Dear sir, , While refill cylinder delivery time the person asking Rs 40 more from bill if not give he will not go from our house Herewith i am requesting you kindly make one rule for delivery system it should be know every body. And refilling delivery also given very long time after receiving cash memo no really we didn't understand what is the system. In sms showing with short period will be delivery but not sure.     Dear Sir/ madam, This complaint is with respect to Kaka Shree petrol pump, near Arbindo hospital, Indore. There is unavailability of free air for Vehicles at the pump. I have brought this to the notice of the representatives of the pump a month ago. There has been no action taken on the same. Please look into the matter.         I bought gas connection from third party who is associated with Indane Gas Agency in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. The person named Thakur is proprieter of Renuka Home Appliances, Main Road, Nr. Manmohan Sweets, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai from where i bought gas at least 5.5 months back (i got chulha and cylinder only but not passbook and bill). I followed with him continuously for 4.5 months, but don't get the bill and passbook. Now he closed his shop and missing since last 1 month. I contacted Indane Gas Customer Care, but they dont given any solution rather said i should forget the 6000 rs, i paid to that thief Thakur. Please guide me to get my gas passbook and bill and take strong action against such fraudstars. [protected]@gmail.com.

          I have not recently booked for a LPG refill after 14/07/2014, I got an SMS stating that against my reference No.704859, IOCL Booking No. is [protected] generated, . I get a feeling that somebody is misusing my LPG connection and taking a refill. For your information, my last refill was supplied against cash memo NO.[protected] dated.14.07.2014. Kindly look into the matter and avoid misuse in my name & connection. Through net I have checked that : through mobile no [protected] booked my cylinder & used. by latest he is again booked it on date 27/09/2014 but cash memo not generated by now... my Consumer no. is : 41698 Distributor: K-2 International My Contact No. is : [protected] Plz resolve this problem as early as possible before cash memo generated.

            When I have not recently booked for a LPG refill, I got an SMS stating that against my refill booking No.436507, cash memo [protected] generated, & cylinder shall be delivered shortly. I get a feeling that somebody is misusing my LPG connection and taking a refill. For your information, my last refill was supplied against cash memo NO.[protected] dated.08.08.2014.               I have booked a refill cylinder-Booking no.218065 on 20 Aug.2014 with M/s Marymatha Agencies, Ponkunnam, Kottayam Dt., Till today, the cylinder is not delivered.I have sent two complaints in this regard.Docket nos.1544708&709 both dated 31 Aug.2014.But, no action has been taken by Indane gas authorities.I tried to sent emails(address given in the customer care section of Indane).But, all mails bounced.The above agency does not deliver cylinders at home.Customer has to carry the empty cylinder to the main road, collect refill & take it home at his own expense/risk.So, cylinders are not connected to the stove&tested for leaks.The agency charges Rs.480/-per refill.They do not issue bills.I want my cylinders to be delivered at home, connect to the stove&test for leak.I also want a proper bill for each refill cylinder.Now, if Indane is unable to take action to deliver my refill cylinder even after 40 days, I will be forced to approach higher authorities in New Delhi.I made a telephonic complaint to your Kochi office last week, but nothing happened.

