I booked my indane lpg on 30.09.21, and also paid in advance on same day for my Consumer No R 15634 is registered with order No.[protected].
I didn't receive my cylinder till today.
I made online complaint in www.iocl.com through complaint number[protected], they replied that cylinder has been delivered, but it was false reply .I never received any cylinder against the said order.
I still have empty cylinder at my home and I am still having code which had to be given to supplier.kindly consider my complaint seriously and resolve it.

I had filled my car tank with petrol for rs. 1001/- on 27/09/2021 from chithira petroleum, punthalathazham kollam, kerala. On request to add points, i was told to give my mobile number to add points later. Till now points havenot been added. I visited the pump station again, i was told that it woulbe added without further delay, but till now it hasnot been added.

Sir, the Filling Station referred to above in Bhubaneswar happens to be the most unorganised, misbehaved and unruly filling station in entire Bhubaneswar. None of the staff including the owner behave like humans. They feel they are doing a favor to us. The way they talk, the way they threaten, the way they act and behave and their body language makes us feel ashamed that such Goons are allocated licence for filling stations. They don't deserve to run such establishments in cities where people are innocent and well behaved. I will just share one experience that it took one hour for me to fill my car with petrol, which should not have taken more than 10 minutes. The reason is this filling station does not have a defined entry and exit routes. Each day they frame their own rules and make the filling station a mess and once things get out of control they just become violent and use musle power to control the customer at their wiil and pleasure. This is a regular phenomena at filling station. Whoever raises his or her voice is forced to shut up and asked to do what they want you to do or leave the filling station. It is an embarassing situation to those who are treated with such disrespect and disregard by the owner of the filling station when the are visiting with their families to the filling station for filling petrol and diesel. Such kind of behaviour and attitude is beyond excuse. You can't do anything because you know they can make your life miserable if you raise your voice. Customers at this filling station are literally forced to compromise out of fear of getting a verbal fight with the staff and owner of this station.
I would also like to bring it to your kind notice that instances like the one I shared had happened many a times with me and a number of customers. Everyone is silent only out of fear and any arguments may lead to any mishap.
The owners body language is something which needs to be seriously looked into. Such attitude should never be overlooked.
We the people of this locality were delighted to see a new filling station coming up in our locality, but this one is not worth having in our locality..
I would request you to get into the details of my complaint and please investigate the matter seriously and take stringent action against the owner of this filling station and if required it may please be sealed and blacklisted for ever. I would simply say they are tarnishing the image of India Oil corporation.
Lastly I would like to say that if some drastic and bold steps are not taken against this filling station, it may so happen one day someone either the owner, staff or may be a trapped customer would land up behind bars sooner or later.

I booked my Gas refill order online at the Indian oil app with the Reference number R[protected].
Now it shows online on the app, that the gas refill has been delivered on[protected]. Although gas was not delivered.
The customer support at Indane never picks up telephonic calls when I try to speak to them to enquire about this.

Please help.

But yesterday I received msg your cylinder is delivered and invoice no[protected] but cylinder not received how is possible without delivered you send sms that your cylinder delivered kindly check yourself and send my cylinder as soon as possible it already 5 days I am still waiting it's very delay already and you promised 24 hour service.

It is submitted that Candidate who has selected by IOCL has concealed the true and material facts from your goodself because now there is a guidelines for location for retail outlet brochure selection of dealers for regular and rural retail outlets 24th Nov 2018 in which as per : NOTE 1 COLUMN C PAGE NO 8 ATTACHED.
As per location and if your good self inspect the site and document of site then it came to your knowledge that the proposed site is offered in three OMC with different names.Same piece of land offered to more than one applicant in other OMCs. Supporting documents are attached herewith for you reference.

Indian oil petrol near gollapudi junction is doing fraud. Petrol quantity is very less in certain petroleum machines. I have been checking from many days, please help from these kind of fradual activities.

I have misplaced the original paper of registration of gas while shifting my house. I have a xerox copy of the registration with all details but the distributor refuses to transfer my gas to new distributor without original paper. How can I get the duplicate of original registration and get the transfer to new distributor. please help

I was booked my domestic Indane LPG cylinder against my Customer No CX23779633 as on dated 02nd September 2021 and cylinder was delivered as on dated 03rd September 2021 but still subsidy not credited in my Bank account Invoice copy attached for your kind reference already 25 days passed and awaiting for subsidy
Kindly requested you to please take it on priority basis and arrange to credit the subsidy amount in my account immediately

Not talking my bottle to fill the petrol, He forced to take my bottle to fill petrol

I was travelling to Alwar yesterday(26th Sep'21) and got my car (Nissan Kicks) refuelled at Tijara road, Chikani, Alwar at Sainik Service staion GSTIN - 08ABFPJ7113HIZT. My car was running reserve and It must've been 2lts left when I stopped for refuelling. My car's tank capacity is 45-50lts max according to the company. And this Peteol pump put in more than 57lts which excludes 2-3lts reserve which was already in my tank. How the hell is it possible to fill approx 10lts more than the actual tank capacity???
I am attaching the Bill given by this petrol pump. I want strict n prompt action against this dealer n want appropriate compensation

Staff misbehaving at night

I undersigned Mohmmed Salim Abdul Sattar Sayed would like to bring into your notice that petromine Indian oil petrol pump at Bitco Nashik would not following the rule of queue while filling cng in vechile they gave priority to those who pay them extra 200 rupees when I question them about this they started abusing me and threatening me that you will not go alive from here and they also not refill my car with cng because of these genuine consumer are facing problems and they can't even dare to speak against them you can check this on their CCTV camera footage and also please look in the matter with proper investigation the above mentioned incident occured on dated 23/9/2021 Thursday morning time approximately in between 11am and 12 pm.

Hope you will look in the matter and took proper action

I had get petrol for 1 litre yesterday only at IOC petrol station located in azhagarkoil road after kallampatty and had travelled only less than 20 km but today my bike on reserve and I also noticed that the meter reading at 0 level starting directly 0 then 35 or 45 there after only it runs properly.
So nearly half of litre was cheated from consumer please take necessary action and prevent the reputation of IOC

The cylinder I recieved was 3kghs less of weightage...
