Dear Sir/Madam; My Consumer No:CX-3370953 Address:B.B. Biswal, HIG/A-36, APHB Colony, GachiBowli, Hyderabad - 500 032. Contact No:+[protected], +[protected],[protected]Res.) I had booked the gas on 27/02/2014(Booking No:666314), seeing no result again I booked on 15/03/2014(Booking No:675400) and get the Cash memo No:[protected] by SMS massage on 22/03/2014, Refill shall be delivered shortly. Though it is been 1 month passed, I have not get the gas, even I complained on your Toll free No:[protected] and the complain number is 1395668. They assured me within 3 to 4 days I will get the gas. indane does not care its customers, its just show off only showing web sites, registration, and receiving complaints. None of there customers care phone works plus they care a damn about customers. its waste of time writig complaints here.

    I booked refill of LPG cylinder under reference no 468627 on dated 11/4/2014. I got message today 16/4/2014 morning at 9.47 AM that cash memo no [protected] is generated and refill cylinder will be supplied shortly. I do not understand, what is the purpose of generating memo if they are not delivery the refill same day. Once memo is generated they must deliver refill immediately. There is no use of generating memo and delivering after 2 days. Indian Garage dealer in Bangalore have been following this practice for a long time and therefore causing inconvenience to the consumers

      my consumer no is 3531 name roshan lal chachan, i am consumer of scs indane gas agency hanumangarh town.
      i have problem to receive my gas cylinder on time at home.deliveryman misbehaviour is also a big issue.deliveryman has no salter scale for weight the cylinder.
      please sir look into d matter and solve my problem.

        Gas not delivered to cosumer no. 4050 against refill booking no. 706830 booked on dated 01.04.2014 byVaishali Gas Agency Saguna More, Danapur Patna, Bihar Whereas Gas booked on 05.04.2014 has been delivered to the consumers concerned. I have information that the agency has sold the delivered cylinder in black market. I-- cash memo no.[protected] generated on 05.04.2014 II-- cash memo no.[protected] generated on 10.04.2014 III--cash memo no.[protected] generated on 13.04.2014, but not delivered till now and on personal contact the Staff Of The Agencies are roughly behaving and abusing . I recognise the staff and manager concerned

          Hi, There is a price cut from 15th April 2014 mid night of 70 paise / lt. The indian oil petrol pump next to aarey flyover Goregaon East on left side towards jogeshwari is selling petrol on 80.99 INR / Litre, when we asked petrol pump employees about the price they said that company has not sent them the order or reducing the prices so they are selling on older price. Please look into this issue as petrol pump is selling petrol on invalid price which is not as per government of india & IOCL. Regards, Vivek

            I have booked Cylinder on 28 Mach 2014. - CC No 12812 booking ref no. - 618037
            My re-fill Cylinder booking not yet delivered after 18 days of booking. My second cylinder is almost empty.
            No response from the KSFC agency on phone on repeated calls many times.
            Request to Deliver immediately.

My name in the connection card is mentioned as Subhodh Kumar Singh, but the correct name is Subodh Kumar Singh. The addhar card has my name as Subodh Kumar Singh. I contacted the distributor regarding the correction in name. He asked to submit a affidavit on stamp paper and other security fee.                   Respected Sir, This is Anjan Kumar Ghosh, an Indane LPG customer of Rangareddy district, Andhra Pradesh, Consumer no.: 156661, my distributor is Venkata Sai Gas Agency, Address: Indane Distributors, 1-90/A/2, Near Venkates-, Wara Fine Arts College, Madhapur Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. I have booked a cylinder through IVRS system on 21 March, 2014, ref. no. 678543, after not receiving any response after four days, when I was contacted to distributor personally I was told to rebook again and I did it through online on 25/3/2014, ref. no. R[protected], that is in process till now. A cash memo [protected] had been generated on 1/4/2014 against the booking no. 678543 and I received an SMS that this booking (ref. no. 678543) has been cancelled on 4/4/2014. Again, I went to distributor office on 5/4/2014 and again I was told to rebook, I did it on 5/4/2014 through IVRS, ref. no.686000. A cash memo [protected] has been generated on 9/4/2014 against this. But till today 12/4/2014, cylinder has not been supplied. I am facing a lot of problems, financially and physically, for not having gas in proper time. Could you please guide me how and when can I get my cylinder and I’ll get relief. Who will attend my complaint? Who will pay my loss, financial and physical for having food from outside? What is the remedy? Furthermore, I applied for the Preferred Time Delivery but it has not been activated. This type of service is not expected from the world’s one of the largest companies.                     102636 - Consumer Number, Manikonda area.

                    The new cylinder which was opened 1 hr back is leaking . Tried all numbers and till now no response.

                    The help line is not working at night which is very important and in emergency what consumer shd do in night time.

