Dear sir/madam I am working for a company and it located in near lalbhag main gate Bangalore. We have one Indian oil fuel station next to our office (S M Kannappa Automobiles Pvt Ltd), most of the time we fill fuel in the same station, But they won’t provide air to vehicles, since from the last 18months I have asked more than 10times, but every time they say different different stories. Yesterday I have asked them to provide the air, but they scold me like anything in front of all consumers. please look on this issue and tell them to provide air to vehicles.     Myself Shailja Srivastava customer connection number 124976. Address 1-23 hazuri bhawan peepal mandi agra . I have booked my cylinder on 19 November and I receive a message on 26 November that the cylinder has been delivered to me. but actually I haven't received it . Though I have registered a complaint on customer care .My complaint number is 1672564. But no action has been taken yet. This is third time I am facing the same problem with indane. Kindly solve my problem as I need the cylinder.

      Sir, In Chandigarh Sector 28 Petrol Pump most of the time motor cycle line is very long as only 2-3 pump are being used for filling petrol in motorcycle. at same time pumps marked for 4 wheelers are blank and operators are standing idle. I visited to Sector 28 petrol Pump on 10 Dec 14 at 8.25 Hrs and seen long line for motor cycle and found all four wheeler pump operator standing idle. I requested one four wheeler pump operator to fill petrol in my motor cycle he send me to next four wheeler counter. next operator was standing in sun light and not responded. when after 5 minute a car came for filling petrol he came and operator came and told me to move away. when i requested him for giving Petrol in my motor cycle he denied and argued badly.I returned back without taking Petrol. Sir, Please take action against defaulters and ask pump operators to help the customers in place of arguing, misbehaving and mis guiding them by standing idle and sending customer from one counter to another.         I am an Indane LPG user (CX4477845), holding connection under Lotus Gas Agency, Mysore.I have booked a refill on November 10th 2014 thru IVRS.And got an sms on 29th November saying, the booking got cancelled.Then I raised a complaint in Indane official website with docket no1664252.The reply for this docket from the deputy manager was "Pl book again" on 4th Dec. I booked again on 4th Dec thru IVRS and on 9th Dec I got another sms saying the booking got cancelled. I couldnt understand what is happening. Please advise me, what to do in this case? I have waited for 1 month and there is no refill and this is the second time my refill got cancelled? How many times I can book for a refill? Please help.

          Dear Sir/Madam
          I am a customer of Kishore Krishna Gas Agency. My gas consumer No. 55140/385. I have tried several times to book refilling through IVRS system using my phone. Whenever I call to book the refilling I followed the every step as I have been directed by the system. As the system asks me to enter my consumer No and whenever I put my consumer no, the system says "Sorry, your request can not be accepted, please contact your distributor". For making every call to book refilling I have been charged regularly. I called several times to my distributor Kishore Krishna Gas Agency. But no body is picking my phone. Being an old person it is also always not possible to be present in gas agency. I am totally confused what I should do at the moment. Kindly understand my genuine problem and do necessary action for that. A favourable action is expected.

                          Hi, I submit my all documents to transfer a connection from Chennai to Bangalore on September 15 but not yet transferred. When ever I am calling to the my distributor ( Ranie gas enterprises, Nanganallur, Chennai) office they are keep on saying 'Issues with your account we reported to head office'. Even I called with Chennai branch office but no response.

                            Dear sir, I am customer of indane household gas vide customer no 7067 from Ramanagara dist. Ramanagar town. Karnataka.. It was really shocking for me when I received message from indane on[protected] that my request for cylinder refilling is processed and delivered against cash memo no [protected].. as I did not submitted any request for refilling... Distributor is using this cylinder in black market.. I Humbly request u to investigate this matter seriously as my personal identification code is miss used for their benefits..

                              "Nataraj Eneterprises" is not able to handle the consumers spreaded upon a large area of Bangalore North and there is a long time needed to get the refill. At times, consumers need to wait for a month or more after booking the refill. The delivery person do not deliver the refill in the area "Singapura Layout and Varadarajsami L/O" and arround and the consumers are forced to take up their empty cylinders and stand in the line in the scorching sun for minutes together at the place where the cylinders are unloaded for door to door distribution and carry the filled cyinder back. If a person is not ready to go and get the refill from the so called "Godown", the distributor cancels the booking with a handy reason saying "he could not find the address". AND THE WHOLE CYCLE REPEATS. Further the distributor demands for 20 to 50 Rs. above the refill bill at the time of handing over the refill, and this depends on where the delivery is done. i.e, if I go to the junction where the refills are unloaded, he demands for 30Rs. and if he brings it to home, 50 or at times even more... Upon all this, refusal toward the "DEMANDED TIP" he threatens us by taking back the refill or delay in the next one.

                                I received message that your refill cylinder is delivered on 3rd of Dec 2014. On 6th Dec, I went to agency for enquiry and then they said it will be delivered today (6th Dec 2014). Today is 8th Dec 2014 and my refill cylinder is not delivered. This is one of the worst gas agency seen in my life. All staff are indulged in rampant corruption. Will you take the action and notify me. (Anantha Gas Agency, Bangalore)

                                  My name in the INDANE CUSTOMER SUBSCRIPTION VOUCHER ( NO. 595628) is TAPAS KUMAR SAHU but during data entry they mentioned as TAPAS KUMAR SAHA. In this regard i have submitted my KYC on[protected] but till now not corrected. Several time request my local distributor BANKURA GAS but no action taken by them. Necessary documents submitted during KYC. Now i am in trouble due to bank account attachment as in bank a/c my name mentioned as TAPAS KUMAR SAHU.                                       Dear Sir, I am a consumer of (Trimurti Gas Services, VIKAS PURI ) Indane gas Delhi Consumer no. cx 9373977 & LPG ID.[protected] We had booked the cylinder on dated[protected] & still delivery is pending, As per your vendor, we are not residing in the house mention in the residing address. But my parents always available 24*7 at the residence. The main problem is that we had checked the wait of cylinder at the time of delivery & not accept the cylinder when less in wait.
