today i visited to my gas agency (supreme enterprises) coz i hv booked cylinder on 3rd dec 2014 but yet till cylinder hsnt delivered n i need cylinder urgently but d issue is dey r asking i[censored] want cylinder 2day u will b charged rs752 as u hv consumed ur 12 subsidy but in my records i hv consumed 10 cylinders only but still i said ok no prbs wen u will send d cylinder i will see on slip dat how many cylinder i hv consumed but wat dey did...

sir, I have taken a gas cylinder from my gas agency fifteen days ago but after using 15 days cylinder empty and a different liquid found into the cylinder. normally a cylinder go for 25 to 27 days. please advice me who can help me to reply this problem. sir, i am from Pathanamthitta dist. the agency distributing gas here is Sastha Flames Erumely. Their distributing is perfect, but the problem is we may not be at home all the time. When ever the cylinder comes we are not able to get it, Sastha Flames Erumely is having a rule that we cannot collect the cylinder directly from the agency which is not in any other agencies near by. because of this rule we have to wait all the time for them...
