i have a gas leakage in my home.. i called al the emergency service numbers of indane gas agencies. none of the line got connected and i got an automated voice saying that emergency calling time is between evening 5 to morning 9. so what will happen if anything hazardous happens during 9 am to 5 pm?

is this what is called a real emergency service?

    I booked a refill for the Indane gas on 7th Nov 2013 for consumer number (93360) but so far I haven’t received any refill. I was also issued the cash memo number.
    I regularly kept on checking through IVR when my gas will be delivered. I received the status that till 29th Oct my gas agency (Captain Gas Agency, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad) has cleared the delivery. So I mine was expected to come in another week or so. But then next time I received the status that transaction has been cancelled thus I rebooked on 10th Dec 2013, which is also not yet delivered.

    I logged a complaint[protected] for the same through toll free number; they reverted back after 5 days saying that you need to for refill again. I have told them it’s already re-booked.

        My name is Nitin Garg and I applied for new Indane connection on 11 Dec 2013 through Indane Website. Distributor Name - Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon. Ref No. N[protected].
        I was told by customer care rep. that I will get the connection in 7 working days but I have not received yet. The SL69 number which I was supposed to received has not been given to me till date.
        I submitted complaint on 20th Dec 2013 with docket number 1156975 and was told that it will be solved within 48 working hours. But I haven't any response for this as well.

        Request you to help getting me new connection.

          My self Laxmi I have applied for a new gas connection to Akash Gas Service Johripur, Delhi-94 Reference No. N[protected] Dt.27/09/2013 but till date we are not received any call or mail regarding my gas connection. then i raised a complaint no. is 1153803 Dt. 18.12.2013. Customer care executive tell me your complaint revert within 48 hours but no any resolution give my till date i.e. 26.12.2013. So i request you please help me because i face very big problem in my family. again i request you sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.                 This happened to me today on 24-Dec-2013 at 15:00 hours. I asked for a full tank refill for my i10. The attendant after serving the guy ahead of me with a two wheeler filled in 200 Rs of petrol asked me to open the fuel cap. When I was waiting for him to reset the counter to zero another guy distracted me by pointing to an IOC billboard with an offer. By the time I turned back to look at the fuel meter expecting for confirmation of a zero reading, which normally the attendants in most of the petrol stations do, the meter was already at 7 ltrs which was under less than 20 sec. I asked the guy to stop filling the fuel and started a heated dialog with the people. The people were trying to pacify me saying that the filling does not start with out resetting zero and it is a speed pump etc but they knew they were caught duping and they were on a defensive stand. I asked the manager about it and he was sheepishly in a low tone trying to convince me. I asked him to give the number of the proprietor (manager introduced the prop as Praveen, not sure if he was really the prop.) as well and spoke to him he was also trying to convince me with out being present when this had happened. I felt that everyone was hand in glove in this duping operation.
                Unfortunately there is no proof that can be used for judicial prosecution until you do a sting operation with cameras or other hidden measuring containers under the petrol tank opening against.

                At least the best we as consumers can do is spread the word about such incidents and petrol bunks so that other consumers dont get victimised and people avoid visting such pumps. I was trying to find if we can raise complaints with IOC but could not find an option to do so. Suggest what best as victims we can do to mitigate and avoid reoccurences, apart from voicing our concern on these public websites.

                These petrol pump people along with the managers are cheaters .They swiped my card and 110 rps deducted from my account but they told due to server issue card amount was not deducted properly and again they swiped my card and 2 times amount deducted
                When I checked with the manager he was arrogantly telling I Need to check with the bank people.

                  My consumer no. is 38300330. Refill has been booked with memo no.685476 thru 24x7 phone call system has been registered on 13th December, 2013. I received a message saying cash memo generated against this on[protected]. Again today i.e.,[protected], I got a message saying cash memo cancelled. No reasons have been indicated. This is the second incident of similar nature. Atleast, it is their minimum duty to let us know the reasons if any sothat precautions can be taken next time. On calling up on toll free complaint no., they asked us to contact the local gas agency which never picks up the call. new refill booking is also not being allowed saying your cash memo cancelled. Great service

                    I am IOC customer having consumer No. CO 4355 for domestic LPG. There is no any online refill booking facility at my town i.e Hoshiarpur -Punjab. Kindly arrange the same or provide the reason of not having online facility in the town. It is very dificult to book refill over phone. Waiting for your fruitfull reply.                       I am a customer of Indane Gas past 3 yrs (consumer number 54158 in the name of Gaurav Gupta ). I get my gas service from Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi Whitefield, Bangalore. We have booked our gas(refill) on 30th Nov 2013 and then cash memo/voucher also got generated as i got the sms cash memo# [protected] and booking # 814001 . but still after 25 days, We are waiting for gas cylinder ( refill), i called toll free number and booked the complaint also complaint # 1150905. We did not get the delivery after that too and We are trying to reach gas agency also on their contact numbers continuously but most of the time, a recorded msg comes which says this telephone line is not working. This is bringing lot of mental stress as we are without gas past one week and eating outside. We might even get sick this way. I don't know how to contact the agency.This way these people even are encouraging black marketing of gas and some action needs to be taken against them. Please help!!!

