    Dear Sir, I am (T Kunjan), staying at Navukkode, Pattancherry PO, Palakkad Dt. My Customer No. is 17092, I have received last cylinder on 16/08/2014 and on the same day booked for next cylinder (and I received Booking No: 217325) because, as you are aware that more than 45 days required to deliver a cylinder after booking. I was waiting for the gas cylinder till to date but there were no response at all from the agent. When I reached to the agent and asked for the reason not delivering the cylinder, they stated that:- " this is your mistake that you have booked on the delivery day.. so now you can book" From today onward I have to wait for minimum 45 days more..!!! Therefore, I would like to know that:- 1. Approximately, how many days required to deliver the cylinder after booking..? 2. Can I book for the next cylinder receiving day..? Is there any notification/instructions to customers for booking..? If so where it is mentioned..? 3. If the conditions are there, why the system accepted my booking and issued the booking number...?       साहेब, मेरा नाम सचिन शर्मा है और मैं इलाहाबाद (उ.प्र) में रहता हूं। 25 सितंबर को मैंने इलाहाबाद के एक आईओसी पेट्रोल पंप के खिलाफ आपकी कन्ज्यूमर सेवा पर टेलीफोनिक कंपेन्ट दर्ज करवाई थी। (शिकायत नंबर 158016) यह पेट्रोल पंप मेसर्स गुलाब सिंह एंड संस, धोबीघाट इलाहाबाद में स्थित है। इस पेट्रोल पंप पर मैंने 3-4 बार पेट्रोल भरवाया और प्रत्येक बार इस पंप ने मेरी कार में कम पेट्रोल भरा। आखिरकार आजिज आकर मैंने इलाहाबाद के ही एचपीसीएल कंपनी के पेट्रोल पंप से पेट्रोल भरवाना शुरू कर दिया जहां मेरी आशा के अनुरूप बिल्कुल सही पेट्रोल भरा जा रहा है। लेकिन एक जागरुक उपभोक्ता होने के नाते मैंने इसकी शिकायत आपकी कंपनी को की। मुझे अपने पिछले कई अनुभवों से ज्ञात है कि आपकी कंपनी शिकायतों को काफी गंभीरता से लेती है और तत्काल एक्शन करती है। इस बार भी ऐसा ही हुआ और आपकी कंपनी ने मेरी शिकायत पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की और एक स्थानीय जांच अधिकारी प्रतुल कुमार को मेरी शिकायत का निवारण करने का जिम्मा सौंपा। लेकिन मुझे अफसोस के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि प्रतुल कुमार पहले दिन से ही उस पेट्रोल पंप के पक्ष में बोल रहे हैं। मुझे वो पेट्रोल पंप पर आने की पहले दिन से ही कह रहे हैं जबकि मेरा अभी तक का अनुभव है कि आपकी एस्टीम्ड कंपनी शिकायतकर्ता के पास उस व्यक्ति को भेजती है जिसकी शिकायत की गई होती है। मैं पेट्रोल पंप जाकर न्यूसेंस में क्यों पड़ूंगा। मैंने प्रतुल कुमार जी से कहा कि वे एक बार मेरे पास आकर मेरा पक्ष सुन लें लेकिन उनका कहना था कि उनके पास समय नहीं है और मैं ही पेट्रोल पंप पहुंच जाऊं। आखिरकार मेरा प्रतुल कुमार के ऊपर से विश्वास उठगया और फिर मैंने उनकी कोई बात नहीं सुनी। कुछ दिन पहले प्रतुल कुमार का एक पत्र मुझे दफ्तर में प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें उन्होंने संबंधित पेट्रोल पंप को क्लीन चिट देते हुए इस शिकायत को बंद करने की घोषणा कर दी। इस पत्र की स्कैन कॉपी मैं इस मेल के साथ भेज रहा हूं। मेरी शिकायत का निवारण अभी तक नहीं हुआ है। कृपया एक समक्ष और निष्पक्ष जांच अधिकारी की नियुक्ति कर मेरी शिकायत का निवारण करवाएं। मेरा फोन नंबर [protected] है। मेरा मेल आईडी k.sachin.[protected]@gmail.com है। इन दोनों पर मुझसे कभी भी संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

        This is being repeated every month which is very disgusting. Sorry to tell but Indane gas has a very poor service. Consumer number is 37293. We booked a cylinder last month. We got a message with registration number. After a week we even got a delivery message. But the cyclinder is not yet delivered at our door. Who is responsible for this? Does this mean the cyclinder is being sold by the auto driver or we got a fake message? If action is not being taken then will have to call media to telecast and open a eye to the public what is going on and how Indane gas agency people are making a fool of public.

          Myself Jay Mathew Varghese customer of Baby Gas Agency Adoor, Pathanamthitta Dist, Kerala. I'm a widow. My Husband died for past 5 years.Our consumer No: is 51726.I'm very sorry to inform you that the service of this gas agency is extremely poor. I have booked for a refill on 25/09/2014.But the same has not been delivered till now. Whenever he delivers the cylinder, he didn't gave any receipt for the proof.The agency phone is always busy or the call is not answered. Distributor has not supplied gas cylinder despite repeated booking .Performance of this gas agency is highly unsatisfactory which may be verified .I got fill cylinder 30 to 40 days after booking cylinder. Few days age the agency person asked to me next time you will get cylinder 45 days after booking. The gas agency maximum gas supply to private hotel and Auto van Etc.                       Sir/Madam I'm From Solapur, Maharashtra. We People Face Here A Very Serious Problem As The People In The Indane Service Are Too Careless Towards Coustomers. Since 6 months Never The Delivery was on Time.I Personally Have To Go to Office Carrying My Empty Cylinder & Replace It Giving Them The Same Anount As Per Home Delivery. Plz U Being A Honest & Dedicated Person I Request You To Urgently look Towards The Problem...I'm really Fedup of these Persons...Plz Kindly Help Ur Customers

