Today I had my fourth experience in same IOC pump in Koramangala. I paid then 500rs to fill the petrol and the guy filled for 386 Rs and stopped filling and took the pump out of tank. Since I had previous experience, I checked the meter as soon as he stopped filling and did not give him a chance to put the pump back in to that machine and reset the meter and I caught him redhanded.
