I received message that your refill cylinder is delivered on 3rd of Dec 2014. On 6th Dec, I went to agency for enquiry and then they said it will be delivered today (6th Dec 2014). Today is 8th Dec 2014 and my refill cylinder is not delivered. This is one of the worst gas agency seen in my life. All staff are indulged in rampant corruption. Will you take the action and notify me. (Anantha Gas Agency, Bangalore)

    My name in the INDANE CUSTOMER SUBSCRIPTION VOUCHER ( NO. 595628) is TAPAS KUMAR SAHU but during data entry they mentioned as TAPAS KUMAR SAHA. In this regard i have submitted my KYC on[protected] but till now not corrected. Several time request my local distributor BANKURA GAS but no action taken by them. Necessary documents submitted during KYC. Now i am in trouble due to bank account attachment as in bank a/c my name mentioned as TAPAS KUMAR SAHU. SO I request you to look in this matter and take necessary action as soon as possible. Immediate response is highly appreciated Thank to u tapas kumar sahu, bankura.

        Dear Sir, I am a consumer of (Trimurti Gas Services, VIKAS PURI ) Indane gas Delhi Consumer no. cx 9373977 & LPG ID.[protected] We had booked the cylinder on dated[protected] & still delivery is pending, As per your vendor, we are not residing in the house mention in the residing address. But my parents always available 24*7 at the residence. The main problem is that we had checked the wait of cylinder at the time of delivery & not accept the cylinder when less in wait. Due to that your employee had generate this type of problem. The front desk executive not picked the phone. Today, When I had visited at the TRIMUTI GAS @ 10 am for this issue.They threaded me & saying we will cut this connection instead to solve the issue.                 I have booked for new refill gas in M/S Ramakant indane, purani Bazar, narkatiaganj, west champaran, bihar-845455; on dated[protected], 21 days after i have received the last refill. Even today i have not received the refill gas. We are fed up with this problem of not delivering the refill gas. They are even not listening...they are selling domestic gas to the non-domestic consumer..like hotels, dhabas..& selling gas in black.They are booking for refill gas after 21 days from last received refill.please do the needful for delivering refill on time. please also give option for online booking facility...so thay it should be transparent. my email- [protected]@gmail.com mobile no-[protected] My consumer no.-2694 booking receipt no-109523 date of booking[protected] days laps of last received refill)

                  made a complaint at 5.55 am on dec. 8th 2014 at ur given toll free no. Again informed th mechanic also. my consumer no. is 2696 in the name of Rajeev Gupta at L.V.Reddy Gas Service. Nobody has attented the complaint till now. What i, m supposed to do in this situation . i, ve already disconnected the cylinder. DOES EMERGENCY SERVICES WORK LIKE THIS ??????

                    My consumer number is 9242407 and I am residing in Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum. Last time (in the month of August), there were some many issues with Guhan Gas Service centre due to some strike and I had to go the gas office for 4 or 5 times standing in the long queue and did not get the gas. Finally they said we need to go to the delivery centre and collect the gas from there. It was written the gas will be delivered at home and nothing happened and I have to go to the office to collect it on Oct-17, while I have booked it on Aug. Same thing is happening this time as well. I booked on Oct-25 (I coudl book only on Oct-25, even if I went to office and collect the gas by 17-Oct as the onl;ine booking details were not updated). I received the cash memo generated message on Dec-04 and till today I did not get the cylinder. When I enquired, I need to go to office, get the bill and need to go the delivery centre to get the cylinder. I am carrying and staying away from my family and my husband. Everytime going and collecting the cylinder is really difficult for me.even it is against the rule as well. Anyways I had to go since I don't have any other option with me. Please so something at the earliest.

                      My actual name is ANJANI KUMARI but sorry to say that my LPG Consumer No. 6527 has been entered as ANJANI KUMAR SINGH. Rest all the records are as usual. Now how to get corrected my name as ANJANI KUMARI with this LPG Consumer No. 6527 standing at TARA Enterprises at Deoghar in Jharkhand ? Please correct my name as ANJANI KUMARI. Thanks sir.

                          Hello, I want to take a new connection for my home from your company and asked nearest dealer for tariff of double cylinder. As per my residance, the nearest gas agency is Munikrupa Gas Agency, Ahmedabad, Gujrat. Phone no. [protected]/[protected]. I contacted them for new connection on double cylinder and they told me it will be 7100 with indian oil kit. But as per your site I can see for new connection tarrif is 3602 for two cylinder connection but the dealer / Agency & also of your customer care [protected] is saying too much more than that. Can you please tell me what is the exact tariff for the new connection and also the cylinder which will you provide first time with the new connection that will empty or filled up.

                                Hi Team, All the consumers are forced to buy a frying pan with every new connection or for an additional cylinder. When I denied to buy the frying pan, they refused to give me an additional cylinder saying that it is mandatory to buy the pan to get the additional cylinder. I was forced to buy one when I got a new connection, now they are forcing to get one for an additional cylinder. And they are not even ready to give me a bill for the pan. When I complained about this to the dealer Mr. Srinivan, he said there is nothing he can do as the orders are given to him by Indane. Why should the consumers be cheated?
