To, Respected Sir, Sub : Gas Cylinder not distributing from agency(Ravindra Gas Agency, Indane LPG. Distributor Code : 4544935, Ph:[protected], 2851733 Sir, My customer ID No. 10110. I booked Gas Cylinder through phone (New online Booking System) but did not get a single cylinder from the above mentioned agency for three months. I got Messages from Mobile “Dear Indane Customer, your refill Booking No (6 Digits) stands Cancelled. I got 7 (Seven) cylinder from 2013 onwards. Gas cylinder not issued from distributor even if directly go to their godown . Employs working there is very harsh towards people (speaking foul language and hesitate to deliver cylinder). Thousand of complaints filed by people against the distributor. Many Adalaths were conducted to hear the complaints of customers(Media reports still continuing ) My humble request is to take action against the distributor and make arrangements to help transferring Gas Connection from the Ravindra Gas Agency to a convenient nearby Indane LPG Agency.     Dear Sir, I got cheated yesterday while filling petrol in my bike at IO petrol pump at 80 ft road, kormangala nearby Sony world. One female attendant was filling the petrol. I had my eyes on meter. Suddenly another female attendant came asking me about whether I want the bill. I couldn't understand initially as she was talking in kannada. In the meantime (period during which my attention was diverted). First attendant did something in the machine so suddenly petrol meter was 300 rupees. However when I checked the indicator in my bike, it showed only 200 rupees approx (which I noted while driving later, further confirmed by mileage). So I was cheated of 100 rupees and this is 2rd time that it happened with me at same petrol pump. Please make sure that this kind of fraud does not happen in future. It is very bad that a company like IOCL has this kind of employee who are simply taking people's hard earned money by cheating. Please resolve this issue.

      Today I have got a cylinder by the process of refilling and getting smell of LPG, I open the seal and the security cap and found that there is a leakage problem, which seems to me is not a minor one. I have contracted to the given numbers in the delivery slip. But getting no help. Please help me. CUSTOMER ID 28940. DISTRIBUTER NAME: CHANDRAKONA INDANE DISTRIBUTER.         Booked a gas cylinder on the 8th of Sep. Gas still not delivered. When the status was checked on the IVR, it says the gas has been delivered. When I checked with the delivery guy (Rajesh : [protected] ) as per him the gas already been delivered. (He no longer answers any calls I make). I have raised a complaint on the Indane site (ref : 1615142 ) I have 2 auto-generated email from the site. No action since then. Regards Berley [protected]

          I am ANIL KUMAR JHA from Kharghar. I was consumer No. 10633 of Anushka Indane, Nerul. One fine day I was told that I have to compulsarily transfer my connection to OM VIOM, Panvel. I did accordingly and they supplied me one cylinder. After that I requested them to send a cylinder on 11.10.2014. But have not received till date. Their phone number[protected] / 13 is always kept busy (You can check Yourself). The TOMO booking could not be resorted to as I do not have required nos. PLS HELP!!! (ANIL KUMAR JHA) Mo.[protected]

          Hi,
          We are so in the same situation. Our connection was 'forcefully' transferred to this gas agency named OM VIOM from Anushka Gas agency, few months ago. With Anushka, we hardly faced any problem except couple of incidents in 4 years but with this OM VIOM, for last 6 months, we are actually struggling. The staff is so bloody rude, almost all phone numbers are switched off except one and that too, no call pick up if you get through the number somehow. No booking / delivery for weeks...no update. It seems like the gas agency owner has no interest in the business and because of which consumers are suffering. This agency should be shut down right away.
          @ Ms. Renu, I managed to get the field officer's number who looks after this agency. I am going to call her and share my grievance. I would request you also to please call her and let her know the situation. Her name isMs. Krithika and her number is[protected].

We have taken Indane Gas connection eight month back but till date we have not receive consumer no. Against of connection, agency had provided only one simple note book without any Indane logo marking seal. This has mentioned only CH No – 5878, HTM – 204376. I have pay Rs.:5400/- on Date : 22/02/2014 Received accessory: one commercial refilled slender with regulator only. And when we try to book refills its take one month time to deliver at home.                 i have a indane gas connection with consumer number 33488. i am low gas user and because of this my gas connection get partially suspended as a result of non drawl of cylinder. when i went to the gas agency for renewal of my gas connection but was told that the gas agency has been shifted to another place. At the new gas agency i was told that my connection details have not been forwarded to it. i again went to the old location but was told that they don't have any records now. now i am in situation that i have a gas connection on my name but cannot draw a cylinder because of loss of records with the new agency. I also want to transfer my connection to new location but i cannot do so because of the same problem.

