Kottayam, 18/12/2014 Dear Sir, Today (18//12/2014) morning I have lodged a complaint regarding non-receipt of subsidy amount. After registering my details in www.indane.co.in, I have noticed that you have deposited the above subsidy amount to my another bank a/c no. ie [protected] with SBT Kumaranalloor and the amount has been credited to my account. Thank you. I have another a/c no.[protected] with SBI KK Road Kottayam. Earlier the subsidy amount were credited to this account. This caused the confusion and thereby I lodged the complaint. I hereby withdraw my complaint. I am happy now. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Ref: Indane Gas Consumer No.20300 with Commander Gas Agencies, KK Road, Kottayam. 17 Digit DBTL No.[protected] Gas Agency : Commander Gas Agencies, KK Road, Kottayam, Kerala. Dear Sir, On my regd mobile No.[protected] I have received the following message on 11/12/2014:- “Dear Indane customer, Your cyl is delivered against Cash memo no.[protected]. Your 17 digit LPG ID is [protected]. Quote this no. for DBTL.” Sir, in your above message, 17 digit LPG ID nos. you have mentioned only 16 digit. Digit 3 in the starting is missing. In other words my correct 17 digit LPG ID is [protected] 8. I have received cylinder on 10/12/2014 and till today I have not received subsidy amount. Perhaps it is due to the mistake in 17 digit LPG ID done by your office. Will you kindly look into it and expedite the subsidy amount to me as early as possible.     dear sirI am priyanka das.i am a idane gas customer.my lpg id is[protected].my consumer number is 06187.i received my first lpg subsidy.after that i have got two cylinders on30/01/2015 and 01/03/2015 respectively.but unfortunately i have not got any susidy against the above mentioned delivered cylinders.please solve the problem as soon as possible.my contact no-[protected].my mail [protected]@gmail.com

I submitted Form 3 to my SBI, ISRO, Vimanapura, Bangalore-17. They said that 16 digits LPG ID given by LPG Agency is not accepted by the System.         I am LPG consumer of Indane thro' Indra Indane Service and my consumer number is PY09384. Whenever I placed orders for Indane for my domestic use, the agency used to collect an extra amount of Rs.50-00 from me as delivery charges. When I enquired other customers, they also confirmed that they are also giving this amount as service/delivery charges. For example, I purchased one Indane LPG on 16/12/2014 vide Bill No.[protected] with my payment of Rs.820-00 whereas in the sale bill, only Rs.770-00 was endorsed. Please take necessary steps for motivating the agency to collect the exact bill amount hereafter not only from me but also from other Customers.           I am A.sathyan, Consumer No.184802 of Mini gas agencies, Kundara. I have booked order for refill cylinder on 15.11.2014 through IVRS system. To enquire about the delivery of the cylinder, the agency is keeping the phone in always engaged mode, otherwise please check up. Please do necessary action or warn the agency, as I am in need of refil cylinder urgently.

            I reported to the Agency-Zirakpur Indane, defence colony, behind Lucky Dhaba, Zirakpur Patiala Road, Zirakpur, SSA Nagar, that around3 times fake bookings have been done on my Consumer No. Thereafter a mobile no was given to report in future. Next time a fake booking was done I reported and it was cancelled. However, Today, again it happened that not only a fake booking was done. Fo which I received sms of booking at 8.30 am. Then at 9.11 am I received sms of cash memo being generated. I immediately called the agency and reported. Inspite of it/complaint I received a sms of cylinder being delivered against cash. Whereas, I have neither booked nor received the gas cylinder. As I'm a lawyer, I can immediately make out from the modus operandi that this is a clear case of fraud being played on the consumer by fake bookings. I have sent a email to the agency from the iocl website. Please take notice that if strict action against the agency is nit taken and my quota returned to me I'll be moving the Consumer Forum/Court taking civil & criminal redressal. Naveender p. K.               Sir, we have been using indane gas service for the past 20 years in my grandfathers name . He died on may 2nd of 2000 ! since then we have been using the same connection (consumer no:7636) (indane consumer id:[protected] without changing his name. Last week on 10th DEC we got a information that we should furnish aadhaar info and bank account details to our gas agency.My father went to the agency requested for two things 1. Name transfer on grandfathers connection 2. Else, we will surrender the old one and will get a new indane connection But the owner of that particular agency (KANGEYAN AGENCIES-VELLORE) stated that he wont update the new consumer name also he is not ready to get the surrender request right now since it is our mistake that we have not changed the consumer name on all these years. He also said that we have to walk his office for around Next 3 months to consider our surrender request will take more time to get a new one till then we should suffer without any LPG's. But they have attested our civil supply card with kangeyan stamp for my grandfathers connection which don't have his name at all. I request the concerned authority to take necessary steps for surrendering the connection and to get the new ones. also to notice usage of abusive words towards a consumer. I APOLOGIZE ON BEHALF OF MY FATHER FOR NOT CHANGING MY GRANDFATHER'S NAME ON ALL THESE DAYS. SINCE HE IS UNEDUCATED HE DON'T KNOW ALL THIS PROCEDURE WHICH HAS TO BE DONE.                 Dear Sir/Madam Greetings! The customer care executive i spoke with was "responsibly rude". He had valid statements like, I am not responsible, You contact your distributor, this is a complaint forum, etc., He never cared to give a solution to my problem. I request a reply from the authorities on this behaviour and my unresolved issue. Case: I had filled the DBTL Form 4 [i do not have an Aadhar card] and tried submitting to my Distributor, where it was rejected saying that you have to get an acknowledgement from the bank where I hold an account with. However, "www.MyLPG.in" says that I had to follow either of the methods to complete my DBTL joining. I had given a call from +[protected] at 11:52 AM.

