSHANKARAGENCIES HAVING LEAK FROM VALVE. IT HAS BEEN COMPAINTED AND SERVICE ENG. CAME AND INSPECTED THE CYLINDER. HE ALSO RECOMMENED TO CHANGE CYLINDER ON 24.11.2014. BUT TILL IT IS NOT CHANGED. WE ARE CONTINOUSLY FOLLOWING UP THE DISTRIBUTOR. BUT NO SOLUTION.               On[protected] I had dropped the filled-in Form-4 along with requiste documents in the Drop Box of my Gas Agency, the name of my Gas Ajency is JITEN GAS AGENCY situated in CHANDRA NAGAR, KANPUR, my Consumer No. is JS 32259, the owner of the ajency promised me that he will send the receipt to my house within 7 days through his delivery man but till date i have not got the receipt . The Area Manager Office (Mr.Sony-PA to Area Mgr.) at Lucknow knows the matter infact he had spoken to the owner on[protected] itself to send the receipt to my house but it seems the owner is surprisingly not even listening to Area Manager's office.

                I RAM DAYAL RAY, IOCL consumer no. cx13163977, LPG ID[protected], my bank branch code is SYN09314 and account number is [protected], AADHAR NO.[protected], this aadhar number is showing in LPG on the NET in check DBTL status but not showing in the AADHAR LINKING IN THE BANK, while aadhar number has entered in my bank account as well as coming massege on the mobile to submit aadhar number to bank again and again. please check my aadhar linking status in bank (as per NPCI). thanking you.

SYNB0009314, AADHAR LINKING STATUS IS AVIALBLE IN THE LPG BUT NOT AVAILABLE IN THE BANK (AS PER NPCI) WHILE, I SUBMITTED AADHAR NUMBER TO THE SYNDICATE BANK AS WELL AS THEY DID ENTRY IN MY ACCOUNT STILL NOT SHOWING IN THE CHECK DBTL (CTC) STATUS ON THE NET.

                  I am getting cylinder delivered from M.M Enterprises which has seal broken .. On the cylinder it is clearly mentioned to check the seal on delivery.. When asked to the delivery boy about the broken seal he is saying that the gas in the cylinder is being checked before it is delivered ...which is a complete baseless excuse... I want this to be taken care of ..

                      Hi, I have submitted my bank account details in the portal for the purpose of DBTL. However, I wrongly entered the IFSC code by one digit. Due to that, it is showing my bank account under different branch. I searched everywhere but, couldn't find an option to alter the same. Can someone guide me in this regard.

I have surrender my connection on dated 21/11/2014 and received a termination Voucher No. 80033 10223. Original TV and all address proof with declaration letter I have submitted to Bhiwadi Indane Bhiwadi Rajsthan on dated 9/12/2014. They said it is not showing in online confirmation so i am not able to issue the same. I have again contacted the Haryana Gas 123041 they said i have done all the formality. Now again i have turn to Bhiwadi Indane they said until we will not confirm online we can not issue the same.                               Dear Sir Madam Wish to share that when I have approached my LPG distributor of INDANE for registration into DBTL scheme I came to know that my LPG connection has been de activated without any prior information. When I asked for the reason the staff told me that I need to submit KYC again along with a form. I was shocked to know the same as I was regularly getting the delivery of LPG domestic cylinders by their delivery boy against the booking coupons. Still I have submitted the form along the KYC on 03.12.14at their office. But I am disappointed to inform that till now my connection is not activated. Provided contact nos of distributor never responds. I have tried to log complaint on the site of INDANE but the site and toll free no. never found working.I have also sent an email to the Area Officer of Indane but there is no response on that also.                                 I registered on line for LPG DBTL scheme with my Aadhaar card NO[protected] with Indane. Consumer No 22327 . MY gas agency is Sri Revathi gas agency and Medavakkam Chennai. Even after submitting aadhaar No I was asked to submit form No 4 filled with bank details meant for non- aadhaar card customers.The website is also not user friendly as we cannot communicate our problem. Customer care toll no is always busy. The ref No given by Indane is BNK[protected]. I do not know whether I should submit form 4 or other
