Hello sir I'm live in ahore district jalore.

Name of the petrol pump (laxmi fuel service)

I go to this petrol pump and they fill up petrol in my bike.
But after filled up petrol in my bike i start my bike but my bike can't start so i go to the garage and the machenic check my bike, and machenic show me the water mixed by petrol in my bike petrol tank. thats fixed problem dairect connected to your indian oil petrol pump (lakshmi fuel service)

August month gas refill subsidy not received

Sir,

It is brought to your notice that (Date:[protected] at 1827hrs) the "Prakesh Service Station" situated on Sagar High way, Omkar Nagar, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad is forcefully proing express petrol without customer notice.

Sir, I happened to order a petrol for Rs. 500/- and in busy in Google Pay payment, the cashier without any intimation pored the Express Petrol instead of normal petrol of IOC, when questioned why I got less quantity he simply said it is Express Petrol. It is highly objectionable and i would request you to look into the matter seriously.

Even the Manger is not available on the site. I demanded for the complaint book to lodge a complaint, but none was able to provide the complaint book by simply saying that it is with the manager and he is not available.

As the day happened to be SUNDAY, i am unable to utilize the other modes of complaint lodging.

Please go through the payment receipts enclosed and the photographs of the cashier and the sales boy present on the spot and who denied in issuing the complaint register.

Sir, I am even ready to brought this incidence to the necessary legal forum, if action is not initiated.

I demand for my full quote of petrol for Rs.500/ that too normal petrol.

I hope necessary appropriate action is initiated as deemed fit.

I have book gas on 25th and made payment through upi and it's not confirmed again I paid cash and payment done 2 times. But still I didn't receive refund. Please resolve my issue ASAP. For evidence here I have attached payment details.

Today i visited chodhary filling station There are not working air machine and ask staff no proper response they say this is not my duty

I have tried to book refill cylinder on 24th August, The amount has been deducted from my UPI Account but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason and service submitted to distributor. I have filed online complaint (complaint no:[protected] and i got reply as contact distributor to sort it out.
I have contacted the distributor- zaildar Gas Service, Kishan ganj, Delhi-110007 but no positive reply .my mobile number - [protected]

I have been booked for REFILL on 31/08/21 CX5089361, amount paid through online, Rs.868/ booking no[protected] dtd.31-8-21, & I got a message that invoice has been issued yesterday.
To-day again I received a message invoice issued, amount increased Rs.25/ instead of Rs.868 paid Rs.893 by me
My question is why, yesterday not DELIVERED the cylinder,
In this regard, I talked to the distributor but replie is not upto the mark.

Poor duty, without duty dress and shoues and few members on duty

I have tried to book a refill cylinder on 28th August 2021. The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction failed. The website displayed the error message due to some technical reason. I have filed an online complaint (service request #[protected] and I got a reply as to contact the higher authority for further help.

Kindly help me in this matter, Its has been pending for about a week time.

Gave a complaint for gas leakage on[protected] at 2.20pm sr. No.[protected]

The lady who attended the call was very casual and said the. Mecahnic with come in an hour

After an hour he didn't come so went in person and asked about the progress of the complaint the lady was care less and said mechani with come and was not ready to share the mechanix number

Mechanic cam exacly in one hour and 10 mts, he was also rude and said he is not responsible and that we have to take care while receiving the cyclinder

If there had been a gas leak and fir and if life is lost is this how the agency deal with the leakage complaint

Kindly consider human life

I request you to not to share any data of customer last time some recovery people are come and asked our change of address and other data but your people are given full data. they only told me l have collected from your gas agency so your leaking customer data

The Sai vasudha filling station in Hyderabad are charging Rs10 for filling air in bikes although it is free everywhere at all petrol pumps. They are calling persons themselves even though the air pressure is adequate and then asking to pay for it.
