Dear Sir, With due respect this is to inform you that one gas agency go down is established in my area called DESHOI GAS AGENCY, at SADHANI NAGAR, N.H. 37 BYPASS, NEAR HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA RESORT, DIST JORHAT (ASSAM) which is fully resident area and due to arrival of big trucks, electricity cable is hampered everyday. Kindly do the needful.

    I have booked a LPG Cylinder for refilling with my Indane Gass Distributor Name: Choudhary Gas Distributer, Bastacolla, Dist. Dhanbad, Jharkhand vide Order No. 47948, on dated : 13/12/2013. But till date i have not received the cylinder against my booked order.Further I would like to inform you that i have facing the similler problems in every month & that practice is going with me in continuously. Due to this, I have facing a lot of difficulties in day to day life.

    Hence I request you to look after the matter & do the needful as soon as possible.

    Your Consideration in this regard shall be highly appreciated & oblige.

    lindane — delayed supply of domestic lpg cylinder

    In the last two months there have unusual delay in the supply of domestic LPG cylinders. Firstly the dealer is accepting booking after three weeks. Then he is taking about 10 days for delivery. How much days are these cylinders expectd to run the kitchen in a joint family?

    lindane — Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder

    My consumer no. is AI8879 and i had ordered for gas cylinder og 18/03/2008. Even after repeated calls to the Distributor i have still not received the cylinder. I request you to please look into the matter seriously and revoke the license of the distributors who turn a deaf ear to the customer complaints.
    i have booked for LPG cylinder (against consumer no.- 00953 at Angad Gas Agency, Adarsh Nagar) on dated 4.08.08 The same has not been supplied till date. After verifing for the same on telephone, no satisfactory reason behind delay were given 4-5 times. They reply of the delivery by the same day again and again. Please forward the same to concern officer/department, for necessary action please.

    I am a working women stays in Anand city, Gujarat. I am having two Indane cylinder whose distributor is M/s. Dwarkish Gas Agency, Near Indira Statue, Anand, is not supplying the cylinder even after one to two months after booking. After so many repeated requests and visits to his shop finally he will tell that I cannot supply it to your home (my home is two minutes from his shop) collect it from our gowdown. He always supply old, outdated and rusted cylinders and if customers deny to take that he will tell that if you won't accept it now your booking will be cancelled and you have to rebook for next cylinder. But, for customer like us who were waited for days to months to get a cylinder, at last we in emergency will are compelled to accept the same. But, while taking back the empty cylinder he will tell that this cylinder doesnot belong to him, as it is in very bad condition and he cannot take this back . While giving it was his but while taking back it was not his.

    I am attaching few photos of the uncealed/newly delevered cylynder which l;ooks very pale, faded and rusted condition

    Mine is not the only case with this agency majority of the customers are daily facing the same problem of late delivering and not delivering to their house, eventhough the distributor reciveing full amount including home delivery.

    In this regard I request the conserned authorities to look in to the issue and to take immidiet necessary steps to give customers justice and satisfation.

    I have registered my LPG connection with gruhasobha indane gas servicechend rourkela769015. My customer Id No. is G06000. The distributor is not supplying Refill cylinder
    in time. They are not lifting phone. Every month I facing similar problem. Now I have been booked my
    refill cylinder on 04.06.2009 vide their booking No.550 and they have informed me that in 10 to 12 days the cylinder will be delivered. after 12 days ie from 04.06.2009 I am continuously following up with them for which I have been receiving the same reply that tomorrow the cylinder will be delivered but still today ie. 29.06.2009 5:00PM(after 20 days) they have not delivered the cylinder.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that they are delivering cylinders after 10 to 15 days of billing date. It seems that they are misusing the cylinders. For the next booking they are taking in account the delivery date only which leads further 10 to 15 days delay.

    Kindly treat the matter is as most urgent and important and take suitable action and arrange for the supply of cylinders in time always.

    i booked my gas cylinder on 9th of january but still it is not delivered till date. Further, they say that booking will be made only after 21 days of delivery and they are not delivering in even more 21 days. its not possible for us to run one cylinder for 40-45 days as we live in joint family.please take some steps to eradicate this problem. i am from agra.

    Well our lpg Distributor M/s Tirupati Indane Delivers the Booked cylinder after 15 days, but according to the norms of government the time period is 3 to 7 days please do the needy so we can live our life normal

    lindane — Non delivery of domestic LPG

    I wish to inform that I have a domestic LPG connection from indane distributors Swaraj Gas Seva allahabad consumer no. AK10015. Yesterday my wife tried t book the gas by telephone but those guys refused to book the gas citing that there could not be more than 1 gas connection for a single address. In this regard i have toi say that there are three connections of indane in different name for different identities. Three months before gas agency representative visited my home and he checked and verified all the three connections and also saw three kitchens . He charged Rs.60 per connection from us. I may please be enlightened whether any tenant/independent family residing in the same premesis cannot avail the gas facilities. In view of the above you are requested to instruct the concerned agency for booking of gas.