                  Hello Sir/Madam, I would like to share my bad experience regarding the Indian Oil Fuel Station that is between Bommanahalli and Silk Board (Ganesha Auto Service). My Bike (KTM Duke 390) came to a reserve and I fueled up at Ganesha Auto Service after running not more than 10kms (on reserve). As usual I requested them to fill full tank and they filled in 11.02 L although they did not fill till the brim. The weird thing is that my Bike's fuel Tank capacity is only 11L and I believe that there was atleast 1.5 to 2L already there in the Tank as I did not go pushing my bike. Usually when I fill in at Shell or any other Fueling Stations, they can manage to fill in only 9 to 9.5L even when filled in to the brim. I walked up to the office and informed them that there seems to be a problem with the dispenser and they very arrogantly refused. One more weird thing that I noticed was that although they had another dispenser, they were filling only with this particular dispenser which might have been tampered with in my opinion. Most of the people just fill for 100rs or 200rs and would not even notice if the Dispenser has been tampered with. I would like you to look into this issue and take necessary action. There are a few more people have experienced similar issues pertaining to this particular Fuel Station and it is already doing rounds on the Internet. These guys have filled in 7L of fuel in an Honda Activa which has a fuel tank of only about 5.75L. I will be posting my experience as well with Indian Oil on all Automobile Forums and Websites if no relevant action is taken against these culprits.

                    My Consumer No is 24391 and Agency name is Rohini Enterprises. I booked my Gas Cylinder Request online with the refill booking no- [protected] on 27th Oct 2014. I have not received the Gas Cylinder yet however I have received a message saying that "Dear Indane Customer, Cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking [protected] with casho memo [protected]". I got this message on 31st Oct but I have not received Gas Cylinder yet. Please do the needfull One more thing, Man named Mukesh who comes to deliver cylinder, never comes with the weigh machine. I have already complained regarding the same to the Agency, but no improvement came out.

                      Dear Sir/ Mam, My Name is Sunil Thakur. I live in Nalagarh (Himachal Pradesh). I have an Indane gas connection. In Nalagarh Gas distributer cuts home delivery charges but not delivered at home. There fore this we collect filled cylinders from the other places. 2nd thing is that when we go to the place where he is give the filled cylinders only 30-40 cylinders are available and remaining persons are not collect the cylinders. For this when any person ask to him that whenever cylinders bring, then thier statement is that he will give you filled cylinders in next round but he is not come back. Sir this is a very big problems for a leady, for a working employee, for a senior cityzen. Please check and take action on the distributor. Waiting for your reply. Thanks & Regards, Sunil Thakur

                              I had booked refill Cylinder from Indian Oil Corporation through their authorised Indane Gas Distributor Surya Gas Agencies, 45/845 A, Kochi 12, Kerala. Tel No:[protected],[protected] on 4th Sept 2014. Since I do not receive the refill till 2nd Nov, I contacted Ioc and I was told that the refill is delivered on 9th October. I was shocked by this information and so I contacted Surya Gas. They do not give me any answer and cut the line. This is not the First time it is happening. If I have to get the refill, I have to go to their office and beg for it. So I request the concerned authorities to take this complaint seriously and do the needful to get me the refill on time and not to repeat it again. Booking Date[protected] Confirmation No : 362133. But on[protected] I got a sms from them stating that your booking 200649 stands cancelled. I do not know why and what is the reason. Being a disabled Ex-Service man I am unable to go the agency many times and telephone inquiry is of no use as the telephone is always out or order.More over they do not bring the cylinder to home, instead I have to wait on the road side till they comes.I will be thankful to you in solving this problem and plz send resolution my email id-anujmehrotra.[protected]@gmail.com.                                 Hi, I am Ranjeet Singh and my consumer ID is 1261. I had booked a refill on 10/05/15 and today I received a message on my phone that the booking was cancelled, with reason not mentioned at all. When I went to inquire about it at their office (Sri Sadguru) I was told that the delivery boy was not able to locate my address. When they had me speak to the delivery boy, (who they say is new) had no idea where on earh I stayed. Apparently I have been staying at this address for the past 1 year, and I have not faced any issue, Now, the office staff tells my to update my address correctly. And not only that, they were quite rude to me as if it was my fault, and I was asking for something unreasonable. They alos siad that the delivery boy called me but my phone was not reachable. My office is at Bannerghatta road, the area has very good covergae and there is no way they wouldn't have got connected. So, the bottom line is, if the delivery boy is not able to find my address, that is his fault and not mine. Therefore, I should not be suffering for somebody else's fault. And, I am not upating the address just because one odd man cannot find it.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, 1. Please refer to my customer No CX 7503009 and complaint No 160783 at toll free Number ie[protected]. 2. I lodged a complaint at 2120h on 02 Nov 2014 regarding gas cyl leaking, and your attendant told me that complaint will be rectified within 2-4hours. On reminding after 10h, your call centre attendant Mr Sunil replied me that technician has rectified my complaint. 3. Even lapse of 10h, neither complaint is rectified nor any technician visited at my home. 4. Sir/Madam, I request you to look into the matter and serious steps may please be taken against defaulters, so that unwanted incidents can be avoided in future.