                      Indane - Non delivery of Refill gas cylinder even after generation of cash memo 25 days


                      I am a customer of Indane Gas past 1yr (consumer number 89395 in the name of Preeti Sharma ). I get my gas service from Yadu Gas Agency, Site 4 Sahibabad GZB. We have booked our gas(refill) on 19th Dec 2013 and then cash memo/voucher also got generated as i got the sms cash memo# [protected], On 24th Dec13 got sms your booking has been cenceled, We are waiting for gas cylinder ( refill), i called toll free number [protected], [protected], [protected] But nobody Picking call & disconnecting Call.We Booked Gess Two Times but No positive Response.****BAD SERVICE**** did not get the delivery after that too and We are trying to reach gas agency also on their contact numbers continuously but most of the time, a recorded msg comes which says this telephone line is not working. This is bringing lot of mental stress as we are without gas past one week and eating outside. We might even get sick this way.                         Sir, my consumer number is 05954, Jyothi enterprises, Aghapura, Hyderabad. i booked gas on November 30, Ref No: 660059. i got a message on December 5 that cylinder will be delivered shortly. till date we didnt get our delivery but the status shows its delivered. this has become a routine past one year. on approaching the agency where no one can come in contact with the manager (never present) we get rash replies but no solution. at times they suggest to re-book a fresh one. this agency is the worst and not spacious enough to even enter in. plz take stern action against this agency and curb the ongoing hijacking of cylinders for extra price.

                          Booked for refill vide no.520341 on 25.11.13 for consumer no.32391.On visit to modern gas agency our distributor on 21.12.13 was told wld be delivered today but not delivered.On further checking today i.e.24.12.13 on consumer cell helpline no.[protected] (recorded messages) got the recorded messages that LPG cylinder was already delivered on 21.12.13 actually not delivered till today i.e 24.1.213.Pls help

                          I BOOKED ONE CYLINDER VIDE 424072 ON 17 APR 14 TILL NOW NO DELIVERY TOOK PLACE AND HOME DELIVERY IS ALSO WITHDRAWN FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.

                          INSPITE OF REPEATED VISIT IN AGENCY AND TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION THEY ARE FAILED TO DELIVER

                          I PERSONALLY GONE FOR COLLECTION OF CYLINDER BUT IN VAIN, ALL TIME SAME ANSWER " NO CYLINDER" NOW THEY ARE TELLING IT WILL TAKE 50 DAYS FROM BOOKING. WE ARE GETTIN ONLY 500 ML KAROSENE OIL" FROM THAT WE CAN'NT RUN HOME

Dhanbad, Jharkhand vide Order No. 47948, on dated : 13/12/2013. But till date i have not received the cylinder against my booked order.Further I would like to inform you that i have facing the similler problems in every month & that practice is going with me in continuously. Due to this, I have facing a lot of difficulties in day to day life.

                                  Hence I request you to look after the matter & do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  lindane — delayed supply of domestic lpg cylinder

                                  In the last two months there have unusual delay in the supply of domestic LPG cylinders. Firstly the dealer is accepting booking after three weeks. Then he is taking about 10 days for delivery. How much days are these cylinders expectd to run the kitchen in a joint family?

                                  lindane — Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder

                                  My consumer no. is AI8879 and i had ordered for gas cylinder og 18/03/2008. Even after repeated calls to the Distributor i have still not received the cylinder. I request you to please look into the matter seriously and revoke the license of the distributors who turn a deaf ear to the customer complaints.
                                  i have booked for LPG cylinder (against consumer no.- 00953 at Angad Gas Agency, Adarsh Nagar) on dated 4.08.08 The same has not been supplied till date. After verifing for the same on telephone, no satisfactory reason behind delay were given 4-5 times. They reply of the delivery by the same day again and again. Please forward the same to concern officer/department, for necessary action please.

                                  I am a working women stays in Anand city, Gujarat. I am having two Indane cylinder whose distributor is M/s. Dwarkish Gas Agency, Near Indira Statue, Anand, is not supplying the cylinder even after one to two months after booking. After so many repeated requests and visits to his shop finally he will tell that I cannot supply it to your home (my home is two minutes from his shop) collect it from our gowdown. He always supply old, outdated and rusted cylinders and if customers deny to take that he will tell that if you won't accept it now your booking will be cancelled and you have to rebook for next cylinder. But, for customer like us who were waited for days to months to get a cylinder, at last we in emergency will are compelled to accept the same. But, while taking back the empty cylinder he will tell that this cylinder doesnot belong to him, as it is in very bad condition and he cannot take this back . While giving it was his but while taking back it was not his.

