Sir,
I stay in Dehu Road, Pune (MH) and my customer number is 12435. I had booked for re-filling my cylinder last one month . I had to call the agency atleast 10 times before they finally they can not sent me the cylinder then after i personely go to agency Further the way they speak is very unprofessional.
My distributer name details are:

Ganraj Indane, Distributors Code No is 195034, Shop No a/9 Dehu Road...

I have booked my cylinder on JULY 2nd, 2014, and its been nearly 22 days went on without the delivery of cylinder, , of these 22 days, I visited thrice the place of my booking at GOSAKA GAS SERVICE, BLOCK-6, NEYVELI-3, the response of the staffs present there were also not pleasing, , , , , , my oder no is 36468, , , i kindly request you to take action on this as soon as possible, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Booking no:858466 dated 10th July 2014 Order booked before 15 days (i.e on 10.07.2014) still the cylinder in pending delivery, we called up with the agent, first they said, will deliver in two days, after two days said will deliver in 10 days, now they says will take more than 15 days from today. Right now we have two empty cylinders only, can't able to cook etc.. Kindly look in to this matter, advise them to deliver the cylinder as soon as possible . Thanks with regards,

my booking reference was 900130. i had booked on 9 th of july.
and cash memo date was 13th, but not delivered till 17th, so called in customer care.
where i complaint for not receiving the cylinder and requested them to deliver as soon as possible, my complaint no : 1493089, i had followed everyday and called in customer care everyday, but no one resolve it,
worst experience with your customer care executive, they say its not their duty to resolve, only then can take the complaine.
this is not the answer we expect from customer care
After got frustreted from you these people, yesterday i visited the agency, they told me it will be delivered
tommorrow. but not delivered today also. again i visited your agency today on 24th july at 4pm, now they are saying the booking is cancelled.and they advise me to rebook it again today

Dear Sir, I am the resident of Amarjyothi Layout which comes under the purview of R.T.Nagar Post Office, Bangalore. I am holding Indane gas connection with consumer number 04545. Since, only two persons are staying at home i.e.my self and my husband and most of the time we are out of station, our gas consumption is not more than 3 (three) cylinders a year. Of late, after the introduction of getting booking details via SMS to our mobile, it has been noticed that the refilling is booked on our consumer number without our knowledge. To validate my complaint I am giving the following factual information. We have booked for refilling through our registered mobile number [protected]on 03.04.2014 and got the refilling and the same cylinder is in use till date. However, on 25.06.14 we received SMS saying that refilling booking is registered vide number 677902 and the cash memo is [protected] and on the same date one more SMS saying that cylinder booked under registration number 677902 has been delivered. Again on 20.7.2014 we received SMS saying that refilling booking is registered under registration number 698337 and on 21.7.2014 another message saying that the refilling booked under 698337 is registered and the cash memo is [protected]. We went to the distributor i.e. Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies, Hebbal to enquire about this misuse. But they were not cooperative and have given evasive replies. Hence, I am submitting this complaint to you with a fond hope that needful action at your end will be taken immediately. Actually, I wanted to come personally to your corporate office in J.C. Road and show the above messages received and lodge a complaint. I solicite your early action in the matter. but so for not taken in any necessary action, In our last dated of refilling getting on 08.06.2014, then booking new refilling cylinder reference No.809702/dt.26.06.2014 but till date not received,
Kindly consider my problem. we have only one domestic cylinder what we do. My family 4 members, nearly
46 days crossed. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIACY. THE SAME PROBLEM REPEATED PAST TWO YEAR BACK.

This gas agency has been denying me gas connection in spite of my resident is within the 5 km (Anjar). Besides this, the agency is not delivering cylinder to door step in normal situation. If the issue has not been resolved, I will file an RTI asking why I am being denied. I know to keep the monopoly, the agency is not allowing consumer count to go beyond certain numbers.

This gas agency is not giving a connection that I requested for. I am staying in nearby village (Anjar) and is within 5 km. I have been trying for last an year but they refused saying we can not grant more connection. I heard from one of my friend that if connection count goes beyond 8000, an new agency will have to come to server additional connection and this agency trying hard to keep connection within 8000 to keep their monopoly. Is that a reason of there is genuine reason for not giving connection.

The gas agency is also not delivering cylinders to door step. People have to come and collect it. Why is this? As per the rule book, they have to deliver and fact install it.

Iam Jayaprakash Indane double cyclinder booked. iam paid in 2200Rupees bill in 2132 Rupees balance amount not paid. speak the another person documents fees. Already mentioned in Bill document fees RS. 50 Rupees Please the Return the money.

Dear Sir/Madam, we book the Indane gas on 2nd july 2014 we received the message on 8th of july 2014 your cash memo generated cylinder will deliver shortly., & 10th july 2014 we received the message that your cylinder delivered at your home but till now we are not receive the gas. i went to my distributor show my message he told you will receive the cylinder with in two days but i asked the question without delivering the gas who you send...

