My distributor M/s Anbu Gas, based in Arumbakkam, Chennai has found a new technique of not delivering Gas on time. You book a gas and at the time of delivery, without even taking a effort of calling the customer they will fill in the non delivery form as DOOR CLOSED. There is no way to verify this and hence, they then sell the cylinder in black for higher price. Have booked the gas twice and still the problem. Do not know what to do....
