Sir, it's very unfortunate that I have been cheated, misbehaved and humiliated by the staff of the petrol pump when I visited the petrol pump for filling petrol to my vehicle. Mine has been a brand new vehicle with no scratches on it. When I reached the Petrol pump for filling the petrol, the staff (name not known) took me to the petrol filling unit at the side. I was with my family hence took a moment to open the lid. While the petrol was being filled, the vendor, selling the scratch removing material came immediately from the other side and started alarming me regarding the scratches on my vehicle and I must hire them for removing the scratches. The petrol filling staff was also supported them. When I confronted them with the plea that there had been no scratches on my vehicle at all earlier and the scratches appearing on the vehicle are afresh, they became violent and abusive. The salesperson were trying to sell their product with connivance with the petrol pump staff. I just left the place in hurry with my family. Later on I came to know that this petrol pump is not at all in good books of the people due to such type of activities prevailing over there. This is for your kind information and doing the needful. I had booked my refill on 23rd March and had also made the payment online for Rs. 958.40 with the payment ref[protected]IGANFXVPH0.

However i received a sms stating that the payment has failed. However the payment transaction is yet to be reversed.

subsequently on the same day the cylinder was delivered and the delivery man had collected cash for Rs. 952.50.

till date i have not received the refund of Rs. 958.40 for the failed transaction.

can you pls do the needful?

Today i visited at Indian Oil filling point, and i give full payment to filling worker But he did not pour all the oil. we are facing this problem in daily .

workers behaviour was too rude, i told about the problem to senior authority
but response was very bad i need acton against the workers,

i am sending same copy to Nuh Police and CM window.

if you consider my problem i will be Thankful to you

On 10th march 2022 your dealer at kilivayal near enathu pour diesel in my petrol thar, KL61 E8906, for rs. 2000, and hence i have to spend about Rs 25000 for the repair of the vehicle.

SO please take action against the dealer for my damage of my vehicle

Dear Sir,
I had booked my LPG refill on Friday[protected] by reference no.[protected], whose payment of Rs. 906.50 is also made on Friday through online mode. and an invoice of Rs. 906.50 was also generated in Saturday against this booking, But refill not delivered.

A new Revise Invoice was generated by the agency on Monday whose value is Rs. 956.50 against the same booking.

On inquiry in the gas agency, the reply was received that the rates have increased since Monday that is why the bill has been revised.

Sir, bring to your notice that both, my booking and payment are two days before the rate hike, so please instruct to agency to reverse the extra charge Rs. 50.00 immediately that has been imposed on me.

I had been charged Rs 742.40 for filling approx 4.7 lit of Petrol in an empty tank of my Suzuki access bike at 1549 hrs of 09..03.2022 at Sukhwani Petrol pump near Hinjewadi flyover Wakad Pune. I had taken the delivery of bike from Autonity Wakad Pune near this Petrol pump and got the Petrol tank filled from Sukhwani Petrol pump as above. I was in hurry, so paid the Petrol bill through swipe of ICICI credit card and left the petrol pump. I came to know about the charges of deduction of Rs742.4 through Credit Card Statement . This is a cheating and I must be compansated for excess charge so deducted..

I had made the online payment yesterday from HDFC BANK but the delivery man had again come today with the invoice of Rs 949.

Please either check ur records against the attached transaction or refund my payment

CX 12233535 my gas consumer number. I paid online gas booking when it was 971.0 rupees. 2 days till that I didn't get delivery .now after increasing price they are asking for extra amount. How this is fail when I booked lpg online when it's price is 971.00 rupees

Hi, I am regular customer of IOC pump. I have two bike and I always use petrol from IOC. Nowadays I see your santoshpur naturepark IOC pump not received card most of the time. It is really embarrassing and insulting for me. Except 1 or 2 persons most of the staffs behaviour is very very rude and they always use slang language in front of the customer and their family also. Pls take a quick action against this pump otherwise you shut down. Why they are not accepted card payment.
Pls inform me as early as possible.