                                  I am attaching few photos of the uncealed/newly delevered cylynder which l;ooks very pale, faded and rusted condition

                                  Mine is not the only case with this agency majority of the customers are daily facing the same problem of late delivering and not delivering to their house, eventhough the distributor reciveing full amount including home delivery.

                                  In this regard I request the conserned authorities to look in to the issue and to take immidiet necessary steps to give customers justice and satisfation.

                                  Dear Sirs,

                                  I have registered my LPG connection with gruhasobha indane gas servicechend rourkela769015. My customer Id No. is G06000. The distributor is not supplying Refill cylinder
                                  in time. They are not lifting phone. Every month I facing similar problem. Now I have been booked my
                                  refill cylinder on 04.06.2009 vide their booking No.550 and they have informed me that in 10 to 12 days the cylinder will be delivered. after 12 days ie from 04.06.2009 I am continuously following up with them for which I have been receiving the same reply that tomorrow the cylinder will be delivered but still today ie. 29.06.2009 5:00PM(after 20 days) they have not delivered the cylinder.

                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that they are delivering cylinders after 10 to 15 days of billing date. It seems that they are misusing the cylinders. For the next booking they are taking in account the delivery date only which leads further 10 to 15 days delay.

                                  Kindly treat the matter is as most urgent and important and take suitable action and arrange for the supply of cylinders in time always.

                                  I have booked for LPG cylinder (against consumer no.- 51864 at Indane Gas Agency, Vijay Nagar) on dated 4.07.09 The same has not been supplied till date. After verifing for the same on telephone, no satisfactory reason behind delay were given 4-5 times. They reply of the delivery by the same day again and again. Please forward the same to concern officer/department, for necessary action please.Please let me know
                                  how such things we complain to the concern persons.

                                  i booked my gas cylinder on 9th of january but still it is not delivered till date. Further, they say that booking will be made only after 21 days of delivery and they are not delivering in even more 21 days. its not possible for us to run one cylinder for 40-45 days as we live in joint family.please take some steps to eradicate this problem. i am from agra.

                                  Well our lpg Distributor M/s Tirupati Indane Delivers the Booked cylinder after 15 days, but according to the norms of government the time period is 3 to 7 days please do the needy so we can live our life normal

                                  lindane — Non delivery of domestic LPG

                                  I wish to inform that I have a domestic LPG connection from indane distributors Swaraj Gas Seva allahabad consumer no. AK10015. Yesterday my wife tried t book the gas by telephone but those guys refused to book the gas citing that there could not be more than 1 gas connection for a single address. In this regard i have toi say that there are three connections of indane in different name for different identities. Three months before gas agency representative visited my home and he checked and verified all the three connections and also saw three kitchens . He charged Rs.60 per connection from us. I may please be enlightened whether any tenant/independent family residing in the same premesis cannot avail the gas facilities. In view of the above you are requested to instruct the concerned agency for booking of gas.

                                    Hi, This is regarding complaint against delivery boy of B R Gas Agency, Chandanagar, Hyderabad (AP). I booked cylinder through online portal of indane on 10th Dec which was delivered to me today on 18th Dec 2013. Below are the points that I would like to bring to notice of yours: 1) I was told that Gas will be delivered on 16th but wasn't for which I wasted all my day waiting for the same. 2) If it was not delivered then I expect to get a call from delivery boy for the same that he will deliver it today which he didn't. He came to my house for delivering cylinder and rang bell for 2-3 times, my wife was occupied and wasn't able to open door and later after 6 min or so she rushed to balcony and asked this guy to get cylinder, for which reponse from delivery boy was not good. when asked why didn't he called up before coming rply was " i don't have time to call every one". His behaiviour was very rude and unethical which shouldn't be. 3) worst part is when I ever call B R Gas services on their phone[protected] they never answer single call.

                                      I received the refill on 4/12/2013 from Priya gas Agencies by paying Rs 1060 . I have not received subsidy amount till date.I have already linked my adhar with my Bank account no [protected] with State bank of Travancore M G University campus branch and received the initial amount of Rs 435 one month ago.Please take immediate action to credit the subsidy amount in my bank account .

                                      I got SMS saying transfer of Rs.656-38 angainst Cash Memo No.[protected] dtd 5/3/14 pertaing to supply of cylinder under Consumer No.989334 of Geo Flames, Puthuppally, Kottayam. But unfortunately I didn't get the amount credited to my bank account.Kindly look into the matter and informe me.
                                      My cosumer no is KG23579 my LPG id is [protected] dealer konark gas cuttack and my adhar card no[protected] and both are linked with my saving account no [protected] Cental bank cuttack buxi bazar branch.

                                        This is to bring to your kind consideration, that today 16.12.2013 around 9.30 a.m I spoke to my Indane gas dealer office to clarify the details of Aadhaar Card submission regarding . A lady who lifted the phone was so vehement and rough enough that was not digestible by me . I am a customer for you and hope you can understand the service provider responsibilities, . I was totally betrayed by your staff and the purpose of my call was put on vain. Hope you can take necessary steps to talk to that dealer and do the needful for me.
