Dear Sir, I am a customer of Indane and get my gas supply through M/S Amar Enterprise, Sardar Shankar Road, Kolkata. Our Consumer No.is 19227. For the last one month, we have been trying to complete the full formalities for DBTL but have received no cooperation from the gas distributor. I am a 65 year old retired heart patient and even I have had to visit the distributor office six times already without any success. Eventually, having been denied service, I have decided to complain against the distributor. Kindly take immediate action.     sir, reg. new connection i have applied near by my area Chennai, they are asking me Rs. 6500/- including stove, for singe cylinder, i told i don't want stove i had the same, but they said without stove i am not eligible for new connection, reg the same i already complaint your customer care but no response, and the new connection portal is not working, its asking the distributor if i submit my application but the distributor button is not functioning, such a big web site why this type of error is coming, can you rectify the same and help the middle class people to get your gas easily - the above message for bharath gas for Indane gas " i have applied for new connection, they told me my application got rejected, i asked the reason they are not telling the correct reason. i dont have gas, married and having two kids, i want gas can you help me in this regards the mistake i did is i had given my mobile number which i used for my parents refill booking, but they could have to verify, without verification by seeing the mobile number simply got cancelled. this is not fare

      cancellation of booking thrice without attempting delivery

      My distributor is KK Indane in Bangalore, karnataka. I booked LPG cylinder thrice but it got cancelled for the first two times. Then we visited the distributor and they explained that they could not reach us as no one picked up the call. However, i never received neither a call nor a missed call from the delivery man. I even checked my number in their record and that was correct. I immediately gave a call to delivery man and he saved my number....

I have submmit NON-Adhar with A/c no.details..He said, without voter card, do not take form.. As per gas subsidy scheme, only Ac details mandatory.. But gas Jitender gas agency not take my form...Which is wrong..

I had booked LPG cylinder and was delivered cylinder by vendor today. The vendor claimed more money than the billed value.While I refused he used filthy words and threatened not to deliver LPG cylinder hereafter and would beat me up.Please take necessary action.

              I am holding commercial gas connection bearing no 27991 and having geyser connection, DAY before yesterday which got defective and make loud noise, so I disconnected and lodge complaint to Ajaneya gas agency, church Road, Kundapura for repair. Sofar nobody turned up to restore the defects, kindly look into the matter personally and take immediate action for repair the same pl.

                    A million Dollar Question ? IOCL, and perhaps all LPG companies, have prescribed Form 1 (Bank Linking Form) to be submitted to the Bank & Form 2 (LPG Linking Form ) to be submitted to the LPG company distributor by the ADHAR holder consumer.. There is no column regarding Bank A/c details in Form 2 and there is no column for LPC consumer ID in Form1. It is surprising how the LPG supplying company will know the Bank A/c details of the consumer and how & where the subsidy amount will be directly credited by the LPG Co. None of the distributor is clarifying this point. Is not a fake and false process/assurance by the Company. Will the company will look to this and clarify the doubts of the consumer ? -ULK, A Senior Citizen & LPG Consumer.

The problem is that my name in your record is Shiveshwar Prasad Verma but my name is Sarbeshwar Prasad Verma. Due to incorrect name my Indane gas account is not getting linked with my bank account using Aadhar number. Therefore I need my name in your records to be corrected so that I will be able to get benefited from DBTL scheme. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I had a indane gas connection at Karnal and the service provider was Mohan Gas Service, Daya Nand Colony, Model Town, Karnal. My Gas connection No. M-22707 While opening the account at their end (which was transferred from Panchkula-secular gas agency )they wrote my name as M R Batra instead of M K Batra which I brought to their knowledge immediately. The Manager corrected my name to read as M K Batra by overwriting the word R to K. However, on my shifting from Karnal to Gurgaon, the corrections were not carried out and at Gurgaon also the account has been opened in the name of M R Batra by the agency named Urvashi Enterprises, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon and the consumer No. Is CX24342112
                      Kindly advies the agency people to change my name to read as M K Batra.

                          I had booked refill on 14.12.2014 and booking no.was 487425 against my connection no.RT04440. Against my this booking number cash memo [protected] was prepared and I got message for the same. I again got message for delivery of cylinder with this cash memo [protected] on 16.12.2014 (Tuesday) but it seems my Cylinder has been sold by the Distributor as I could not get any cylinder till now. The Distributor Rohini Enterprises could not picked up phone on his given numbers i.e. on [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Then I again booked my refill but the same was dismissed by the Indane company. Now, what is the way to get the refill is not known to me. Please cancel the license of Distributor urgently and deliver the cylinder urgently.

                                  I am LPG consumer of Indane thro' Indra Indane Service and my consumer number is PY09384. Whenever I placed orders for Indane for my domestic use, the agency used to collect an extra amount of Rs.50-00 from me as delivery charges. When I enquired other customers, they also confirmed that they are also giving this amount as service/delivery charges. For example, I purchased one Indane LPG on 16/12/2014 vide Bill No.[protected] with my payment of Rs.820-00 whereas in the sale bill, only Rs.770-00 was endorsed. Please take necessary steps for motivating the agency to collect the exact bill amount hereafter not only from me but also from other Customers.                                       I reported to the Agency-Zirakpur Indane, defence colony, behind Lucky Dhaba, Zirakpur Patiala Road, Zirakpur, SSA Nagar, that around3 times fake bookings have been done on my Consumer No. Thereafter a mobile no was given to report in future. Next time a fake booking was done I reported and it was cancelled. However, Today, again it happened that not only a fake booking was done. Fo which I received sms of booking at 8.30 am. Then at 9.11 am I received sms of cash memo being generated. I immediately called the agency and reported. Inspite of it/complaint I received a sms of cylinder being delivered against cash. Whereas, I have neither booked nor received the gas cylinder. As I'm a lawyer, I can immediately make out from the modus operandi that this is a clear case of fraud being played on the consumer by fake bookings. I have sent a email to the agency from the iocl website. Please take notice that if strict action against the agency is nit taken and my quota returned to me I'll be moving the Consumer Forum/Court taking civil & criminal redressal. Naveender p. K.
