Dear Sir/Madam, I do not know if it is a right place to make a complaint about Indane Website? Website http://indane.co.in/ provides a link make complaints. I am able to register my complaints many times through this website link but many other times it simply gives the following message: Your feedback cannot be registered as the feedback with the matches with the previous feedback you had entered earlied Though I am sure that I could not make the complaint in question earlier due to above message. Even if I change some words in complaint while trying next time, I receive the above response & my complaint is not registered. So, I feel it is website problem. I could not find any phone number or E-mail address to make complaint about website problem They publicise a toll free helpline number([protected]) but persons handling this number are not able to help. They too do not know any phone number or E-mail address on which I can contact to submit my complaint. So, kindly help. Kindly let me know if you need any other information. Thanking you.     Hi Sir, Myself Ravikumar T Aged about 32 years. I have all the Proofs to prove the corruption is Coco Petrol Pump. Let me put all my concerns in details in brief below. 1) I have Purchased New Maruti Swift Dzire from Varun Motors on 26-March-2014 and drew around 3600KM and observed engine noise in my vehicle Approached Varun motors authorised service center and made tests on my vehicle and finally they concluded that the diesel in my car is mixed with Kerosene. Then i asked them how you confirm it. They reached me collecting the diesel from my car and shown me the diesel of my new which is mixed with kerosene. I asked the manager Mr Suersh of Varun motors for written statement.The varun motors had given me the statement on their Letter head with stamp and seal. Also given me an idea how to trace these petrol Pump executives while cheating red handed. As per their advice. I again went to Coco Petrol pump High tech city opp Lemon tree Hotel and ordered for SIX HUNDREAD RUPEES Diesel for my car. while filling diesel in my car I stopped the executive in middle and i asked him to fill in bottle some of the diesel. I observe the diff in the bottle. The diesel is mixed with kerosene. Immediately approached manager and am not satisfied with the conclusion of the manager. 2) Normally People thing that this is Factory outlet but we see malpractices in company outlets also. I have proofs to prove that the diesel is mixed with kerosene in coco Pump Hi tech city. I immediately called and logged complaint to Chief Rationing Officer And Informed to ASO officer and given written complaint to the concern officers regd the corruption Meanwhile informed to Media regarding the malpractices of the petrol pump. Mean while i also approach to the Court to log Petition against this petrol pump regd the corruption.And i will bring the awareness in the public not to have diesel and petrol from this COCO Filing station. I can provide you the copy of bill and copy of Letter head from Varun motors to prove this.Please think about corruption being in my place as customer. I kindly request you to take necessary action against COCO filing station and do the Justice to all the Indians. Regards Ravikumar +91 [protected]

      To whom it may Concern I, Gadadhar Joardar (Consumer No. 46368) o[censored]pasana Apartment, 77/56 Rabindrapalli, Khardah, Kolkata- 700117, had already complained (Complain No. 1482970 on 07.07.2014) that the cylinder, which I received was filled of another matter but very little of gas (it was continued for only 3 days), which was confirmed by the mechanic send by the distributor as I complained, but after so many requests the distributor has not yet changed the cylinder. Please take necessary action as soon as possible & treat this matter on an urgent basis. Hope & trust your good self do the needful in this regard. Thanking you, Gadadhar Joardar.
      To whom it may concern I Ravindra kumar verma custmer of alpha Indane sevice, Singh more, ranchi consumer no 6016 . My address road no 6, latma road, prem nagar, singh more, hatia ranchi-834003 my cylinder booking refrence no 330272 by mob. service, I recieved a cylinder(no service provided by home delivery always) I always go on the location 2 to 3 km where cylinder stock van stand (Donbosco school ground) there a long que & spend approxe one hour, booked manual by agency staff than delivered a cylinder, leakage cylinder today recieved I told van staff return the cylinder but van staff a local boys than again leak cylinder recieved forcefully & temper reply, pls see the matter & I will hope & trust that legal action against services .

