Dear Sir,
I have booked my 7th Indane LPG Cylinder on 08-11-14 and the booking no. allotted to me was 491, my gas agency name is "Kanpur Gas And Allide Agency", at 25/7, Mall Road Kanpur, and my consumer no. is 6276 in the name of Surya Prasad Chaurasia.
But about 1 month has been passed away and my home-delivery of the LPG has been not yet received by me, and the agency is not giving me the proper response and asking for the re-booking again.
Kindly look into the matter and plz. do the needfull.

I am a customer of Kishore Krishna Gas Agency. My gas consumer No. 55140/385. I have tried several times to book refilling through IVRS system using my phone. Whenever I call to book the refilling I followed the every step as I have been directed by the system. As the system asks me to enter my consumer No and whenever I put my consumer no, the system says "Sorry, your request can not be accepted, please contact your distributor". For making every call to book refilling I have been charged regularly. I called several times to my distributor Kishore Krishna Gas Agency. But no body is picking my phone. Being an old person it is also always not possible to be present in gas agency. I am totally confused what I should do at the moment. Kindly understand my genuine problem and do necessary action for that. A favourable action is expected.
