My consumer No.36465 with Karthikeys gas Tiruppalai Madurai. I have booked for cylinder on 07.01.14.I got booking ref No as 421702.On 16.01.14 I got subsidy credit in my ICICI Bank account.Gas memo prepared on 17.01.14 bearing No.[protected] with the information gas will be delivered shortly but not delivered.Yesterday night I received SMS stating that cash memo cancelled.What for it is cancelled.While I todayy enquired distributor office One lady told again they prepare and send.At the trime ofg argument she disconnected, .They are misbehaving with customers.Most of the time they are not lifting the phone.No courteous service.Please explain the reason for non delivery and cancellation.I suspect some mischievous are going in distributors office.Please check and gve reply.

    I am Aleema Aboobacker consumer no 2142 (PANAKKAL GAS AGENCY KUNNAMKULAM) Sir, we booked gas morethan 2 months, still not yet delivered, our area is in chirakkal (pazhanji) 8 km from kunnamkulam, several time we contact with panakkal agency they saying yes tomorrow, tomorrow repeating this answer...please correct their lazy altitude and solve our problems

      Dear Sir/Madam, Murali Gas Agency - Kalyan Nagar It is the 3rd time a refill is not being sent to my address on time, i had booked for refill on 5th Jan 2014 and been waiting till last wednesday and when walked into the agency, the lady assured me saying, it will be sent as the person is taken it that day, but its not delivered till today ! I strongly feel cylinders booked by consumes are sold in black for extra money either by the agency or the delivery boys, i am experiencing this issue for the 3rd time now. Its a sure case of manipulation of orders, request you to please look into my issue and have my refill delivered at the earliest and also take severe action against such criminals.         Dear Sir, I have a gas connection with Indane gas agency at Sri Sadguru Indane gas agency.but every time I used to face problem with this service provider. I tried to reach at the IOC toll free number for registering a compliant but that number is always say busy and not getting connected. And I am help less please suggest me for the same.         Be Cautious with LAPTOP STORE - HP Laptop Service Center in Chennai

        I have given my HP Compaq Laptop for Service on 3rd January 2014 for the following 2 specific reasons;

        1) For rectifying Frequent problem of “Display Driver stopped responding and getting recovered”
        2) For replacement of New Battery

        I have agreed for their estimation of Rs 3, 500/= for New Battery change + Rs 1, 500/= towards full servicing and my Laptop was delivered to me on 5th January 2014, saying everything is OK after making full payment of Rs 5, 000/=. But after bringing home, I found my Laptop was in same condition and the problem of frequent display driver stoppage was continuing.

        I have talk to the Service Center and also to their Director requesting them to depute someone to my home to check my Laptop, but my request was refused by them with adamant attitude and they want me to bring once again to the center.
        Once again, I took my LT to their center and after 2 days, they have returned back to me after replacing the full program deleting all my documents, saying my Laptop is perfectly ok.

        But it is unfortunate & Sad still the problem of frequent Display driver stoppage is continuing in my Laptop, for which I have visited them 4 times spending Rs 2, 400 for my car (for Call driver + Petrol), apart from the Service Charges of Rs 5, 000/=, originally paid to them
        In my opinion, the service center people are not trained / skilled & also all jobs are done in careless & irresponsible way and I request / suggest all my Friends be Cautious with them and not to have any dealings with Lap Top Store in Velachery, Chennai for any servicing.

          Hi I am dealing with one of the agencies of Indane called AZAD GAS AGENCY in Ludhiana. I must bring it your kind notice about the kind of the most staff recruited to handle your customers. The staff does not have any sense of speaking to customer. I just wanted to transfer the gas connection to one of my family members, My family members paid around 7 visits still it was in vain. It was told upfront on face of the customer that "i am not going to work .. do what ever best you can do. and was also told that we are often visited by mad customers like you. the name of the employee is sonia. The head of the agency Mr. Karan is never available in the agency. What kind o[censored]neducated staff you guys have employed which dont even know how to speak to customers. It was such a dreadful experience which forced me to write here, without even knowing the benefits of writing here. Can you please take some corrective measures. if any one can...

            Have booked a refill on 9th Dec'13 for which cash memo had generated on 21st Dec and cancelled on 23rd December without a specific reason. Enquired the same with delivery representative and suggested me to book again which was done on 2nd Jan'14 which was not yet delivered till today ie., 18th Jan'14. Booking reference # booked on 9th Dec :830679 Cash Memo generated on 21st dec :[protected] After cancellation booked again on 3rd January and the booking reference #845932 Kindly do the needful.

