Dear Respective Sir, i am feeling very sory to inform you that your indane gas distributor in Khairthal, Alwar (Raj.) is pursuing his duty in very irresponsible manner...Sir my indane gas connection No. is 1542 and 4264447...and both the gas have booked in 16 /10/ 2014 by me ...but we do not received/supplied gas refill till date...due to this i suffering with trouble...when i goes for inquiry in indane office their response is not satisfactory and non co-operative...sir please help me urgent..and take immediate action against this indane distributor... Thank You Very Much Sir.

    Dear Sir, This is notified you that I Abhishek Bhattacharya live in konnagar (WB) had applied for a new LPG connection in December 2013 last year, and till date that I haven't received the same. I went to Konnagar Gas office several times during this period and every time office staffs told me that they don't have stock in their hand now and issuance of new connection is stopped after November 2013 last year and will remain until new stock available. On 22nd October again I went to office to know the current status then one of office staff gave me a contact number of Some Amarnath Babu (called as area manager of this area ) for taking clarification.But he also answered the same thing "New connections are issued based on availability of equipment. Presently issuance of new connection is suspended till further advice." Now I am in a very helpless position and not knowing what to do. This is very unfortunate that over 10 months have been passed and I had not received any single communication from their end. I shall be highly obliged if you take the matter at your custodian for doing needful at earliest.       Today I filled petrol fuel from indian oil pump in Bhiwadi(Alwar), Rajasthan.I gave 100 rs. to operator but he filled fuel of only 99.76 rs. When I told him to fill complete fuel of 100 rs. then he did misbehave with me. please take strict action against that operator.I am also attaching the bill of that petrol pump. Phone :[protected].The Gas Cylinder Distributed on 2/11/14 with number on its body(D-08).That means it last checked on 2003 and after 11 yrs(i.e. 2014) it distributed to us by our distributor without checking.Take some immediate action considering the above fact.

          I am the consumer of ORAON GAS DISTRIBUTOR, Ranchi Jharkhand. My Consumer No. is OGD/17655. I have booked for Cylinder refill vide booking reference no. 318349 on dated 24.10.2014. I have requested to Vendors on telephony several times and even I physically met to him and request to supply `the gas Cylinder. But they didn't sup[ply till today i.e. 08.11.2014. it's not the first time it happens. In past several times I've faced the same problem. NOW I BECAME TOTALLY FED UP. PLZ PLZ HELP ME to sort out my problem...

            I booked a cylinder in vizag indane gas agency on 20/10/14.Then they gave me my booking no.19371 and reference no.470261.But after 20 days nobody has come to deliver the cylinder.Then again on 20th day I complained, then they gave me the booking no.470261 and they wrote that the cylinder will be shortly delivered. But after 6 or 7 days nobody came.Some or the other day we can see him delivering cylinder but if we call he says that he will come when he has time.Everytime while delivering he takes 30 rupees from all but we only give 10 rupees to him and he tells that he will see us next time. This is the first state i am seeing like this, i have lived is 4 to 5 states but never saw like this.I request u to fix this problem very soon.

              I Ramesh Bhat K(consumer no.-14830) customer of M/s.Salian Gas Agency, 4-75/4(6), Shree vittal Building, opp Post office, Surathkal-575014.We had online booked the cylinder on 6th October 2014, the booking no. Is 223283. We have received a reply about the information regarding the booking of the cylinder that our cash memo no. Is [protected] on 31st October 2014.Still we haven't received the cylinder yet and we are facing the problem as our both cylinders are empty.This problem is a frequent one and we have not received any sort of solutions.In reply we received the below responses. 1. System is imperfect in receiving the booking after 21 days. 2. Load hasn't come. 3. Any delay in the supply, no response through phone. We had to receive cylinder dated 8th November 2014, but was postponed to 10th November 2014 on enqiure.As a result we have stopped receiving the cash memo and we are replied that we had already received the cylinder dated 7th October 2014.PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT OUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED SOON.

                I am an Indane Gas consumer in North Howrah, West Bengal. My distributor NORTH HOWRAH GAS DISTRIBUTOR has given only 5 refills so far as against my quota of 7 cylinders upto the last month. The delivery period has been increased to 45-50 days Pl. let me know how I shall get 12 cylinders in this year as my entitlement with 5 months left for the year..

                  Dear Sir, I have booked the cylinder on Saturday 01, Nov and ref number is 836050. As I have only one cylinder and since I have not received 2nd one which have booked another 10 months back, I need this cylinder urgently. I visited the Belendur location 3 times. On Satruday 01 Nov it was closed. On Sunday 02 Nov as it was sunday it was closed. On Mnday 03 Nov my wife visited and forgotten to carry the Book, the concerned person refused to give the cylinder and told her to come on Tuesday between 11.00am to 7.00pm. On Tuesday 04 Nov my wife visited at 6.00PM and the person refused to give the cylinder. My wife literally requested him many times for almost 30 mins. The official timings are mentioned as 11-7, but he was still not willing to give the cylinder. He asked her to come on 05, Nov around 12.30PM. I would request you to reply me what is going to make us come again and again. Sir, We are citizens of India and have the right to take our share of the natural resources which the government has allotted us. If you see my history I take less than 6 cylinders per year. In case of emergency when we go to your outlet why are we treated in this manner? The person in-charge is not even ready to speak to us. I made several calls to the number printed in the office but it was never picked-up. Also the person in-charge gives a deaf ear for what you are requesting for. This makes us feel as a beggar even though we are a proud citizens of India and a prompt taxpayer too. Kindly reply my email and help to continue support my family with daily cooked food as without your good service we will starve not having cooked food. Regards, Rajendra.

