I bought gas connection from third party who is associated with Indane Gas Agency in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. The person named Thakur is proprieter of Renuka Home Appliances, Main Road, Nr. Manmohan Sweets, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai from where i bought gas at least 5.5 months back (i got chulha and cylinder only but not passbook and bill). I followed with him continuously for 4.5 months, but don't get the bill and passbook. Now he closed his shop and missing since last 1 month. I contacted Indane Gas Customer Care, but they dont given any solution rather said i should forget the 6000 rs, i paid to that thief Thakur. Please guide me to get my gas passbook and bill and take strong action against such fraudstars.