      Hi, This is regarding complaint against delivery boy of B R Gas Agency, Chandanagar, Hyderabad (AP). I booked cylinder through online portal of indane on 10th Dec which was delivered to me today on 18th Dec 2013. Below are the points that I would like to bring to notice of yours: 1) I was told that Gas will be delivered on 16th but wasn't for which I wasted all my day waiting for the same. 2) If it was not delivered then I expect to get a call from delivery boy for the same that he will deliver it today which he didn't. He came to my house for delivering cylinder and rang bell for 2-3 times, my wife was occupied and wasn't able to open door and later after 6 min or so she rushed to balcony and asked this guy to get cylinder, for which reponse from delivery boy was not good. when asked why didn't he called up before coming rply was " i don't have time to call every one". His behaiviour was very rude and unethical which shouldn't be. 3) worst part is when I ever call B R Gas services on their phone[protected] they never answer single call.

        I received the refill on 4/12/2013 from Priya gas Agencies by paying Rs 1060 . I have not received subsidy amount till date.I have already linked my adhar with my Bank account no [protected] with State bank of Travancore M G University campus branch and received the initial amount of Rs 435 one month ago.Please take immediate action to credit the subsidy amount in my bank account .

        I got SMS saying transfer of Rs.656-38 angainst Cash Memo No.[protected] dtd 5/3/14 pertaing to supply of cylinder under Consumer No.989334 of Geo Flames, Puthuppally, Kottayam. But unfortunately I didn't get the amount credited to my bank account.Kindly look into the matter and informe me.

A lady who lifted the phone was so vehement and rough enough that was not digestible by me . I am a customer for you and hope you can understand the service provider responsibilities, . I was totally betrayed by your staff and the purpose of my call was put on vain. Hope you can take necessary steps to talk to that dealer and do the needful for me.

              Dear Sir,

              I booked for a cylinder on 18th of October 2008. The dealer told me that the same will be delivered after 10 days. On 27th of October I called up, to know the status and they told that we have not booked the gas and the booking is being done now. On 27th they told that same will be delivered after 3 to 4 days. Sorry to inform you that inspite of several reminders till today i.e. 4th November we have not received the same.
              Please lok into this matter and I also want to inform you that behaviour of the dealer is too bad and they don't give any doc no after the booking.

              i had booked a gas cylinder my agency is Kitchenaids tel no[protected] , Customer id 22346, booking made on 2nd january, 2012 booking number 3035106, but till date the cylinder has not been received by me, i want to raise this issue to a senior as this has become a routine feature with kitchenaids we are sure of mischief of the agency for selling the cylinders in the open market in black wherein the actual users are suffering.

              SIR, i have booked a cylinder on 03/02/2012 with auroshikha kolkata.My consumer number is 16075 & my booking reference number is 271461.Now on today 14/02/2012 i have got a massage from your company that"cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 271461 with cash memo 2846". But in reality i did not get any kind of cylinder .Now its my request please look into the matter and as soon as possible deliver the cylinder to me.
              I have logged request for Refill of cylinder on 06.12.13 and received Refill booking No. [protected]-344147 through SMS. Received SMS on 24.12.13 that Cash Memo has been generated. On 25.12.13 again received SMS that your cylinder has got delivered but it has practically not got delivered. Immediately I sent message stating that I have not received the cylinder but in response I received messaged stating that please log call again in [protected] without providing the resolution to my complain. I am having all the SMS stored in my Mobile for future reference and planning to go to consumer court as this is having the habit of dealer that 1st they are taking more than 20 days every time to get the cylinder delivered that also after sending SMS 2-3 days in advance stating that cylinder has got delivered but not getting delivered at the time of sending the SMS. Also no Cash Memo is being handed over to us at the time of delivering the Cylinder.

              Now again SMS received that Cylinder has got delivered on 12.01.14 against Refill booking No.
              [protected]-359007& Cash Memo [protected] but till date no Cylinder received. Its a big scam going on as distributor is celling the subsidized cylinder in black market and concerned person need to act immediately to get this issue bring under control.

It got cancelled 3 times with reason "Bookings cancelled in DBTL changeover will be automatically rebooked" and got rebooked automatically 2 times . Now its in cancelled state and i couldnt rebook because its throwing the following error "Your booking is already exist in IVRS System. Your Booking No. is 901148 and Booking Date is 20 Jan, 2015 12:48:16"

              Each time when i called the agency, i got a reply saying that "the cylinder has to be delivered within 2 days and since they were not able to do the same they have cancelled the request and re-initiated the same". Also i was informed the cylinder will be delivered the same day. Today when i called the agency i got response saying that they tried to deliver twice but there was no one at house, which is contradicting there earlier statement and its completely not true. My wife is housewife and she remains at house the whole day. Also i have registered my mobile number and i never got a call from the delivery person.