                    As i have bo4=u74ok my refill before 10 days but till now i haven't received my refill.As my distributor says that your 12 subsidy cylinders delivered and now you have to pay for non-subsidy but truth is that till now only 4 cylinders delivered.as my distributor dosen't respond me properly.                       We have booked for Refilling from Pankaj Mohanbhai Usadadiya with our Consumer Number 22104(Ashtha gas agn.) on 1.11.2014.[protected] . For that Cash Memo is generated [protected] on 4.11.2014 But still we have not received the refill cylinder till date. Our attempt to Call the Agency office is waste and wasted our Phone currency also. If they are not able to lift the calls and attend why they have Agency office. Many times this had happeed earlier also. If they are not able do the things properly you better ask them to close the unit, and we will go for switch over. Consumer No. 22104

My consumer no. is S-16953 and my Indane dealer name is Sonam Gas Agency, Patna City, Dist-Patna, Bihar. I am book my gas dated 20.10.2014 and my booking no. is 723416 but till date I can't receive my booked gas cylinder. The gas agency office is not hear my complaint and talking rough. Vendor Mr. Deena is also including with wrong activities like gas cutting and sale to black. Every delivery I found twelve and thirteen kg gas in domestic cylinder and he is also demanding extra rupees. So I am hopefully write to you for necessary action.

                        I booked my refill order on[protected]. Before this one day Uttrachal gas service provider asked me you don't have to come here to booked the cylinder again and again. Go though online procedure. But after booking i called him many times at this gas agency number[protected]. But they did not received the phone. After i went there and said for send me cylinder. He asked me tomorrow we will send the cylinder. But till today i does not get. Today my booking is cancelled. Due to this i suffered many problems. Kindly take some effective action against uttaranchal gas service provider besides this tell him to send the gas cylinder in prescribed duration.
                        We have the booked the cooking gas after submitting all documents asked for on[protected] and 23rd febuary I came to know by mail about the cancellation of my cooking gas.
                        Please let me know the reason and look into this matter on top priority.The detail is given below

                          This is Aparajita Chakraborty wife of Sudip chakraborty, I have a gas connection. No .A28355 I use it till apmonth when I book it amit gas dealer ignore me and no response's to me . then I request them to give my gas .suddnly I offered fore Rs500 to give a staff.                               My name is murugan and son of swaminathan, our indane customer number is - 85209 Our Gas cylinder was not delivered to us but we received an sms saying cylinder delivered to us when it is actually not delivered to us because our cylinder was sold to some other by SID-MA Agency. After registering the complaint, the SID-MA Agency supplier came and delivered the half filled cylinder which was already used by some one else. When we asked...

                              I have gas connection in B R Gas services vide 74053 in the name of Raghuramaraju dandu fased may problams on gas delevary after booking onece genarate cas men\mo could not delevary after samdays canceled the same and new memo genarated the process completed after complant som times the delivery boy not deliveary properly call the gas agency he could not lift his given phone no.there is no proper responce take nessery action or give direction to porceed to consumar form

                                Hi, I have applied for a new domestic gas connection at J N Enterprises, No.98/6, 20th Main Road, 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore - 560076. NC Date - 10th April 2014 Application no- 5125450/[protected] I have the gas stove. Needed inspection to be done and new gas cylinder to be provided. I have been to the office for 6-7 times now and always heard the response that "You are not the only customer who is applying. It will take some time". I have not still got the connection till date.                                   I m having gas connection in the name of Mrs.Hemlata Jhavar, whose connection no. is 17145, from sai gas agency, south rajmohalla, indore. I booked a gas cylinder on dated 27/09/2014 through registered mobile no.[protected] and recieved sms of booking confirmation but still on today itself the cylinder not delivered at my home.Regarding this i called many timed at sai gas agency but all time they said it will come in 1-2 days, there is no proper response from there side.                                     name of consumer died: M.S.subramaniam, died on 17.4.2000 Consumer wife S.Pattammal, died on 30.5.2008 person who died, his consumer gas supply presently using person name M.S.Ramados addrees : 172, Kuyavar street, Mannur pet, padi post, chennai-600050 . If this continue how about teanage newly married couple get gas supply and this increase can able to compensate ? Pls take action against this kind immediately

                                      Gas connection no 06674 (Mahesh )booked against Ref.No 210170 and No 06686 Rakesh Booked about 10 days earlier no supplied yet. Will take another 10 to 5 days as per distributor.No improvement in supply after on line booking system started. Both refill empty. Kindly help. all malpractices going on in the agency.
