I booked a gas on 03/06/2014 its refill booking no. is [protected]-443846. I received a message on 05/06/2014 that your refill booking no. stands cancelled. It is cancelled because of price rise in July? If yes then how can we cook the food for the four member of family. Please do it ASAP.

    I shifted my connection from Ichapur Store Bazar to Rajarhat Gas Service as I shifted my residence seven months back. Every time I get delayed supply from Rajarhat Gas service. This time I booked refill on 1st May 2014. My Consumer No. CX 3223210. Refill Booking No. 652337 booking Date 01.05.2014. I have not received any cylinder till date. My second cylinder has also become empty today. I am a consumer since 1986. This is the first time I am running short of Gas. Earlier in Ichapur one cylinder ran for about 50 days and it can be found out from my previous book. Now it is running for 30-35 days. I do not have any access to weigh the cylinder. Can I be protected in this concern? Their communication system for follow up in a only land phone number which is not attended. Last Five days I am trying to contact them to follow up about their delivery schedule for me. But either they are not picking up or it remains engage. It so painful for people like us who do not have spare time to be seated at Gas agencies office and as a serving person it is not possible to travel every time I book a refill and reach their for follow up. I am sure that there is some rules/regulation to protect consumers interest. I humbly request for your support to get relief of the situation. Best Regards Tapan Kumar Das

      Local dealer supplied a cylander which was leaking.Immediate we called at office and inform about the leakage and its danger. We kept cylander as its with company packing on one side. company people came and inspected and told that it will be changed immediately. Again after two days we have contected the company ofice they told that stock is not there and we will change after receiving load. Till today they have not change the cylander.Today when we have contected their delivery boy he refused amd told that it is under weight. We can not change it. The cylander is still lying with company seal. The question is whether should not they take back the leak cylander for the safety purpose? In the house where small childeren are living any accident can be happen with so leakage? Please provide safety instruction to the dealer and its staff and ask them to have a local complaint book and give the complaint number. Veena Munot [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

        I have been booking indane for many times and receiving the messages saying "your gas is delivered" everytime but noone comes. This is a serious issue.Please look at it. My Cust No:76184 Distributors No:[protected]/620. They never care or pick the call. Toll free number never seem to work.

                In our Town there has been a huge demand for the LPG cylinders.But I wonder how the commercial shop owners are managing to get domestic cylinders for their commercial use.There has been squad coming and seizing the illegal cylinders but yet not completely solved. In some shops they technically fill domestic Lpg into Commercial Lpg for not creating any doubt.There should be heavy action taken and save the peoples money.

                  I had just gone to fill petrol at Shree Hanisha Service Station which is an Indian Oil outlet at Kotivakkam, ECR, Chennai. When I parked my car next to the filling pump, I noticed that the last sale registered was around Rs 400 approx. I asked the petrol pump attendant named BHAI to fill FULL tank on my Santro car as I had just gone on Reserve 5 kms before. Hence I had still few litres of petrol left in the reserve portion of my car tank. As we all know that the full tank capacity of a Santro car is max 35 litres only and goes on reserve when it reaches 5 litres of remaining petrol, so what I could expect to be refilled for was 30-31 litres to the maximum. To my horror and surprise, I found that my tank was filled for 35.78 litres as was showing in the pump reading meter. When I challenged the attendant on this abnormality, he had no reason to provide. So, I surmised that this could be due to 2 reasons: One was that this attendant did not zeroise the meter reading from previous filling and he started filling the moment I went inside my car to get my purse and without showing me the meter reading before filling (which is the normal practice in other pumps) or, the filling station itself was calibrating its pump meters to cheat customers. But my feeling is that the actual reason could be the first one since the attendant looked very shaky when I challenged him and also gave me a wrong name when I had asked him first. I found his real name later when I spoke to the Cashier of that petrol pump. However, when I wanted to officially register my complaint with the Cashier, he was helpless and told me he will talk to the attendant, that's all. No solution on why I was cheated or how I could be compensated for this cheating. I had no other option but to curse my luck and leave that place. So, I would expect that some Indian Oil higher level official read my complaint and take strong action on such type of cheating on gullible customers and ensure that this particular petrol pump is kept on their strong watch so that they do not cheat us in future. For further information, see the attached Bill receipt so that you now have enough justification at your end to do the needful ASAP