              DBTL subsidy was deposited in my bank account on 21st Jan but till now i haven't received my cylinder. Please take the necessary action ASAP so that I could get my cylinder delivered.

                From Suresh Kumar J S (mail : [protected]@gmail.com)mob:[protected] Kozhikode On 08/12/13, when I was on route to Kalpetta from Kozhikode at 8 A M in the morning I reached the IOCL Petrol pump at Paropadi, Malaparamba, Kozhikode for filling Diesel in my car. The pump operator carelessly set the price and when he lifted lever to pour the diesel, suddenly for my surprise I saw Diesel pumping out of the hose and with in a fraction of second, there were lots of diesel spilled into my car (not in Diesel tank) and on the face of my wife and kid who were travelling with me. The operator said that it was due to a malfunction of the lever and suddenly left the scene. I complained the matter to the manager and he also said he is help less I have filed a complaint at near by police station(chevayur, Kozhikode) and expecting further action. I request the IOCL authorities to look in to this matter and take steps to avoid such incidents in the future and compensate me of the losses i had suffered due to spoiling the fabrics inside my car, damaged dresses of my relatives, medication sought to curb itching, wastage of time and mental strain.

                  I am indane gas customer at Madhavi gas agency - shaikpet. My consumer number is 108299. I registered my aadhar card and bank account details long before I booked gas. I received gas on 20/10/13 and I paid rs 1030 for a bill of about 1000rs. Till now - 3 months - I have not received my subsidy amount into my bank account. I waited patiently for 15 days and then called Madhavi gas agency - they did not pick up calls. Then went to Himayat nagar office twice with written letter and contacted them on phone several times, yet they have not credited the subsidy amount. IT IS MY EXTRA MONEY THAT I PAID THEM ON 20.10.13, WHICH THEY HAVE TO PAY ME BACK. THEY ARE NOT PAYING FROM THEIR POCKET OR MADHAVI GAS AGENCY'S POCKET. IF YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF PAYING BACK THE EXTRA MONEY YOU HAVE COLLECTED, WHY EVEN COLLECT IT AT FIRST PLACE, JUST GENERATE BILL FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THE GAS ? WHAT IS THE USE OF BELIEVING YOU AND GIVING EXTRA MONEY - MY MONEY IS AT STAKE, TIME AND ENERGY IS WASTED RUNNING AFTER YOUR OFFICES. YOU BETTER RETURN THE EXCESS MONEY YOU HAVE COLLECTED FROM ME IN THE NAME OF SUBSIDY AND STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY SAYING VAGUE ANSWERS OR DODGING THEM. I say again - I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY THAT I HAVE PAID THEM IN EXCESS IN NAME OF SUBSIDY AND THEY ARE NOT DOING ME ANY FAVOUR.                     Initially my aadhar number was mapped old consumer number. After 6 months, we could able to identify the problem. And I visited gas agency team. In IOCL, aadhaar is linked to new consumer number. But the aadhar was inactivated in NPCI. So called NPCI team and check with them. NPCI team check with bank, and finally they activated the aadhar number in NPCI. Hence problem is resolved

                        Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring to your notice that on 8th dec 9am when I went to fuel my car at IOC Kasba Petrol Pump at Rash Behari Connector Kolkata - the attendent Mr Jayanta - misbehaved with me -when there was delay in the credit card slip coming out of the pump's card machine - he damaged my credit card, used abusive language when I pointed out the same and shoved me around . I am appalled at such behaviour being meted out and request necessary disciplinary action to be taken against this employee