                        After retirement from Central Govt Service, I have shifted my residence to B-44 Kurinji B Block, City Link Road, Adambakkam, Chennai-600088 and I am continuing the Consumer No.18092 in the name of my son-in-law Mr.Dinesh Dinkar registered with the Gas Agency M/s Sabha Indane Gas Agencies, Guindy, Chennai (Agency Code No.175409). I booked a cylinder over phone (No.[protected] in the first week of Aug'2014 and received the same on 21/8/2014 (billed date 20/8/2014. Then we have not booked any cylinder. But to my surprise another cylinder (on the same consumer No.) was supplied to me 3/9/2014 within a gap of 1 month which I refused as I had already got one. I contacted the Gas Agency and got cancelled the gas cylinder supplied on 3/9/2014. To add to my surprise, today (18/10/2014) also gas cylinder was supplied without my booking over phone and so I returned back the same. I also contacted the Gas Agency about the supply of two cylinders without prior booking over phone with IOC Centralised Booking Scheme. I like to bring it to your notice because this is improper to supply cylinders without my booking over phone of Centralised Gas Booking System. Further I fear that the returned two cylinders should not be added to my Consumer No. so as not to exceeding the limit of 8 or 10 or 12 whichever is prescribed by the Govt. I also doubt there should not be any misuse of my Consumer No.18092 for wrong supply. I request you to look in to the matter and see that it should not occur again. K.                             My Consumer number is 8006 and my distributor is Preshak Indane, muraji peth, solapur - 413001. My family had to suffer every time due to delay in delivery of booked cylinder. Just to give an idea, I booked cylinder on 29th september 2014 which is not yet delivered There is no response to the calls and no follow up process After visiting Agency office I did not get any promising answer about delivery date. Also I came to know that the delivery date for my previous cylinder in their system is 27th july 2014 which is not real at all. This is very serious concern which leads to the doubt of scam of illegal selling of the cylinders. Please rectify the delay in delivery issue and also investigate my point.

Personal/ confidential Mobile no: [protected] Email: sujay.[protected]@gmail.com There are huge problems facing now a day's in our area... 1) we have booked 1st/ 2nd sep'14 for new gas cylinder but till date not delivered and again we have booked today (17th Oct'14) over phone call, and no booking sms entered (mob-[protected]) in our inbox within 4-5 minutes. We have called again over phone to know the booking status. Then we know that our booking already has been done on 17th Oct'14 and last cylinder delivery has been done on 19th Sep'14, but truly there is no delivery has been done. After finishing our booking status, 17 th Oct'14 new cylinder booking sms entered in inbox. Not only in our case, it is happening with many others people also. You are requested to investigate the matter and provide the good service as previous. In our view, many cylinder may be selling with much margin in another place. Pls look into the total matter, we can help you if required. 2) we never get replied in their office land no, which are printed in their office paper/ slip. (Ph[protected],[protected],[protected] 3) Their overall service is very poor and hopeless and they always show unjustified excuse. We are waiting for your necessary action and hope we all shall stay in your service.

                                My Consumer number is CX4599085 and my distributor is Shahi Pradip Indane, Mundhava, Pune. My family had to suffer every time due to delay in delivery of booked cylinder. Just to give an idea, I booked cylinder on 3rd of August 2014 which was delivered on 30th August 2014. There is no response to the calls and no follow up process. In current month also my booked refilled (on 12th Oct 2014) is getting delay.                                   Sir, I booked a gas cylinder vide no.215031 dt. 25.09.2014. The Indane Gas supplier is Mahabir Gas Agency, Saraidhela, Dhanbad. I received a SMS on 08.10.2014 on my cell phone no. [protected] that cash memo no. [protected] had been generated and the cylinder was to be delivered shortly. The cylinder was not supplied and i was forced to visit the Agency on 14.10.2014. it was informed that the gas was supplied to someone else on 10.10.2014 and that my cylinder would be supplied by 16.10.2014 positively. On 17.10.2014 when I had to visit the Agency again for non-supply by the committed date (16.10.2014), I was asked to produce the pass book. They refused to check their own records to find out to whom they supplied the cylinder meant for me.In the past also until the Agency was approached twice or thrice, the cylinder was not supplied. It seems that such malpractice is the order of the day with the staff of this Agency. May I hope remedial action and a thorough inquiry leading to this incident ?                                     Dear all Yesterday I went to Daman gas agency to replace gas regulator which is not working . I meet with Mr . Shivjeet whom says he is working on manger post I request to him to replace to not working gas regulator first he forced to me buy the gas regulator from out side market when i ask him this the property of his gas agency then he asked me about documents i show him to all my documents but he refused to issue gas regulator and again forced me to buy it from out side market this issue happened with me two times every time they are forced to buy it new from his side or out side the market . My question to all you if they can not replace the gas regulator then why the deposit the payment of gas regulator and one more thing this issue happened with my father also whom is senior citizen . I hope all of you should take care about this issue why they forced to customer to buy the gas regulator from out side market and why they are not follow the system of replacement of gas regulator.                                       Hi I am Trushit Soni living with my parents and my parents are currently on foreign tour. And so our gas requirement is not frequent and so we did not order for 6 months and hence gas connection got cancelled. Now we want to re activate as we want to order for the refilling. And so we went to our Distributor Ahmedabad Departmental Store at Apana Bazzar with reconnection form and my father documents. But Owner has not responded well nor he has guided and provided solutions for re connection and stick to that my father has to come then only re connection is possible. And so we are getting stuck up for the same without any resolution.