                    This has happen 2-3 before also but today I seriously got pissed off with these b***ds. I told to that fuel filling guy to fill petrol of 300 rs., There was a another guy who was first taking the money and then allowing me to get it. I noticed that meter was already having the reading of 100 rs(by previous customer) and he continued in the same. I told him that you didn't showed me zero in meter reading, and you continued in last meter reading. He didn't listen to me and I was filling bad because I already paid him money. It was loss of 100100rs but most of the time these people do that. I have mark in my scooter meter where I can see easily how much is filled. By other petrol pump.. I never faced such issues.

                      I, Abhijit Neogi residing at 83/1, BT Road (4th Floor, Flat no : 11), Kolkata-90, a consumer (Consumer No: 288429) of Indane Gas Service. With a great regret, I would like to highlight that my gas connection is still locked (from first week of February) and I am facing lots of difficulties to run my family smoothly. Presently, I am going to shift to Chandannagar, Hooghly to my native place for which I need to transfer the gas connection to that address. Unless and until my present gas connection is unlocked, I will not be able to apply for address change to Chandannagar local Indane gas distributor in order to ensure smooth and non-interrupted gas supply. In view of the above facts, being a valued customer of Indane, I have not yet received a single reply from your end even after submitting necessary documentation (submission dated. 24/02/2014) as well as after appearing physically at the Kolkata zonal office. Therefore, it is my earnest request to you to take necessary action at your earliest in order to unlock and regularize the gas service as early as possible.

                        I am A.sathyan, consumer No.184802 of Mini Gas Agency, Kundara. I have given several complaint against Mini Gas Agency and the authorities are not taking any action against the company. They are not allowing the consumers to book the gas through online and they are saying come and book the gas. They won't pick up the phone calls and they are keeping the phone away from the cradle. The staff of the agency are bahaving very bad and they are only deciding the criteria to supply the gas. Kindly permit another gas agency in between Karikode and Keralapuram and help the consumers as the number of consumers are more in Mini Gas Agency. Kindly direct the distributor to provide online facility to the consumers immediately.

                          I am R.N. Mishra living in A-2243, Green Field Colony, Faridabad. My consumer No. is CX-3431498 with Rama Indane, SCO- 144, IInd Floor, Sector-21C Market, Near ICICI Bank, Faridabad, TIN: [protected] Phone No.[protected] and[protected]. I had booked for delivery of gas on 20.05.2014 on line and my booking No. was [protected]- 290486. Despite cash memo was generated as [protected] on 22.05. 2014 with the message that the delivery of gas will be made shortly, even after about 10 days I have not been supplied with the said gas. This is the regular feature of this agency. I am fade up with the affairs and do not know as to what to do to get rid of the affairs which we are facing regularly. The staff of the said agency do not pick phone and we are left at their mercy. If I am fortunate to be able to talk to them it is their set reply that the cash memo could not be generated and the booking was therefore cancelled. Has the IOCL got any authority or not to set right such gas agents who are harassing the genuine customer and may be involved in supplying the cylinder in the market. Short in weight up to 5-6 kg is also a regular feature. When asked the delivery boy manage to show the full weight on the scale but in actual they are short in weight. As old person is at home she can not herself verify it personally. When we reach and weigh the cyliner are in short supply and there is no proper response for the said agency on the matter.

                            Hi There The complain from Deesa pincode:385535, b.k, gujarat.The Firm name is Tee Vee petrol pump, staff guys don't behave properly they fill less fuel then they asked to fill such as If we ask for inr500 they fill inr499.33 and when we tell them they argue with consumers and say this amount is nothing and bla bla bla, I was in hurry that times So I rang to manager instead say sorry he also argued with me that "you should've asked to staff that they should use buttons on the machine like 5 0 0 on the pad", I thought was it my duty? Now I'd like to tell you guys it's not limited to just this petro station but many of them doing same thing and they put consumers in shamefull situation so they don't tell staff for cents, if you guys really don't know about these all then it's unbelievable b'coz it's usual, don't know do you guys take any action or not? Hope we'll get solution this time. Thanks