                                  My name is Harit Sompura, I am using LPG cylinder (Consumer No.: 01542) which is in my mother-in -law shrimati Sushilaben Indukumar Acharya, my address is 6/61, Avani Appartment, Pragatinagar, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380013. I am purchasing the LPG Cylinder from agency naming by M/s. Arjun Gas Agency, having address at : 4/157, Nidhi Apartment, Opp. Pragatinagar Bus Stop, Shastrinagar, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-38. On yesterday i.e. 06/12/2013 at about 10 PM I changed the cylinder at my home, but thereafter within half an hour i.e. at 10:28 PM suddenly there were a voice of gas lickge and immediately too much smell spread in the house. Without any delay I dialed 'emergency complaint about gas lickge - between 8:00 PM and 8:00AM on Mobile number given on bill [protected] at 10:31 PM from my mobile no. [protected] to register the complain and attain immediately before any accident occur, but the person who picked the phone has made an inquiry about my name, address, consumer no., agency name, its address etc. and thereafter he told me that "I am giving another number and you call to that number and register your complain", thereafter he gave me mobile number [protected]. After disconnecting him I immediately dialed [protected] at 10:34 PM, here, the person who picked up the phone had made the same inquiry from me and he also told me the same thing that "I am giving another number and you call to that number and register your complain", listing the same query and the same answer I was shocked and surprised I told to that person that "why all of you are not attaining the complain and one man giving the no. of another and another man giving the no. of some one else and so on, try to solve the complain by understanding your responsibility instead of giving numbers of others" after listing these words from me he disconnected my mobile. Today i.e 07/12/2013 at 09:06 AM I dialed another no. [protected], on bill it is written that dial this no. for gas lickeg complain - between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, but this no. is out of service. Thereafter, I think why should not I register my complaint about gas lickge to my dealer, so that he can send a man to resolve my gas lickge problem? So I dialed land line number of M/s. Arjun Gas Agency[protected], but here the phone is engaged, I tried after few minutes but again engaged, thereafter again I dialed but its ringing ringing and ringing only. No body was picking after two minutes again I dialed the same no. and this time also ring ring and ring only, no response. NOW, My complaint to you that cancel the dealer-ship of M/s. Arjun Gas Agency as it was not response the consumers about their complaint, false/wrong information and mobile numbers submitting to the customers on bill and also the employees hired by them are not working as per their duties and responsibilities. TODAY, I AM REQUESTING TO YOU TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE AGENCY M/S. ARJUN GAS AGENCY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES BY TERMINATING THE AGENCY WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF MY THIS COMPLAINT TO YOU. OTHERWISE, I WILL BE SO AGGRIEVE THAT I WILL NOT HESITATE TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU AND M/S. ARJUN GAS AGENCY BEFORE CONSUMER FORUM. TREAT MY THIS LETTER AS NOTICE ALSO.                                     I am Indane Gas Consumer ( Consumer No.5092 ) and resides at B-189, Ground Floor, Sector 14, Noida-201301. My Gas agency's name is Mithala Gas Agency, Shop No.4 & 5, A-73A, Sector 19, Noida-201301. I booked for LPG Cooking Gas on 24th December'13.I did not received the Gas till 3rd Dec'13 hence I tried to know the status of Gas . I was shocked to know when got information that it has been delivered on 27th Dec'13. Whereas fact is this that Gas was at all delivered neither on 27th Dec'13 nor on any other day. I lodged a complaint. Today, I again rang up to know the status of my complaint but was told that my complaint could not be forwarded further due to server problem hence nothing has been done. I am shocked again to know that nothing has been done. Another important fact, Mr Agarwal, residing on 1st floor is witness to this fact that Gas was not delivered to us because we were not at home, whereas Gas delivery Boy visited the premises.                                       My consumer No. is 82543 with BP Agencies, Housing Board Bldg., Pandit Colony, Kowdiar, Trivandrum. I booked for a refill on 11th November, 2013 telephonically and was told that my booking has been registered. I ALSO GOT A TELEPHONIC SMS CONFIRMATION at 10.04 on 11th Nov. that the booking had bee done and that the booking number was 299981. When the supply did not come, on 6th Dec. 2013 I went to the agency for taking delivery of a cylinder. To my surprise, BP Agency told me that there was no booking in my account and that they could not issue a refill. FORTUNATELY, I HAD NOT DELETED THE MESSAGE AND SO I COULD SHOW THE IOC MESSAGE TO THE DEALER AND RELUCTNATLY HE ISSUED A REFILL. NOW, MY problem is: HOW WILL I KNOW, THE NEXT TIME I BOOK, WHETHER THE TELEPHONIC MESSAGE (RECORDER VOICE) AND THE SMS HAVE NO SANCTITY AND THAT MY BOOKING MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DONE ?

                                        Sub. : - profuse leekage in lpg gas cylinder and non - response of distributor in replacing the same, despite report of the service engineer called on emergency call at 8 pm on 02. 12. 2013. Consumer no. 12211. Details given in attachment.

                                        My indane lpg (Domestic) consumer no. Is 12211. Distributor is vijay rattan enterprises, (East delhi) . On dec. 2nd, 2013, we installed a fresh cylinder. It started leaking immediately. Instantly, called the emergency service at 8 pm. Person visited namely mr. Kanahiya at 9 pm. After thorough checking of cylinder, he established the profuse leakage - he stated pin of cylinder is faulty & he is unable to change it. He gave in writing vide complaint no. 25380 saying "cylinder's pin leaking - cylinder to be changed by the agency”. Since morning repeatedly calling the distributor / agency. After plenty of busy tones, no one picks up the phone while ringing

                                        Hence take notice for legal action for damages for criminal breach of trust, harassment, mental torture & also will be compelled to initiate consumer court for deficiency & refusal & failure to provide services in, with punitive costs. Immediate redressal & change of cylinder is urgently sought for, failing which action is liable to be initiated against indian oil corporation. And including its top officials, for the same.
