Sir, I am consumer of Pragati Enterprises Akola{maharastra}, my consumer id is 11572, The persons whom are appointed for home delivery, asking extra money, If consumer denied they begin to quarrel and asking cylinder back.in my gas diary extra payment also mentioned with signature of delivery person.I hope the responsible authority will take action else I forced to go to consumer court.thank u Irfan Durrani vision camera care, Akola cell-[protected]

    respected sir, I have to complain against haryana gas agency situated in sirsa district. i have not refill my gas cyclinder since 26 feb 2014 because i have very small family, we both me and my wife lies in senior citizen category.they first blocked my connection and asked to come tomorrow. Next day asked for my id card and to write a application to managing director haryana gas agency sirsa.and again asked to come tommorrow. Then again next day the asked me to fill up a form for queries. Their behaviour for a senior citizen is not good. They should not make me come again and again, i suffered a lot of mentally harrassment. They should maintain their policy for senior citizen, not call to call them again and again.       Cylinder was booked by someone else,not by me.

      My name is MEERA MATHUR, my consumer no.is 47848. I didn't book cylinder, but on. 17.11.14 at 11.05 I received 1st text from Indian Oil that booking booking for consumer no.47848 is registered and booking ref.no. Is [protected]. I tried to call [protected] to lodge my complaint, but no one picked up. Again on 17.11.14 at 12.42 I received text saying -- Your refill booking [protected] cash memo [protected] generated cylinder shall be delivered...

      I am having compliant for Indane Gas. My name is stalin joseph and Indane gas consumer no. is : 77335 and the distributor name is SRI Kalarani Gas Agencies, Chennai. I have submitted my document to reactivate my account before 15 days. When i submitted the documents in person, they said they will do it 2 days but they didn't activate as promised. Whenever i call they would say, will activate now.. Will activate now...same answer for 15 days. Finally my consumer number is activate last friday (21-Nov-2014). I book cylinder through IVRS and got the booking reference number as : 389515. And i got message today[protected] saying that "Your refill booking 389515 stands cancelled". I called the distributer and again asked they said account is deactivate with no reason. And they said, they will activate again today[protected]. when i called them to confirm this, they said it was activated. But I called IOC customer care and asked the for same whether my account is activated or not. IOC said, It was not activated Yet. So simply the distributer is playing with me and lying like anything. What is there for them to say truth or action condition of my account. I have waited for long time..they are giving always false message. Kindly do the needful and resolve my issue.

      I went and met the distributer once again with necessary documents and explained the condition of the account. As of now, they delivered the cylinder and the account is activated. I don't know what will happen for next month.

          Hello Sir/Madam, please find my details Below, Name - Sathish. Address: No 24, Vaigai Street, Balaji Nagar, Irumbuliyut, East Tambaram Cgennai - 600059. Ph- [protected]. Indane Gas Agency Dealer Address: Saravanaa Gas Agency, 25/19, Gandhi Road, Kamaraj Nagar, Chennai - 600063. My Customer Number is CX265135. Yesterday 23rd of Nov 2014, the delivery person from the above gas agency delivered the Gas Cylinder as per our booking at 01.45 PM. Since it was Sunday me and my wife were there at home and i thank god that he delivered it on Sunday. After 15 minutes from the time i received the cylinder, i sensed the GAS smell and confirmed that the delivered cylinder was leaking. I immediately moved the leaking cylinder to the veranda and tried contacting the Gas agency number ([protected] & [protected]) several times but no response. Finally managed to get the delivery persons mobile number from neighbours as he is the only person allotted to our area. I informed him that the cylinder which he delivered was leaking and requested him to come and check urgently, but his response on the call was, how come the new cylinder will leak? I was literally tensed and requested him to come and check before he speaks without knowing anything. He said he will come in 10 Min and finally reached after 30 Min which is completely annoying and unacceptable. He came and checked the cylinder and disagreed that the cylinder was leaking, which made us tensed a lot. When me and my wife are able to smell the gas, i was surprised how he is not able to find the smell. Finally we poured the water on the rim of the cylinder and proved that it was leaking. Then he agreed and said that he will change the cylinder. This is happening for the second time and this agency are very lethargic in their customers safety. I questioned about the safety to the delivery boy and he replies that these leakages will not harm you. This is not the way they are supposed to answer and they should be aware of the consequences of the leakage cylinders. If this person would have delivered the cylinder on a week day then the neighbours would received the cylinder on our behalf and they would have kept it inside house and i am not sure what would have happened in the evening when we would have come back. Today morning i went to the Gas Agency directly and reported this issue, but it does not seem that they have taken this seriously. Hence i kindly request you to consider this complaint seriously and request you to take necessary steps for our safety as this is repeating for the 2nd time. Additionally the bill they provided for the Cylinder is for an amount of 406.50 Rs, but the amount which was received is 440 Rs.When asked they stated that it is for the transportation and service charge but bill was not provided. They also don't carry a weighing scale at the time of delivery. Also please insist them to attend the calls on sunday's if they deliver the GAS Cylinder.             My Consumer no 25169 and my Distributor: Konnagar Gas Service (140428) I transferred my Gas connection from Gangtok(Sikkim) to Konnagar(West Bengal) during October 2012. In Termination voucher issued from Gangtok, my name has been written as S PAL (All my old documents related to Indane LPG are in full name: SUBHASISH PAUL). I surrendered my connection in Gangtok on 04-Sep-2012 and my TV has been given to me on[protected] i.e after 1 month. So i could not collect it personally and it was not checked. So, my Subscription voucher is also in the name of S PAL, though KYC submitted. So, please help in getting my surname corrected to PAUL.               Cyl. booking No. 689201 dated 15.10.2014 Consumer no. 25361, Consumer Name: Surajit Sengupta, Address: B 176, B E College, PO Botanic Garden, Howrah 711103 Distributor Name: Aroop Enterprise, 138, G T Road, Howrah - 2, , Code: Illegible in consumer card On 16.11.14, It was informed through sms that : Voucher generated and Cash memo no. [protected]. By status check information on 23.11.14 :CYLINDER DELIVERED on 21.11.14 But ACTUALLY we have NOT RECEIVED the cylinder even on 23.11.14 and we are able to BOOK A NEW CYLINDER. In this situation, We feel that some illegal incidence is happening regarding distribution of cylinder. We tried to contact distributor but failed due to some problem in their telephone. Please note that, our home is not locked for last four days. Please arrange to deliver the said cylinder and take action so that no such problem occurs again.