        I am a customer of M/s Trimurti Gas Service at Vikashpuri, New Delhi. This is my first written complain. But from a long time the gas cylinders being supplied to me does not contain the gas in the same quantity as prescribed. Mr. Arvind is a vendor of the above mentioned service station. He hires a no of person to deliver the gas cylinder from home to home ( I do not know whether this is in order or not). His team used to deliver the gas cylinder to the customer in his name as they always signed as 'Arvind' on the consumer card. He and his team never carries the government prescribed measuring machine. More than 95% of gas cylinders carried by his team for delivery in Uttam Nagar locality are lesser in weight. The last cylinder delivered to me was of only 23 kg which was delivered in my absence. The same is still being used due to some urgency.

        I do not know who is the appropriate authority to whom complain can be submitted. However, i am submitting this complain so that appropriate action can be taken against the Service station as well as the vendor.

        I have again booked for refill of gas ( Booking No.[protected] on 16.7.2014 and it is expected that filled ( better to say half filled) cylinder will be delivered at my home within 7 days.

        Please suggest me what action I can take if I am again provided a Cylinder with less quantity of gas. Should not we approach local police (No. 100) as it is also a case of 420.

        I would also request you to take necessary action against the persons involved.

          Dear Sir, Your distributor in Changaramkulam (distributor's code 178548) is not supplying refilled gas cylinder for the customers and I came to know that they are selling the gas through petrol station. I have received only 3 cylinders since 25/05/2012 and now I am waiting for 2 months after booking for the refilled cylinder. Your prompt action is highly appreciated.             I.a consumer of Indane LPG for domestic uses bearing consumer Id [protected] & residing at Gairkata Mouza under the Indane distributor Shanti Gas Service P.O. Binnaguri Dist. Jalpaiguri (W.B.), beg to inform you that the consumers of this locality have to wait for day long to get the refilled cylinder with uncertainty on every Mon, Wed& Friday at the premises of the Gairkata Reading Club.On some days consumers have to go back home without cylinder due to shortage of cylinders or for not sending the truck without giving any information by the distributor. Employees of Shanti Gas Service collect a cash amount of Rs.430/_ per cylinder without giving any proper Cash Memo/Receipt which in my opinion is highly suspicious.In view of the above, wanting to know about the entitlement of home delivery of cylinders with proper receipt for the consumers of this locality.

              My consumer No 4001, Booked gas refill on 2June 2014. But till now not delivred. even i given complant to Ernakulam Indiane office. Very bad service from Venus Gas Mannar, Alappuzha.Lat time also i got refill after escalating to ernakulam office/petrolium office delhi.Please do something to proper delivery. They feliberately not giving. Sarma

                I am A Sathyan holding consumner No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have booked a cylinder on 12.06.2014 and the distributor delivered the cylinder on 14.7.2014. I want to book the next cylinder through online. But due to some error or some technical problem it is showing the status on the booked order on 12.06.2014 is 'in process, you will get the cylinder in the next 7 working days'. Kindly do the needful to book the cylinder at the earliest.

                  Today I had my fourth experience in same IOC pump in Koramangala. I paid then 500rs to fill the petrol and the guy filled for 386 Rs and stopped filling and took the pump out of tank. Since I had previous experience, I checked the meter as soon as he stopped filling and did not give him a chance to put the pump back in to that machine and reset the meter and I caught him redhanded. This is how the whole incident panned out. The attendant invited my attention to notify me that the meter is set to zero before he started to fill fuel and set the meter to 500Rs. This, I think, is one of the brilliant tactics by them to impress us showing that they are transparent and is not going to cheat. This is where me make mistake, often, after such transparent behaviour initially the whole thing of cheating will not come to our mind. As I told earlier, he stopped filling fuel and told me that there are some offers and all something like that to deviate our attention. Since, I had previous experience, I checked the pump meter before giving him a chance to put back the pump and noticed that it was just 386Rs. I reported the same to manager and I have reported such incident before as well and no action has been taken and don't expect any action this time either. This time they said there are some offer but be they will ask if we have IOC card or asks if we need a card or ask about our vehicle and ask something that will deviate our attention and along side, they will stop filling the fuel and reset the meter cheat us

                  yes AMV..these people always try to cheat..even I had similar kind of experience twice and am a bit sad to know that it keeps happening..I had complained to the manager of the IOC petrol bunk earlier, but he did not take any action against the staff...Its very frustrating to know that similar incidents are happening and nobody is really taking any measures to stop customers from getting cheated..hope someone will take necessary actions against those staffs who are trying to deceive us..