                          Dear Sir,

                          We are staff member of Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi. We are getting LPG from South Delhi Enterprises, 19 Basrukar Market, Moti Bagh-1, New Delhi. From last few months some staff member got their gas with subsidiary rate and some got without subsidiary rate. We have informed to the manager South Delhi Enterprises, but he did not give any suitable answer. We are foreign country citizen, but we are here for long time and bearing MEA Card. According to the statement of LPG bearer, subsidiary rate is not applicable for foreign coutry citizenship. If it is right, please give us a copy of government order or please take action against the dealer, why they do not give us on subsidiary rate.

                              indian oil cylinder delivered by chandrakala indane agancy delhi east leaked and we have already called to there emergency service cell [protected]. some executive comes and gives us a slip in which executive is written that cylinder will replace by agency but no one will come from agency for replacement and this leaked cylinder is present in my home till now. if any misshapennig occurs by this leaked cylinder then who will responsible for that please give me solution and surety if any misshappening is occurs then indian oil gas agency is responsible for that.

                                  Last cylinder received on 18.02.2014. New Booking done on 12.03.2014 (ie.after 21 days as insisted by the agency personnel).Till today (ie.09.04.2014)no cylinder was received even after 28 days. Name of the gas dealer is Mini gas agency, Kundara, Kollam ; Kerala. Customer name is Annamma John and customer No. is 46235. Booking No. is 142770. Phone Complaint already done on 04.04.2014 and complaint code is 1384879.
                                  Dear Sir I had booked for refill on 13-Sep-2014, today is 5th oct-2014 till now it is not delivered The details are as follows Agency : LATHA Agencies, Ambalapuzha. Refill Booking reference no :216176 (SMS received on 13-Sep-2014 04.47PM)
                                  gas cylinder last supplied on 22 August 2014.
                                  I booked refill cylinder against connection no. 5662 registered at C.Lal & Sons Kashmere Gate Delhi-110006 booking confirmation no. 451689. A complaint was made on 10.02.2015 and complaint registration no. is 1876378.

                                  I regret to inform that since more than 23 days have passed for booking and 8 day's time has been elapsed, but I am still waiting to received my refill cylinder.

                                  Please look into the matter and do the needful without any further delay.

                                  I have Indane LPG connection in the name of SANDHYA KAR with your authorised Distributor M/s. Halisahar Gas Service, Station Road, Halisahar, 24 Parganas (N), West Bengal. I got a Consumer No. CX19081434 on 20.3.2015. I booked a refill on 22.3.2015 against your Ref. No.796623. I am so unhappy with your service because I have not received the refill till today. Please inform me the reason behind this delay. From last two Months I have not gas in the cylinder.                                     My father Mr R.Ravindran nair with Consumer NR 44146 Aadhar card number[protected]. has submitted all the required details to the nearest Indane Distributor located at AS Rao nagar branch Hyderabad. adhaar card number also got updated in the system.and every month we got the cylinder as per booking but the balance amount has not got credited into my Father account. he approached the branch they replied it will get credited but take some time.this continued for some time but the balance amount never got credited . when he approached last month they said that the adhaar link from head office is not got updated that the reason its not got credited. from last 6 months he was paying 1100 to 1300 plus per cylinder. request you to plz look into the matter and do the needful. why it was pending in spite of submitting all the details as per requirement.submited bank details mentioned below. plz do the needful

                                      Dear Sir/Madam; The following is details of my Cooking gas booking position. My previous Distributor was M/s MADHAVI GAS AGENCY, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, where I have booked the Refil during the month of JANUARY 2014 and get the SMS cash memo has been generated, I will get the cylinder within a short time. Later on again I got the massage the cash memo has been CANCELLED and my Distributor has been changed to M/s VENKATSAI GAS AGENCY, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I booked the gas with Online booking number on 27/02/2014 and my Booking Ref:666314. Seeing no progess against the booking again I booked the gas on 15/03/2014 and got the Booking Ref:675400. Even though I got the SMS, Cash memo Number - [protected] has been generated against my booking, so far I have not received any cylinder. When I enroll my consumer number - CX 3370953 with the new distributor VENKATASAI, they assured me they will be send the cylinder withing 3-4 days. Kindly look to the matter.                                         i have booked my cylinder on 24 march 2014 and received message of acknowledgment on 25th march morning for my refilling no :[protected] but i received cylinder on 3 APRIL 2014 WITH A FRAUD BOOKING DATE OF 1ST APRIL 2014.

                                        that too cylinder is leaking heavily but no one is responding to our calls ON the given emergency no and there service centre no.

                                        i want to know where my cylinder has gone which i booked on 24 march of which message is in my mobile and who did FRAUD in refilling of cylinder for the next annual session(after 1sT APRIL 2014).

                                        I WANT TO KNOW IF SOME MISHAPPENING DUE TO LEAKY CYLINDER HAPPENS, THEN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.

                                        SINCE no one is responding to our calls and agency response is completely poor to solve the issue.