Dear Sir, I'm 81 years old retired teacher booked my cylinder 45 days before at Ameen gas agency Shoranur, Palakkad district, Kerala. Whenever I tried calling them (Mostly they dont answer) they say will deliver next week. Till today they did not deliver to me. Pleae do the needful to get Gas cylinder for me. Dear Sir/Madam, I do not know if it is a right place to make a complaint about Indane Website? Website http://indane.co.in/ provides a link make complaints. I am able to register my complaints many times through this website link but many other times it simply gives the following message: Your feedback cannot be registered as the feedback with the matches with the previous feedback you had entered earlied Though I am sure that I could not make the complaint in question earlier due to above message. Even if I change some words in complaint while trying next time, I receive the above response & my complaint is not registered. So, I feel it is website problem. I could not find any phone number or E-mail address to make complaint about website problem They publicise a toll free helpline number([protected]) but persons handling this number are not able to help. They too do not know any phone number or E-mail address on which I can contact to submit my complaint. So, kindly help. Kindly let me know if you need any other information. Thanking you. Hi Sir, Myself Ravikumar T Aged about 32 years. I have all the Proofs to prove the corruption is Coco Petrol Pump. Let me put all my concerns in details in brief below. 1) I have Purchased New Maruti Swift Dzire from Varun Motors on 26-March-2014 and drew around 3600KM and observed engine noise in my vehicle Approached Varun motors authorised service center and made tests on my vehicle and finally they concluded that the diesel in my car is mixed with Kerosene. Then i asked them how you confirm it. They reached me collecting the diesel from my car and shown me the diesel of my new which is mixed with kerosene. I asked the manager Mr Suersh of Varun motors for written statement.The varun motors had given me the statement on their Letter head with stamp and seal. Also given me an idea how to trace these petrol Pump executives while cheating red handed. As per their advice. I again went to Coco Petrol pump High tech city opp Lemon tree Hotel and ordered for SIX HUNDREAD RUPEES Diesel for my car. while filling diesel in my car I stopped the executive in middle and i asked him to fill in bottle some of the diesel. I observe the diff in the bottle. The diesel is mixed with kerosene. Immediately approached manager and am not satisfied with the conclusion of the manager. 2) Normally People thing that this is Factory outlet but we see malpractices in company outlets also. I have proofs to prove that the diesel is mixed with kerosene in coco Pump Hi tech city. I immediately called and logged complaint to Chief Rationing Officer And Informed to ASO officer and given written complaint to the concern officers regd the corruption Meanwhile informed to Media regarding the malpractices of the petrol pump. Mean while i also approach to the Court to log Petition against this petrol pump regd the corruption.And i will bring the awareness in the public not to have diesel and petrol from this COCO Filing station. I can provide you the copy of bill and copy of Letter head from Varun motors to prove this.Please think about corruption being in my place as customer. To whom it may Concern I, Gadadhar Joardar (Consumer No. 46368) o[censored]pasana Apartment, 77/56 Rabindrapalli, Khardah, Kolkata- 700117, had already complained (Complain No. 1482970 on 07.07.2014) that the cylinder, which I received was filled of another matter but very little of gas (it was continued for only 3 days), which was confirmed by the mechanic send by the distributor as I complained, but after so many requests the distributor has not yet changed the cylinder. Please take necessary action as soon as possible & treat this matter on an urgent basis. Hope & trust your good self do the needful in this regard. Thanking you, Gadadhar Joardar.

I am a customer of M/s Trimurti Gas Service at Vikashpuri, New Delhi. This is my first written complain. But from a long time the gas cylinders being supplied to me does not contain the gas in the same quantity as prescribed. Mr. Arvind is a vendor of the above mentioned service station. He hires a no of person to deliver the gas cylinder from home to home ( I do not know whether this is in order or not). His team used to deliver the gas cylinder to the customer in his name as they always signed as 'Arvind' on the consumer card. He and his team never carries the government prescribed measuring machine. More than 95% of gas cylinders carried by his team for delivery in Uttam Nagar locality are lesser in weight. The last cylinder delivered to me was of only 23 kg which was delivered in my absence. The same is still being used due to some urgency.

I do not know who is the appropriate authority to whom complain can be submitted. However, i am submitting this complain so that appropriate action can be taken against the Service station as well as the vendor.

I have again booked for refill of gas ( Booking No.[protected] on 16.7.2014 and it is expected that filled ( better to say half filled) cylinder will be delivered at my home within 7 days.

Please suggest me what action I can take if I am again provided a Cylinder with less quantity of gas. Should not we approach local police (No. 100) as it is also a case of 420.

I would also request you to take necessary action against the persons involved.

Dear Sir, Your distributor in Changaramkulam (distributor's code 178548) is not supplying refilled gas cylinder for the customers and I came to know that they are selling the gas through petrol station. I have received only 3 cylinders since 25/05/2012 and now I am waiting for 2 months after booking for the refilled cylinder. Your prompt action is highly appreciated. I.a consumer of Indane LPG for domestic uses bearing consumer Id [protected] & residing at Gairkata Mouza under the Indane distributor Shanti Gas Service P.O. Binnaguri Dist. Jalpaiguri (W.B.), beg to inform you that the consumers of this locality have to wait for day long to get the refilled cylinder with uncertainty on every Mon, Wed& Friday at the premises of the Gairkata Reading Club.On some days consumers have to go back home without cylinder due to shortage of cylinders or for not sending the truck without giving any information by the distributor. Employees of Shanti Gas Service collect a cash amount of Rs.430/_ per cylinder without giving any proper Cash Memo/Receipt which in my opinion is highly suspicious.In view of the above, wanting to know about the entitlement of home delivery of cylinders with proper receipt for the consumers of this locality.

My consumer No 4001, Booked gas refill on 2June 2014. But till now not delivred. even i given complant to Ernakulam Indiane office. Very bad service from Venus Gas Mannar, Alappuzha.Lat time also i got refill after escalating to ernakulam office/petrolium office delhi.Please do something to proper delivery.