I am a Indane consumer last two years my consumer No- 55469 which was recently transfer on same state & new consumer number given by Indace Agency is CX8760205 which is not uploaded in Indane Website. Sir, I booked my gas cylinder on 07 May 14 IOCL NO- 386796 after that i visited many times to this gas agency which was situated in A-1/B-20, DD Mkt A Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi. After past 23 days i have not received this cylinder & i am also still waiting which is very poor service of Indane Gas Agency in west delhi.                                 This letter is to bring to your kind notice the inadequte supply of petrol at ladkat petroleum co. (Plot no-36, somwar peth, ladkat petroleum co, pune-411011petrol pumps petroleum products)
                                . Emploees working at petrol pump supply insufficent petrol than amount paid by them by decieving consumers, when a consumer try to protect hhis intereast and question them the employee at the fueling pumps misbeaheave and also tend to use pfofanity to women. I have been the witnees of the same. On the eveing of 28 may7 2014 i found the employees suppling less petrol than i had paid, but when i questioned them the tend to misbeheave with me. Thery try ro decieve consumer by hiding the numbers(Showing price and quantity) of fuling meter at fueling machine in petrol pumps.They confuse consumer by diverting his attention and delivering less petrol than quoted. Then has been a frequnt conduct and consumers are exploiled. The owner and management of the pump have conmplete knowkedge of it and the encourage such conduct. I would like the concerned autority to take punitive action againt the petol pume

                                  Myself is getting lpg cylinder from manjot gas service, vijay nagar amritsar who often supplies the cylinder with inordinary delay.First of all he books the cylinder after 21 days, even after 21 days he supplies the cylinder after 10 to 15 days so we are getting the same after 30 to 35 days and next booking starts after delivery of the same at home.


                                  So please look into the matter at the earliest

                                    I have registered for a new gas connection at Sabha gas agency, cart track road, guindy. The agency forced us to get gas stove from them. But we have one already, which was purchased some months ago. So we returned the gas stove gave by them. They made a refund for us stating that new connection will be provided only after they verify at our house. A man came and inspected. We were using the cylinder of my mother in law at that time. Later the agency refused to give us the new gas connection as we were using a cylinder already. Even after I told him that the cylinder is not mine he said "as there is a cylinder already in use, we will not provide any other connection". The manager's response was very bad. We asked for a written statement on this, but he refused to give it. He could have checked if the name has been enrolled already. Kindly help me on this.

Sanchayita Roy . have received a new Gas connection from INDANE distributor GAS AND NOVELITIES, Code-140411 ( Address-49/A, GHOSAL PARA, NAVGRAM, DIST-HOOGHLY, PIN-712201 WEST BENGAL ) on 10/05/2014 ( Consumer No.[protected][CX8965507] ) after depositing Rs.3050/-.I regret very much to say that inspite of depositing security money, another a Home Pack (Sulekha) of worth Rs.250/- has forcibly given me as a package kit.Actually I have no need this pack . If it is mandatory to accept this pack then why the amount of Rs.250 has not been mentioned in the Subscription voucher? I know that the consumer shall take on loan from the corporation only cylinder and pressure regulator after depositing requisite amount prescribed by IOC.The forcibly sale of this pack is against my legitimate right. If the Distributor did not follow the IOC (INDANE) rule then action should be taken against the Distributor . I am eagerly awaiting for a suitable reply.

                                        I am a resident of Shalimar Bagh AD block, i was cheated twice with the same practice, and i caught the staff the third time, when i noticed the same mod us opera die . I would usually ask to fil for 100 Rs of petrol to the filling staff and he would only fill it for 70 Rs and when i questioned he would say okay, i would fill it for 30 Rs more, this time he would only show Rs.30 in the meter and would actually not fill it . On the third instance i caught him and complained to there manager Mr/. Rajveer Yadav, he told me that you should be alert and this boys do such practices for quick money, and instructed the filling staff to refill for the balanced amount . I told him this is not the correct and professional practice and should have taken a strict action against the employee to stop such practices. i would like to file a complaint against the Manager and the employee of the filling station, so that such incidents are not repeated.