My self mohammed ibrahim came to petrol bunk to fill a petrol @ Bhagyalaxmi petrol bunk and they use abuse language and rash on me for fight, even after I asked manager for Register for wrighting a complaint they are not even giving a register to write a complaint, kindly take a immediate action against them,

I would like to bring in your notes that you are having a IOC PETROL pump under the name of sukumar PETROL pump located on highway of DISTRICT BILASPUR and Chandigarh on national highway HP 21 about 5 Km from DISTRICT BILASPUR
( Himachal Pradesh pin 174001 ) near nauni

Sir today on 20 March 2022 in the morning about 7:35 AM I have entered the sukumar PETROL station and asked the staff people for checking the air pressure of my car but as there where only 2 staff people in pump and they refused me to provide me any type of help regarding free air so I asked them to provide me the complete number but they refused to me provide any complaints number and I checked the whole PETROL pump but couldn't find any place where I could contact for help or for complaints and even I couldn't find the owner number over there so I and my mother continued request the pump staff to provide us with air as my one of the tyre was flattened and I needed to reach IGMC HOSPITAL shimla for the checkup of my father who is a heart patient
So after about 20 to 25 minutes some passing by vehicle owner provided me owner contact number so I called upon the number and then requested in to ask his staff people to provide me with air for my vehicle so after that one of staff people started filling air in my vehicle but it was also of much use because they where not having much air in their air pump
So I have beg for the air for about half an hour and still I couldn't find solution to my problem
And I due to which I was late for the appointment with my father doctor and have go under a sever mental torture
I hope that the managment will take some strict action against SUKUMAR PETROL pump so that in future other customers would not face such type of problems which I have to go through

I have booked indane gas on 09.03.2022 through transaction MK[protected]. but still cylinder not delivered. very worst service.

In IOC Sekmai bottling plant there is taxt deduct by some people and they said they are contractor of loading and unloading group labour are taking Rs600/truck and they take 160/truck labour get only rs440/truck is this legal or not if it's legal than ok if not than please help

Recently it came to my notice that an Indian Oil (IOCL) contractor is working towards building a pipeline from Haldia to Kolkata. On the route of this pipeline it crosses Bangalpur, Bagnan, Howrah where I have a small piece of land.

I want to bring this to your kind attention that without any kind of consent from my side the contractor has illegally trespassed my private property and also tried to start the pipeline construction forcibly.

Neither did the contractor send any kind of prior notice to me nor to the previous owner of the land.

I would like to make a humble request to you to look at the matter and help me either stop the work immediately or otherwise have IOCL acquire the land legally by paying legitimate compensation to me.

I had asked Indian oil othakadai NHL’s 45-b melur main road Madurai to fill my swift Dzire zdi model on[protected].They had filled 37.66 LITERS against bill no 277994 and I had paid the amount of Rs:3466.22 .The tank capacity of my car is 37 litres.Before filling no reserve indication came .The reserve capacity is 5 litres.How it is possible to fill the tank 37.66 litres against the tank specification of 37 litres.I am having the original bill.Kindly enquire and reply.

Sir, I have booked my gas on 03.4.22, unfortunately I have paid Rs.909 online twice within a short period.My cons no is 03426 & Ref no is[protected].Please back me one Rs.905

some days earlier i was fill my car petrol tank with Rs 3450 from the SADANANDA SINGHA & BROS fuel pump. date 26/01/2022 Time 14:20:39.
pay the amount from credit card. i said them give me the point but they failed.
they said to me this is network issue. and they assured to me that they give me the the point next time.
i visit this pump 08/03/2022 and fill my car tank again with rs 3800. and i said give me the earlier point and todays point. and show the bill. but the thy deny.

I am a consumer of indane gas. (Consumer no: [protected]). I ordered for refill via indane toll free on 01/03/22. Refill reference number is[protected]. Invoice was generated on thursday (03/03/22) amounting Rs-929. The cylindar is still not delivered on this day i.e 08/03/22. However i got an sms from indane on 08/03/22 (6.41 pm) that my order is delivered with invoice number[protected].

I am astonished where the cylindar is delivered without my concern and without my DAC number. The gas price has also increased now.
Kindly do the needful.