                  Sir, We reside at Mappilainayakanpatti, Thanjavur. Aravind gas agencies are the distributors of Indane LPG cylinders for our area. There is always a problem in refilling cylinders and they say its due to the reason that we are in rural area & the cylinder vans come twice a month. Recently we booked a cylinder refill on Nov 16th. They said we will get cylinders on Dec 7th. But they came on Dec 9th and we were not at home that time . We called the vendor and he said they’ll come again in 1h. But after sometime we received a SMS that it was cancelled. So, we booked again on Dec 10th. They said to come us and collect from their office next day. “Is it safe to carry a cylinder in our own two wheeler ?” (Its nearly 6-7km distance) Daily we are calling but they ask us to come next next days.                   Your service is really ridiculous and frustrating. Following the above complaint : I got a message from aravind agency that door is locked and booking is cancelled. But we were 6 members inside the house yesterday, the whole day. They again cancelled the booking and asked to rebook. If this is going to follow, what action should I take?? Should I speak directly to the PM cell ?!!! Do necessary action and IOC customer line is always Busy, I have tried nearly hundred times..

                    I have visited baranagar gas service to submit the required documents of dbtl, but they have denied to accept the xerox copy of bank pass book front page, they have forced to carry cancelled cheque instead of pass book which has harassed me & waisted my time & leave also.

BUT THE DELIVERY BOY NAMED SIVAKUMAR HAVE GIVEN REFIL GAS ON 16/12/2014 AND HAS GIVEN A BILL WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS CUSTOMER NAME - S.JYOTHI RATHINAM. 13 SOUTH KANDI ST, BHEEMANAGAR, TRICHY BILL NO [protected] . WE STRICTLY TOLD THE GUY THAT THE BIL BELONGS TO SOMEONE AND THAT GUY TOLD TO KEEP THAT WRONG BILL WITH US AND WOULD SOON GIVE A BILL OWNING WITH OUR NAME( R. MERCY ANGELA) AND WITH OUR BILL NO .[protected]...                           With due respect, I have to advice that I am your consumer No.12487 since November 2006 from Commander Gas Service Rajajipuram Lucknow - 226017 Phone No.[protected] & [protected]. Sir, Gas cylinder of Indian Oil has given monthly since November 2006 by Commander Gas Service Rajajipuram Lucknow. Now a day there are following deficiencies followed by me from above agencies. 1) A cylinder given by commander gas service now the same cylinder is not exchange by the agencies. 2) Most of time leakage in LPG cylinder, in this connection sir in my family only my wife and two children (one 5 years old son and second 12 years old daughter) are staying in my home i.e. E-1152 Rajajipuram Lucknow. I am service in State Bank of India, Ballia Branch as a Dy. Manager, for this any un- towards incident may be happen for leakage in LPG cylinder. 3) Sir, when ever I am going to agencies nobody care about above problem. I therefore humbly request to please look into matter personally and arrange to rectify/resolve my problem to me an early date to avoid any un-towards incident may be happen and hardship faced by me.                             My Consumer Number is : 52833 Am making calls to Agnihotri Agency in Noida daily for more than 30 calls but still no response. Their Phone Number : [protected] is rarely answered it was answered just once after calling more than 30 times & said to call them back after 10 mins...Its always engaged ... Their delivery persons have switched OFF their cell phone. There's NO Gas at my home since 6 days & DONT know how long its going to be. Also to say my present cylinder ran out of gas much before the anticipated time as I believe it was adultered as its gas flame was not as expected. Am complaining against Agnihotri Gas Agency its totally unprofessional.

                              Sir, I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my Consumer No is 12457 from ST GEORGE GAS AGENCY, BEACH ROAD KOLLAM. I have booked for a a cylinder on 24/10/2014 and booking reference is 224914. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered to me. On personal contact, it will be intimated that the cylinder will be delivered tomarrow. Till date the said tomarrow has not come. In view of the above, may I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct the Gas Agency to deliver the cylinder without further delay.                                 Dear Sir, I am working in Indian Air Force (Defence Services) and I owe a LPG connection at Vayusena Indane service HQ SAC (U) AF Akkulam Trivandrum-31 Kerala with consumer No. 1713. My ADDHAR card is linked to my State Bank of Travancore (SBT) account No.[protected]. To this effect I got confirmation message on my mobile nO. also. However, I got tranferred from Trivandrum area to Hyderabad and closed my SBT account in Nov 2014. I took new LPG connection at M/s AGNIDHWAJ Indane Services, Chintalmet, Hyderabad-48 (Code No. 7986001). My new customer No. 14630287. They charged me with full cylinder rate without any subsidy and informed that my subsidised amount will be directly deposited to my new account at Vijaya Bank, Bandlaguda-08 with which I had linked my ADDHAR with my new account No. [protected]. As of now, my subsidised amount has not been deposited till date. Kindly advice and do needful. Thanking you, awaiting for an early response.

                                    I am having gas connection at Guledgudd which is in my fathers name.As my father passed away on 15th January 2014, I applied to change the name to my mother.I have submitted the required documents 15 days back but still there is no reply from Gas agency.They are keeping the documents with them and making delay in processing the request.They are yet to send the documents to higher authority.I am desperately waiting for this task to happen soon.Please take necessary action

                                      Sir I am the customer of sonali insane service, Kateya, gopalganj, bihar. The service provider is not giving gas on time. I have got refill of 17th November but still I not got the gas cylinder. Whenever I call him he use abusive words. He tell us that no one can do anything to him. His name is Twari. Now I am requesting him to correct my name but he is harassing me therefore I am unable to log in my adhar. I am requesting you sir kindly consider my complaint and suggest me what can I do.