                Dear Sir, This is in regard of my experience with a petrol pump at COCO-JRO Plot No-41Udhyog Vihar Greater Noida, its Indian Oil Petrol Pump. My complain is as below in detail, I approached this pump at 07:15PM dated on 27/09/2014 and asked for Petrol of Rs. 150 and says please give me a computer copy but he is not taking my request and given to petrol another person. I asked for slip than he says (AB COMPUTER KI SLIP NAHI MILEGI MANUAL SLIP HI MILEGI), After than asked for manager he called one another person and says he is Shifting Head. I told that MR... but he is not accept any fault from his side and also says (MAI THAKUR HU MUJHE AISA VAISA HI MAT SAMAJHNA JAHA TUM RAHTE HO VAHA MERA BHI GHAR HAI) Note : Cheating with me at Same Petrol Pump of 3rd time. Manual Slip attached with this mail Kindly consider our complain on a serious note as we have seen other vehicle owners also at the pump arguing on the same issue at the pump.                   Indane Team i have ordered the Lpg Gas cylinder on 16 August 2014 with Order no [protected] and i have just connected the Cylinder on 28 September 2014 and the gas is leaking from its point and it is very risky to use cylinder and even harmful as gas is flowing very fast in continued manner. so please send your executive to check this and change this cylinder asap .                     Sir i would like to inform you that i am having one gas connection Vide consumer No.294120 in the name of brajesh kumar barnwal at giridih in jharkhand state and distributor name is jain gas agency.As for booking cylinder i telephoned in [protected] and after that booking refrrnce No.209010 came as a message in my mobile no. [protected].so i send one person with this reference no. and pass book for bringing one cylinder but here in jain gas people told him to bring mobile to see the message then only they will provide cylinder.so sir as a banker i am not able to find time to bring cylinder. When i have already shown him the booking refernce no which has been booked in consumer no.294120 than what is the need to see the mobile this i could not understand. So i request you please look into the matter and provide better solution so that we will not face this type of problem in future.                         Dear Sir your Indian oil dealer near jodhpur cross road, opp kaameshameshwar school I think corporate indian oil, your staff misbehave while filliup petrol, he not adjust meter and when I said he told don't teach me and fill up petrol other side while I already in que and how can he misbehave with me and responsible person also not there so to whom I complain and this is not a good relationship with customer and after this incidence I will not want to fill up petrol at this station and you have to maintain your reputation and solve this.                             Dear Sir/Madam In reference to my complain no - 1571260 & 1583569, I have received a gas (Indane, Consumer No - 08116, Distributor Name - Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dum Dum, Kolkata, W.B.) in the month of 20th Aug-2014 and I registered a complain against this Gas Cylinder last week. But unfortunately I did not received response from IOC or their authorised distributor i.e. - Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, Dum Dum Road (Registered - Ph no[protected]. On 20th Aug 2014 my parents received gas from the distributor people and they deny to weight the gas before supply my parents has told the Gas supply person that the weight is not all right but the Gas person argue with my aged parents and supply the low weight gas. I have used only 8days and I have taken next Gas whereas one Cylinder takes one month. As this is festival month and I have pay full Cylinder amount so please replace my GAS in this festival month so that my family can enjoy this festival. Looking forward for your kind response.                               Dear Sir, I am Manindranath Das, resident of Singur, Hooghly, WB. My Consumer Number: 11433, I belong to Indane Distributor: Singur Gas Service, Singur. I bokked for refill on 26.08.14 and refill booking reference is- 374682. My cash memo generated on 28.08.14 and reference no is: [protected]. But till date( i.e. on 27.09.14) no cylinder has been delivered to me. Today As I went to the distributor office, they said that no refill booking has been made from my end. They book a refilling today. If I did not book for a refilling then how the confirmation SMS from Indane came to my mobile with refill booking reference number on 26.08.14? Why cash memo generated on 28.08.14 with reference [protected]? More over, They did the same thing previous month also. In the previous month my cash memo was cancelled after generation. I had to book feshly. Why the same thing happening every month? It is nothing but harashment to a consumer. The booking and delivery process is not going in a fair manner.                                 Sir, We have received the Gas cylinder on 08th Aug'14. When we opened the cap of the cylinder it is found leaking . we have contacted the agency and told this matter. several times we had contacted the agency but still date they have not replaced the cylinder. It is a very serious matter but they are not at all taking care of these type of serious issues. The person who is delivering the gas cylinder is also taking additional charges of rs30 to rs40 on each cylinder. My consumer no is 10400. Name:Suseelamma. Agency name:Gurukripa agency, Alappuzha. My dealer name is Ad-hoc Guhan Gas Service (Hi-tech Gas Service) Near Thonnal Bhagavathi Temple, Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum, my booking number is 422114 on 01/08/2014. But they did not supply the gas cylinder till date 27.09.2014...

                                      It has been observed that since previous four services there is continuous leakage in cylinders delivered by Johar Gas company BHOPAL.On complaint they send person and he change the washer .Yesterday on changing cylinder at night there was huge leakage and we have to disconnect it on complaining assurance of attending it in 2 hours was given but no one came.Again complaint was made early morning no response was there till now. Please look into the matter and guide me for avoiding future inconvenience.Kindly take an action for slow service. My consumer No.is JG 7028

                                        I booked Cylinder on 6th September 2014, but still I haven't received the Gas Cylinder. The status of the delivery order mentioned that Gas booked till 13th of September has been delivered. We do visited the nearby outlet on 21st September for enquiry, we were promised to get the Cylinder by next day but still we haven't received the Cylinder. We even made several phone calls to get the cylinder status but we receive falls promises and still the Cylinder is not yet delivered. It's so frustrating to follow up for the Gas Cylinder everyday.
