I have been transferred from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam.
I submitted the TV from the BPCL dealer Vayusena Gas Service, Dist Code 117461, Air Force Station Hakimpet to the Command Gas Service, INS Circars (NSB), Visakhapatnam on 19 September 2014. I also submitted photocopies of the Aadhaar card, Driving Licence, Pan card and the KYC form duly filled along with the photograph.
The Command Gas Service is yet to action my TV stating reason of not been able to read the TV number. When I showed them the TV number which was also clearly written on the top they started making excuses that the computer system was not accepting when they filled the details.
It is 25 Sept already and how long will a customer have to wait for these people to do their job.
It is therefore requested that suitable intervention is required to get the system on correct lines.