              Radhakrishna Indane, Wanowrie - Pune is having 2 Landline Numbers. They are always keeping the receiver on the table instead of keeping it on the telephone instrument. So all the callers are getting busy tone. To avoid further frustration they need to go their office personaly by 2 wheeler, by Auto Rickshaw or by own car. All the staff is trained to behave rudely !!! Please take necessary action else very soon the said agency will be in deep trouble ... Sanjay Tulsi (Consumer No- 04159)

                It has been observed that Indane Toll Free No. [protected] is not working for last 1 month and no action has been taken to get it rectified. Even in there official web site you can only lodged complain for Leakage of Gas, no other complain can be logged, Even the block where it is mentioned Contact us that also not working. I thing Indane is lacking the basic facilities to get in touch with customer in this Hi - Tech world or they are just avoiding to get in touch with customer,

                  My name is Ambika and I have a gas connection in Thiruvonam gas agency, at Alappuzha District, Kerala State with consumer no.6878.For the last 3 months I have availed 3 cylinders but my subsidy amout is not getting through bank. As we are suffering from financial problem this is not an easy amount for us to wait for this much .We have already submitted all documents to bank and gas agency.When we approach both they are saying wait!                     I registered my Aadhaar Number with Indane Gas Distributor and Bank. I received a Gas cylinder by paying Rs.1100 and Rs.435 credited to my account. So the cost of the cylinder is Rs.625. My neighbour has not registed his Aadhaar Number so far. He is getting cylinder for Rs.415. What is the use of Aadhaar Number, it causes me loss of amount. How to redress this?

                      Hi, This is Altaf Mohammed, and i have a gas connection# 3316 at Someswara Enterprizes, Machilipatnam - 521001, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. I have provided my SBH bank account# [protected], while i have enrolled my adhaar#[protected] to avail LPG subsidy. I have received a cylender on 07/01/2014 and paid amount 1350.00 against a cash memo# [protected]. Below are my complaints: 1. I have received a sms from IODBTL dated 14/01/2014, 16:38 IST, stated that "one time advance LPG subsidy Rs. 435.00 successfully transeferred to your bank account in Andhra Bank. 2. I have received a sms from IODBTL dated 16/01/2014, 11:25 IST, stated that "LPG subsidy Rs. 839.25 for cash memo: [protected] dated 07/01/2014 transeferred to your bank account in Andhra Bank".                       M y Aadhaar no:[protected] has been linked to my LPG IDno:[protected] and my State Bank of India Account no: [protected] as I have submitted my relevant Documents to the distributor since inception of the scheme. You (IOC) are offering subsidy Credits to my stated Account as per consumer’s (My) intentions since then.

                      Last month my subsidy Amount is credited to my Syndicate Bank Account no: [protected] without Submission of my Bank details to the Distributor. Which is wrong linking and it is against consumer’s intentions and obligations? Why and How it has happened I don’t know?

                      Please enquire to the satisfaction of the (Your) consumer and If any changes should done with the intentions of the consumer only. Kindly advise the distributor accordingly.

                        The gas tube is to be changed as the date shown in the tube is may 2013 and the tube has come out of the nozzle and the end is cracked and loose. It is dangerous to use it as it it. Today and coming days are holidays the agent office will be closed upto monday.                               Hello, Indian Agency Name: AMEEN GAS AGENCIES, SHORANNUR, PALAKKAD KERALA [PH NOS:[protected], 2223696, 2222128]. I have Booked to refill Cylinder on or before 15th Nov 2013 (not sure the exact date) to this agency and we have received an information on last week, after lots of calls to the agency, that the filled cylinder will be delivered on 10th Jan 2014. No one came on that day!!! When i called today, the information what i received was, they came to my home for cylinder delivery, but no one was there on that time... And they will come only on next week so that delivery will be on next week only Due to some personal tragedy happened in my home, everyone is there in my home all the time (from last two weeks) including my relatives!!! Its too hard for us to contact them first of all. All of their Phone numbers (mentioned above) are busy always and when it rings, no one will pick it. Once in a blue moon they will pick the call and give some stupid excuses or they will ask us to call them after sometime.                                 I have enrolled my aadhar card details with my bank in the month of Sept 2013 and in the gas agency i.e., Sri Saila Gas Agency Miyapur in the month of April 2013. I have got 2 cylinders til date but subsidy is not received till date.My consumer name is 54078 and my name is V Balaji . As per agency when i approached them they are telling link in RBI is not updated.
                                i request you to do the needful in this regard.

                                  Hi, I'm Indane customer of Sri Saila Gas Service, Hyderabad. The guy who came for delivering the refill gas cylinder asked for extra amount saying it as delivery charge apart from the amount mentioned in receipt. Last time the amount was very less so we gave him but this time it was several time more than previous amount. I filing this complaint only to tell the Gas Agency owner that please take some action on your delivery guys who are rude and putting a black mark on your Gas Agency name. Thanks

                                    Today I filled up petrol at High Tech Auto serivce 11/a, 19th Main 25th cross HSR Layout, Bangalore. The guy who filling petrol has not showned me the Zero before filling, I asked to give me the computer generated bill, he said it is not working, on top they were trying to abuse me. Then I asked for complaint book, but as usual there is no complaint book, then they said they can show the status online and I waited for more than 15mts but invain. So net to net this is cheating the public and not caring about the consumer.
                                    These are my cashbill details: 31028 dated 6th jan 2014. I am hoping some one will take an action on this.
