dear sir i am consumer of inden gas. i have get connection in 2002 in amar shesanath inden servic nandganj dist-ghazipur up.i have deposited second cylinder security price on that agency and it is also shown in my original connection paper but agency(amar shesanath inden service)management is not giving my second cylinder..some times they have make fool to me on basis of not procurement of one way cylinder on agency. today they have deny to giving my cylinder.please help me and order the agency to my cylinder. - my connection no-as8182- inden lpg id[protected]name-jiteddra kumar yadav. vill-matkhanna post-naripachdeora dist-ghazipur up-233302

Respected sir, Two months before I am submit an application for changing ownership name of consumer no 6387 at Jaya gas agency Varkala.As per information from agency i submit every documents.After two weeks i visit agency they inform me not redy papers send to ernakulam office.Then after One month replay is same and tell me when ready they will call me.Now Two months finished no replay so i call today, they replay me the death certificate must be attest by gusseted officer.At the time of submitting they tell me need only notary attestation. Dear sir, I have booked cylinder on dated 20-11-14.reference no.501264 bill generated on dated 29/11/2014 cash memo no. [protected] ... and on dated 06/12/2014 your distributor has cancelled cash memo & and after asking Indane dealer telling that address not located like that.After booking it required 2 weeks like that told the agency and still not distributed after 20 days also.But in black they giving immediately for 1400 rs like that they told. I transfered the gas agency from Whitefield to BTM layout and given correct address and agreement band to the agency for address proof. Your representitive not come at our home...and not at all called me by mobile also... I am complaining this to higher authority account also and going for consumer court for the loss happened due to this.Your distributor are 100% wrong ... Due to old age I desire to change /substitute my name and in place of my name I desire to incorporate the name of my daughter who is my successor. The concerned Gas distributor is asking me to deposit Rs 1500 for the purpose. similar incident ha happened in case of one of relatives who has expired recently . The deceased person's wife visited the distributor's shop and requested to change the name to he daughter in place of her expired husband with producing death certificate and burning ghat certificate. The distributor has asked to deposit Rs 1500 for the purpose. We have one Indian oil fuel station next to our office (S M Kannappa Automobiles Pvt Ltd), most of the time we fill fuel in the same station, But they won’t provide air to vehicles, since from the last 18months I have asked more than 10times, but every time they say different different stories. Yesterday I have asked them to provide the air, but they scold me like anything in front of all consumers. please look on this issue and tell them to provide air to vehicles. I have booked my cylinder on 19 November and I receive a message on 26 November that the cylinder has been delivered to me. but actually I haven't received it . Though I have registered a complaint on customer care .My complaint number is 1672564. But no action has been taken yet. This is third time I am facing the same problem with indane. Kindly solve my problem as I need the cylinder.

Sir, In Chandigarh Sector 28 Petrol Pump most of the time motor cycle line is very long as only 2-3 pump are being used for filling petrol in motorcycle. at same time pumps marked for 4 wheelers are blank and operators are standing idle. I visited to Sector 28 petrol Pump on 10 Dec 14 at 8.25 Hrs and seen long line for motor cycle and found all four wheeler pump operator standing idle. I requested one four wheeler pump operator to fill petrol in my motor cycle he send me to next four wheeler counter. next operator was standing in sun light and not responded. when after 5 minute a car came for filling petrol he came and operator came and told me to move away. when i requested him for giving Petrol in my motor cycle he denied and argued badly.I returned back without taking Petrol. Sir, Please take action against defaulters and ask pump operators to help the customers in place of arguing, misbehaving and mis guiding them by standing idle and sending customer from one counter to another.