                    I am Surendran P. My LPG consumer No. is 55508. My LPG supplier is M/s Baby Gas Service, Adoor. My complaint is that consumers gas stoves are not periodically serviced by licensed personnel. Hence The agency may be warned for getting it done and IOC has the responsibility to ensure it. Please don't play with the life of the people.

                      M/S Nayek Gas Agency of Kalna in the district of Burdwan and under the Area Manager of Durgapur West Bengal has not yet introduced online refill booking that causes problem to many customers. My Refill booking Reference No: R[protected] Dated :25/06/2014 was not entertained and I am asked to book through IVRS/SMS system. But earlier the distributor responded to online refill booking. Though there is a provision of online refill booking of the company and distributors have been asked to follow the guidelines, M/S Nayek Gas Agency cocks a snook at the authority with impunity.

                        The indane gas in india clynders are not properly, it is leeking, washer is not place properlly, clynter chekking and inspection perosons are not doing thair duty properly, who is responsabel the peopels deat in gas fiering, you are doing mony mood business, in humans dead, first you have to stop all, safty gas clynder make first, then filling, and supplying lost, dont lost, the familys life, ( one familys life lost in gas fire in gas producer and disteriputer is responsable in thair legalier,

                          I booked a indane gas Re filled cylinder on 21/6/14 . but on repeated request, did not receive the cylinder . Many time since booking I received this type of message --"-Dear Indane Customer, Your refilled cylinder booking 379158will be shortly delivered cash memo no at different time is different, but booking no is same Today's(14/7/140 cash memo no [protected]. On 11/7/14 cashmemo no[protected] on 30/6/14 Cash memo no[protected] On 1/7/14 '' '' ''------[protected] on 7/7 /14, , '' ''----[protected]. many SMS also received having same booking no On 11/7 14 cancelled cash memo no[protected] On 11/7/14 cash memo no cancelled [protected]. I approached to your dealer but his tone is like he is PM of India.even the behaviour of delivery man is also very poor whenever i personally go to godown i am not getting cylinder .herein I request you to take immediate action against dealer to organize home delivery,

                                My consumer no. is 292691. Recently I opted double cylinder from single. For this I paid Rs. 3000 to Unity Gas agency, my distributor. Rs. 708 got credited to my bank ac. Rs. 1450 is deposited. Rs. 1130 is refill charge receipt I get from delivery. Now my concerns is that Around Rs. 450 I do not get eighter receipt or nothing else. For the same I approached to distributor, then he said please taken something like lighter, trolly, gas pipe etc. I took lighter of Rs. 125. So there are certain my complaints are these. 1. Is it necessary to take utility as mentioned above. 2. Please tell distributor to pay me back of Rs 450 immidiately. If this is not done I have no any other option except to file a suit against distributor and IOC.

                                    Dear sir/madam my cosumer no is22804 which is located in Agra [U.P.] I booked my refill on 6 july with the refrence no 417359 then I got a messageon 11 july that my cash memo has generated with no [protected] and the delivery will be shortly then without delivering of my cylinder I got a message on13 july that my cylinder has been deliverd againts my booking.
                                    I have not got any cylinder so pls take a legal action in this matter.

                                      Dear Sir, I have taken the Indane gas agency At Nagod, Distt, -Satna (MP) There are Huge Irregularity has been done by Agency authority they are selling cylinder on black and earn huge profit. we are trying 6-7 days to get booked cylinder but as usual give me the date to do home delivery but then forget that what he told. the other part is that they are not weight the cylinder and if customer ask them then they said that weight machine is not working we have give for repair dear tell me the other way to sort out this problem because it's not happen with me but also every middle class family or lower middle class family.
