My customer number is 12657.Name Ki.Palanychamy.I'm having a gas connection with the BG gas agencies mettupalayam coimbatore district and that on 24.7.2014 i have booked a refill cylinder.But the said agency have committed malpractices in delivering the refill cylinder to me.It is regret to state that the said agency delivered refill cylinders to somebody who booked after my bokking date.For which said agency cancelled my cash memo in biased manner.Finally after my repeated request the refill cylinder was delivered on 31.7.2014 even the other customers who booked after me had received their refill cylinders within 3 days.Kindly enquiry and take action per law.

    Cheating at the petrol pump by filling less petrol

    I would like to make a complaint against the indiaoil petrol pump m/s kapoor auto service station patpargang society area, i.P.Extenstion delhi-110092 for filling less petrol in my car.
    Today 02/08/14 at 10.20 a.M. I went there to fill petrol in my car. I asked the attendent to put petorl of worth rs. 1500/- i was looking continuosly on the meter and all of sudden another attented knoked at the driver's window to...

    I am r.Srinivasan, residing at no 26 b/2, sengeni amman koil street, cts aprtment, maduvinkarai, guindy, chennai.600032. On 31.07.2014 around 8.00pm i had gone to avm petrol pump, at adambakkam and asked the service boy to pour 2litires of petrol and 2 oil. The rate for petrol is 2litresx 76.77 = 154.00 and for 2 oil rs.12/-. I have given rs.170/- for rs.166/-. But the delivery boy has not returned the balance amount of rs 4.00/- to me. So for one litre of petrol the avm petrol pump is charging rs.2/- extra .So far one load of 12000 litres of petrol they will be collecting 12000 litres x rs.2.00 per litre = rs.24000/- per load. Just you imagine for one month how many laks they will be charging extra from customer. The solution is they have to give the rs.4.00 to us or otherwise for rs4.00 they have to pour the petrol or otherwise they have round of the amount to next rupee value. As i am the secretary of the katpadi consumer protection society having the registration number of 16/2005 registered at vellore district, as a consumer i am filing this complaint to you. I hope you will take the corrective action with the avm fuel agencies, adambakkam chennai 600 088, and in future they should not collect more money from us, and they have to refund the excess amount to us. Kindly reply to this email, what the corrective action you have taken with the avm fuel agncy, adambakkam, chennai.600088. With kind regards.

This Connection name was Smt Pranjali Roy and consumer Number is 14751 complaint no is 1507430 and the ref fence no is 684007 and agency phone no is.[protected]/3522 I am sorrow to say that I can't refill new gas in my home I have booked through the phone on[protected] but why can I not get refill gas within fouteen days? Even The Deliver Boy can Extra charges(30/-) for refill gas Cylinder and delver boy does not weight refill gas in my home but Why sir? there is big problem so please take action hurry...         Iam T.S.Elavarasan Living in Nagapattinam District Tamilnadu. My Gas Cylinder Connection was in Parvathy Gas Agency Nagapattinam. My Gas Cylinder Connection Number : 25984483. I get the last Cylinder on 28.05.2014. Upto date I can't get the Gas supply. I contact the Parvathy agency Land Line Phone Number From the Company
        (Parvathy Gas Agency) Established. Nobody Has attend the Phone Call. I went to the Parvathy Gas Agency and call to Land line. The Phone was ringing but the Staffs are not attend the Call and they are in idle. Then I ask her to give your Owner Number. They are Not Given the Number. So I Complaint to customer Care and get Proper Action to the Dealer.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            I am writing to you as a resident of Dwarkadhis Aravali Heights, Sector-24, Dharuhera. This is a society of 1500 apartment in Sector-24 on Bhiwadi-NH 8 bypass road under the jurisdiction of Dharuhera and just four kilometres away from the Indane Gas Services of Dharuhera.

            In our society, more than 150 families are residing since May 2013. It is a matter of difficulties & pain for all residents of Aravali Heights that after one year of occupancy in the society, we are not facilitated by the Indane Gas Services for the home delivery services.

            When we raised this issue to the concern agencies so called Dharuhera Gas Agency and Om Shiv Shakti gas Agency, it was explained in a very granted way that we are not liable to supply domestic gas in your society.

            Seeing the constraint on this issue, you are kindly requested to initiate the needful action against the supplier team and a suitable directives be issued to the admin authorities of Indane Gas Services at Dharuhera under your jurisdiction for supply of domestic gas to this society. To make it more convenient to supplier and consumer, some define days of delivery may be fixed on mutual understanding.

            A faith and hope of more than150 families are based on you and I am sure, this matter will be sorted out on priority basis. All residents are ready to help you in this matter.

            I will be highly obliged if a suitable reply be reverted to me in this regard.

                  My consumer no. 9242 and Distributor's code 170037.I have requested many times to above subject in my nearest agency, but not solved still now by agency.the leakage of cylinder is dangerous for me & my family.so please take appropriate action.