                we have booked refill they are not delivering properly... we are staying in a rent house on a same house number two houses are there they are going to other house and talking very rudely and arguing with us and irritating us.. if they don't know address they might have call us... it had happened two times but still we did not receive any refill... please help us(venkatasai gas agency at madhapur)

                  Gas Agency : Guhan Gas Agency Consumer number : 1889 Reference Number : 458078 Booked on : 17th october Due to delay we went to the agency to take the gas but they are refusing to give the cylinder . They are saying it is against the rule to give a gas cylinder without the assistance of the delivery boy The delivery boy also refuses to give the bill each time we ask for it .

                    Hi, The gas connection we have belongs to my Father and since he is aging and presently bed ridden, he wanted to transfer his connection in my name also he does not have Aadhar Card. We approached the agency, the took all the forms and application but later after a week said that they cannot transfer the connection with out giving any valid reason. I called up the customer care from there i got to know another option of submitting LPGID to the bank which we will get from the agency. However they said they don't have any such information and hence could not give. Kindly help us in this regard. Our Agency Name : Tilakraj Indane, Chinchwad, Pune.

                        My gas cylinder (no 14787) delivery was cancelled today since I was not present yesterday at home. I didnot get any delivery notification also. Instead of coming in the next time the booking is cancelled and I will get my cylinder after one month only with new booking. Unfortunately we depend on you to cook food and don't know what to do. The lady at the office is so arrogant for telephonic queries also.

                          respected sir I T.SATHY consumer number:18031 .is having a complaint regarding the delivery of the gas cylinder. we reside in the nandhanam house muzhavancodu.kattakada thaluk of trivandrum under kulathummal village. here we are under the AMMAL AGENCIES, indane distributors, NTA road, kattakada, trivandrum, 695572. respected sir we have booked for our gas cylinder on23/9/14 booking serial number 617420.it has been more than 2 months since we have booked the ylinder.sir its very difficult to carry out the daily needs without gas cylinder. due to this delay we contacted the gas agency but sir we are sorry to say that they are not even listening to our complaint.they are responding in an unhealthy manner. the cylinders are sold in the black market .they are selling the cylinders to the hotels . they are selling the cylinders in the roads in lonely places. today we enquired in the AMMAL AGENCIES KATTAKADA about our booking nad we came to know that gas cylinder in our booing number has been delivered on the date of 4/10/2014 but we havnt received any cylinder. so respected sir like this they have been selling the cylinder any others booking number. these AMMAL AGENCIES are selling the cylynders to to other private agencies.sir it is very difficult to carry out the daily activities in home .iam a govt servant. they are not even listening to our complaints.please sir, take necessary actions .

                            Dear Sir, Our Consumer no. is 73008, we had booked cylinder ( Booking ref no: 828506 booked on 19/10/2014 ) and accordingly we received sms on 30/10/2014 stating Cash Memo [protected] Generated) stating the same shall be delivered shortly, but the same is not delivered till today at 9.21 am while I am writing this mail. When called the delivery person Madhu [protected] he states that we are not available at house...For the last 3 yrs that person is delivering to our apartment how come suddenly he will give this reason? and that too for 19 days?? When questioned he has the audacity to say that it is "not his responsibility and its consumer's fault" also states that load has not come. I suspect that he has sold our cylinder in BLACK to another consumer and playing with us. What kind of service these people give? I strongly recommend to weed out such staff from their employment.                                   Sir/madam We are having gas service of indane in chikamagalur. If we book the gas we have to take the delivery by our own. If we book a gas they take more then 2 months for delivering cylinder. Our gas agency name is shivneel gas agency. And revert my cc
                                  booked 45 days before still we haven't got cylinder.
                                  they were repyling that booking has been canceled and they told to book again.and we too did still
                                  we haven' got cylinder. we have given bank details on 23/02/2013. but still they asking about bank details. second
                                  time also we gave bank details on 12/02/2014. still they were asking bank details. again and again.
                                  they were not supplying cylinder on correct time. they were providing cylinder with 2 kg gas shortage.
                                  please check and take action and kindly provide me cylinder as soon as possible.

[protected], Consumer ID:00012, Sai indane Gas Agency, Baripada, Mayurbhanj, odisha. i booked my cylinder 8th Oct, 2014. But till now it is not delivered yet. in between i made telephonic contact several times with the Agency, they are replying to deliver the same today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow, two days after tomorrow, next week, next week tuesday, next week Saturday etc.being harassed i made telephonic complain to the complain care, the complain number :1644965. But no further action has been taken yet.
