Dear Sir,

We ended up paying Rs. 912 twice for Indane Gas Cylinder delivery as the initial payment was shown stuck for some reason. Our service delivery office Srisaila Gas Service, Miyapur, Hyderabad informed us they refunded the amount on 8/28 itself but it is not reflecting in our Account even after 3 weeks. Kindly look into this asap.

I made payment through airtel payments app but received no message and delivery.

We have participated in the following tender (HCC/LUBE-02/PT-10/2020-21) and we were awarded the contract, We have given the bank guarantee for the contract. But as of now there is no clarity on date of commencement of operations. We are put under financial loss due to this situation....

Puncture wala at JAI Garud Gas Station janakpuri b1 block is a fraudster. He made fraud today by breaking tyre valve of 2 tyres for my car and then charged for 10 punctures on 2 tyres which is not possible. It seems that they are making punctures on tyres themselves and then charging customers.
This is risk as they are threatening safety by damaging tyres for their greed. They charged 750 for fixing puncture and valve replacement from me. Strict action should be taken against them.

I go to this petrol pump and they fill up petrol in my bike.
But after filled up petrol in my bike i start my bike but my bike can't start so i go to the garage and the machenic check my bike, and machenic show me the water mixed by petrol in my bike petrol tank. thats fixed problem dairect connected to your indian oil petrol pump (lakshmi fuel service)

August month gas refill subsidy not received

Sir,

It is brought to your notice that (Date:[protected] at 1827hrs) the "Prakesh Service Station" situated on Sagar High way, Omkar Nagar, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad is forcefully proing express petrol without customer notice.

Sir, I happened to order a petrol for Rs. 500/- and in busy in Google Pay payment, the cashier without any intimation pored the Express Petrol instead of normal petrol of IOC, when questioned why I got less quantity he simply said it is Express Petrol. It is highly objectionable and i would request you to look into the matter seriously.

Even the Manger is not available on the site. I demanded for the complaint book to lodge a complaint, but none was able to provide the complaint book by simply saying that it is with the manager and he is not available.

As the day happened to be SUNDAY, i am unable to utilize the other modes of complaint lodging.

Please go through the payment receipts enclosed and the photographs of the cashier and the sales boy present on the spot and who denied in issuing the complaint register.

Sir, I am even ready to brought this incidence to the necessary legal forum, if action is not initiated.

I demand for my full quote of petrol for Rs.500/ that too normal petrol.

I hope necessary appropriate action is initiated as deemed fit.

I have book gas on 25th and made payment through upi and it's not confirmed again I paid cash and payment done 2 times. But still I didn't receive refund. Please resolve my issue ASAP. For evidence here I have attached payment details.