                    RAJESH GAS AGENCY Door No.1 Roja nagar Madhavaram Chennai-600 060 Ph No. 25530725 LPG cylinder was delivered to me on[protected]. My consumer number is RGLX9139387. The delivery boy demanded Rs 40 more than the bill amount.usually i use to pay Rs20 more than the billed amount.But unfortunately the deliver boy refused to deliver the cylinder incase i dont pay the demand amount Rs40 in excess of the billed amount.May i request u to kindly look in to the matter so that i am not put hardship in future..

                          [protected](CX5169699), but when I tried to register my self for online booking of gas cylinder against usere name nirmalmehra, then I received a reply on my email id that the consumer no. supplied by me is wrong.please let me know my exact consumer number at the earliest so as to enable me to book online.

                            Dear sir, 1. It is stated that I have submiitted transfer voucher issued form Annapurna gas agency Avadi, chennai (within the campus of Air Force Station Avadi, chennai) to Air force gas agency at Ambala cantt for re-issue of LPG connection & subscription voucher. 2. Further the manager of gas agency at Ambala cantt has raised wrong subscriptiion voucher (wrongly filled the security money, the security money printed on transfer voucher was Rs, 1000/- whereas the agency filled up in the subscription voucher the amount Rs, 1800/-). The matter was noticed to manager gas agency of Ambala cantt and have been told to make correction. 3. In place of making correction, the agency has surrendered my LPG connection. ON confirmation to manager regarding my subscription voucher, he told me that your voucher cannot be ammended and I have to take the new connection. 4. Having no fault at my end, I will have to pay an amount of Rs, 2900/- if I go for new connection. in that case i have to pay Rs, 1900/- extra. But the question is that why i should pay the extra amount if i am having no fault. 5. It is therefore requested that necessary help is to be provided to take action against the manager ot gas agency of Ambala cantt.

                              Dear sir, I give below the following details for your information:- My customer No.-793. Name -E.Gopinathan.;Address- "Äashirwad".P.O.Kalliassery. Kannur -670562 Phone No.[protected]. Landline[protected]. e-mail ID. [protected]@gmail.com Distributor details.- Alainkeel Gas service. Mangad'.; P.O.Kalliassery.670562 Phone Nos.[protected].;[protected] I had booked for a refill gas cylinder supply on June 10th .After a month, July 11th I asked for a home delivery supply of Gas Cylinder.The supplier informed non availability of Stock and also wait for some more days.After a week I personally went to Alainkeel gas service, and requested for a cylinder.Their reply is same "we have no stock." "We have cleared backlog up to 3rd July.only"." Contact after few days.".This is the attitude of Distributor. Alainkeel Gas Service fixed time of delivery of cylinder between 4 and 5PM. When they say "no Stock", One can see Convoy of Auto rikshaws lined up in front of distributor for ' "Pay and carry" system. Even after more than 45days booking, they are denying refill and not even given a date of supply. On enquiry with our relatives and friends other places other agency never created such situtaion and supplis are regular.. Kindly note we are two old aged couple(76 & 67 years) and this distributor putting us in helpless.condition that too in the rainy days..I came to know the following from local people- 1.Somany time deny "home supply of cylinder". Ask us to " Pay and carry ", pick up from their Go down. 2.Diverting cylinders bypassing earlier booked persons. 3.Other distributors intimate a date of refill supply at the time of booking. I request you to look into the matter and help us out of the present situation. Thanking you very much Yours sincerely. Gopinathan.

                                Complaint on gas agency

                                I stay in Dehu Road, Pune (MH) and my customer number is 12435. I had booked for re-filling my cylinder last one month . I had to call the agency atleast 10 times before they finally they can not sent me the cylinder then after i personely go to agency Further the way they speak is very unprofessional.

Radha Krishnan Address: no:5, II street, Navajeevan nagar, pattabiram, chennai - 600 072 Gas agency address : Ragavendra Agency, Avadi, Chennai. Booking no:858466 dated 10th July 2014 Order booked before 15 days (i.e on 10.07.2014) still the cylinder in pending delivery, we called up with the agent, first they said, will deliver in two days, after two days said will deliver in 10 days, now they says will take more than 15 days from today. Right now we have two empty cylinders only, can't able to cook etc.. Kindly look in to this matter, advise them to deliver the cylinder as soon as possible . Thanks with regards,

                                    my booking reference was 900130. i had booked on 9 th of july.
                                    and cash memo date was 13th, but not delivered till 17th, so called in customer care.
                                    where i complaint for not receiving the cylinder and requested them to deliver as soon as possible, my complaint no : 1493089, i had followed everyday and called in customer care everyday, but no one resolve it,
                                    worst experience with your customer care executive, they say its not their duty to resolve, only then can take the complaine.
                                    this is not the answer we expect from customer care
                                    After got frustreted from you these people, yesterday i visited the agency, they told me it will be delivered
                                    tommorrow. but not delivered today also. again i visited your agency today on 24th july at 4pm, now they are saying the booking is cancelled.and they advise me to rebook it again today
